People who maliciously afk don't usually do it when their team is doing well. Leaving would cement the loss. Plus, who the hell quits a game they're doing well in?

He's pointing out that the system would be abused. If someone quits and their team wins, give them the quiter a win. If the team loses, give the quiter a loss. It's not like people will be getting free wins since 4v5s are difficult, and the system wouldn't be abused since LeaverBuster would still provide the same penalties after mulitple offenses.

Plenty of people troll games which is even worse, and end up receiving the win anyways, if their team is good enough. Is giving the intentional quiters a win so bad if it means not punishing the innocent as well? Leaving your team to fight a 4v5 is a terrible handicap so intentional quiters wouldn't win that often anyways. League of Legends should at least take into account the frequency of abandoning games which is an easy way to guess if someone leaves intentionally or from random circumstances.

: Actually, there are a whole lot more that can make use of a bit of AP. Most champions have at least one AP scaling ability. Also, every mage can use AD for last-hitting with autos and taking down turrets. Supports with spell-thief also use autos to poke and gain gold during laning. For example, here are some more important champs that like hybrid stats: {{champion:11}} {{champion:5}} {{champion:23}} {{champion:39}} {{champion:17}} {{champion:19}} {{champion:105}} {{champion:35}} All of those can build Rageblade and most are top users of the item according to lolking's data.

I don't agree that it is useful on supports with spellthief's. Spellthief's provides an additional 10 damage for not just auto-attacks, but also spells. Already, the benefits from Natural Talent are negligible. That said, I do agree that champs that scale with both AD and AP can use it well. It synergizes with Nashor's Tooth and anything attack-speed based (like rageblade as you mentioned).

How does this earn disabling effects the title of crowd control? Because even if it only controls one enemy directly, the entire enemy team will react differently due to the existence of the disabling effect. Therefore it exerts *control* on a **crowd**! In all honesty, it's called that almost certainly because somebody back in the days of Defense of the Ancients called it that, and nobody changes names of things in this genre. See: Smite still calls it an "auto attack" even though you only do so if you've inputted that you want to be basic attacking.

The connection would still only fit situationally. A Twisted Fate dueling someone with his gold card isn't exactly affecting a crowd (unless you want to stretch it and say that winning the duel affects the enemy team, thus applying control over a crowd).

: What's the point of No surrender votes?
I think some people don't get the point of my post. On a team of 5, your No vote does not affect the outcome. The only thing that matters is not voting Yes. With that said, why have a No vote at all?
: > [{quoted}](name=Tesseractual,realm=NA,application-id=3ErqAdtq,discussion-id=sg27oTOA,comment-id=,timestamp=2016-03-08T19:20:52.035+0000) > > Currently, a team of 5 needs 4 Yes surrender votes to surrender for the team. If there are 3 for and 0 against, the vote fails despite no objections. If you don't want to surrender, there seems to be no difference between clicking No and not voting at all. _**The only thing cilcking No does is potentially speeding up the vote if it's waiting on you.**_ So did you just want to vent?

Even so, people insist on doubting TF jungle in every game I pick him, even if it's a good pick to counter evelyn. While I agree that one should practice an off-meta jungle before using it in games that people care about (i.e. ranked), the same applies to anything new someone tries.

Also, the sound initiates at 10 seconds which doesn't allow for a lot of time to pick a ban or pick a new champion if the desired one is banned. Having application alerts at the beginning of the ban/pick would be much more helpful.
