i think old chanpion should have less adjustment since they are supposed to be relatively balanced and frequent adjustment on new champion is reasonable.if you keep making adjustment on new and old champion,there is no the day that the game got relatively balanced. as you all say"there are too many stuff interdependent,so the game can hardly be balanced,then why there is a need to adjust them so frequently,why can't riot just make adjustment at a relatively long time interval. moreover,riot make game adjustment at such short time interval,is there enough time for riot to make analysis and take a right adjustment decision.

some heros that are broken are supposed to be a new heros,i think the idea that they need fixed frequently really make sense. however,the old heros have issued for a long time,i think their bug have been already fixed and stat setting and skill setting have been already balanced(and they should be fixed and already balanced),regarding to those old hero,i think three months a patch is practical

: I loved the old Akali bloodmoon skin so much. It is the first skin I actually paid full RP price for instead of waiting for a sale, it is the only one I bought a shirt of. and the only one I bought a wall art of. I considered this art to be THE BEST IN THE GAME. I am APPALLED at the change to her art! The new one has a completely different feel. The overdone makeup, the ridiculous clothes, the purple hair, and the crummy mask change. The only positive change was to the weapons, to actually match her bio. I think this is ridiculous an I am genuinely angry! I paid money for that skin and they changed how it looks. I want my old skin back or it refunded. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

: The constant change is what keeps league alive. With 140+ different champions this game cannot function without regular adjustments to balance. The meta would stagnate too hard.

The meta would stagnate too hard. i only partially agrree with your opinion, what i agree is that periodic changes keep game alive. what i disagree is that the changes is too frequent(i suppose a patch update every three month or six month better),i think that is playing us(most of player),as it take times for us to get along with the changes and when we have just get along with for a while ,it changes again.

: I don't know why you'd expect hyper-accurate detail on the in-game skins compared to the splash arts. The splash arts are supposed to show off the thematic and the detail of the skin, show players the fantasy that the skin is putting out there. The actual in-game skins themselves can't reasonably match that level of detail, but they get as close as possible. I'm surprised you chose Headhunter Rengar as your example - the in-game model is pretty well in-line with the splash art. Most skins are, for that matter. I could see maybe if you used an older skin as an example - like Spellthief Lux, or Crimson Elite Riven, but by and large, most of the in-game models are fairly accurate to the splash arts.
