Yup. The game balance is a distant 2nd in importance compared to skin sales. Thats what happens when people like Marc Merrill start and sell companies.

Why the fuck is this down voted? Her kit is clearly overloaded. Just the latest garbage produced by the trash tier company known as Riot. I hope Riot realizes that when players who are businessmen start companies....most of them will not hire anyone who ever worked at Riot out of pure spite, because fuck Riot.

Seriously...why cant you just admit its too strong? and can't you just admit that you are just salty because a Taric beat you? his ult is insanely telegraphed. You have your options. you either kill the squishies before they get affected by the ult or you disengage and wait the ult out. Even better you can bait the ult by putting pressure on him and force him to use it at a time he doesn't want to use it. If his ult was instant then it would be too strong. The fact that it has such a huge delay and it insanely telegraphed means you have more than enough time to decide what the best course of action would be.
Its not because Taric beat me. Teemo is too weak and I always beat him. I know its easy to assume the person you are arguing against isnt fair minded or objective. Notning you said matters. Game doesnt exist in a vaccum. Things happen out of vision, or team ccs you or chases you. Also, its a team game. You cant help it if a teammate or do dont know to bait the ult, or just wont. The net result is that its way too much of a game changer in a fight. This is the best the boards have for me? Fuck. No wonder Riot hates their players.

ONLY? > Thats an eternity in league time. Yes, only. Compared to other immunity abilities, it's quite short. For example, Kayle R is instant and lasts for 2.5 seconds at level 2. At level 3, lasts for 3 seconds and has 80 seconds cooldown, compared to Taric's 120. Sure, Kayle can only R one champion, but that's often enough to win a fight. Another one is Tryndamere. He is immune for 5 seconds. It's also instant. His ability is so strong that even at level 1 it only has 110 seconds cooldown. Tryndamere players don't even level up R. Kindred R, albeit it doesn't give immunity to damage, lasts for 4 seconds. As you can see, most **invulnerability** skills last longer than Taric R and have shorter cooldowns. Also, as I said in the previous post, **Taric R has a setup time and those 2.5 seconds are an eternity in League time ;)**
" Taric R has a setup time and those 2.5 seconds are an eternity in League time ;)" Sorry but that doesnt hold water. First off all, Taric may be out of the vision of the other team and they dont even know hes setting up. Second, even if they do know, their team can CC and chase to make sure a fight happens in time. You are just trying to justify something that is way too strong. And its making you look foolish.
: So what did you want riot to do about it if people like to play him? Since you're saying you didnt say hes overpowered? Are you stupid?
Try forming a coherent response and maybe I will respond.

: I bet you 19 marbles you're complaining about Taric because of [this game](https://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/3070482957/220114433?tab=overview). *** Taric R is well telegraphed, takes 2.5 seconds to take effect and only lasts for 2.5 seconds. Taric can't use his R reactively because, if he does, his team will most likely lose the fight. Taric needs to use his R preemptively and that has plenty of room for error.
ONLY last 2.5 seconds? ONLY? Thats an eternity in league time.
Reksee (NA)
: The thing is, there is a long delay on it. During this time you can 1. Get tf outta there 2. Kill enemy squishy before ultimate makes them invulnerable. Also it has a 3 minute cooldown at rank 1 and a 2 minute cooldown at max rank.
1. Wrong. You cant always get out of there, hes using it when enmey is close and his teammates have...wait for it...MOBILITY AND CC. 2. Seriously...why cant you just admit its too strong?

: That's because this company isn't actually "riot" this company is Tencent holdings. Tencent bought riot a while ago and all this is, is a Chinese shit company that has no interest in good games, just garbage skins. If you're wondering what else they do, these are the same stupid fucking idiots that own parts in fortnite, PUBG, they also have a % of activision blizzard and 40% of epic game store. So it's no surprise that all they do is ruin shit.
Sad they the sold to Tencent. If a company wanted to maintain its artistic integrity, selling out to something big like EA or Tencent is not the way to go. Nice to know in the end, despite saying they are "gamers" and want to make something gamers like, Marc Merrill and co are just a bunch of greedy dicks who could give a shit.
: Akali
Ah yes, more champions that are ever increasingly annoying and tilt stacking. Another brilliant decision from the clowns at Riot.
: The Good, The Bad, and The League : 5/30 - 6/5
You guy one game and make Billions. There should NEVER BE ANY ISSUES. This is why eventually someone will make a better game and put you clowns out of business. And you will deserve it.
: Because rito couldn't give less of a fuck about their playerbase. Look at their attitude, they treat their employees like shit so much that they decided to walk out on them. They do absolutely nothing to make the game better despite being told repeatedly what the problems in it are from countless players. And they keep lying about the way the game actually works. They claim that they have a balanced and fair game but they have neither a balanced or fair game. It's always 100% meta based, the person with the highest meta champs on their team wins almost every time. And the most pathetic part of all of this is that they try to justify their ineptitude by blaming everyone who complains and claiming they're toxic, which is why they've implemented an auto punish system that's a complete and utter crock of shit.
Yup, finally someone agrees with me--they don't care if the game is balanced or fair, as long as they sell skins. They are not real game designers. They are...more like con artists actually. Its okay. Someday at my company, I will refuse to hire anyone who ever worked at Riot. And I will create products to compete with anything that these people, like Marc Merrill do. The level of their ego and the quality of their work, which is just having financing at the right time, is trash. If life was fair, these clowns would be homeless on the street. Fuck them.

Trash tier company in sheeps clothing. They are disgusting as far as I am concerned.
: Never capping crit. Adding in true damage which completely negates the point of defense. Making the game metabased. Putting in a autopunish system instead of just letting people say whatever they want and letting the mute button do it's job like they claim it does.

Thats because they are 3rd rate developer posing as a top tier developer. They are a garbage company.
: Would like to see his power shifted into his E or auto attacks so he's more than an early level cheese champ.
Honestly his E should just be a passive ability---Olafs next auto attack, when Reckless swing cool down is reset, deals bonus true damage, etc. Then there could be an active of some sort on the E.
: > [{quoted}](name=SuicidePlank,realm=EUW,application-id=3ErqAdtq,discussion-id=9GbqbsRX,comment-id=0001,timestamp=2019-06-11T16:15:57.661+0000) > > A lot of people who pick him, just can't play him right. olafs bread and vegan butter is his Q, which is a skill shot. You have to hit it. People can't do it so drop it and play some omgeasymode champion like Yi.
Yes his Q, and its costs a fuck load of mana, and he starts with very little, forcing him to get an item like {{item:3800}} instead of something with health AND armor earlier. If they just increase his starting Mana, or lower the cost of his Q little, I would be happy
: https://na.op.gg/champion/olaf/statistics/top Lol?
I drew my stats from that website. So I dont know why the inconsistency
: I sympathize with the champion being weak but I by no means support buffs for him. I get that he's weak, but Olaf being strong isn't really the greatest thing for the overall game because once he does get strong, he just becomes a freight train and run over everything in front of him while being pretty much unstoppable. I feel like you kind of downplay how strong his ult actually is. Even if enemies have to flash and dash and use actives to get away from you, Olaf ultimate can just burn so many resources that that 6 seconds has a ton of impact. The ultimate itself can much of time effectively force a full retreat for immobile enemies that don't have enough damage to stop you. Which does bring about the next point of why it's pretty hard to justify buffs for Olaf. When Olaf ult goes off, fighting Olaf comes down to a single question which is "Do you have enough damage to kill Olaf?". If you don't, then the only thing to do it run and if you do, then you make the attempt at fighting, which in turn makes Olaf's and insane snowballing tool because the counterplay of "just CC him" flies right out of the window. Looking at your suggested buffs, they're not all bad like suggestion 1 and 5 seems fairly reasonable. Suggestion 2 and 3 exacerbate the issue I mentioned about his ultimate in the previous paragraph. I like the part about him being ghosted in the second part of suggestion 4 because minion block is a melee champions worst nightmare, but I feel the increased duration of movespeed may give him too much chase down potential. Suggestion 6 is pretty insane of a suggestion because it just gives him too much stickiness, when combined with his q a dash of any kind would make Olaf a nearly unstoppable menace and though that may feel good to play, to play against it would basically come down to how far can you get away before Olaf begins to fight. Overall you're not wrong in saying that Olaf is pretty weak, but buffing him isn't really an option because how hard he can run over an enemy team when he actually does work up some sort of lead.
"I sympathize with the champion being weak but I by no means support buffs for him. I get that he's weak, but Olaf being strong isn't really the greatest thing for the overall game because once he does get strong, he just becomes a freight train and run over everything in front of him while being pretty much unstoppable." WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT. Do you realize how many top laners become unstoppable freight trains? Like the ones I listed at the very least? But suddenly a slight buff would make him bad for the game. Insane double standard and inconsistent logic. " feel like you kind of downplay how strong his ult actually is. Even if enemies have to flash and dash and use actives to get away from you, Olaf ultimate can just burn so many resources that that 6 seconds has a ton of impact. The ultimate itself can much of time effectively force a full retreat for immobile enemies that don't have enough damage to stop you. Wrong. His snowball is not insane. And yes, despite how he builds, hes never THAT tanky. What with all the true damage and % of health damage floating around. So buffing him is not an option....and you agree hes weak. Haha so what then? CHAMPIONS ALREADY run over teams when they ahead. Thats part of the game right now. Seriously, just...I cant handle this line of thinking on the boards. Its a problem to buff a weak champion because he might do well and snowball in matches...meanwhile, we have champions who already do it, do it well, and no one is saying, hey we need to nerf them. Such a double standard.

: Tahm is a tank. He's supposed to be tanky. He has no hard CC unless you let him get cuddly, and his damage is dependent on Devour, which not only requires him to get in melee range for an extended trade, but also puts his waveclear on cooldown. He has clear windows of power, and %-health items shred him.
Bullshit. You can say that about ANY champions ability. They only can do x if you do x. Thats stupid, eventually he will eat someone or save a champion....oh and lets not forget his global ult. He does way too much damage for a tank. End of conversation
