It's funny that Ohmwrecker is never built when it's the only item in the game that gives HP, Armor, and CDR. Which is in any other case a fantastic combination of stats that would make it a core item. I feel like it's supposed to be an item to help tanks split-push, so why not give it a passive where the user's attacks do bonus damage to turrets based on their bonus HP, but only if the user has no allies around.

I can't do this. I can't justify spending money to get my champions back, or on a mountain of IP boosts to actually earn enough IP. Playing with your friends wouldn't be terrible either, since the MMR would even out and they'd just carry against the level ~20 folks you'd be paired against. I'm really not THAT good at this game, less so now that having no runes or masteries (or even the champions I usually play) is throwing me off so much. As I noticed from playing a few bot matches, everything feels a notch weaker than it should be, and auto-reliant champions feel clunky without any AS runes. I'm just good enough to not be a new player, but not good enough to really say I'm a smurf. Like a grey area that has the downsides of both.

I understand, that her theme might not go in pair with her playstyle, but perhaps sometimes it's better to change the theme rather than kit? Her ultimate makes her a global threat, multiple knock-up - a respectable opponent in teamfights and sustain is a pain in the ass for the enemy. I agree with OP, that her rework might not only hurt the loyal playerbase but it might be a step into wrong direction, rather than an improvement. Shifting power from tank to damage is not that horrible, but changes to her ult is what I feel will hurt the most. Void Rush is what makes her pretty unique, allows to reposition and also makes her a global threat (corresponds with current theme). I won't even mention 60% bonus attack speed at max rank... Overall I'm afraid of future changes...I've been playing **Rek'Sai only for 3 years**... imagine how does it feel to have your champion possibly destroyed. Deep in my heart I hope that these changes will be for the good...and I also know that Riot don't really care what we think tbh. Let's hope for the best, since that's all we can do.

: i mean dont get me wrong i still play him like 85% of the time. and i played him in every role but adc... i dont like the rework... his auto for his passive is clunky it use to be one of the fastest autos /auto resets in the game. his W damage is trash... the root duration sucks at lvl 1 its 1sec and and max rank its 2 but only goes up to 1.1 at level 2... so there is no point in maxing it. his ult is still to slow, its cool down is way to long. and even after the rework his over all win rate still sits at 46% with the only role he has a + 50% win rate is ap support. here are what i would do to render what i find wrong about him : change the auto attack for his passive back give him slightly higher base ad and attack speed so he can farm early and have decent early trades with autos slightly increase the duration of root on W where it is worth putting points into like lets say scaling from 1 sec to 2.5 at max currently its 1.0 second to 1.4 seconds only going up by .1 per rank i dont like the 13 sec cd with it that scales 13 -12-11-10-9 but if they gave the duration longer and better scaling ill deal with it make his ult have a better travel speed and lower the cd on it about 15 seconds on all ranks his current cd on ult is 120-110-100 so reduce by 15 seconds at all rank to 105-95-85 seconds as you see im not asking for any more damage on any ability just let him do what they are trying to design him to do...

I was thinking that Riot intentionally kept AP Maokai possible because IIRC, it used to be a legit way to play him ages ago. Probably just over-tuned him a bit on that front is all. Kinda like how they tried to keep the various off-builds that Malzahar could use because his fans wanted them kept.

I really don't see why Hexdrinker's shield lasts for 5 seconds and doesn't decay over the duration. Maw I can understand because it's a completed item, but Hexdrinker is just a component. A component that already gives a lot of MR relatively, considering you only get 10 more MR for completing it. Also, Hexdrinker is 102.31% efficient. Seeker's needs 12 stacks before it matches that efficiency. A fully stacked Seeker's IS more efficient stat-wise than Hexdrinker, but that's not accounting for the Lifeline shield. _Hexdrinker's passive interacts with itself, similar to Thornmail. Given the lowest amount of magic resistance possible with this item (30 + 35 = 65), then the damage taken calculation (100 ÷ 165 = 0.606), then the raw damage conversion ([110~280] ÷ 0.606), the shield will absorb around 182 to 462 raw magic damage._

Flat magic penetration's just a hard stat to work with in general, and I feel like it's not worth having on items besides Sorc's. Current Haunting Guise has to be an expensive component stat stick that only gives 25 AP because of flat MPen being so strong, and Liandry's is just a confused item in general. I think just sticking with 30% Magic Pen on both Liandry's and Morello's works, personally, since they're differentiated by their passives + Morello having higher AP anyway. As for Rite of Ruin, 20% CDR is good for sieging anyway. More ability casts and whatnot. Plus I somehow doubt Riot's going to add more ways to siege after giving us the new Rift Herald. _(Ziggs with BMB Rite of Ruin would be way too efficient at taking turrets.)_

PBE Visage is still ~104% efficient before its passive, for reference. For comparison, Adaptive Helm is only 84.17% efficient without its passive, and Abyssal Scepter is 90.6% efficient.

At level 9, a ranged champion has 34 or 45 innate MR, depending on whether scaling or flat MR blues. 15% of the former is 5, and of the latter is 6, so your Void penetration would basically equal our current 15 flat pen versus them, becoming slightly more effective if they invest in an MR item. /-/-/ A level 18 ranged champ has 63 or 50 innate MR, again based on scaling or flat MR blues. 15% of that being 9 or 7. /-/-/ A 45 MR item, such as Banshee's Veil, has roughly ~6 of its MR shaved off. To be honest, my math seems to tell me that 10 (+15%) Magic Pen is a bit under-tuned. Against a level 18 ranged mage with Banshee's and flat MR runes, for example, 35% penetrates 33 of that MR, while 10 (+15%) only penetrates 24.

If there are going to be AP parallels to the Last Whisper items, then they need to have a lot less magic pen, unless they are converted to %bonusPen. I also think there's little reason to have an option that doesn't have a unique passive of its own - no one would choose Void Staff over Liandrys, because no Mage has ratios so absurd that 20AP is worth more than 400 HP and the burn passive. I realize that Void is much cheaper, but its so much less slot efficient, and the advantage of low price is cancelled out by just how sufficient the component item is - to get an extra %10 magic pen 500 gold early means nothing. The other two items' unique effects are their only advantages over Morellos, but they aren't even particularly more powerful than Grievous Wounds, even if the enemy team doesn't have a monster sustain champion like Vlad or Soraka. I think that having more CDR and restoring more mana are strengths enough for Morello over the other two options. So I'd remove Grievous Wounds from Morellos, increase its mana by 100-150 as compensation, and give a revised GW to Void Staff to give you a compelling reason to pick it over Liandry's.

I feel like it may as well be "penetrates the greater value between 15 flat or 20-30% of your target's Magic Resist", something like that? Oh, right, I just remembered. Grievous wounds is on Morellonomicon because of Morello's dislike for healers. If it's being moved to Void Staff, maybe Void Staff's name should be changed to something with Morello in it, and the book can be renamed to Rite of Ruin to complete the BMB trifecta.

Then a losing team devolves into everyone trying to blame game each other into intentionally AFKing so the rest of them only lose half LP. It's not as simple as just "players lose less LP if someone AFKed".

(At Least from the standpoint of a champion that stacks 80AP items) If i was to add an item, it would be: * 3000 Gold * 2 daggers + Aether Wisp + blasting wand * 100 AP * 8% MS * Passive: Gain 12.5% attack speed every time you autoattack a champion with a basic attack, each stack lasting 2.5 seconds. Useful for Teemo / Azir / Kayle and other ap based marksmen. It scales with items too.

Plus the fact that the Guise/Liandry's changes mean you don't potentially have 15 flat pen from Liandry's plus the pen on Void Staff. It scales with items too. I feel like, if you're making an AP/AS item, you may as well just rework Nashor's a bit. Plus the fact that your item has no innate AS despite building from two Daggers feels bad. Remember that Riot added innate AS to Guinsoo's specifically because it felt bad not having Recurve's AS on it.
