: environment? are you asking if it's stern of funny? It's pretty rough. It's a small elite order. (obviously small is subjective-- but he's not fielding an army) Loose ranks-- monastic rather than military. They spend more time on missions than in the walls. It's not unfriendly-- these are hardcore warriors and veterans-- but like real-world soldiers they have a lot of down-time to fill. Yes, there are girls and women. You join only by invitation and after proving yourself. Many are veterans of the war with Noxus-- the largest portion were from the Navori brotherhood--esp the units Zed commanded in that organization. (It's effectively an elite splinter group from the Navori) Many were young teens during the war-- who had taken up arms after their homes and families had been killed-- some are former criminals, others were students of other masters before joining Zed more recently. All are hardline, anti-noxus, and believe Ionia must be unified-- and that all other nations must be made to fear Ionia. Zed is the master-- Kayn is his second in command. Lower level students mostly learn from mid tier students, mid tier learn from high tier, high tier from Kayn and Zed personally. Almost all of them had serious martial art skills before joining-- of various styles and weapons. They are unified by acquiring shadow magic and learning to use it. --BUT.... sorry the nature of shadow magic and how you gain access to it will be revealed later.

Are the people of Ionia aware of the Order or rumors of them? And if so, are they scared of them?

: Tell me your favourite champion, why, and how you want Riot to develop their lore.
{{champion:157}} Everything about his aesthetic is amazing. A swordsman who is basically the only known wielder of a lost magic who was accused of a crime he didn't commit, but once proved innocent haunted by everything he did up to the point his innocence. He has nothing and no one... now on a journey to find himself. I would love if they expanded more on his journeys around Ionia just being a good samaritan and doing everything in his power to atone for his mistakes becoming somewhat of a myth around Ionia, like a ghost tale. Or if he takes his travels out of Ionia and travels the entire world interacting with a lot of champions and becoming a true wanderer.

: {{champion:92}} And i don't want riot to touch her ever again, until someone with proper lore knowledge give her the proper respect and personality she had. Reason why i like her: - Rose against the odds. - Noxian. - Sharp personality. - Broken but can be reforged. - She acts upon what she believes in (Used to) - Carries a sword that used to be 3 times her size. - Unique playstyle - Self-Exiled. Now, the reason why i don't want riot to ever get close to her lore again is because: She used to be this great strong character, that witnessed the horrors of the battle, and had seen her soldiers melt by Zaun's chemical weapons, So she decided to flee and not return to Noxus till she finds and a way to make Noxus return to its old glorious ways of battle. So she decided to exile herself, and break her sword, the only thing that binds her to the past. Then riot changed her lore, and made her seem like this useless broken thing, with no goal and no purpose, then they came up with Confession of Broken Blade which completely screwed her character, she has no more personality, she has nothing to believe in and therefore acts like she is lost in space. She became the opposite of what she was, weak-minded, self contradicting thing. Which also goes against her in-game play style. Hopefully, they revert her lore and completely delete the abomination of her character (The confession of Broken Blade). And develop her further to set up a potential Noxus return, or a fight for glory, etc...
Honestly, I feel like that character did exist and they broke her down so they can build her up again. I can see her eventually dropping her noxus ties and becoming an Ionian. Even Irelia has quotes towards riven to fight and redeem the deeds of a nation she was once loyal towards. And Ionia isnt anywhere short of powerful individuals and would make her can excellent swordsman.
: "You need not follow, but you must witness." Azir radiates such power with this voice line.
: Does Zed needs a buff?
Fun fact for people reading this, Zed's Ult damage is a percentage of the damage done by his abilities. It calculates that damage straight from the damage of said abilities that are written in the description, not how much is dealt to the champion. So while irelia W mitigated the combo's raw damage, Zeds ult still calculated the damage it would have done if said abilities hit without a problem. If Irelia were to W the ult portion instead of when she as getting hit, then the Ult pop would be reduced. Please be informed.

: If Banner of Command was removed for being too strong, why not remove Duskblade?
I don't understand this question. Banner became some type of a win condition, a rift herald you could purchase. When used at the right time would end a game. Can you say the same thing with duskblade?
Necrozard (EUW)
: I like "Death Sworn" , but i'm missing more "Soul Reaver"
isnt the skin line "soul" like souleater, soulstealer, soulhunter, soulreaver. They all fall under soul but have their own unique thing they do. vlad consumes the souls, vayne steals them, kayn hunts them and draven reaves them?
