: I feel like it's a common misconception that Low CS = Playing Badly
Giving gold over to your teammates is great, but if your bottom lane comes to mid and is csing, you should probably look to try csing elsewhere. Sure, they need gold, but you do too (unless you're already full build or massively ahead of their team, which this doesn't seem to be the case). I think it's an idea in a decent direction, even if it's not entirely true or the most efficient way to play the game. ^^;

I've been itching for some Hexakill. Would be cool to see it maybe opened up long term for TT seeing as the mode is basically unsupported by Riot anymore as it stands (which is unfortunate in itself)
: Xerath quality of life fix!!!!!!
The main thing I'm confused about... if he used his E would he dash in the direction he used his E? Or would the dash part of his E be completely independent of the direction he shot the stun portion of his E in? Either way, I think this idea is still too powerful... champions that are essentially given a flash in their kit are typically very heavily balanced around that concept, typically by being melee (see: Fizz, Kassadin, Shaco) or by some other means in their kit (Lissandra sacrifices damage for utility and safety, Ezreal requires landing multiple skillshots in short succession in order to maximize his damage, etc.) Champions with exceptionally long range are generally supposed to be as good as dead if the enemy manages to get on top of them, as that is meant to be one of their design weakness to compensate for their obvious range strength. I feel like significant power would have to be pulled out of Xerath's kit to make this change not exceptionally unbalanced at higher levels of play (although I could see how this change could benefit lower skill levels of play without breaking everything). Overall: probably too strong of an idea, but it is good that you are thinking! Your presentation of the idea was fairly clear, polite, and humble. You acknowledged both sides of the spectrum when presenting your idea and that is impressive enough, even if the idea might not be the most fitting change in my opinion. I'd love to see you come up with more ideas if you are passionate about certain concepts! {{sticker:sg-syndra}}
: What is the point of learning harder champions..?
Generally speaking, Garen and Master Yi tend to fall off at very high levels of play... but there's nothing wrong with enjoying playing them and playing them as often as you can, even if you are a higher skilled player. Riot generally encourages players to strive for mastery with all kinds of champions across every position, not just the most complicated champions necessarily.
: Is Teemo Support Really Just Troll?
Teemo can provide meaningful things as a support, but it is different than what most traditional supports would provide (cc, healing, shielding). If you're giving it your best effort to win then it's not trolling. Teemo can be strong if played well into certain situations from the support position as well, but in several other circumstances he will struggle if he does not play a matchup all that well.

: Opinion: There is nothing interesting about new Evelynn apart from the "sex" theme
I would argue that meta shifts as far as a general gameplay sense would be more reasonable to attribute to Evelynn's lower play rate than her rework. Especially since, for a fair while now, we've been sitting on a meta where level 2 junglers were highly valued so that they could content the rift scuttler when it spawned, and Evelynn certainly is not one of those champions. Near the end of the graph you posted, Evelynn's play rate is rising. This is consistent with the partial repeal to the level two scuttler fights that recently happened. (This does not mean her rework had no effect on her play rate, but calling it the primary / only factor is misleading).

: a message to players who thinks that riot is adding skins to take more money.
....but doesn't Riot release skins partially to get money? I thought that was a good chunk of the point. I'm sure creating skins and whatnot is fun too, but the monetary gain behind it isn't exactly negligible either in my honest opinion. Also, older champions tend to have more skins because they are older and there were less champions to give skins to at that time. Plus, a lot of older content was pushed out very quickly in the early days of League rather than the more polished and scheduled content that we see today.

So, having someone build full damage to take objectives is a good idea, and if theyre full damage, youll want them to be as safe as possible because youre trading EHP, the single best builds, for full damage, an objectively weaker build. > > Range is the single best stat in the game, so you offset the EHP loss for damage with range, and marksmen have the range as well as being auto attack based. > > You can have someone like ziggs or heimer bot and function similarly, or even yasuo and azir. And marksmen bot are objectively better than those other options, or we would see them being used. Can you rephrase this? I want to make sure im fully understanding this before i comment further.

That definitely feels mandatory. > > And marksmen bot are objectively better than those other options, or we would see them being used. It could also be that people enjoy playing marksmen, and since the game has generally been brought up with this tendency in mind marksmen has nearly always been meta, especially in unorganized play. It's just easier to build a comp expecting your marksman to cover the DPS than needing to plan out the elaborate compositions needed to accomplish the same effectiveness but with non marksmen champions. It can be done though. Professional games are one of the main places to see this executed (and even then not all that commonly), aside from occasional premades having some fun and doing their own little off-meta team composition. You can pull out stuff like {{champion:266}} {{champion:103}} {{champion:1}} {{champion:69}} {{champion:31}} {{champion:74}} {{champion:39}} {{champion:30}} {{champion:55}} {{champion:85}} {{champion:82}} {{champion:518}} {{champion:80}} {{champion:107}} {{champion:50}} {{champion:412}} {{champion:4}} {{champion:6}} {{champion:161}} {{champion:112}} {{champion:8}} {{champion:157}} {{champion:115}} in bottom lane if you want (and this isn't an exhaustive list nor does it even include off meta marksmen). ..but you need to consider what the rest of your team has to do to compensate for the unusual bottom lane. You might need an AD midlaner if you take an APC bottom, you might need an unusual support pick if you have a bursty assassin as your bottom laner, and then perhaps the lack of a traditional support may lead to unconventional picks becoming necessary for top lane or jungle. You can probably see why this is generally avoided outside of organized play (besides the aforementioned 'people like playing marksmen' comment), but it is very possible to pull off if you have the right team with the right champion pool and set of skills on your side! ^^

If you're forced to rush tear you have high mana costs. Ezreal's reliance on tear is more due to his near constant desire to be casting spells rather than individual spells costing a lot of mana in my opinion. Cassiopeia is another example of this: her abilities (besides W) hardly cost much mana at all, but once you start using Q + E constantly her mana evaporates unless you build mana to compensate for this. > And again if the enemy dodges his skillshots or he misses them what's the point of having all this damage? That's part of the counterplay you mentioned in the original message: Ezreal has to land his skillshots in order to deal a lot of his damage. It's one of the things that makes him unique, and he is rewarded quite nicely in my opinion for landing said skillshots. > With other adc's all u have to do is auto attack a few times and I do just as much damage (assuming I have crit). While this is true, Ezreal is simply different than a typical auto attack based marksman. Ezreal has a fairly long range compared to many marksmen (obviously Caitlyn will still outrange him but you know what I mean), but more importantly Ezreal benefits from being rather mobile compared to many auto attack based marksmen. Tristana is probably one of the only other auto attack based marksmen who has similar mobility and burst to Ezreal, and even then Ezreal benefits from being a hybrid damage dealer as well, rather than almost exclusively restricted to physical damage like most marksmen (barring exceptions like Kai'sa and really off meta stuff like AP Ashe). > And he has a hard time hitting squishies because tankier champions will just block all the skillshots for them. Another part of that counterplay thing. The good news for Ezreal is that tankier champions tend to be even easier to hit with his skillshots due to their size and general lack of mobility. Couple this with Ezreal's hybrid damage and bursty damage and a skilled Ezreal is a menace and a force to be reckoned with, even for tank players. Did I mention that Ezreal's global ultimate also goes through tanks? {{champion:22}} and {{champion:222}} can't say that, nor can {{champion:51}}, {{champion:202}}, {{champion:145}}'s (albeit shorter ranged) ultimates (and Kaisa's W). ~~...Really only Draven and perhaps Graves could argue that their ults go through tanks.~~ I would also argue that Ezreal hits powerspikes at similar times to many crit and auto attack based marksmen, so it's not like he takes 30 minutes to complete tear. Ezreal has tons of things going for his unique style of play and in all honesty he should be happy that he basically has runes (Kleptomancy) and items ({{item:3004}}/{{item:3042}}) practically dedicated to him. Many, many other champions wish they could receive even half of that treatment by Riot (most notably AP Bruisers ... but that's a story for another time). {{sticker:sg-ezreal}}

: Some Thoughts About Level 1, Early Wards, and Countering Junglers
Very solid post. This is good information and I hope people get a chance to read it! Only thing I would suggest is perhaps expanding the example champions that are shown for each type of jungler. It's really cool that you showed any at all (and even covered some of the more unexpected / unique junglers) but it might be nice for some people who are trying to learn to be able to see what kind of jungler Shaco, Rengar, or Warwick tend to be for example. Also, having example pictures of the warding locations / pathing you're talking about could help people follow what you're talking about, but your descriptions were spot on and really did paint a clear picture regardless. {{sticker:sg-ahri-2}}

Fix your shit Riot. > So Riot if you gonna bring out average skins give them appropriate prices NOT 1350 and higher. While I do miss having some mix of sub 1350 RP skins, I don't recall many 1350 RP skins having many of these traits that you're describing, much less most or even all of them. I don't believe this makes 1350 RP skins "average" though ... they usually are meaningfully different from the base look of a champion (interesting design that isn't just a chroma, occasionally a new dance, taunt, or recall animation, occasional new vfx and voice lines). It doesn't sound like much but it is pretty cool when you see them instead of extrapolating the concept to mere words. Also, models have to look different in game in order to maintain gameplay (not only for performance reasons but also for appearance reasons ... the forced perspective makes using the types of in game models that Riot does effective as they communicate what the model looks like without actually being as busy as actually using a model that looks like that would be). Personally I feel like we're getting a pretty fair deal but maybe that's just me.

Imagine a Rank where the players Riot picks are From Bronze to Plat players. Thats what Silver is right now. Lowkey this to some degree. It really does suck for lower skill players when they're being trashed by people who shouldn't be facing them because those people don't want to play in the rank bracket they are supposed to be in for that day. Plus then a lot of Plat+ players get upset when their bronze teammates don't play like Plat+ players despite the Plat+ player being on a smurf. {{sticker:slayer-jinx-unamused}} What do you expect?

>No more pushing a meta. Certain meta-enforcement design decisions, like locking jungle items behind Smite, would be reverted immediately. There are no other immediate changes to champions, runes, etc, but going forward, the focus for live design is "viability". I would not make any change that intentionally makes a certain champion or playstyle nonviable without giving the players a wide berth, and sufficient time to adapt and find a response. In other words, if a cheese comp can be effectively countered by another cheese comp, I leave it alone. . . . >I would be open to player-developed changes that upend the 1 top, 1jg, 1 mid, 2 bot meta. I think having some degree of what you can expect in a match is enjoyable for a lot of players, although variety also pleases another portion of the community more. Some people get upset when Aatrox is viable in Mid, Top, and Jungle all at the same time and you can't tell where he's going, or when AP mages become meta carries in botlane rather than the traditional marksmen ... but then again some people love that kind of variety and danger of the unknown, and neither stance is inherently right or wrong. It's interesting to see what all you would do, even if I only agree with certain parts of what you say! I'd dissect your post quite a bit more but I gotta study for finals, but it was an interesting read at least. ^^;
: Can Veterans get a newmade ultimate skin or huge reward for leagues 10 year anniversary
The issue is that it's hard to define when "being a veteran" starts at (unless you go to the absolute first few accounts that were created). The farther back you go, less and less people get the reward that Rioters are spending their time on (versus something else such as a VGU or a skin that everyone can purchase) and more people are left upset that they aren't being included in whatever reward. People are still upset about Black Alistar, Silver Kayle, King Rammus, etc. Chances are Riot isn't too eager to make more rewards that exclude the majority of their playerbase (especially seeing how previous iterations of obtaining Prestige Skins / content (green chromas, Sona emote) locked behind the Partner Program were received poorly by large portions of the community). Just my personal thoughts of course (I'm a longtime player myself so chances are I would get the rewards) but I imagine most people would be upset, and it just seems unlikely (but not _impossible_) for Riot to prioritize something like that over something everyone could enjoy.

: Can someone explain something to me?
You seem like you already know why you play League of Legends: you seem to enjoy certain champions -- how they exist and interact with each other, their stories and art, and their gameplay. It's perfectly fine to not always be playing the strongest champions! League of Legends is a constantly changing game anyway, so eventually the champion(s) you like might become the strongest champion(s) of a given patch (at which point you might be able to flex your mastery on the champion unlike the people who are just hopping onto your favorite champs just because they just became strong)! League of Legends is a competitive game and pushes ranked play opportunities extensively, but it does not force them on any player. It is perfectly fine to just play ARAM or Draft or Blind Queues and not attempt ranked. Thousands of players play this way every year and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. There are toxic players in League and they bring everyone's experience down. While this may be more common to see in League of Legends, such players exist in basically every game community. It's unfortunate, but it's how life is. Thankfully, League of Legends gives us the mute option for players, so we can simply mute players and just report them at the end of the game to be punished, if they are found to be deserving of it. I would suggest considering befriending some of the non-toxic players you will inevitably meet if you play enough. It's nice to get a few of them together and queue up as a five member queue! You don't have to worry about toxic players on your team that way, and it can create a really nice positive environment to play League of Legends in. =) Maybe this isn't the answer you wanted, but I'm not sure how to answer this better at the current moment. Perhaps this is at least a good start though! May you have fun out there on the Rift, and if nothing else thank you for giving League of Legends some of your time, even if it turns out to not be the game for you (which doesn't sound like it's the case). {{sticker:sg-ahri-2}}

: Leveling rewards??
I'm not sure what to say about your issue either. I would say perhaps the missions aren't showing up (or perhaps are granting rewards slowly) but I have no way of knowing if this is the case or not. While I don't know everything about how current new account rewards work, I do know that you are frequently granted champion permanent shards, which give you the opportunity to dischant them for Blue Essence (so you may purchase the Champion you want within the store) or you may redeem the champion permanent shards (which will simply grant you the champion in question permanently). I do believe you are occasionally given the choice between a few champions for the champion shard reward that you receive, but this is not always the case (especially as you level up your account more, you will be given less and less chances to choose the champion shard you receive). Could you elaborate on any other issues you are experiencing? It's an everlong process, but I find it to be an enjoyable one. Hopefully you still will too, after all of this is done. {{sticker:sg-syndra}}

: Am I being too dramatic? Because I am deep in my feelings right now.
Riot gets to their support tickets as fast as they can, but I diffidently can relate to the sucky feeling of waiting for them to get to your ticket. I don't have much more to say about this, but I hope that you get your account back.
: Can't recover my old account so i made a new one, but i still want my old act
I used to play League of Legends at a friend's house, but I lose access to the account when he moved away (despite the fact that I'm fairly sure he doesn't play League much at all anymore) so I feel your pain of losing an account you loved. :( The best thing I can tell you is to [contact Riot Support](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and choose the request type "Recover my account". They're the only ones that can help you with issues regarding your account, so they're your best bet as far as I can tell. I sincerely hope that you regain access to your account, just as I hope to one day regain access to the account I lost when my friend moved away! Best of luck <3{{sticker:sg-ahri-2}}

Your name on NA might be taken on PBE, as it is considered to be a different 'region' than NA or EUW or any other region. If you believe this to be an error I'd try [contacting Riot Player Support](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), but it is possible that your name may have been taken on PBE already for the reason I said above. Best of luck!{{sticker:sg-kiko}}
: Why do games begin while people don't connect?
I'm just not sure what you would do to prevent this being annoying for the other nine or so people who are theoretically stuck in a loading screen for 2-5 minutes while that other person tries to connect to the game. I mean ideally nobody would have issues connecting to the game at all, but personally I feel like remaking and giving the person who is struggling to connect a longer queue timer is a decent enough solution for the moment. Yes, it absolutely SUCKS to be given a queue timer when not being able to connect isn't your fault and is just one of those weird occurrences out of 100 games ... but I don't really think making everyone else wait in hiatus for potentially 5+ minutes is all that fair of a system either. And I haven't even touched on intentional abuses of this (dodging, purposely disconnecting from wifi, etc.) which could make implementing the system all that much harder than what we have now. The main thing I'd like to see improved is ability to remake detection, because occasionally you won't be allowed to remake despite being in a state where you should be able to. It works most of the time though so that's good enough for me I suppose. What would you suggest to get around the issue cases that have been brought up by myself and echoed by other members of the community?

: This game isn't enjoyable anymore. And it's Doctor Zoidberg's fault.
: turning spoilers off in client just does nothing
I gotta support this. I haven't been watching much MSI because Finals for school have been dominating my schedule, but now I've already been spoiled on the end result for most of the games :( I'll still watch them anyway when my finals end this week, but it does kind of suck that I can't experience them with quite as much hype as I would've otherwise been able to.
: Would you, as a new player, have continued playing this game if...

I personally would, but that's simply because I enjoy the actual gameplay once it gets going. The bugs in the client are annoying, but they don't prevent me from having fun the majority of the time (although they are massively irritating when they do!) Granted, I'm not a new player by any means (though I've gone through the process when leveling up accounts on other regions recently) and I am a fair bit more tolerant of things than a lot of people I know, so my response may be somewhat skewed.
: Am I the only one which doesn't like to play the game anymore and prefer watching it to be played ?
You're not the only one, but for me I really don't enjoy watching the game be played all that often (with the except of pros / people doing specific things that I wouldn't be able to mimic in one of my games). Watching League of Legends makes me want to play League of Legends, personally. ^^;
: New keystone idea
It's an interesting concept, but I feel like the availability of CDR is already so widespread that it honestly needs to be cut back a bit, not given even more readily.
: TRADED 3 950RP SKIN SHARDS FOR FIRECRACKER VAYNE PRESTIGE EDITON!
I have never redeemed Firecracker Vayne (or her Prestige Edition variant), but the Prestige Edition skin costed 1000 Lunar Revel Tokens. You could get it by purchasing a pass that allowed you to earn Tokens through your games (which took a long time) or you could've purchased tons of Tokens I suppose... but I believe most people took the pass based route. The pass costed 1550 RP, so you could argue the skin costed that much too. Congrats on getting the skin! Hopefully you like it.
: 6 Year old account, Reseted. Why??
I would first try waiting for a bit and then logging into your account again to see if your stuff is still gone or not. If it is still gone, I'd contact [Riot Support](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and let them know about your situation, since they are really the only ones that can modify your account any. Good luck!
: Since this last patch, I've played something like 700 games. Typically I queue for Jungle/Top, I have been filed to Jungle EVERY SINGLE TIME in those games, every single one. Getting tired of playing the crippled role where my cs counts for less and I can be 10/0 and still underleveled, I decided to try top. I queued Top/Jg, got autofilled right bank to jungle, six times in a row. I can't even get enough practice in draft to learn a new role because autofill won't let me. Bought new champion Yuumi, can't even queue support without getting filed back to jungle, purchase wasted. Riot says: crickets. [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/HLxCASV.jpg[/IMG]
You're not getting autofilled if you're queueing for Jungle as your primary or secondary role lol. Autofill only occurs if you are given one of the three roles you didn't queue for.
: Is there absolutely no way to get the original "Urfwick the Manatee" skin?
You cannot earn it for your account by any means. However, _technically_ you can obtain it by using an account that already has the original skin in its inventory... but unless you can get access to one of those you're out of luck and will have to be satisfied with the Urfwick that returns each year for the Essence Emporium. (This is a similar case to Championship Riven, if you happen to be more familiar with that skin).

: Champs that bronze/iron players should avoid if they wanna climb
Not that I necessarily agree or disagree with any part of this post in particular, but I am very curious as to why you added these champions to this list. I'm especially wondering about Alistar, because he's a fantastic choice and I'm not sure why he isn't played more.

: Maybe a potential VU for Ahri in sight ? by Zeronis
It's very cute but I doubt Ahri is going to get a VU anytime soon (she's already among the most visually appealing champions in the game). I'm not a Rioter though so I mean maybe I'm wrong. ...I'll always take some more Ahri art though! This stuff looks very good; thank you for sharing it~ <3 {{sticker:sg-ahri-2}}

: **Preface:** Just another main. I'm a proponent of bruiser Diana, although I think assassin could be cool if done properly (not in it's current unhealthy iteration). I will first presume that the design team has a struggle with Diana's dual identity. With the presumption of Riot wanting to make assassin Diana not as oppressing and prevalent, whilst encouraging bruiser styles if possible. I feel some of these changes are going in the wrong direction, discouraging bruiser Diana and plain nerfing assassin Diana in an **UNINTELLIGENT** way and not addressing the **unhealthy snowball monster** that is Diana. **Attack Speed Changes** Awesome. Base attack speed buff rewards subsequent atkspd purchases, making nashors and bruiser a more viable build. At the same time however, the removal of the atkspd on ability cast would hurt her "dueling", and any POSSIBLE skill expression in spellweaving (however unlikely it is). **Proposed Changes:** Attack Speed: 0.625 => 0.725 AtkSpd on ability cast: 20-30% Net Buff+ **Mana Changes** I feel are an odd move. If possible, I'd love to hear why you thought these were a good direction. In terms of bruiser vs. assassin playstyle, the playstyle that requires more constant usage of mana is the bruiser style. As an assassin, you just drop your full QWRER and don't care. As long as you have enough for a full rotation, nothing else matters. As a bruiser, you are expected to stay alive in a fight for longer, and use multiple spell rotations. Having a form of mana sustain through passive allows a split-pushing bruiser Diana more uptime in side lanes. The current proposed changes punish bruiser Diana (multiple passive procs, multiple spell rotations, mana sustain) while encouraging assassin Diana (more max mana, guaranteeing sufficient mana for 1 rotation, less interaction with opponent since there is no need to walk up to auto wave and regain mana). More max mana helps assassin Diana, while a lack of mana sustain inhibits bruiser Diana. **Proposed Changes:** No Mana Changes. Retain mana sustain on passive proc, don't increase mana/lv. **Movespeed Changes** Wow those are some feel good changes. At the same time, you probably make it so Diana never needs to take phase rush (where it is currently a niche matchup specific rune). Nothing else to say, this helps bruiser + assassin. Hard to say which it helps more. Net Buff+ **Damage Ratios** With all the aforementioned buffs, it stands to say that nerfs are in order to balance things out. The only head scratcher I have is why the passive was chosen as opposed to any other ability? Passive is Diana's only sustained form of dmg, which is the CORE part of her bruiser kit. With the current issue of assassin DIana killing things too quickly, wouldn't it make more sense to remove this ratio from her W or R instead? W is a current no-brainer ability that is a guaranteed instant damage for assassin style. R is another guaranteed instant damage. As another point, passive setup before going in is one of the only points of skill expression for Diana, why are you making this skill expression rewarded less while maintaining the baseline zero counterplay damage? When Diana is 4-0 or more, she isn't proccing passive on people and killing them, she's killing them with QWR/RWQ damage zero counterplay damage. Snowballing assassin Diana is unhealthy, and that aspect of her kit should be nerfed, not a passive that doesn't even get procced when you are snowballing, and only useful when the game is EVEN (when you are behind, you don't live long enough to proc your passive, also cause minions don't have passives). **Proposed Changes:** Passive Cleave Ratio: Remains 0.8 W Damage Ratio: 0.2/orb (0.6 total) =>0.1/orb (0.3 total) Net Nerf- _Note: The reason why W ratio should be nerfed over R ratio is because W is no-thinking one cast spell. It makes less sense design-wise to nerf R when one of the sole skill expression points of Diana is hitting her Q and getting the R reset for two casts. If you nerf R damage, you make R reset less appealing and RQW more appealing (why risk missing Q to get R reset for a lower payout, when you can just RQW for guaranteed damage?)._ **R Reset Time:** feelsFUCKINGbadman. I understand the objective of prolonging Diana's time-to-kill, but this just feelsbad. When Diana is 4-0, she isn't double casting R on you, she just RWQ's. This change does nothing against a snowballing Diana, while only nerfing Diana when she is behind or even (where she is already absolutely horrible and not a champion). **Proposed Changes:** DON"T DO IT PLS GOD. Nerf her ratio instead (The only way to punish a snowballing Diana with zero counterplay). R Ratio: 0.6 => 0.4/0.5/0.6 Net Nerf- _Note: The reason why it is a scaling nerf is because Diana is most out of line when she is snowballing out of control from laning phase. The nightmare scenario playing against Diana is seeing her at 10~15mins out of control. If you look at Diana game lengths, she either wins at 20 because she's fed as fuck, or losing horrendously and doing nothing at all. Diana will need her ratios back during late game (if the game goes that long) because her ONLY contribution to a team is damage, and trading her life for an enemies. If she can't even fulfill her one job, there is no reason to pick Diana._ **E Changes** Hip hip hurray. E CD is down. It's a nice touch, but you'd be lucky to cast that even once before 6 if you're against a ranged champion, and you will go OOM if you cast it twice vs melees. Not that I don't appreciate the CD reduction, I just feel it should be paired with a mana cost reduction because it feels so punishing to cast. There is a **SERIOUS** problem in terms of design when the optimal choice is to not even skill an ability until lv8. **Proposed Changes:** E Cooldown: 26>18 => 20>12 Mana Cost: 70 => 50 Net Buff+ **And Beyond..** If you've made it thus far, I'd like to take you on a journey with me. Why would you pick Diana as a champion. What niche does she fulfill? Assassin? Bruiser? Currently, she **ONLY** functions as an unhealthy assassin. Bruiser/splitpushing is **NOT VIABLE** since she is **UNABLE** to 1v1 and match **ANY** of the existing cast of top/midlane splitpushers such as Aatrox, Camille, Darius, Fiora, Hecarim, Illaoi, Irelia, Jax, Riven, Ryze, Sylas, Trynd, Yasuo, Yorick. The only way to make this playstyle viable, is to give Diana a way to fight against this set of champions. I propose giving her E a 2second disarm on top of the existing pull back and slow. This extra mechanic gives Diana a new level of skill expression against auto attacking champions, and gives her an opportunity of outplay. Do you disarm them immediately? or time it against certain autos procs? If the change goes through, it will be a bigger power budget allocated so the 70mana cost becomes reasonable. Disarm is another mechanic that substitutes for survivability, if it proves too strong, consider nerfing her shield to compensate. Also, I'd like to change it so that enemies hit by Diana's Q grant her TRUE SIGHT. Why the fuck can I not see them when I've smacked them with a beam of moonlight and marked them. WTF? **Proposed Changes:** **NEW:** E disarms enemy champions for 2 seconds **NEW:** Q grants True Sight of enemy champions whilst they are afflicted by Moonlight (3secs) **TL;DR Proposed Changes Attack Speed: 0.625 => 0.725 AtkSpd on ability cast: 20-30% No Mana changes Yes Movespd changes Passive Cleave Ratio: Remains 0.8 NEW: Q grants True Sight of enemy champions whilst they are afflicted by Moonlight (3secs) W Damage Ratio: 0.2/orb (0.6 total) =>0.1/orb (0.3 total) E Cooldown: 26>18 => 20>12 E Mana Cost: 70 => 50 NEW: E disarms enemy champions for 2 seconds R Ratio: 0.6 => 0.4/0.5/0.6 Net NEUTRAL changes**
