: Usual disclaimer: Win rates, pick rates and ban rates are useful information, but we don't believe they should drive balance decisions. They should certainly be part of the conversation though, particularly when broken down into more applicable stats (e.g. win rate for experienced players over sufficient patches to generate a large sample size). With that out of the way we do think Zed's too strong at present. The things we're currently looking at as problems to address are his damage early and insufficient windows when W is down for his opponents to play around. Possible solutions there right now look like lower Q damage below rank 5 (55-235 instead of 75-235?) and higher W CD below rank 5 (22-14 instead of 18-14?).

The problem is that the CD starts when its casted and not when the shadow despawns.

Its number of complete items and CS that youre missing. Gotta find a way to get that many kills and CS hard. Use jungle when you travel etc.

Vel'Koz Lower spell damage of R and make it proc more passive stacks, while dealing less damage to targets beyond first hit, keeping damage high but limiting true damage to be the real damage dealer. Add a small visual channel so enemies know it's coming. Xerath High range high risk is his whole kit. Give him scaling hp or ar/mr through a passive and make him lose it for a duration when he casts R. Zara make her plants a passive and give her an ability to transform one into a unit that interacts with her q and e for a longer period, living blooms or something. Make plants have 5 spell hits And 3 auto hits to die. All plants still interact with R Malzahar Retain E, make it jump to more than one champion but less damage per champion with it active (if they touch, it jumps) Make silence occur only if E is present on target when using Q. W deals current hp damage with a minimum value. (Opposite of Morgana) Make R summon voidlings that are unstoppable, can only be damaged by the champ they are targeting, one voidling per champ in an area, damage significantly increased if they have E active and roots them in place if they take 5 hits in 5 seconds or something. Vlad - Make W above ground and an area spell (Janna Q with a champ) more speed/damage/distance the longer he channels. R causes spell bleed effect for every ability casted by Vlad during duration. If Vlad casts W while enemies are bleeding, he absorbs the bleed as hp and deals instant damage based on remaining dot. Brand - Remove interactions of W (increases damage when burning) and make passive stack per spell hit. Make W stack more passives if target is already burning. Make R deal significant damage to first target and hit champions only, Dealing significantly less damage per bounce unless the champion is burning. (Literally x/champion # hit)

You wouldn't have died as much if you went BT first. IE isn't mandatory on Draven because Spinning Axe's bonus damage doesn't crit. Try BT -> RFC -> LDR. Your damage output will be the same but you'll die less because of lifesteal.

I think you aren't irritated with Lee Sin, but rather how well he interacts with other mechanics (ie. wards, flash). He has a predictable kit; everyone knows what he is going to do (people talk about it on the forums all the time); why not lane with the expectation that its going to happen and do your best to avoid it? Ask yourself these questions: What would Lee Sin do to make sure he guarantees a gank? What can I do to make sure his ganks are ineffective? Is there a summoner spell I can use to limit his effectiveness rather than protect myself (If you are expecting a successful gank on you)?

She's predictable. That's Leona's major flaw. Everything she can do, a champ like Nautilus can do better while simultaneously protecting an ADC.

All three of them have synergy with certain supports more than others. It could be argued for any ADC but I feel that they are more reliant on the support pick than most because their kits aren't consistently "dangerous" (ie. Lucian, MF, Kalista) alone; and also have different performances based on laning styles.

Its physical damage. All those items proc on magic. Edit: Sorry was only focusing on Liandry's. Death's dance thing might be a bug.

I actually have encountered this with Morgana and it sucks when you want to time your abilities and boop it burns thunderlords. But that is what makes it challenging because you have to pick and choose what abilities and masteries to use with certain champs.

Ez's shift damage is really only for an extra thing to go with the kit. As a marksman its the blink aspect that is more important. Also since his W hits champs only it would really make him an assassin more than a marksman at that point.
: About Twitch's Kit and it's Mechanics...
I really enjoy the concept that you have considered as an alternate build path for Twitch. The real issue at hand is that Twitch only has one real design aspect to him that makes him unique, which is his invisibility; it defines his whole kit. Twitch's passive is true damage, which is something that Riot has been slowly attempting to remove, but have retained on him because its so low damage and interacts in an interesting way with his E. You suggested that he should have another mastery path to go through, but having it interact with his passive completely removes the interaction that these masteries are supposed to have: Their abilities. Brand is an anomaly in this regard, because he has a passive that is the predecessor to the mastery. Riot knows that this is an issue, and most likely will make it _interact with ability spell damage only and not passives_ (imo), which would completely remove this growing issue that is going on with Brand, and is almost certainly causing a resurgence with his pick rate. I like where you're going with this, but I just don't ever see it happening with the design aspects of Twitch and the mastery.

Kog needs to be able to move without losing his auto attack. Like 50% speed or something like a person with a gatling gun running. Think Heavy from TF2.

I love playing as her and I love playing against her. She is rewarding when you time ults and abilities right, and her E is easy to counter in terms of when and how to clear it (Tentacles give 15g when you play the mini challenge). I understand the frustration of having to dodge tentacles and have to lane at the same time, but you can basically choose where the tentacles spawn by standing somewhere prespawn and the ones that are already active count towards the debuff total. In teamfights she also wrecks in choke points which requires the whole team to run away from that area after ult, I think that's the worst part of her kit, but with no defensive stats or damage reduction she can go down pretty quick at the right moment. Hope this helps.

Isn't that part of the teamwork aspect though? Mutual understanding that ori needs to be in range and vice versa? I understand the importance of having it for QOL but at the same time I get more out of a gameplay experience when my teammate understands that I may go out of range the moment they ult. It feels great to know you have a team that considers situations like that.

Emperor's Divide worked as intended. It was a visual glitch due to the wall, the flash, and the position of the champion in relation to the ult's placement. Good eye tho.

Tristana launches herself into the sky, and gets knocked back by an UNDER THE BODY sweeping hook, knocked up by a man charging his flag, kicked by a blind man, and sucked in by an extendo axe back into a champion. Yeah I'm cool with the bull not being able to jump at her and knock her out of leap.

I do believe Ashe needs a more interactive usage of her E, like a CD reduction per unit killed or something, but she has the power to outduel ADC's by rightclicking because of her passive, which is why I believe she is more powerful than a lot of them. The damage she puts out on first hit is intimidating. What I would LIKE to see on Ashe is her passive refresh without increasing Crit chance to 100. So every 10/8/6/4 seconds she gets a free crit, or something along that line, although this could be abused in the early game, having a long CD early and then lowering it drastically per 6 levels would really balance it out imo.
