Well I've lost faith in both riot support and riot in general. I've given up checking this thread daily. Or making support tickets. No one cares to hear me out. And no one is willing to talk to me like a human being. GG WP.

You can try using the live chat option when typing up a support ticket. I feel like they help you a lot more and actually try to understand your situation.

: A few things to remember. A red hasn't responded to this thread because its the weekend and Riot offices are closed on the weekend, it's very rare to get a red response these days, but Monday might yield some results. But then again, red's don't frequent the forums, to begin with, so you might get better results on Reddit. With that be said. I had my account stolen a little awhile ago and support did help me get it back. In the end, it all has to do with that list of security questions they ask you. Where your account was made, what your first skin and 5 champion was, these are all things you should know and can find out easily by going into your accounts purches history in the shop (A little tip their for next time) I think the most important question they ask you is WHERE you created your account, what country, city, province. This is something you should definitely know, no excuse really unless you move every year. You said you have multiple accounts. Why? Why do you feel the need to smurf so much? You obvious don't care about the accounts, to begin with, if you constantly make new ones. I'm not trying to scold here but if you had just one account like intended this wouldn't have happened to begin with. When you are constantly making new accounts, important information you should know about them gets lost and misplaced easily and thus when something like this does happen you get screwed out of your hard work. Good luck with your account recovery.

I actually didn't make any of my accounts to smurf. I've been playing this game since Beta. I pretty much averaged a new account for each year I played until about 4-5 years ago. Why? Because I got new people into the game. And they were much more likely to keep playing the game if they didn't have to face such high levels. All of my accounts were leveled along with a new player. Most of the people I got into the game still play to this day. I personally am a mid to high plat player. If you look at this accounts statistics you'll see I play 10 games of ranked a season just to get gold rewards. It's not like I'm intentionally playing it to beat up on weaker players. I do the placements and thats about it. All of my accounts mmr are plat. Even this one. I have 6 level 30+'s and other than my main I try to stay focused to one role on each just to make it more interesting as well. As far as the game tracking purchases. Does it keep track if your first 5 purchases were made 8+ years ago?

The account is only locked because I messaged support in the first place. If I was a hacker why would I get the account locked? Especially if I already have all the account info? This is a common sense argument. Which is why it is so frustrating. It's common sense that I am the account owner, but there are so many hoops you have to jump through for a common sense solution. Which is why I feel like if one Riot just looks at this it will all be resolved and I can log in and get the 10 year anniversary rewards while there is still time.

Granted this was after a couple of my own mistakes and perhaps an error on the website locked my ticket into this account, which I couldn't log into, and I was prompted to log off to submit a 2nd account stolen ticket (to use the live chat). My answers were far from perfect but I guess remembering what skins I have sent and received through mystery gift helps. You gotta understand that they're just people and without that information being correct, they have no basis on which to believe that you're actually the account owner. I only remember my first 2 champs and my first 2 skins, I remember all 3 refund uses and a couple of gifts received but that was enough. I would be furious and incredibly stressed in your situation, and I know what I'm saying is NOT what you want to hear but you GOTTA understand their position.

But my account wasn't stolen. If I had never contacted support then I would be on my account no problems right now. The fact that they don't even read what I typing to them is frustrating. I remember my password, and email. I have access to both. I remember in general the details of the account. If I have access to the email, they should be able to see that I was the one who flagged the suspicious activity in the first place.

: Maybe try contacting a riot employee through twitter, also riot roams a lot around r/leagueoflegends on reddit, try posting there and if it gets upvoted enough theres a change a riot employee might see it there.

Like the guy from support didn't even really read the case. Here is me talking to him from this accounts associated email address. The way he is wording things makes it seem like he thinks I got my account locked from bad behavior, or using a third party software. I legit just forgot my password, and now I don't get my account back even though i remembered the password. He just sends me this generic message saying I'm shit out of luck.
