: We've been tracking reports on this [gift pool error](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005959727--Apr-19-Gifting-Champions-with-IP-is-currently-generating-an-unrelated-error-message-this-will-only-occur-if-your-friend-already-has-the-champion-), and it's just confusing messaging on the client. It turns out that this weird error comes up if you're gifting someone who's already unlocked it on their own. Let me know if that clears things up!

I only like akali for the judging if i can get out with dashes and the interaction with the smoke and the terrain. I guess now nashors is a MUST on her instead of just.. nice to have.. I Guess lichbane will still be nice. but I feel like the W reaally really needs touching up if nothing else

: Let's not forget about the fact that you also need to get key fragments to unlock chests, which is a pain because you get one every 100 games, then you need to get champion shards, which you need to unlock with keys, that you get from key fragments And let's also not forget about the fact that the grading system sucks, you can carry your team, end up 21-0-4 and get an A+ at the end of the game, because that makes sense So basically if you want to unlock mastery 6 and 7 you're going to have to spend your moneym which is what Riot only cares about at this point
: Earning an S doesn't mean you advance. You have to earn an S, get a token, and then have a champion shard of that specific champion... So, like I said, the system is based on luck. Skill is required to give you the opportunity to test your luck. Definitely a new system that has been well thought out.
again, IP lets you boost your ability to get a shard, which They have said countless other palces they are gonna tune that to be affordable enough to not kill off peoples IP

Stacks are uncapped and are consumed upon killing the enemy chamion healing you for X * amount of stacks. Q: Reap Throws out her Scythe which travels a set distance dealing damage per X seconds to all enemies it passes through. The Scythe returns after X seconds, but reactivating this ability will stop the Sythe in place where it will remain for the rest of the duration dealing damage more frequently (every X seconds). Empowered: Range is significatly bigger (Scythe is surrounded by additional blood scythes) and upon return you are healed by X% of damage dealt. W: Sow Consumes a big amount of health, increasing your AS and the amount of stacks of bloodbath you apply per AA. Empowered: Grants a small shield for 1 second that refreshes every time she damages a champion with bloodbath, unless broken. E: Rake Jumps a short distance dealing damage to all enemies. Enemy champions stop the charge making her land behind them, but take additional damage. Empowered: Instead of jumping behind them she instead throws them behind her with the scythe dealing more damage and stunning them for a short while. R: Blood Harvest Jumps into the air after a short channel (becoming untargetable for a short duration) and then dashes towards a target location dealing damage to all enemies in the area (increased by stacks of bloodbath). the QR combo is a different mark than the death one, keep in mind the death mark also was an after thought, yeah thats what I was saying, I couldnt think of ways to not rip off vlad with blood magic ... thats not a terrible Idea on the passive. Ammo system, the ammo goes down as you land your marks on the same target, it goes back up if you hit another.. but I guess it could work in either direction. q only thing I dont like about that is locking it down, unless she is given another way to AA when she doesnt have her scythe w well im not against this but it does kinda drive away from the combo based thing I was going for e that is somewhat what I was thinking but I guess that would instead of having her lock them down with a hook it,d be more of a dive oriented type deal, which if done properly with the empowering could potentially people thrown infront of their own tanks r Thanatos rip off confirmed XD . but I am still not against this. that actually might be what I end up using in my next throw out of her kit.

The Bleed thing is up for changes. I just was trying to think of a reason to want to pull off combos and not have them just be rewarded for ONLY the marks per ability. (which NOW I am thinking to structure her mark in a triangle, and have it use 2 colors, 1 side lights up for the ability, you proc, it turns to the complete color, repeat twice to get full triangle, and there is your full combo buff reward. whatever that ends up being. I am thinking to change it but I guess I was drawn to a bleed as I wanted her to have the brutality aspect to her.

I have only heard one person complain about Singed when I wasnt playing him... and that was a volli that for some reason it " was not wort the effort to fight him" and this singed rushed boots and had thunderlords...... Singed is only as broken as the enemy lets him be... or however suicidal the enemy is... Singed i usually hear more complaints for using him than "needing nerfs"

Apart from the interaction with your other abilities the active feels very weird considering it can kill you (Zyhonia, Barrier trolls) :O Overall: Kinda feels like a mix between Darius and Riven (combo passive, bleed passive, AOE twirl, execute ult, weapon pull etc.) and I feel like she lacks something to set her apart from them (why do I pick her over them ?)
P She is meant to be combo/control and positioning based. with assassination capacity but better of building some AS and CDR and then defense to let her keep going with it. maybe even a hydra or something. I think it is probably most comparable to rivens 3rd q. I couldnt think of anything that wouldnt make her too annoying to deal with. even though come to think of it this is literally vaynes passive minus the bleed interaction. and yeah the active was sort of a last resort deal. and the Zhonya would have to be like. a ms within hitting to cancel, I think it would be fair to only make it happen on contact. that part of the ult I think needs the most work but I was running out of ideas that wouldnt make her too overloaded but I am wondering if maybe giving her some type of spell like ability would hurt in replacement of this... and as far as barrier goes.. maybe.. instead of insta death, make it a mark for death that procs after 3 seconds, and has the interaction of a varus ult and transfers to you if they do not die, that way you can dish a little extra damage if needed, and if they zhonyas the mark would not interact with you as it never popped to trigger the self death mark (the self death mark would be like yorick ult and after a few seconds deal that what is it on yorick 100000 true damage? or perhaps her ult that expends all charges can be expensive, and be a transformation into a reaper styled form. does not have to look like stereo typical grim reaper, but it can be a humanoid form with a demonic/ shadow isles feel (maybe she can even be a noxian born shadow isles champ) This form would give her 60% cdr (flat and does not stack with any cd, this will be 60% no matter what -maybe 40/50/60 - good god urf mode she would be a pain in the ass) and 100% extra AS (her special scaling would make all her animations idk, 50% faster? I would physically have to see all this to know how to tune the scaling properly, because her base skills have to be atleast somewhat chainable. This form lasts... idk, as long as mega gnar, in this form all her abilities do 60% of their damage, (which might translate to 150% or so damage, I hope for it to do no more than double the damage output (which should already be reasonably low) OR, to make her a major cc pain in the ass, make her invulnerable to death, as she is a form of death herself, and her abilities do practically no damage, but your combos will pretty much keep anyone locked down that you want to be) and regards to your over all. if her combos are executed properly you have more cc potential than both combined and if building AS and CDR at all you potentially can dish out combos faster than Riven by late game, (riven was the reason I thought about the abilities changing after each cast, and how Leblancs ult changes based off your last action) riven is riven and although there are similarities she has better forced zoning and isnt as CDR reliant but still loves to have it, Darius is more of a team fighter than her as he seems to do better the more people are in the fight, the way I see her is at best she can 1v3 at her BEST, fighting 5 will leave her out of resource or dead too easy, she is an amazing duelist (except maybe vs olaf). I personally do not play Darius to say much on him but I just played against him enough to have an idea about it. I am gonna leave that bit there for now though. and as I said I am still sort of theory crafting ideas to make her fluent but as of right now Feel free to talk about this because I would love to remake a more clean copy of this. With some of my other ideas that are scattered in my comments you may find some other reasons to think of her differently, maybe together we can create something wonderful, even if it ends up being unused I would like to try to make it more presentable and who knows.

: You have to remember that it's symmetrical for gameplay reasons. If it were oddly shaped or the rocks were different sized, for example people caught on top left side of the ability could have an advantage of avoiding damage more easily than people on the bottom right side. The ability has to be fair for both Taliyah and her opponents.
they can all be about the same size... and have the same hit box.. but just the textures atleast should be different. more cracked on some, more chipped, more eroded etc etc.

: One of main targets of teemo passive - be able to run away from ganks. Go to bush, get invis, run away. Bushes are near with wall. Tahliya has similar idea - come to wall, run away from gank.
his W is why he can run tho... the passive is just invisibility. unless you let him stand in it long enough to stealth.. in which case. red trinket or pink ward.

yeah. point being it still hits stealth which seems.. odd... id assume it would need a target. and being stealthed to me means you cant be targetted directly. unless some one just happens to shoot you with a laser ..{{champion:99}} as they aim at your team mate

well. ive played eve in aram so much and {{champion:9}} is just.. like.. i can be stelathed behind turret and it hit me every time.
