: ya but how do you play the replays (.webm) files? if i try opening it it says "class not registered"
VLC Media Player is by far the best option I know of for playing them. Just google it. :)

: > These Highlights will be stored on your hard drive (C:\MyDocuments\LeagueofLegends\Highlights) as a .webm video file. These files can be viewed by opening them in any browser that supports HTML5, and shared to social media alongside your cat gifs. Will there be a way to change the default highlight directory? I have a solid state and can't have my video files clogging my c: drive {{sticker:zombie-nunu-bummed}}
Another option to free up space on an SSD would be to use an Administrator command prompt to create a directory junction. How this works is that you'll have a "folder" where Riot sends the highlights, and it will be right there in your documents, but the actual location of that folder's contents will be wherever you send it. **mklink /j LocationToPlaceLink TargetDestinationOfLink** For example: > mklink /j "C:\Users\MyAccountName\Documents\LeagueofLegends\Highlights" "E:\LeagueReplays" ...where E:\ is your non-SSD drive, and "MyAccountName" is the account folder for your username.

: Web match history not working
I've been having this issue constantly on my laptop and desktop, and I was having the problem on my iPad. One time I loaded it successfully on my iPad (using Chrome) and it has worked since. The iPad's Safari browser is still loading the blank page for me. Also, several of my friends are having the blank page when they try to visit the website (on different internet connections and/or browsers).

: Blank Match History
I am having the same issue on my desktop and laptop, but my iPad's Chrome got a connection once and has worked since (Safari still doesn't show anything). The issue for me began right around the time Bilgewater started up, but is persisting. 100% of the time I try to load the match history page, it is entirely blank (just like the screenshot posted below).

Annie is an easy lane. The main problem mage is Ori. Also he's toxic as an assassin and needs a rework to ever be allowed.
His toxicity as an assassin is directly tied to his unavoidable damage and the inability to ever escape (with a 3-second gap-closer and a massive slow-field that basically cannot miss). You didn't go to the wiki, you didn't calculate the damage, you didn't factor in ranged-harass. I'm not saying *at all* that a good Kass can't beat an average Annie. I'm saying that someone as comfortable on Annie as you and I are on Kass will beat you so badly you will have to go bot-lane to get fed (sorry, that is such an old Kassadin joke...).

His pre-six lane is definitely too oppressive. While I also disagree with the ult nerf, you are really underestimating his power. I wish they would've just nerfed his Q since I have another build in my pocket that I'd try out if AP wasn't so much more reliable.

: Gotta disagree with most of this, especially your idea of how weak Kass is currently. I think the main problem with everything Kassadin is is that he's incredibly bursty; his Riftwalk is extremely satisfying and it feels good to know that you're so fast. I think the solution is to nerf his burst greatly, probably by reworking his Q and buffing his sustained damage, probably by changing his ult/W so that he wouldn't be a blink and one-shot and instead be a threat that helps slow people down with some okay damage. Also, people built Gauntlet because you want to be tanky on Kassadin and Gauntlet didn't actually hurt your damage all that badly while giving utility/tankiness as well. His scalings on his Q/E/W are really high, even if his damage by itself isn't too high unless a fight goes on for awhile.

: Just give it time. Her win rate will go back up. Her kit is till really strong. Her combo has a lot of damage and has a low cool down compared to other ap bust mages.

> "Rod of Ages, Banshee’s Veil, etc" Banshee's no longer provides mana, but Frozen Heart is another common tank item with mana.
: Exactly. The idea for his kit will never be balanced. There's just something about the concept of having virtually limitless flashes, and being able to have it on a 4 second cooldown (40% cdr)that screams OP. He doesn't have to win lane, or even come CLOSE to breaking even, because he just does anything and everything you could possibly want, whether that be split pushing with his enhanced auto attacks on turrets and never being caught for it, or being glass cannon and going in and out and destroying enemy carries with little to no risk (zhonyas and ult away), or having a tanky bruiser-ish build with ROA and IBG and being literally a garen with flash every 5 seconds, and way too much AOE damage for the ratios on his spells. In my opinion, ahri filled the niche of extremely mobile mid, and they did it in a very balanced way. She CAN be killed, she CAN be caught, and her ult is a DASH, not a flash. Not to mention the fact that it's cooldown is ACTUALLY A COOLDOWN, and not some 6 second period of "better not tower dive yet".
For the record, Netherblade does not do bonus damage to turrets. It hasn't for a long time.

: Statikk Q&A (completed)
If you would be willing, please address the lack of base-damage *and* the lack of high-scaling on the quintessential assassin -- {{champion:38}} Kassadin. His damage combo without AP is far below other assassins, he lacks an execute (not that he needs one, but all other assassins with similar scaling have executes making up the difference), and his scaling is mediocre at best -- but with cooldowns preventing extremely fast rotations. The change to Netherblade's cooldown also severely limits his Riftwalk potential throughout all stages of the game (saying that it's viable with 40% CDR assumes an AP Kassadin build has any way to get 40% CDR...). I look forward to hearing your comments on this topic!
