Herr derr, look at me, I can open up the tooltip and copy and paste. Good for you, bud. Proud of you. Just so you realize since you seem to be a monkey who has never played Yasuo, his Q is on less than a 1s cooldown with 1 item and boots, which means that he has a spammable, no cooldown knockup that is freely up almost constantly. His W blocks FULL ULTIMATE ABILITIES and some champions ENTIRE KITS. His E is extremely reliable as waves are on specific timers, and easy to predict, and his ultimate is one of the most ridiculously overloaded abilities in the game. A reliable 20s cooldown hard disable that is able to be proc'ed by any knockup at a tower and a half range that not only bursts, but gives massive penetration, A FULL SHIELD, and a reset. It's pretty sad when even professional players say that Yasuo is braindead and that you don't outplay a Yasuo, you let him outplay himself. Back to the zoo there monkey.

There is absolutely none of what you're describing in Yasuo's kit. Yasuo is braindead easy. He has no cooldowns or costs.. If he messes up anything, he gets infinite chances to try again..

What people don't seem to realize is that Zoe is only good when she is significantly ahead and/or agains't no tanks. Her win rate already reflects her usefulness agains't anyone building intelligently, but in solo queue she will always be strong because of how her kit works. There is no way to nerf her effectively without gutting her completely or reworking her.

I'm so sick of all these "Zoe is overpowered" threads. Zoe is strong agains't a lack of vision, and if you let her snowball, that's it. Stop fighting her level 3, pick ANY ASSASSIN AT ALL or ANYONE WITH STEALTH OR GAP CLOSER OF ANY KIND, take teleport instead of a summoner she can steal from you.. There are so many easy counters to Zoe because she has no real escapes unless she picks up a flash and is so insanely squishy that she dies before electrocute even goes off.. Agains't multiple tanks, she struggles to even have an impact if she isn't insanely ahead, and everything she does is skill shot based, and one missed E is the end of you. Buy merc treads? Get a QSS? Go cleanse? People are just horrible at using their brains and dive blindly into her at level 3 when she is inevitably going to win the skirmish, and then she's of course going to get ahead if you keep dying. walk into E, QSS, gap close, kill her, reset..

Wouldn't be a bad idea, if it would actually matter at all.. The speed at which towers go down is so absurdly fast that you would almost never get use out of it unless the enemy team had 0 coordination or intent to push in any way or the item itself was beyond broken. A lot of games first tower goes down within 8 minutes of the game starting, sometimes even faster and late game towers are basically worthless dropping in seconds to any ADC or pusher of any kind. What's the value if nobody can buy the item when it matters. It would have to be a starting item or close to it to have any impact whatsoever on the game.

Try playing a champion who has their ENTIRE KIT countered by Yasuo w only to get 2 shot by him after he stacks up his knock-up behind the wall and then dashes for a guaranteed proc on you while you're still trying to salvage what's left of your ultimate. 18 second cooldown with no cdr lasts for 3.75 seconds vs 100 second cooldown with no cdr lasts for 3 seconds A decent Yasuo *completely* negates 100% of Miss Fortunes value.

The problem with making that change is that Riot will implement it, and it will be slightly more difficult to play Yasuo and then people will complain and he will get buffed, become even more ridiculous, need to be nerfed, but will remain broken for at least 2-3 patches before getting fixed somewhat and will always continue to be oppressive because his kit is stupidity all around.

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like they already somewhat have a solution to some of this problem. MMR doesn't have to solely rely on wins and losses. It could also be effected by your overall performance in-game by simply adapting and expanding on the current system used to level your play (the meter that judges whether or not you get an S). Obviously, it would need quite a bit of work to properly adapt, and out-of-meta would be difficult, not that Riot actually wants you to ever play out-of-meta as they nerf anything that isn't meta. For example, a Zed plays a game and receives an S+, scores 20-3-11 with 2 tower kills and 10cs/m but loses the game, the MMR should drop much less than a Zed that plays a game and receives a C, scores 2-8-3 with 0 tower kills and 3cs/m also with a loss. If MMR drops and gains had another variable such as performance to determine them, players would no doubt work harder even in losing games to play more effectively as it would result in something other than the inevitable loss of MMR and LP. Incentives drive performance in any situation, businesses use this all the time to increase productivity of their workers.

Welcome to a game who punishes players using a fully automated system. I got banned on one of my accounts for literally saying "Fucking internet keeps dropping" once in chat, and the chat log was literally just that line. The second someone reports you, the automated system bans you. Enjoy 2017, where people will continue to get banned for literally nothing with no way to stop it because a computer can't determine motivation or reasoning. I do welcome you to our extensive club of bullshit bans though. To elaborate, the ban for me was because I disconnected for about 4 minutes of the game and we ended up losing 30 minutes later and my team blamed my disconnect for the loss.
