The things you learn in Blitz can be learned better by just play SR duo jungle is helping. You do you, but I'd say LeBlanc would be a nice choice... Cassiopeia is another good one right now. Fiddle support is nice if you can get the hang of working around your ADC (but again, that's an AP mage so I wouldn't personally do that). It's all up to preference. Just remember, there are very strong champs that aren't 6300 {{sticker:slayer-jinx-wink}}

If someone goes 0-10 in a ranked game it isn't because they're on a new champ, it's just because they're bad at the game and would feed on any other champ. No one plays seriously in normals, so ranked is the best place to learn new champs. 2. This doesn't stop people from first timing any other champ in the game, so this doesn't even solve a majority of the "problem". 3. What about players who actually have thoroughly played the champ in PBE, know how to play the champ at a good enough level, and want to go into ranked with the champ? They just have to pay the price for your salt?

Honestly I love this solution but I think although it would be great for adc's it would require some serious balance to melee champs. Take {{champion:164}} with a item that gives more AD by a flat percentage it would make split pushers just busted. Imagine if you could stack {{item:3089}} that would just be a no. So instead keep crit but remove some randomness like seen in {{item:3095}} imagine if crit started at like extra 20% dmg but could be scaled a new stat let call it "aim" which would work like lethality and scale with level. Than instead crit items would do things like guaranteed crit after entering bush or using and ability. {{item:3046}} for example could be like all under 50% HP all basic attacks crit this means that crit would still scale with items and level but be less random
: I agree that there is too much damage in the game right now. I'm not sure if that's a result of more dmg per gold, or whether it's just that people are better at getting gold (better csing, more efficient jungle routes) than they used to be, so damage from gold is outpacing tankiness from levels. I'd be up for toning down the pace of gold generation, but I don't think that would get rid of the need for bounties, since snowballing would still exist.
Honestly Id have to advocate for more defensive options rather than reducing damage. I think that reducing damage would just slow down the game even more and with the average game at 30mins making the average longer would just feel bad. If damage was reduced it would just make the game harder to win as the epic 6 item late game team fight would just drag on. Reducing damage would also gut assassins which although getting one-shot isn't fun its a really good mechanic for the game that can reward high skilled player which I think is great. Due to these reasons I advocate for increasing defensive options meaning a snowball is possible but there is more counter play to it. Keep in mind this would end up making tanks extremely good again which no one wants which is why I think the way to fix this problem is by Buffing tank/defensive items and nerfing tanks in general to avoid returing to The League of Tanks

The animation is really long and easy to see plus it hit the first target his for a marksmen to get hit they need to be out of position as in general they shouldn't be in front of the tanks. So correction to land a hook on a carry is near impossible with proper positioning
