they still have the same concept because without a scaling mechanic ash would have a 3sec stun at point blank and Nunu would do the same CC when he presses his w as when he runs around for the full 8 seconds which would make it very unrewarding to a tank Nunu to go max distance without the extended cc duration.

There is no reason to add a scaling mechanic on an ability based on how long it's channeled when you never see the first 2/3s of the said channel. Nunu's W should never have a scalable knockup given it's already good enough without it anyway, let alone this extreme one currently on live.

There are a couple of reasons for this one reason is if you are good at almost every champ and you know all the counters then banning a champ lowers your available choices but this is a rare case for normally your not good at every character and you normally don't own them all either another reason is if someone doesn't want to ban a champ in fear of banning a champ that might be an allies backup champ.

fair points another option is to make it so only the strongest shield on an ally is active at a time meaning you would really have to time the shields to get the full potential instead of spamming all your shields at once.

Here's the problem here I play in a premade of 3-4 players normally never received a chat restriction or ban because I'm not toxic in fact no one in my premade has received a chat restriction/ban now moving on to the problem. If this was an option then almost every person not in a premade would use this option and then every premade would not be able to play a game. For example I have my premade of 4 now I would need someone not in a premade and doesn't have this option selected and 5 enemies who don't have this option selected which makes the time I would have to wait easily going to 5-10 min which won't effect you as a solo player but it would effect anyone who wants to play with friends.

Since I pick last and banning a champ will lower the amount of champs I can pick for countering it can be better to ban no one. For instance say I'm going top and I'm last pick and thinking about playing Fiora and ban her counter pantheon well if the opponent picks Fiora then I can't pick Pantheon to counter her cause he's banned where as if I banned no one I could still counter her with pantheon.

I would like ranked ARAM to be like it is now with the following changes. 1: Make every champ available so ARAM only accounts won't have a huge advantage.(you would still need the champs to unlock mastery chests.) 2: Everyone gets to ban 1 champ before it chooses your champ. 3: Everyone gets 2 re-rolls every game making it more likely for there to be decent team comps. 4: Make dodge timers in this mode harsher because it's more likely people will dodge. 5: Possibly disable some runes if they are deemed over-powered. with these changes it would make a really cool ranked mode.
