: Baker Pantheon is still red in Sashimi Akali's art
For anyone saying it is blue, you're at the wrong area. Go to collection. Go to skins. Go to akali, then look from there. On the right of her you can see half of Baker Pantheon, still red. If you click on it, he is blue.
: I'm not sure if this is true or not, but idk why it's getting downvoted.. ##If he's wrong say something about it
Much obliged. I'm assuming it is due to how seemingly small and meaningless the issue actually is. If anyone wants to confirm, just look at Pantheon's Baker skin, then Sashimi Akali.

: About your response to Item RNG
I hate getting one item from a PVE wave and then next battle I fight, someone who I had previously trashed now has a fully built Lucian who shits down my neck.
: Iirc this has always been the case and also works on baron
Well then why even ward drake? That seems like it needs to be patched. It's not like a skill pros can learn, just exploit, in that case.

Literally none of those champs can go top except Mord, and Blitz from what I've seen. And Illaoi is a top-laner.

I do think that Bandle City hasn't been around the whole time. Mainly because 1 yordle: {{champion:150}} (and maybe 2 {{champion:32}}) Gnar is from a time where Bandle City did not existed and the Yordles lived in small tribes with their families. http://pm1.narvii.com/7067/75686ec9d90052d65b9f83c05aad158511bc43c5r1-898-500v2_uhq.jpg So, it is possible that Yordles were born via normal mammalian methods in the past (since it seems that Gnar had a mother, a dad and 2 brothers).
Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Same with Fizz. Although we really can't go much deeper without fully submerging ourselves with speculation and headcanon. Yordles have such interesting lore.

: Yordles are described as "timeless" so age doesn't really factor in to discussions there. Kled for instance has always looked like he has, even when he was first seen by the original Noxian legionaires. I'm talking full shabang of scar, gnarled outfit and trusty Skaarl. We don't have a clear idea on whether yordles actually age at all, as time flows differently in Bandle City. Something to keep in mind though is, based on the above, Veigar has been in the physical realm of Runeterra far longer than Poppy or Kled, as he was around when Mordekaiser was active, so pre-Noxus and Demacia. There's potential that Fizz has also been around longer too. So yeah, Poppy's probably over 1,200 years old. Kled and Veigar are potentially older. Fizz might be older still. Potentially the oldest yordle we know of is Amumu, though we still dunno if he's legitimately a yordle or not.
Wow. That's old. Although I doubt it is comparable to how a Human would feel if they were 1200+ years old as Yordles are meant to age like that I guess. And I guess Veigar confirms that the secret to their immortality isn't actually Bandle City, as he has been away for quite sometime. This also could theoretically confirm that Yordles are born a special way. Although keep in mind Bandle City is pretty huge. It has huge forests, and even mountains in the far distance. I'd be willing to say it's about the size of an average county at least. But anyways. their population would probably be crazy large if Yordles were born via normal mammalian methods. At least over 1200+ years in such a presumably small place. Unless Bandle City hasn't been around the whole time which I doubt.

: There's no specific dates stated with Poppy, but that same Orlon is referenced during the Canticle of the Winged Sisters, putting him firmly at Demacia's founding which was right after the Rune Wars. This puts Poppy at minimum maybe two decades older than Demacia.
That would make sense with the Orlon timeline. However, Yordles I thought only lived a few hundred years. Not thousands. EDIT: And that would make Poppy over 1200 years old?
: Around 1000 years old because it was formed during/right after the Rune Wars
But I thought Poppy was there when it was founded. I thought it said that she found out Orlon was going to a small settlement which would come to be called Demacia. Unless it received it's name like 800 years after it's founding, because I think Poppy is around 200-300 years old rough estimate. Unless I misread which could be possible. I'm referencing her lore.

I need to know what I can’t say.”** >Riot is never going to tell you because people will use that information to skirt the edge of impropriety. Here’s a simple list of things that will almost always get you punished: >* Criticizing anyone’s skill. * Any racist, homophobic, sexist or ethnic slur. * Spamming. (A good rule of thumb is never say anything more than twice.) * Asking for reports. * Threatening, blackmailing or bullying your team in any way. This specifically includes any reference to going AFK, feeding or aiding the enemy. * Anything that could be construed as you not doing your best (“I’m not helping bot any more!”, for example). * Whining, especially if it’s about your team not surrendering. >Basically, you should avoid anything you would not say at the funeral of a loved one or during the interview for your dream job.

That really should be better defined in the client. As of now it just says "offensive language" and "negative attitude" (among other things_ and gives sub-categories but doesn't say that calling someone bad is punishable, you'd assume they'd have to call you a bitch in order for a report to be valid. Anyways, It seems I'll be reporting a lot more people now as I run into one of these things about once every two games at least.

You have no way of knowing you have been reported unless you are punished or notice your honor progress is slower than it had been. Feel free to contact Support and ask them just how many games you've been reported validly in, and for examples. 2. You have no way of knowing how many players reported you in a given game, and even if you did, the number of reports does not factor into your punishment at all. 3. You are free to continue with these misconceptions and do what you will, but it will not do you any good, nor will it change how the system works. People talk about "avoiding" the system - the best way to do this is to behave within the rules Riot has created - which requires you knowing the rules. If you do not break the rules (or if you do so in a mild way only once in a blue moon, i.e. a "fluke" game), you will not be punished, period.

I agree. There are very many gray areas. They don't highlight if something is or is not okay and under what circumstances. And yes. it is an abusable system.

: You do not get punished for slipping up once unless your behavior that you do "once" is **so incredibly bad and obviously not appropriate** that you shouldn't need a warning. It actually takes quite a bit of misbehavior - both in a game (to get a valid report) and across games (because one game of misbehavior can be overlooked usually) to get punished.
> [{quoted}](name=rujitra,realm=NA,application-id=yrc23zHg,discussion-id=iY5n0bLZ,comment-id=0000,timestamp=2019-07-17T03:29:57.458+0000) > > You do not get punished for slipping up once unless your behavior that you do "once" is **so incredibly bad and obviously not appropriate** that you shouldn't need a warning. > > It actually takes quite a bit of misbehavior - both in a game (to get a valid report) and across games (because one game of misbehavior can be overlooked usually) to get punished.
