: The main issue is Rapidfire/Static... and the 50% crit damage on IE. ADC's were fine in earlier seasons when it was just PD and 20% IE. Pre Static IE/PD/PD/BT/LW/Boots was the most balanced ADC's ever were. Then they decided to create that bastard ass Static Shiv from Ionic Spark... from the Dodge removal crap that got rid of Sword of the Divine.

IE has always granted +50% critical damage. Personally I just don't see why Shiv Lightning can crit for full critical damage. Why is this even necessary? The potential to double the magic burst on your Shiv proc just makes the RNG feel that much worse.

Ahri has a decent winrate because she's safe in lane and is thus less prone to feeding, which in turn makes her easier to carry. I'm mainly surprised they didn't actually retcon it sooner seeing as they'd all but stopped mentioning it a ways before actually retconning it. Personally, I'm just glad that summoners being gone means we don't have champions who come from places not even remotely connected to Runeterra. : Rework Concept: Mordekaiser, the Iron Revenant
I think that ultimate sounds a bit too similar to Yorick's general concept. _Gain an undead army that benefits from the summoner's stats, and raises more undead army if enemies die near him._ Except in this case it's restricted to the ultimate and only gets bonus thralls from champion deaths. Also, his base AD being lowered by slows would probably feel bad in practice. Slows are pretty common, never mind ones that can be applied constantly like Rylai's/Mallet/red buff. An enemy Thresh would probably be Morde's greatest nightmare between his peel and The Box gutting Morde's base AD.

Jhin gains a %AD increase based on his bonus AS. Guinsoo's stacks give bonus AS as well as another %AD bonus. The only thing that might be 'bugged' about it is that the bonus might be multiplicative rather than additive _(Infernal Drake buff is additively applied to Jhin's %AD bonus, not sure if Guinsoo's is too or not)_.
: An Item Alternative for Conqueror? Item idea
B.F. Sword feels really bad to have in the build path of something meant for laning _(a big point of Conqueror is helping bruisers in lane versus tanks)_. Also, the item itself is really underwhelming compared to Black Cleaver, and if you build Cleaver first, then you'd be getting this item too late for the Conqueror effect to help you in lane. Also, with no ramp-up time, you run the risk of moderately fed bruisers becoming tanky assassins.

: Frost Blade Irelia finally fixed by a fan.
Make the gold parts silver instead. The gold really detracts from the "frost" look that the skin should have since it draws the eyes so much, as well as making it look more like a Hextech skin as I mentioned before. If the gold was more silver/icy colored, it'd fit the title of Frostblade better, I think.

That fan version looks more like a Hextech or possibly Victorious skin to me.

Probably spamming TT bot games, I guess. Leveling up feels slower than before because you don't get access to the First Win bonus until level 15.
: RFC vs Static Shiv
The damage doesn't stack on a single target. If you buy both items, what happens is you get an energized attack that has RFC's bonus range and the ability to strike turrets, and Shiv's magic damage + ability to critically strike. So they do have synergy, but not in terms of bursting a target down.
