Are the yi changes an exploration, like Teemo, or are they something you're feeling confident about that will go live if they seem to work out okay with a patch or two on PBE?

: So as a Teemo main since season 2-3 with over 3k games on him here are some of my thoughts. First off I'm excited and also nervous about these changes with that said here are my thoughts before actually getting to play him (which i hope to do before it dissapears off PBE) 1: Passive - I have ALWAYS felt if a Teemo change was going to happen his toxic shot should be his passive, It just makes sense as its one of his only real sources of damage early on in lane. 2: Q - i'm finally happy that Q will help Teemo with his Toxic shot it adds to his kit trying to synergyze with itself so a skilled teemo can make use of playing right. I'm not too worried about his numbers going down for this one it never really felt good to play ap burst anyways using his Q as main source of damage considering most of his kit is more about kiting. HOWEVER I am concerned about how the new blind mechanic will FEEL for enemy's. While the effect looks neat and cool, I can already tell that that kinda effect WHILE playing and being blinded is going to tilt people real hard, I think that the way blind is now is going to be less tilting. (One suggestion for Visual clarity maybe have like little black dots or eyes above the characters head that tick off each second the blind timer goes down and when it ends remove the dots so its easier to see that you are blinded the smoke cloud looks nice but still very hard to see in a fight imo) 3: W - I was worried this was gonna get removed or gutted real hard, i am happy to see it stay. I don't think people realize sometimes how useful this skill honestly is and for Teemo being able to dip in and out fast is key to trying to kite due to his low attack range. However with that said i could also see his "Camouflage" being combined with this skill and making his E something different because currently most stealths Give people speed. 4: E - I both like and dislike parts of this, the being able to "pause" the count down on the camo is neat by entering bushes and staying still and i see alot of potential with this especially for possible jungle Teemos. However the Reduced move speed i feel forces you to have to use this with your W meaning you basically have to use 2 skills to do one thing. I'd much rather sacrifice the Attack speed buff to not lose move speed if you did this because you felt it was too much in one skill. But like i said before under the W id be fine with tying the W and stealth together and making his E do something different (maybe give him a boost to his passive for a shot time, or gain attack speed). In general any skill that "Hurts the champion itself" almost always feels bad, most champion skills ADD to it not TAKE AWAY, so reducing move speed makes it feel pretty bad. 5: R - This one is hard, because The MAIN reason i feel most people play Teemo is this skill right here (myself included) so whenever anything changes bout it It's really hard to not immediately think of the worst. Overall I feel the changes wont actually be to bad. One of the issues I have found with Teemo lately is ever since the sweeper lenze was added to the game it made it really difficult to even get one shroom off so adding more Health is defiantly welcomed (because currently with one sweep you can clear like 5 shrooms in that time easy with a teammate which feels AWFUL) The damage being reduced a bit I dont think is gonna be too much of an issue honestly Especially if its in favor of giving teemo the ability to make MORE shrooms like before. However if the number of shrooms gets changed back to 3 only then i would be against lowering damage. A suggestion / alternative regarding Teemo shrooms, if one concern is that its instant damage / you cant out play the DOTs something I have seen suggested that I liked was make the shrooms turn into a poison cloud when exploded, you take some initial damage but the DOT is only in effect if you sit in the cloud. HOWEVER if you were to do this one thing id love to be able to do is have it so Teemo himself can Attack his own shrooms to trigger the cloud (maybe have it add like a bonus effect to the dot if he triggers it like the poison persist longer but perhaps make it so it doesn't do initial damage if it isn't stepped on, or even make it so if teemo triggers it it creates a better slow but less damage) some kinda way to make it so Teemo players can use their shrooms in a more engaging way so perhaps that if a player goes to clear a shroom you can trigger it by attacking it to get a little bit of benefit from it but not be the full effect. Edit: a suggestion for the E as well if you were to apply his camo to the W with the move speed, you could always make his E like a scouting tool (maybe something like teemo throws poison spores into a bush and reveals it while also applying poison debuff to anyone hit by it, this would allow it to be semi useful in lane to amp your passive for a few hits but also give him some scout ability to safely try and place a ward or shroom before face checking a bush) I will try and get on the PBE to play with these changes to see if i have any different opinions after playing it. but these are just my current thoughts at a first glance. =]

On top of the other damage nerfs, losing AP ratio on Toxic Shot is a giant nerf. Some of these may be nice QOL changes like healthier shrooms, but it seems like the Toxic shot change is aimed at low ELO who has trouble laning against him. I don't really see how a lower damage, weaker scaling version of Teemo with nice animations is somehow MORE useful in high ELO when he'll never make it to the lategame shroomfiesta (and when he does it'll hurt less unless he hangs out right nearby the shrooms/has cassio). Current teemo in lane is stronger than the new teemo, and current teemo isn't really doing his thing in high ELO. So how do you expect new teemo to somehow accomplish that? New teeemo will just feed in top cause his new damage won't be able to punish the enemy enough, and be like "guys DW riot made my shrooms have more health!" Let him be an annoying lane bully that suddenly is only useful for shroom scouting/splitting at midgame, that's what makes Teemo Teemo. And if you really want his raw damage to drop without poison allies, at least try to give him some more QOL, more tools to feel "scouty" because changing invis to camo w/ slow is a hit to QOL. I like the suggestion for increased vision range or something.

Hey Meddler, Since {{item:3095}} is getting worked on can we _**PLEASE**_ finally have a bugfix for it's interaction with {{champion:35}}? It's been on his recommended items list forever and seems like it would be fun to use, but it's got a bug where Shaco's 130% damage passive overrides Stormrazor while also putting it on cooldown. So effectively it's like stormrazor has no passive. He's had this issue since Stormrazor's release and it's never been addressed. I'm begging you, I only enjoy shitty off builds and would love to see SR functional.

I hate the changes to PD. Lament and Spectral Waltz are interesting and skillful and offer a flipside to rapid-shiv (long range benefits vs short range benefits). Many ADCs outrange spectral waltz, but that's a good thing because it makes it so that the movespeed needed to escape a diver or assassin only kicks in when they need it most (when the enemy is too close up). Just turning it into ADC Maw is not interesting or fun, and we already have a shield item in the form of Bloodthirster. You are also destroying PD's identity. There's nothing "phantom-like" or "dancing" about facetanking a skillshot by accident and surviving because of a shield. Just make a new zeal item with the shield that builds out of one of jaurim's fist or something like that. Additionally, what happened to Riot saying that defensive items don't really make sense on ADC, therefore lifesteal is defense on ADC because it helps them live longer by engaging in their play pattern of attacking constantly? That's skillful expression of their kit, rewarding them for doing their DPS. A passive shield is literally the opposite of rewarding skilled play. "oops i messed up, good thing I got this shield". Why can't it be something related to basic attacking? Why can't the shield be like BT, stacking off autos but only triggering at low hp? Why can't the shield be some kind of energize proc or crit proc? What is skillful about "lel this shield helps me not die". And if you want an "oops i messed up" item, you already turned GA into an adc item. But seriously I do want to know why Lifesteal isn't considered defense anymore.

I think allowing some champs go to level 19 or 20 is kinda cool and wouldn't be such a huge deal. You gave did the same thing with giving Jayce and Ryze extra ranks in their basic abilities which sort of gives them "extra scaling". I'd rather see the late, lategame champs get their power through an extra level up lategame rather than just giving Nasus and veigar straight buffs to how FAST they scale rather than how LONG they scale. When I play against Veigar, after like 25 minutes I don't say "oh man we gotta stop veigar, his power's gonna keep increasing", I say "wow that guy explodes me, but also not only do all his abilities hurt more, his W CD is lowered too so I'm fucked already." Nasus is a similar case, you guys gave him that Ult buff that gives CD on Q, so instead of saying "stop nasus from hitting 300 stacks", I'm begging my jungler to camp top because at 6 nasus suddenly isn't abusable "weak early" anymore. Also, I think the extra level up is kind of like Ornn's upgrades, Nobody was complaining that Ornn's upgrades essentially let your entire team "outscale" the enemy because your items just had more stats than theirs in general. Once everyone has 6 items, your team had a 5K stat lead, and it's a pretty cool power fantasy.

As lame as it is to see a bunch of token-purchased items you can't get, the amount of free rewards you get hasn't changed. Every event before this pass thing typically only gave enough missions to get an orb of some kind on top of a free orb and skin/ward shard. and the rest you'd have to spend RP to go ahead and buy event orbs/tokens. The only difference now is that you know you could have even *more* event stuff with the pass.

: Yes, nerf Shaco. Janna is annoying. Shaco is toxic in design. Janna's OP? You have a very hard time killing one person. Shaco's OP? You die from stealth with no way to fight back at all. Guess which is worse? And...70% bonus AD ratio+Backstab bonus damage (which also, I believe, has an AD ratio)+Duskblade+Normal auto damage is way too much at once.
Backstab does _not_ have an AD ratio. It has no scaling ever since riot changed it to be ap scaling but then hit all of his magic damage in another wave of nerfs. The OPs point was that Shaco was nerfed just for high winrate while Janna maintains a similar one. They both win the game more than they should, why does she get a free pass? As for ratios, Kha'zix has more stealth uptime, a 130% AD ratio, and also builds duskblade but he gets a free pass to exist without damage nerfs and quality of life nerfs. A lot of the damage you see Shaco do also comes from Dark Harvest.

tl;dr It's okay to intentionally throw games at the end if you think the server you're on is toxic. Riot has said over and over that responding to toxic behavior with toxic behavior is still punishable. They've said over and over that leaving the game at any time is punishable. "They're dicks to me too!" has never been an excuse. Deflecting it onto the entire server as a whole is dumb, even if those complaints are valid.
: Nautilus lore - what's most important to you?
Nautilus was one of the first champions I ever mained therefore the first lore bio I read for League of Legends. What stands out to me is this self-aware, tragic monster thing just trying to cope. I think it's very important that regardless of how his background is changed, he maintains a painful, personal, non-combat story that doesn't resolve for him. His last human memory is of betrayal, and he doesn't constantly say things like "I want revenge", he just kind of...deals with it. He simply goes forward. The fact that he will never see those who betrayed him again and he'll never have a way to change back is something that he must live with but he simply survives it, rather than letting it define him. He is all about unresolved personal grief and both psychological and physical survival in the loneliness of the ocean. Nautilus should be **very** introspective, and not about big battles or wars or killing or dueling Illaoi or unleashing Darkin power to become Naautilus or some shit like that. Reading his bio should feel like I'm hearing about an abused animal from the ASPCA, not some badass terminator out for revenge like "unrelenting" might imply from some of the other responses. I know you need to tie plots together, but his lonely, helpless story and his stoic attitude should be maintained.

Shaco players aren't asking for buffs, they're asking for compensation in regards to nerfing duskblade, which is what every other user of duskblade is getting except him. People keep saying "LEL HIS WINRATE STFU HE'S FINE" over and over in response to Shaco compensation threads. **Win rate =/= fun rate.** The only reason Shaco can keep up in damage in the midgame is because of Duskblade. Look at his kit, it's literally just invisibility+ a shitty slowing knife that does no damage,a box that can be avoided/pinked with a meme ultimate. His passive was trashed and given a troll AP ratio that Riot knew would be totally unusable anyway because they hit all his AP scaling and base damages. His winrate won't be so high when he has literally no core item to buy because he's been gutted to become a broken item stealth delivery service. Why does Miss Fortune, an ADC who already has a crit build she can turn to, and other assassins who can turn to Ghostblade, need compensation more than him, who relies on it the most? He's not even the best user of it, Kha'Zix is.

Many Shacos rely on duskblade to keep up in damage in the midgame. He's an incredibly item reliant, snowball reliant champ that got all of his base damages and scaling hit back when he was strong. Why isn't he considered for compensation? Trinity feels bad as a 2nd item since it's cost makes shaco even more feast-or-famine while stattik makes his damage awful compared to other assassins.

Riot needs to make it more clear that giving up is a reportable offense. Every other game me and my friends have at least 1 teammate who won't stop trying to ff and keeps telling us "it's over fuck this game I'm not trying anymore".

Thanks for comin in Broporo. Unfortunately disabling the game bar hasn't fixed the issue. I've climbed up to a more consistent ~45 fps, but moving the camera still doesn't feel smooth.

This nerf is massive and doesn't solve the problem that Shaco's high winrate comes from bruiser shaco and not assassin shaco. Way too hard of a nerf, take my upvote.

They could make it so you link all your account to one main account, but then what would happen if you didn't link? They wouldn't outright make it a punishable offense because I'm sure loads of people have another account. I know I've got maybe one, two account I rarely go on as they were used to play vs ai and mainly just report bottled accounts!

Linking would be a good idea but I'm not sure there's a viable way to do it. : NEW CHAMP COMIC: Camille: Severed Ties
I think Camille's design is fantastic. To me it sort of says 'literal blade runner', with a nod to attack on titan or metal benders thrown in (?). Since nobody seems to be addressing it, if a rioter sees this I'd like them to pass off to the artist(s) that the storytelling and art is gorgeous. Everything flows so dynamically and every character and backdrop oozes with personality.

They should make the ult's volume distance-based, so if you're all the way at bot lane you'll hear a faint "juustii...!" and if you're getting hit it's super loud and overbearing, like Garen.

I've tried the new shaco, and it's kind of stupid that building crit doesn't really work on him now in spite of him critting naturally. How counter-intuitive is it that his passive actually REDUCES his damage from behind as opposed to striking from the front if you can successfully crit? When riot said they'd put an AP ratio on his Q, I didn't think that meant they would sacrifice his typical AD build to do it. I absolutely love the design of the new kit, %HP is nice, Meme ult's fun and can make for a tricky escape (but fear duration should be longer), stealth duration and long CD sucks but 4.5 max rank is nice. He seriously needs some love in terms of actual numbers and not just cool ideas. Why do the other assassins get to have SO MUCH damage when Shaco just gets put into an awkward place with his build? You can't build crit, but flat AD got nerfed, but AP doesn't proc backstab anymore, etc. At the very least I think Q needs it's damage pumped up a LOT higher. If shaco is meant to have "niche combat tricks", reward us for critting in the back with the Q, don't punish us by making us think "Ah man I've got IE and SS, I should've crit from the front instead! How stupid of me for trying to use my kit!" Alternatively, you could do something like graves where building crit would boost said backstab damage.

Just had the same problem. Thought it was a cheat or DDos, because it was only my entire team that was DC'd. And no loss prevented.

So Null Mantle's MR got buffed in exchange for it's price going up. That's okay. What I don't get is not that Negatron is gone, but that the overall MR of the legendary items that build from it got nerfed. Who cares if the MR is stronger early on? Why is spirit visage and Wit's End giving less MR than before, when AP is so much scarier lategame than early game?
