: Why does Zed get to defy what an assassin is while being deemed a "healthy assassin" by Riot
Just to note that Zed has already been nerfed a lot over the past year or two. You think he's bad now? His W>E>Q combo used to be twice as fast and he was overall a MUCH faster character. He's one of those characters that singles out one specific target and is overall one of the best 1v1 characters in the game. He WILL destroy you if your team composition isn't good or played properly. Less tanks with CC are also being played so that actually favors Zed a lot more as well.

I see Rageblade users get owned when the enemy team has dedicated Tanks and and actually buy defensive items. Frozen Heart, Aegis of the Legion, Randuin's Omen, etc. will actually help defend against carry melee fighters.

I'd actually rather have turrets be too weak than be too strong. If they were strong, than people would just hide under the turret all day and rely on it too much. It'd make the game too defensive with people just being able to farm under turret all game. Maybe turrets could hit harder, but it shouldn't be stronger to the point where risks aren't rewarded. Maybe have the turret do more damage the farther a target is. So if Zed was going to eat a tower shot and decided to flash out of range, then the tower shot will keep going with it's damage increasing and then hit Zed for major damage. It would punish the player who decides too cling to close to the turret and the player who screwed up his or her tower dive. Inhibitor turrets could use a buff though. Holy hell is it weak lol. I'd probably bring back the slow; that's probably the only way to make it threatening again.

I disagree. I actually like this change of pace more than season 5. Season 5 was pretty much about playing safe and then try to outnumber the enemy every time. I didn't like how winning in lane didn't mean anything because that just makes you a target for the TP gankbangs. I kind of like how a victory in lane actually means something now and gives you an advantage. Maybe now we can start seeing more utility/tank junglers being played due to the need of CC to lock down a threat. Now people need to ward more than ever and more planning to make sure not to fall behind. So yeah, I'm not mad at these changes. It's a refreshing change of pace from the League of TPs

I dunno. Strategy in season 5 was literally just farm until someone overextends and then TP there to punish them. I mean yeah it was more of a control oriented game, but to me, strategy is being able to take advantage of resources and openings rather than waiting for someone else to make a mistake. I'm still on the fence about this preseason, but it's nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be.

But hey, at least he can't just heal indefinitely in the mid game phase.

Honesty Twitch as a champion from looking at his kit looks well rounded but he feels like Quinn in her CURRENT state. An ADC that just doesn't bring enough of anything to the table to be viable outside of a top lane bruiser, even pro Twitch players like Sneaky can't pull Twitch off and usually just feed so It's not like It's just bad players who don't understand Twitch.

Seems like they're aiming to make Twitch an appear out of nowhere and killing the fuck out of you kind of champion; they're buffing his ability to go all in with an ambush kill by allowing him stealth after killing them. Kalista is more fighting around the enemy and endlessly staying on them. They may have a similar ability. But they way they play are totally different.

I dunno, you guys seem to jumping the gun here. Don't forget that masteries are getting changed and that there are new starting items to better broaden different strategies. Even then, I'd probably just adapt by building Defensive AD runes (AD, CDR, Lifesteal, and Health) and using the new defensive masteries (which I'm pretty excited about even if I don't know what they are). Then I'd buy Cull and a potion, head to lane and farm for a refillable potion and some other cores starter items. But that's just me. I'd rather see what I can do rather than circlejerk about nerfs without taking into account all the other game changes coming.

: I only find suffering the lack of diversity of ADCs. Literally 70% of games it's either against Jinx or Vayne. At least when Graves was meta he did pay in his late game because of his range, but Vayne's self-peel early game is ridiculous on a hypercarry.
Well hopefully, the ADC preseason changes fix that. Graves is going to have aoe autoattacks that function like his live Q. So yeah, I'm pretty optimistic about this.

: They surrender when they have 3 inhibs down, enemy has baron, and down 15k gold. They surrender because a coordinated LCS team will close out that game and win. Solo Queue is entirely different they'll probably go in stand at mid lane for a few mins, stupidly dive, get kill and have to draw back letting the enemy get a back into the game.
I honestly HATE it when most of my team just stand around mid lane. Our team managed to take down two of their inhibitors with only their top lane still relatively intact. We were only winning because we managed to make the most of our mid game advantage and push in two of their lanes; our team consisted of Renekton, Yasuo, Lee Sin, Lucian and Morgana (me). Their team had Riven, Zed, Amumu, Draven, and Bard. Their teamfight is WAY better than ours and we needed to close the game out when its in our advantage. All we had to do was move to the top lane and take down their turrets while the enemy is being overwhelmed by super minions. But nooooooooo. Just keep dancing around mid lane guys. It's not like we can let super minions push bot and mid while we siege their top inner turret, as weak as our teamfighting may be. It's not like they have an Amumu, Draven, Riven and Bard that can completely destroy us if they coordinate their abilities in one devastating wombo combo. Sure, Let's just KEEP DICKING AROUND AT MID LANE. I wonder why that's a thing.

Honestly, the balance team should just be honest and say they don't want Evelynn to be viable. Seems to me that a couple of them got stomped and camped by Evelynn players and are just kneejerk nerfing her out of spite.

Those are very rewarding. Tons of poke. I would recommend a damage increase to his ult or small base damage increase and a small 1 sec CD relief on his E.
I was actually thinking that maybe they could add more scaling to his passive. That's what identifies Lucian. I was thinking maybe a level scaling of 30/35/40/45/50/55/60% scaling of his passive at levels 1/3/6/8/11/13/16. Just to make sure his power gradually grows rather than stagnate from each %AD increase.

Some ADC's actually take the last hit after seeing their Thresh fail to Targon's. A failed targon means being 18 gold behind, so ADC's would rather get the cs than fail to get some gold.

He wasn't designed to get in close to the fray. He was designed to kite around his enemies and stay just around the outskirts of the battle, using his abilities to weave damage and mobility during a fight. However, the problem was that he was INCREDIBLY dominant in the laning phase and there was almost no way to fight him. So Riot nerfed his range. However, they turned him from being the guy who danced around the outskirts of battle to Lucian Bolt. It was incredibly hard to hit and catch him and his consistent passive procs would kill you. So they had to nerf that. By the time they finally nerfed the right thing (30% AD second shot at Level 1), they nerfed his mobility. He's still pretty good in my opinion; but he no longer fits in every team composition. You'll either be untouched or ganged up on. They've recently buffed him, which actually fixed almost all of Lucian's laning phase problems. I'm hoping for more, but I hope they don't go overboard with it.

: Well, you can always take out his Passive with one Basic Attack; and the WindWall ... well, it was almost 30 seconds cooldown early game if I'm not mistaken, and a SkillShot doesn't have that much. About the dash, you can't do anything, but it isn't impossible to hit him. About the critical strike ... you can't do anything, same as Tryndamere. But he also need itens, and while he doesn't have that, you can take the chance. Also he just can Ulti Knock Up Targets, and his 3Q is a bit easy to avoid unless he use E + Q, but usually when you see he's going to get the 2 Stack, you get way from him. Yasuo is strong, but I don't agree with people that say he is just impossible to face. Even the new Randuin's is a great item for use against him.
It's almost hard to believe how many people will persist to chase him in tight corridors when you see him prepping his third Q :(

Maybe just give it a mana cost of 20 for every level. It costs mana, but I'd rather have a refreshable dash than have it cost no mana.

I would have to disagree on the 550 range. His laning phase right now is actually really good; his Q allows him to poke at champions, his W allows him to dart in and out if he wants to farm, and (as long as you position yourself properly) his E allows him to escape some nasty gank set ups. His ultimate also has an incredible amount of uses if used to its fullest. Before he was nerfed, he was practically uncatchable and his range allowed him to trade without any regards to his positioning. His laning phase was too safe. And that's what made him such a terror. His mid to late game was actually the moment when you could actually fight him. However, Lucian players who would typically not only win the laning phase, but completely dominate it as well. Good teams would end the game with Lucian's lead alone and that lead to lots of frustration leading to his range reduction. However, I do agree they took a lot of things away from him without any compensation buffs, but you have to consider that if you gave him 550 range, that would give him the best laning phase of the game again. 525 Range would be a reasonable buff. It would give him some safety back without him outranging every ADC in the game. His 500 Range isn't actually that bad of weakness; it forced me to learn to line up my Q's for harass and taught me how to use my abilities to farm. The most satisfying kills I've ever secured with him were when I lined up a Q they didn't see coming. However, past the laning phase, he has some trouble getting into a fight. There are moments when all you wanna do is to auto attack, but you can't really get close to a fight without exposing yourself. It also leaves him exposed to gap closers and pulls which can be pretty frustrating for the average Lucian player. Even then, if you use your abilities properly, you'll actually be able to contribute a lot to a fight and even win some duels. All in all, all I think he really needs is a buff to Ardent Blaze and _maybe_ a CD buff to his ultimate.

All jokes aside, ADC mains (at least the ones who know what they are doing) don't really have an issue with the damage we deal. What really stresses us out is that playing ADC is like playing with a "Focus Me" sign. You would not believe how many games I've played where the enemy's main strategy is to send EVERYBODY bot lane. I could be pushed all the way to my lane, but a well coordinated team will still find a way to destroy me. If anything, ADC's should have more survivability, but crit should be removed from the game with something more consistent :P
