: Hello! Try navigating to your league of legends directory (in my case it's C:\LoL) and opening your input.ini file located at \LoL\Config. Press control+F and search "evtRadialEmoteInstantOpen" without quotes. The full line in your document should look like this "evtRadialEmoteInstantOpen=[t]" where t is your current keybinding to open emotes. If your line there looks incomplete change it to my example using a keybinding of your choosing. If that still doesn't work delete your input.ini file and your keybindings should reset to default.
My emote wheel has remained unbound now for about a month. I have done as you said. None of it works. evtRadialEmoteInstantOpen=[<Unbound>] I've edited the .ini and deleted it. As soon as I log in, the .ini returns to as above, even when it spawns a new file.. Not sure it matters. Right below this line is the push to talk key, bound to <t>

No mention of the change in LP gains (now +12) v/ losses (now -21). Is it intentional? This brings to mind the old days of ranked hell, and the inability to climb efectively.
