Anyone here going to point out that they fucked up jungle in pre-season. With the smite buff removal for a gimmicky heal and force us to start red/blue. Now they are nerfing it even more. What the actual fuck? I want my damn Wolf and Raptor smite back why Rito, why?

Well another season of Riot forcing a new meta on junglers. Hope you laners are happy with your never changing lanes. Enjoy your gimmicky plants. While us junglers cry because no more wolf/raptor smite. Plus we are forced to start red/blue. Think we are taking a steps back Rito? What happened to progress? All I see is a dying jungle nothing new came to life with this change it only brought death to more junglers. RIP Rito killing the jungle when it was finally good.

Once again I have to say, games change over time. You think they will keep the same thing for a very long time? No, no one does ever. What I find great about plants is, it has saved and benefit my team. As in the one in the river, I pop that to slow down the enemy just enough to catch up and get the kill. The plant that shows where champs where they will be is great because it gets rid of the surprise they had and makes it safe for the jungle to be like, hey their buff isn't there, guess I will not go over there. Plus the other one where it adds a jumps, that can be a whole game changer, it has for my games. Plus I do love going many different junglers, they are fun and changing it up a bit while playing, as in the items, is fun. Actually about the point, the only point I made was, game changed, deal with it its going to happen. Smite buffs are gone. Have fun with this game. Hate the community. I didn't ask for you life story. Anyways the smite buffs have only been around for S6 while lanes have been basically the same exact thing for years. Why change jungle so much if you don't change lanes too? What they should of done is evolved smite buffs changed them but kept their value. Just taking away smite buffs that had become a massive mechanic of jungle is huge. Also if you understand the jungle the only time you go to enemy buffs you know they're because you track the enemy junglers clear. Plus if you just smite the wolves you have a ton of vision to play around. The only point of Riot asking for feedback is because they want to know if changes were good or not so no we shouldn't just deal with it. If they were to remove a champion that people main you think people would just deal with it? No they would riot for it back or a lot of them would just quit. This is a competitive PVP game where only educated opinions and facts matter that applies to all games. How you have fun on a competitive game is irrelevant balance is what is important because people play competitive PVP games to win. On a final note you are a noob a extreme noob regardless of your rank because you don't understand the game at a high level. If you did you wouldn't be a casual silver player. However, I'm not going to 1v1 anymore every time you comment you just prove how little you actually understand the game. It would be a waste of my time to smash you if you don't think I can just look at my rank games. Sorry I was busy with life earlier. I've been playing the game since 2009 your 4 years don't mean anything regardless if I have played a single year or 7. You know who plays 1v1's in a team focused games based around multiple decisions that leads to loss or victory bronze/silver players. That is exactly why they are in bronze/silver, but sure add me I'll 1v1 you tomorrow if I have the time. However, once again I have to correct your incorrect facts. No the jungle doesn't offer more gold because global camp respawn timers were increased which balances the gold. The plants are hands down less value statistically then smite buffs. I honestly don't find the plants fun though, woo I hit a vision plant so fun, I hit a fruit plant and picked up some fruits so fun. Oh look I hit a blast cone to jump so fun, maybe it saves my life or gets me a kill once every few games having a real impact. It's no more fun then smiting a mob, you know what I find fun, playing weird junglers, trying new builds. That changes the game far more then plants that is fun. Oh and so is winning, but again your point is? It just seems like your trying to make a argument for no reason without actually understanding what your arguing about. Also that doesn't relate to me at all I actually enjoy all the changes but two. Removing smite buffs for plants of course and the removal of Strength of Ages. I'm a statistical player I like change as long as it's for the better, I hate change if it's for the worse. BTW Your not optimists, you just look at the patch notes like oooo shiny me like. Then you don't further question the integrity of the changes while players like me go over each change to see if it is for better or worse. In short it's being simple minded or careless or both.

What does any of this have to do with 1v1? This is about game health this applies to the game as a whole. Also ranked means a lot we would of never had a e-sports scene without ranked. Take your rage elsewhere, stay off the boards.

LUL Nice contradiction, talking about haters but hating yourself. However, I rarely even speak in games I couldn't care less how people act or play in game I carry them. The few times I do is to give information or call split pushes otherwise I just ping. It's when people spread bullshit on the boards that annoys me. This is what Riot reads for feedback and when we have people who blindly follow their decisions it makes them think they are right when they are wrong. I'm salty because you guys genuinely think plants are better then smite buffs when statistically they don't come close. We don't need more people blindly following Riot or they will never change or take a really long time to change bad decisions. It's the reason so many bad choices went on for so long with people complaining non stop about them but they take forever to actually be fixed. I don't want plants in pre-season I would much prefer higher value smite buffs. However, if people keep supporting plants blindly without understanding how much was taken away they will stay in live. You also proved my point by calling yourself a casual. These plants aren't healthy for competitive, which in your case doesn't matter. So basically this should be left to the ranked players that do understand the game. : Completely wrong place to be discussing this, and honestly the scryer bloom plant is actually really well thought out. When you were able to steal enemy wolves that shit was so frustrating, simply too risky to take any camp on your blue side, the scryer bloom makes it so you actually have to pay attention to your enemy it if you want to catch him taking a camp, see where he starts and decide where he'll go. The blast can be is a bit lazy but with improvements it could become pretty nice. The only one I have a problem with is honey fruit.

Plants are simple minded and wolves smite alone has more value. Anyone with a brain can use right blast cone day one. Oh the other 2 at near pointless, fruit is only used by junglers picking up scuttle or pushed up laners. It doesn't do anything in fights, the vision one counters itself because the enemy knows when they are spotted by it. They have fixed spawns so if you get vision they know where you are coming from. Blast cone only saves/kills once every 2 games on average. Last time I checked full blue side vision control is worth more then that on either side. The ward clearing is still better on raptors so then the vision plant. Plants are worse then smite buffs, if you don't understand that I doubt you will ever learn the game.

WARNING THIS IS GOING TO BE VERY LONG. However, this is to completely cover everything wrong with the jungle changes this patch. For anyone that fully reads this sincerely thank you. Firstly, Riot the plants were bad on PBE and they have proven to be bad on live why aren't they removed yet? I don't want to wait another patch for this. I actually want to jungle properly now and I can't do that without smite buffs that are actually useful unlike plants. I don't feel like waiting another or multiple patches because you won't revert your terrible decisions. Maybe even never who knows anymore with you Riot. But to shed some light in case you don't get why the plants are so unhealthy and the smite buffs are so much better. Firstly, plants are just mediocre, blast cones primary use is to wall jump just to move around the jungle faster. The fruit is never used in fights or chases it is only used to heal up when junglers are grabbing scuttle or the laners just want a bit more sustain. The vision one is ok in vision but since it is in fixed spawns people also know where you are so it can counter itself out. However, the vision control on it is nice but it's still shorter then raptor smite. For smites first off gromp smite and kruggs smite aren't why smiting is so good. They offer slightly easier clear which is just ok you could make the jungle clear easier to not need them. The good smites are Wolves and Raptors the raptor ward control last longer as I already said which already makes it at least equal value to the vision plant. Now wolf smite is just godly having full vision over the enemy blue side or yours is so massive. It gives your entire team vision and saves warding trinkets. This alone has equal value to all three plants and made good jungle players so valuable to the entire team in solo queue. Next, who made the suggestion lets throw away Strength of the Ages for Courage of the Colossus thanks a lot. Tank junglers that don't have consistent hard CC like J4, Rammus, Shen, Malphite, Cho, and of course NUNU! Nunu can't even activate it RIP Nunu. All these Junglers suffer from either long CD's, skillshots, or easy to dodge/counter hard CC. I don't have words for this. I wonder when you will actually learn what healthy game play is if ever. You had healthy game play in the later half of S6 the best the game has ever been. However, you have thrown that away in the blink of a eye for all jungle players. I've been playing your game for years I thought you would of learned from your past mistakes by this point. Great job Riot just brilliant individuals at Riot. You think changes through so well -claps-. Seriously though what were you thinking? Was any of this actually thought threw? It feels like you just threw so much in on a whim. Then just decided this is healthy for whatever reason and are now makings tons of jungle players have to adapt to this crap. It's not fun, it's not enjoyable in any way, it's just tedious and we're suffering from it. Tip just listen to the old saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". This is a saying that applies to everything and all types of change. You change something to fix it, example would you change a perfectly working tire for no reason? That is basically what you did here. This isn't innovation or creativity this is a waste of time, energy, and resources to try to fix a perfectly working system. Why did you change Talon so much? For the reason he isn't working and that is where a fix is actually needed. Please admit to your mistakes on adding plants, replacing Strength of the Ages with Courage of the Colossus, and removing smite buffs on live, revert this, and learn from this. Also if your annoyed at me for being sarcastic and passive aggressive. The bottom line is I'm saying what everyone is thinking and what you need to know. This is how players feel every time you make such random changes that don't fit or belong. I'm talking about the players who actually emotional invest themselves not the casual players or the ones who just don't care what happens. We don't like being put on a roller coaster ride we didn't want to get on. However on a final note, everything else in the patch was a positive change that properly addressed issues. They were well done and this is what I expect from your company. I'm very pleased with them and I'm sure many others are too. However, the above issues basically counter out all the positive changes for jungle players.

I was actually testing him the most on PBE. I like the new Kha and the camp changes too. However no smite buffs still fucking sucks I want the wolf smite so bad. The plants are just trashy they don't help me. The vision one would be just as useless as the other two if it didn't offer ward control. Which doesn't even last as long as raptor smite...

: I will have you know, the PBE actually really does catch a lot of bugs. For example, Zyra could've had attack-able passive seeds that minions could attack but couldn't be destroyed in any way. It had the possibility of stopping a whole lane from moving forward because the minions will forever try to destroy it. The odds of the passive putting a seed in the middle of the lane are slim enough it could've taken weeks on live to find. And trust me, it stops the WHOLE wave. Plants have got the most hate out of any jungle change I have seen from PBE players. They still decide fuck it lets put it on live though who cares? We will make the junglers suffer at least a couple patches before we remove them and add back smite buffs from all the backlash as if we aren't getting enough already.

: I'm a jungle/top main and i think the plants are interesting enough that I think they could be done well. I don't think smite buffs are all that interesting, except for the Raptor buff. All the buffs do is improve farming efficiency or give vision control, and the efficiency buffs are only relevant for the first 2 clears.
You understand "vision control" is a massive part of League right? The wolves and raptors offer so much more then the vision plants. Being able to smite enemy wolves is such a huge advantage it lets your entire team know if anyone is in the enemy blue side jungle.

I'm a little annoying you ask for feedback on plants with mostly negative yet you still push them to live. What happened to not doing it if it didn't seem good? You guys didn't listen at all... Most of us still like the smite buffs and didn't want them removed. Did you actually read what us PBE players told you? I'm really annoyed that I'm now forced to play with these changes till you finally fix them which I wonder how many patches that will take. The camp changes are good but seriously listen to your community when you ask for our feedback.

Uhh did you not play much of it? Compared to DQ it was much much worse. Everyone had their own agenda in solo/duo nobody cared about anything but their role and their KDA. A lot of one tricks and players that flat out refused to work with the team. With DQ them players were force into a queue that required team play to a extent. With DQ becoming flex and solo/duo coming back them same players will draft to solo/duo while more team focused players will draft to flex. Which will split the play styles and the people you queue into. With a higher chance of solo/duo being much more toxic then flex. On a side note, I like the idea of the two drafts but it also seems like it will change the player base a lot. We will have solo/duo style players and then flex style players. Then when you try to mesh the two you will most likely have problems. Just like how you can't throw solo players in a 5 man pre-made and expect them to have good team synergy. DQ adjusted most players to actually getting used to working as a team more. Giving people the option to go back to solo/duo I can see a lot of players reverting back to that and new players forming the same habits from before.

To start with they don't really have any negative impact on the game so it's not like it's a bad thing. A main concern from people was the RNG of plants I can firmly tell you the RNG is not a problem at all. There is honestly nothing wrong with them. However, they have little to no realistic use in game. I find myself using the the blast one never for running or "plays" the only use I get from it is hitting it behind me just to micro manage movement speed to other areas. The healing plant has never saved me. The only use I find for them is just to pick it up for some health and mana just to make jungle clears easier/quicker or have a somewhat safer health pool if a fight breaks out. The vision one is the only somewhat useful one, it's nice to get vision of people but it also tells them I know and where I am as well so most the time it doesn't do much for me. I like the ward vision aspect back on them from smite buffs that is useful. Now to explain why smite buffs are far superior. The plants as a whole just feel like they have no impact on the game at all. I honestly love smite buffs so much more as a jungler it gives me something that is unique to the junglers. We have the power to get ward control, use the wolves smite to gain vision in both sides of the jungle. Destroy towers faster with the use of kruggs buff and get some some extra damage back to enemies with gromp. It feels like a whole other element to the jungle to save smite or not and what I should smite in different situations. This has been the same since they came out and I have never got tired of it. In my opinion it was the best change to the jungle ever. It added more depth to counter jungling with it big time. To sum things up, I think you should maybe work more on evolving smite buffs instead of removing them for plants. But, to add a final note the changes to the camps adding raptors, removing the side monsters with blue and red, and making the kruggs split is awesome. PS: I rarely share my opinion on the boards, I only do if I feel strongly about a decision and if I think my view can contribute.

The only use I find for them is just to pick it up for some health and mana just to make jungle clears easier/quicker or have a somewhat safer health pool if a fight breaks out. The vision one is the only somewhat useful one, it's nice to get vision of people but it also tells them I know and where I am as well so most the time it doesn't do much for me. I like the ward vision aspect back on them from smite buffs that is useful. Now to explain why smite buffs are far superior. The plants as a whole just feel like they have no impact on the game at all. I honestly love smite buffs so much more as a jungler it gives me something that is unique to the junglers. We have the power to get ward control, use the wolves smite to gain vision in both sides of the jungle. Destroy towers faster with the use of kruggs buff and get some some extra damage back to enemies with gromp. It feels like a whole other element to the jungle to save smite or not and what I should smite in different situations. This has been the same since they came out and I have never got tired of it. In my opinion it was the best change to the jungle ever. It added more depth to counter jungling with it big time. To sum things up, I think you should maybe work more on evolving smite buffs instead of removing them for plants. But, to add a final note the changes to the camps adding raptors, removing the side monsters with blue and red, and making the kruggs split is awesome.

I'm just going to say what we all know is true. High rank dynamic queue is fine the only issue is the queue time. There are players that still climb solo. You want to complain it's not the same as solo queue. Well since solo was removed there has been a major shift in the meta to a more team fight champ meta. All you people complaining about it's not solo queue. Are just crying because you are probably losing game after game and just want something to blame. Wake up solo queue wasn't a perfect match making system either. Get good and learn to carry, people do it every day solo queue or dynamic queue. Adapt and move on Riot has done plenty of things worse then dynamic queue yet so many of you just cry about it daily. At least they are trying to fix it, they didn't even attempt to fix dominion. They completely screwed holidays because now it's all rotation queued. Yet this is what you complain about, stfu for real.
: It should automatically assign it to whatever non-flash is by default (or D if neither is flash). It's literally impossible to be an effective jungler without smite. It's better to have smite and the other spell be wrong than be without smite.
Honestly if you can't take less than a second to look at your summoners. You are lazy or just formed some really bad habbits. It only takes second to change them. Doing this is pointless.

I only have one thing to say about these notes. Leave the fucking Swiftness boots alone. Do you guys hate speed like for real? They are pretty healthy right now and I still see so many people building other boots. You're about to kill them off completely all we get is 10 more then other boots now. Mercs will completely replace them at this rate, with tenacity at 30% over 25% to only slows. With a little MR which helps with all these really strong mages in the meta. RIP Swiftness boots it was nice while you were viable but Riot still can't balance right. Feelsbadman PS: RIP Hecarim

To everyone that reads this post, I am just as pissed at Riot for giving up on this game mode as you. For all the neglect and bullshit they have been handing out recently. I'm also pissed that they ignore our feedback every time it seems. BUT I ask anyone reading this to play at least one game of Dominion. To show Riot we give a fuck about the game mode. So they can't say 0.5% I want that number to raise so high they have to take notice that this is their problem. Show your support by playing a game of Dominion and prove to Riot how much more we care then they do. They can't ignore the numbers so let's show them how much more we care.

Riot all your doing with this post and with many recently. Is "RUNNING AWAY!" your ignoring the problem at hand. You as a company have turned from a small friendly dev team that enjoyed player feedback and cared about fun as much as serious gameplay. Now the only thing it seems you care about is the pro scene and making money from all the skins, icons, and ward skins you have been pumping out. To top it off your summoners rift balancing the one thing you say you want to focus on is far off right now. There are a lot of neglected champions in terms of op and under powered at the moment. This is just another case of your neglect and you're doing nothing about it but running from the problem once again. Buckle down on your employee's Riot and actually give a fuck. Right now the support team is shit they only give automated responses, they never try to help you and understand the problem. Your balancing is pretty crap and you have a lot of reworks to catch up on... Still waiting for Yoricks you said you were working on it "months" ago it's still not here. You have neglected Dominion just like you have been neglecting so many other things including our player feedback. Even if we have thousands of people that go against this change you still won't listen. Wonder if maybe you will wake and do something this time or will you run this game to the ground before then?

You know that all these people complaining about Duskblade are bronze and silvers. They are the only ones that can't outplay sins Kappa. Honestly though Youmuu's can be better, if you don't land the kill with Duskblade you are looking at a 2 minute CD. While you could have Youmuu's that has equal base stats with a active that can be used defensively or offensively. With only a 45 second CD so you aren't punished much for fucking up. You complain about Duskblade but Youmuu's is pretty much the same level and nobody complains about that.
