: That is weird. Maybe try submitting the ticket and uploading it in incognito mode, or on another browser. It is possible you need to clear cookies, or some extension is screwing it up. But these are automatically disabled in incognito mode.

: Well, at this point it may be best to contact Riot Support via [Support Ticket.](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) Before you do though, use the [Hextech Repair Tool](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/224826367-Automated-Troubleshooting-Hextech-Repair-Tool) to gather logs, and attach those logs to ticket. This will *drastically* increase the chances they can fix it, as it will give them all the relevant information about your system.

It would be nice if I could submit the logs, but every time I do it, I get a "upload took too long, connection was lost" error message, even if it takes about 2 seconds to upload...
: I have experienced this before, it is likely a problem with your vertical sync settings. What you will want to do is: * Right click your desktop and press "Nvidia Control Panel" * Find the setting "Vertical Sync" (it will be under Manage 3D settings, the first thing that opens up) and set it to On. * Click "Apply" Now this takes care of the graphics software side, but you also need to adjust the following in-client settings. * Open a custom game/practice tool game * Open settings, and go to video settings * Set an FPS cap. Something that is high, but not pushing it. Like if you usually have about 100, then cap it at 80. Stable fps looks a lot better then occasionally higher. Unless your monitor has a very high refresh rate, any higher then 80 won't really make a noticeable difference anyway. * Turn **off** vertical sync. Since your graphics software is already handling this, having both of them at the same time causes a stuttering effect. This *should* fix the tearing and stuttering effects. If it doesn't let me know and I will look into other possible solutions.

: Option 1: Just flick your eyes to your bar and see the CD. Very hard to do, only pros can pull it off (obviously). Option 2: Do some silly counting thing. Option 3: Get a feel for your kit, and instinctively know when the CD is goinna be up. My suggestion: Some mixture of 1 and 3.
I refer to enemy cooldowns, not my own. But thanks anyways.
