I wouldn't be telling you as much as I had if I didn't feel I couldn't trust you with that information. I don't mean to try and guilt trip you either, that is something I want made clear. I am telling you of the past and the fallen not because I am desperately trying to persuade you, but because I want you to know what the resistance has lost. We've done all we can and for so many to die for nothing is something that I can't be proud of. I just want this to end. You will be given freedom to heal and speak as you wish. I have sacrificed much to get the resistance where it is today. I don't plan on letting all of our work go to waste. It is insanity but one faction wants to stay in this hell of a place. The Black Stinger. Our long time rivals and enemies to freedom. As long as strife is existent in the Hollowing Grounds they get to have all the mercenary work they want. King, Leader of the Black Crown sub faction, is a very powerful man. He's also our enemy. He is a monarch as you could imagine, but he is absolute. He wants people to stay just as the Black Stinger does so he can control the flow of resources and open up opportunities with the warden... Prisoners creating prisoners..." _After further travel Radesh would eventually stop the cart and would sigh, stepping out for a moment to open up a compartment on the side of the vehicle. I will return in a few. After this we'll go to one of our infirmaries." _Radesh walked down a long corridor beyond the door which kept it sealed. Two soldiers saluted their commander as he passed, emotions sealed behind rigid eyes. A final door opened by hand which lead to the thousands of tombstones lined up with the tomb of Emna resting at the very back. A long salute came from Radesh, tears forming in his eyes as one by one the dead faded into view. Each one wore a smile as he passed by them and gave their shouts accordingly. "Good to see you, sir" accompanying every one of them as he came closer and closer to Emna who awaited him with hands behind her back and a smile burning through his heart._ _He would hand her the flowers, a hug between the two transpiring." "I'm sorry..." "You don't have to apologize anymore, Rae. It's almost over." "It can't end soon enough, Emna... What if I get this woman killed?" "Elena will be fine... All you have to do is make sure that you lead. Do not doubt yourself." "My party dwindles every day... but if you believe I am on the right track..." "Don't wait for my beliefs. Believe in what you think is right. Do it so that this will never happen again." _Emna would salute with that familiar smile, the wrinkles from stress showing in her wide welcoming. Radesh followed suit, a more serious expression as he looked her in the eyes and felt weak from the stress that was building up from within. However, before he could lower his arm with hers coming down his eyes widened from the sudden collapse of Emna, the wound in her stomach forming again._ "Emna!" _The man slammed himself to the ground, holding her tightly against himself as he leaned against the wall, the gasping woman clutching his arm and the screams of the soldiers shaking Radesh greatly. The thousands of soldiers before him violently took wounds that were not present before and each fell down in violent ways all too familiar to what he remembered. The screams for help... The plea for life... Radesh closed his eyes and soon found himself standing in front of Emna's tomb. Sweat poured down the sides of his forehead with tears accompanying them. He walked over to the side of the tomb, kissed the grave, and put the flowers upon the center. A prayer was spoken, and the leader returned._ _When Radesh entered the vehicle once more, Cero seemed rather concerned._ "Are you alright commander?" _He was slow to respond, his hard breathing muffling his words before he gave a small nod. It took a little longer, but he wiped his face clean with his sleeve and spoke with a rasp voice._ "Yes... I... I'll be fine. Memories... That's all they are... memories... Elena are... I never intended to drag your kingdom into my actions with me. After all, what would the point of something as distracting as me be if there was no one to follow on the diversion?" The priestess sighed "Of course, I should be clear with my intentions on that front. I do know of the other faction you speak of and have already met with them, shortly before coming across you and your kingdom. And I will tell you exactly where I stand on this matter is that I do not plan to interfere for either side in this war, save for two reasons. One is that my distraction during this fight is a failure and the undead attempt to capitalize on the opportunity to attack both sides despite whatever agreements they have. The second is to save my disciple that I found on the other side if he is to be involved in fighting, but other than extracting him no other actions will be made. I have no interests in the current political squabbling of the living, only in defeating the dead so I will join whichever side stands victorious and prepares for the real fight." She looked to Edward and Lisra with a frown and a sigh "If either of your have objections to me not interfering in this, I suggest you stay behind here instead of following me. Otherwise while wearing the colors of Mer you will not be allowed to act for either side. And yes, uniforms are simple as they are just white uniforms with a symbol of a golden rose where normally a nation's would be." Looking at Edward as he asked her questions she shrugged "Simply put, what we will be doing if you come with me is I will cease the fact my magic is currently hidden, and we will be fighting likely horrific amounts of the undead's forces so he looks at me instead of any information he can gain watching the fight. I will not force you to believe anything, nor do I stand to change your free will in any way. You need not even join the church of Mer to follow me, though I will not be opposed if you wish to and for me to lead sermons. I have no issues working with anyone, so long as they do not raise the dead. I hope that is acceptable, and I do hope I live up to your expectations of what being you all believe me to be at this moment."

She looked at him with a smile "I thank you for listening to me, and for understanding that I am no fool who acts without regard." She said before moving over to take some food as well. Now, no longer seeing the need, Elena ate normally instead of her act of being a dainty noblewoman. If they were to come to an understanding, she'd need to be herself. The priestess sighed and looked at him "I did not just arrive on the island today, I know of their monstrosities and those awful devices. I do ask you do not attempt to give me a demonstration, I do quite enjoy sitting here and not puking blood. But if you think I have sat idle for years and not improved my own forces at all, you'd be mistaken. Though I will admit, the flaw in that argument is I came here unprepared and would need to get home to bring my forces here." She said with a hint of annoyance in her voice, though now more at her situation than King As she cut a larger piece of meat she had chosen to eat and ate it, the priestess glanced around at the table. Quite a lot of food and extravagance, she hoped he did not waste resources like this every day "But I do hope you understand the folly of your assumptions on more than just underestimating my knowledge of what I was doing. If you think I am like the other priests and priestesses here and will be content just sitting around and waiting, I would give you an education in the main teaching of Mer. There is no way to show true worship but action, prayer and ceremonies mean nothing. For me to stay back and wait, not lending my expertise to destroy the scourge of undeath, would be to betray my goddess and the trust of my position as the High Priestess." Elena looked at King again, taking a break from eating "And it'd also be silly to seek out nobles without knowing of their expertise, no? The Belviere family, now renamed the Holywell family, is from the start a military family. I am not one for combat like the rest of my family, but I did serve my nation when they needed me. As a duty of a citizen of the nation and the loyalty i upkeep as a follower of Mer, how could I refuse? You're not only attempting to deny the help of one of the most powerful holy creatures on this isle, but also a officer and general with over thirty years of field experience. I am of no religion of peace, along with the compassion and assistance we offer there is also a firm hand of loyalty behind it. We remain loyal to our comrades and nation, and must take action to protect them from both living and unliving threats."

It was hard to even see through the downpour even with the flashes of light from lightning. However, presenting itself nearby, a growling tiger approached. Trying to undo what I already did would be hard, as it sort of just happened while I practiced my sword skills, but I believe it would be helpful to know maybe why he even chose to inhabit my body." The Ionian woman sighed and shook her head. She looked around lightly at the nature and smiled, seemingly comforted by being next to this river "As to respond to an earlier question, I would still very much love your help as you seem to know much more about this. But, I refuse to accept help without doing anything in return for you. So ask any request of a warrior you may need, and I can complete it in recompense."

Looking down and closing her eyes. Yuuna then looked up with a slight frown "And... another note on that is, I'm not exactly sure how. I'm not even sure how I did this to begin with to be entirely honest." She looked away with a more embarrassed look after that "I know how stupid that sounds, but as I practiced it just happened. With a quick sigh, she looked back at Neeko with a half-hearted attempt at a smile. "Become... one? I understand but I'm afraid that I also can not do that. Our ideas of how to do... virtually anything are polar opposites. I am not going to change myself because he happened to choose me over anyone else." She said with a flash of stubbornness in her eyes. If Neeko looked closely in this moment, she would likely see Yuuna's spirit not partially merged with the spirit's, but instead containing it and not allowing it to do much but watch.

She said before listening to the rest of the story and shrugging s bit "Wherever she is, I am sure you will run into her again. Whether it be on purpose to visit her or by happenstance fate has a way of working out like that." With that the woman stretched a little bit before taking a bit more food.and staring. She looked down at the ground with a sigh at Neeko's request "While I would love to say yes to your help, I'm unsure about the tribe part. As I am, I am sworn to my upholding duty to my family and becoming it's next elder. I can't take anything that would force me to shirk my duties as part of it, though when I return I am unsure if I will keep my status after... disappearing as I did and shirking my duties to the family. Now that I think about it, that may not be a problem." Yuuna after mentioning the part of shirking her duties seemed to look down in contemplation. Her expression, though she seemed somewhat to try and hide it, was that of the slight horror that comes from someone who had been in denial up until that point.

After a few moments she turned to King, still sitting there as she did plan to stay for the meal, she was not so discourteous as to deny her host like that after all the effort he's gone through. "Oh I'm sorry, it is quite rich to hear you call me a failure is all. From someone who totes strategy and planning so much, it seems your incapable of understanding that not decisively winning an entire war in one battle is something normal." Elena, now dropping any pretense of acting like a noble, would no longer be sitting or eating prim and proper, but like a normal person. She then turned to him "And another false assumption, along with assuming my plans were as weak as to simply come to an enemy I've never met and wipe them out in one blow, is that I came to you for a reason. Or did whatever reported to you not tell you simply that I was brought here after they found me facing off with something, I did not come to you for any specific purpose i was brought to you under the name of order." Almost delicately still, the priestess raised a small piece of cheese to her mouth and took a bite off the very end. After a moment she'd smile at him with almost a creepy amount of happiness for what mood she was giving off "Or are you perhaps, attempting to call me a fool and deride me to feel some level of authority? Surely a man who punishes his people severely, surrounds himself with nobles from far off lands, and goes by only 'King' instead of involving his own name at all doesn't have insecurities about his own claim to power does he?" Her words dripping with sarcasm the woman leaned back in her chair, her eyes and expression going from some odd forced joy to that of annoyance. "Now, if you would stop categorizing my unwillingness to be inactive and cower behind walls from my enemies as stupidity, I'd appreciate it. I did not live through seventy of years of hell for some young man fresh off his new power trip to act like a dimwit assuming I do not understand what I do or that I take actions without reason. I am no fool, and I do not act without reason behind my steps. Or are you so high on your horse now that you can't grasp others may have plans you seemingly can't grasp?" She said, the priestess then sitting back and just sipping wine. Elena seemed almost more riled up than normal from insults, as she did not take kindly to those who'd disgrace her fallen comrades.

Even the way she held her utensils and glass would seem almost perfect for a noble. She had trained this facade for years, she was not very easy to spot when she didn't want to how much she detested acting like this despite the fact that her smile was slightly lower than her general self. She shook her head "I am aware how badly I am received on this island. Not only have I been trapped here a week, but I have been to the Isles in my past. I met the man who currently runs your churches long, long ago when he was still young as was I." She said before sipping her wine "I assure you, having lived as long as I have in a land that hates me I have learned to conceal my nature quite well, though just to show you I do not intend to lie I will reveal it to you." With that Elena took in a deep breath before her wings seemed to materialize behind her and the woman began to glow heavily with the holy power running through her veins. The light around her flared before fading along with the shown power and the wings "Trust me when I do say, I am no damsel who can not protect herself normally. You do not live as long as I do without having fought some undead in your days, and I have fought quite a lot."

After Neeko was done the woman leaned over a bit and gave a few comforting pats to the tire chameleon. She couldn't think of quite anything to say to that, after all the death and destruction she had seen herself she still had no idea what to tell people. She nodded at Neeko's request "I can if you wish me to. I am from a large clan of traditional warriors whom guard a mountain town in Ionia. As the eldest child, I was expected to become the next head of clan and a honorable warrior like all those before me. I succeeded only in training how to fight, as when I was a child a... certain guardian spirit decided I was the right target to fuse with. At my family was proud and slightly envious that the storm spirit had chosen me as a vessel, then they found out how little control I had over him. I would summon storms at random and at times lose control over my body for days, running into the woods to hunt because Jun'ichi demanded I did." She sighed "So one day, I left and climbed the peaks of the mountains. I spent a half a decade alone on a mountain top, until I could keep Jun'ichi under control at least most of the time. Now he just manifests next to me to show his will, instead of trying to assert control over me. At least that is, until I have to fight. When... Noxus invaded our homeland I heeded the call of my homeland to keep it safe. To which Jun'ichi didn't think me read so he forced me to let him fight for us. Summoning a monsoon on a battlefield is not pretty, not for either side but especially not lighter troops who rely on movement a lot in their fighting. I... never fought again in the war after that. I just chose instead to travel until I could find a way to make my spirit not so... dissonant. And then, long story short, I eventually ended up here no better than I used to be." She looked down before starting to eat a bit more "And... that's it for me."

She said before slowly moving back to shore with Neeko. The Ionian woman, despite having been sitting in the river was entirely dry as if she had never entered it. Yuuna also did grab her sword out of the river, to make sure it wouldn't float away and laying it on the sand. As soon as she touched it, the water on the weapon seemed to run off as if the surface was made of some hydrophobic material. She smiled as she sat down next to Neeko and taking the piece of jerky "It's quite alright, I have my own food as well and ate a bit earlier. My appetite isn't too large currently." Though she said that, the warrior put the whole piece of meat in her mouth and swallowed it almost without even chewing the piece of meat. Grabbing a small satchel she pulled out what looked like travel jerky "Here, I try to conserve and live off the land but we can have some of it if you want. Though I fear it's likely not as good as yours." With that she poured a decent bit more pieces of dried meat from her bag, though these were rather plain travel rations instead of anything from a jungle boar. The warrior seemed to leave it off at that, still devouring quite a bit of meat as she watched Neeko attentively and waited to hear about her tribe.

As Neeko spoke her eyes shot to the direction of her voice before the woman let out a sigh "I am not angry, I am merely startled. I don't know why, though you seem to imply it had something to do with you, but you alarmed my guardian spirit. Is it not normal to be wary in a land you have no idea anything about?" She spoke plainly, still looking immensely confused at the area. As she watched as the small form seemed to plummet towards the water, the warrior's eyes seemingly trained to quickly notice details of her surroundings. With a sigh the woman moved and sat back down on the edge of the water "Though if I may ask, who exactly are you? I had heard this jungle was mostly uninhabited."

The warrior knew she could turn into animals but... people? This concerned her for a moment until Neeko's hands glowed with magic. At the moment of peace she simply stopped moving, staring down at her hands for a moment and nothing else as it lasted. Her eyes were wide with surprise and she seemed unable to even process the feeling. The moment past and the normal situation for the Ionian warrior set back in. She looked at Neeko before suddenly grasping whatever form she was in a tight hug. Perhaps a bit too tight, considering the woman's physical strength. "Thank you. Even if you find that's all you can do is that one moment, thank you." She was practically whispering, and the sound of her voice was choking as if she was about to cry from the peace she had just felt. After a few moments the warrior would let go before smiling "I would happily hear of your tribe Neeko, though we are in a river. Water runs off me instead of getting me wet, but won't it get cold for you if we continue to sit in it."

Whether it was the more peaceful looking stance of Neeko, or her resemblance to the vastaya it seemed to calm the woman a decent bit. She lightly chuckled at the attempts to pronounce her name before repeating her name very slowly "Yuuna. Yona is a name but not mine." Yuuna shook her head "Not that much tiger stuff I apologize, it's just how he likes to appear and the symbol on my sword. I can do a few things that I will show you later if you wish. Though if we are to be friends, I should do this just to further the display of trust." She said slightly sliding her sheathed sword to float in the small distance between them "It's a prized family relic, so I'll put it near you to show I trust you even with something this important." She said with a smile before holding Neeko's hands as she seemed to imply. If Neeko looked down, the hilt of the blade was beautifully carved with a image of a storm turning into the head of a tiger, the raised image on the hilt having been stained blue.

That is simply Jun'Ichi, my guardian spirit. And he despite his look can't hurt anyone, it is merely a way he makes himself look. My only way to hurt you is with the sword I am not holding. I hope that is satisfactory." She sighed and did as best a bow as she could to the water while sitting "I do not know what this 'Sho'ma' is, but I am here on recommendation of a vastaya I met. He said that time in the jungle would let me learn better to deal with the power struggle between me and... as you've so lovely put it, the lightning tiger." She did not seem to expect it had anything to do with the deer, the Ionian instead facing the woods expecting some threat to rise. It almost seemed as if the water was just barely not touching her, as if held back by some unseen force. The doe was surprisingly calm, raising its head after her likely confused by what was going on. Neeko herself didn't understand but was all the same frightened. Other's couldn't share Sho'ma like Oovi-cat, something Neeko struggled with empathising with as the world felt much loner in a single skin. When the woman glanced back at the doe, it was mysteriously gone along with its companion, without so much as a trace of its existence or any footprints leaving the area. Neeko had taken the form of a small, nimble squirrel, scurrying up the tree she hid under some leaves on a branch. She couldn't understand why she seemed so angry, Neeko hadn't hurt her Sho'ma, just touched it. "Why are you angry, friend? Neeko didn't disturb your Sho'ma." She asked, her voice seeming to come from the tree top. If she paid close attention, a small animal plummeted down from the tree into the water. Disappearing under the water surface Neeko's form shimmered with green magics, taking the form of a catfish now. Said fish seemed to circle the beach edge but kept its distance and promptly turtled away whenever the woman got close. It seemed whoever or whatever was stalking her really wanted an answer to the odd question.

Curious to her, most animals were fearful of humans of weapons but perhaps the jungle's isolation made them more bold. The stray bits of static electricity once again appeared near her feet but only occasionally, the spirit seeming calm for now. As the frog hopped to her she turned her head and pat it's head "I do hope you're not poisonous little one." The doe seemed all but normal, but its brown eyes were mixed with a golden middle that gave it a strangely exotic appearance. Otherwise, it seemed harmless like its companion who croaked back at her while she patted its head. Not poisonous, but with a penchant for looking droopy and sad. > She stood up and faced the deer, examining it closely as if just to verify there was nothing odd about it. She had looked up a bit about the fauna and flora of the jungle, but she still felt the need to stay safe. After what seemed like a moment she chuckled quietly and muttered to herself "Remind me of that proud mountain goat. I wonder if this works on deer too..." The Ionian tentatively reached out her free hand to scratch the back of the doe's neck. Gracefully said doe edged closer, lowering its head so that she may scratch its neck, which it seemed to love. Neeko herself was getting hyped up, this was awesome. Getting so much attention reminded her of the old days with Oovi-cat tribe. The doe's features twisted into something resembling sadness, its ears drooping down eyes closed for a few blinks. It was _perhaps_ a little too friendly as it lowered itself, lying down with its head on her knees puffing out something close to a human sigh. This was a sweet comfort, forgetting that grim business... Again it closed its eyes resting quietly. The frog seemed to understand its companion as it hopped into the air and onto the doe's head, lulling itself into a deep slumber. (Or maybe it was a severe case of laziness, as it seemed rather intent on conserving energy.) The woman and/or her pet might just faintly pick up something; it was as if something touched her very soul for the briefest of touches, so subtle you could miss it with a blink of your eyes. It was a side effect of Neeko allowing her mind to open up, Oovi-cat shared their minds naturally to those nearby, especially in tender or raw emotional states. Neeko herself didn't pick up that she subconsciously brought their Sho'ma together, for she felt safe. Something she didn't often feel around humans.

The frog's eyes darted back and forth, at first it seemed indecisive, but at the idea of being someone's pet, it spoke in a clear female voice, young by the sound of it. "Neeko's not anyone's pet!" Expanding its mouth with a proudly defiant ribbit. It then seemed to ponder her first question, responding shortly after with some awkwardness. "_Nnnnnooo_... yesss. Neeko thinks everyone should smile more!" It blurted out the last part, raising its limp front limbs once as it asked carefully. "Can you put Neeko down now? For the better part of the hour, she had been in a contest with the stag, wooing females and trying to upstage one another with fabulous crowns of antlers! But most she played with could not keep up with her boundless energy, as seen by the stag resting now. > An Ionian woman sighed as she slowly pushed through the thick foliage of the jungle. She couldn't quite tell where she was, how far she had gone in, or at what point in the day it was. All she knew was she was sweaty, tired, and her black hair was beginning to stop holding it'd usual straight self from the amount of humidity. But yet, she pressed on as she had reason to be in Kumungu. Gripped in her left hand was a large sheathed sword, a nodachi as those of the more warlike path would recognize by it's blade length and curve. And despite the heat, the tall woman kept on her heavy wood and metal armour and powered through. All of a sudden Neeko picked up another scent, not from an animal but a human, with a hearty Sho'ma. Stopping what she was doing Neeko sniffed again, stating to her companion. "Oooh, Ionian! Very proud Sho'ma, like vastaya." Neeko glanced at her tired playmate, deciding she might as well give him a little time off after all the good time together. > At a point she finally stopped, nearing a river. Kneeling down and then sitting on her legs the woman took deep breaths and seemed to enter a meditative state. As she was still occasionally a few bits of lightning would crackle around her legs, until she reached out and grabbed what seemed to be a tiger spirit made of the crackling energy and what looked like heavy clouds by the neck as it's head suddenly appeared. In a quiet voice the woman spoke "Calm Jun'Ichi, there is nothing." before letting go and the head disappearing once more. The next few bits of lightning seemed to crawl up to her body before stopping entirely, the woman now quietly meditating on the side of a jungle river and listening carefully to the nature around her. It wasn't easy to get close without alerting someone, especially someone with such a fierce Sho'ma. As she got closer and closer, an idea popped into her mind as the woman neared a river. Stopping in her tracks, Neeko's form swirled with green energy and magics, turning her into a doe. Brown with many white spots! Harder to shape but so very pretty, first impressions were meaningful after all. --- Being a river, it was natural to see animals come up and drink, though the doe that exited the woodlands not far away from the woman seemed rather unshy as it went directly for the source of water, not minding the person resting by the river just a few meters up. It slurped up a bit of water, and funny enough it almost seemed like it was ogling the woman in the corner of its eye. Another odd thing was that a frog rested by its hooves, it seemed rather depressed by its apathetic look. The doe was startled when the tiger head appeared but didn't run off. _"Awesome...!"_ Neeko thought, wide-eyed by the show. She so wanted to pet protective spirit tiger! Stopping lapping up water said doe looked at the woman directly, slowly but surely it started to approach her, and unless scared away it would get close enough she could almost touch it. By then it took one more step into her personal space, but hesitated to take another glancing down at her... for permission? It sure seemed like it. Its companion was far more daring, or just apathetic as it hopped past the doe landing in front of the woman looking up at her with its purple eyes. "Ribbit." It croaked out, puffing its chest out.

While seeming somewhat unaware, she did acknowledge them and was more listening for dangerous ones rather than something like a deer. She stayed in her peaceful meditation, her hand over time putting her sword on her lap as she waited, the sheathed blade sticking out a long distance to both sides of her. She did not move in fact, until the doe moved very close to her, seemingly not troubled by it not being shy around her When the doe approached closer than normal her eye facing it snapped open, examining it up and down before the woman turned her head to look at it. They all also seemed to wear a small necklace with what looked like a pink flower embedded in a ruby gem, which was the sign of the local monks of the monastery. Generally they had been acting as the guards of the festival, though none were really needed, though these ones seemed to be just be off of that duty for now and enjoying their time before the night fully set in. > > As she approached the man he turned around, and waved with a smile to greet her before she actually reached him. He seemed to be about to say something before she spoke before looking at her a bit awkwardly. "Uh... I'm not sure exactly what you..." He started before a black furred hand with small claws sticking out seemed to pat his shoulder. Behind the man though hard to see was a large man covered head to toe in black fur, his head resembling that of a cat. As well his hands seemed to look more like paws than hands, though they seemed to still have a thumb. "I think she is offering you food Ji-Woo." > > With a sigh the man whispered back but not actually very loudly, his long and braided ponytail seeming to have moved a bit from the Vastaya putting a hand on his shoulder. "I got that Min-Jun just..." The Vastaya then chuckled and patted his shoulder "I'll just go then." He said quietly before walking off to go talk with some of the other monks. The man who had just been introduced as Ji-Woo smiled and walked forward a bit "I guess I'm kind of hungry, thank you miss. My name is Gim Ji-Woo, what is yours?" He said calmly accepting the box from Soraka. Soraka perked upright to look at the man she was offering food to, a little surprised to be seeing someone that resembled a cat that was talking to him. She slowly stood her back upright, no longer in the embarrassing bowing position she put herself in. After a moment, Raka realized he was talking to her now and her face instantly flushed. "Oh...I-I'm sorry. My name is Soraka," she replied a little more smoothly than the first time she spoke. "I...well, it seemed that you were hungry. I thought you might like some home-cooked food..." she continued while her voice was showing more of shyness than anything. Soraka began to gesture to him to take the food, nervous about if they had any skin contact. _Is this what flirting is like these days? Am I really out of practice?_ she thought while trying to think of something else to say. Raka moved a strand of her long, light-green hair back and looked at Ji-Woo. "If you don't mind me asking...are you a monk by chance?" she started with curiosity glowing in her eyes. As a matter of fact, Soraka didn't ever see anyone like him or his friend. They seemed really friendly and almost charitable like a monk would be. Yet, now she was regretting asking that question since you should never judge someone by their looks. She bit her bottom lip slightly to hold her jabbering mouth from exploding the words: 'Oh no, no! Never mind, you don't need to answer that!' It was either he took it as offense or she would embarrass herself further by retracting her question. _No wonder I can't flirt. It's hard!_ she thought while waiting for his reply. Meanwhile, Miss Fortune observed the body language and overall conversation between the two of them. She could only help herself by stifling her laughter behind her hand. She knew Soraka was a timid one, but not on this level. Miss shook her head while laughing, gradually quiet as she attempted to open another bottle of sake. Raka had opened the last one and now Miss is left to fight against this bottle's ways. Miss struggled with the bottle cap for a few moments, moving at odd angles to see if it would help, but to no avail. Finally, the bottle fizzed open and Miss sipped the edge to get every last drop. She took a drink right from the opening, watching Soraka and the man she was talking to. Miss groaned and threw her head back, looking up at the cherry blossom tree. She was already bored of this festival, but Miss continued to drink her sake from the bottle and waited for something exciting to happen.

That is very considerate, thank you Miss Soraka." He said calmly sitting down on a nearby rock to eat, motioning his hand that she could join him if she liked "Yes, I do happen to be a monk. If you see this." He said, showing his small pendant with the carved flower. "That is a mark of a student of the monastery here. We all wear these at all times during events, since people from outside the town may have a harder time recognizing us." He very quietly and quickly unpacked some of the food before beginning to eat slowly "May I ask what you do Miss Soraka." Meanwhile, by Miss Fortune, the large cat man seemed to have somehow slipped behind the pirate hunter, patting her shoulder lightly to get attention "Miss, do you need some help with your bottle? Oh and there's no reason to worry about your friend there, Ji-Woo wouldn't do anything to someone who causes no trouble." He said, smiling as much as his panther-like muzzle would allow him to.

Which character did you use? I used Elena, but currently she is on a trip and would not be able to go slightly north to Freljord. Quick Edit: Yeah I thought about and realized the confusion, I've been messing with my league name a bit but i've returned to normal.

[Evain](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WIUwJnPFmqGPIN_H6bPWTkxX_-UnliJvOgMotZzkOB0/edit?usp=sharing) Is always out and about, looking for things to do. She's pretty much just going around to everywhere but Ionia so she could be around to charm her way into getting a new story to tell.
: ((Hello! I hope this is still open!)) While crowds of people were gathered in the square, there was a lone cherry blossom tree hosting a private picnic away from the continuous chatter. The vibrant petals fluttered around the guests under the tree, two guests to be exact. One of them seeming to be a little over-joyous, probably due to the three empty bottles of sake next to her and blushed face. She is known as Miss Fortune, some people call her Captain. Since no one really knows her standing here, she tries to blend in with the locals through her attire of a light pink, floral dress and cherry blossoms in her red hair. The other one appeared timid and polite, despite her partner's drunken behavior. Her name is Soraka, dressed similarly in a light green, floral dress to match her own hair color and sticking out like a sore thumb because of what she is. Soraka sighed quietly as she took a sip from her tea. Soraka knew she could never blend in like Miss Fortune because a horn stuck out in front of her head that grabbed the attention of others, not to mention her protruding elf-like ears. As Miss Fortune rambled on about - well, who can tell anymore - she stood up all wobbly and looked over to some strangers by a large rock. Despite being drunk, Miss knew that it was probably a sacred memorial to this square or a burial site. She shrugged the thought of intervening off because there were laws upheld here; in contrast to her own country where it was completely law-less. Somehow, that reminded her of the day Soraka came to her. Like a frightened little mouse in a sea of thieves, criminals, and gangs. Soraka was practically begging Miss to accompany her on a dangerous journey to find an old friend of hers. After countless attempts and _days_ from Soraka's annoying plea, Miss finally decided to help and join Soraka on her quest...for a price of course. Yet, Soraka didn't care that she had to pay for Miss Fortune's services, since she needed someone with a ship and knowledge of the lands. Soraka would do anything to help a friend in need, especially the one she is searching for. And now that they were here at the Kanyuki Flower Festival, Soraka knew they were close to finding her friend. Yet, she never told Miss about who or what her friend looks like. Miss turned back removing herself out of the daydream, smiling genuinely at her paying customer. "You know," speaking in her luring voice, "There are some cute guys here. You should go check them out or bump into them. That usually works." Soraka blushed heavily and shook her head quickly, "No!" she squeaked out. "I- I'm not interested in t...talking to any guys. I must find my friend first, they need my help!" Soraka said all embarrassed. Miss only laughed to Soraka's reaction, wiping her eyes from the laughter. "Kid, you need to relax sometimes. Life is too short and you need to have some fun, even if it means flirting." Miss replied in a matter-of-factually kind of way while she plopped herself down on the picnic blanket again. Soraka only looked more embarrassed, turning the other direction. "I talk to guys..." she said kind of pouting, "And I'm not a kid." In fact, Soraka is much older than Miss Fortune, when she was immortal that is. That thought made the blush from her face disappear, making her feel a little somber. Miss noticed the change in her and laid down with her arms crossed under her head, looking at the cherry blossoms. "Well, you look younger than me. Some days I feel like an old lady for how long at stand steering my ship." Miss said giggling, trying to change the subject. Soraka looked down into her tea cup bashfully, wondering why Miss was complimenting her. "Alright...I- I'll try flirting...w- what do I do?" Soraka said shyly looking at Miss. Miss smirked deviously and perked upright, almost losing her balance in the moment. "Ok! Take this food. Offer it to that guy over there and say 'I hope you don't mind, but I noticed you looked a bit hungry. Maybe this will please your appetite?' If he takes it and says it will or something else would, you're in. If not, play it cool and maybe hard-to-get after that." Miss said quickly and incoherently. Soraka replying to her advice with a confused look. Soraka became timid again when Miss forced her up on her feet, giving her a little push on the back in the direction. Soraka looked back to Miss, who was giving Soraka a cheesy grin on her face and a thumb up. Soraka turned her back and sighed, still confused on how to 'flirt'. She looked down at the perfectly designed box with food inside, then up towards the guy. She awkwardly walked towards him, giving them plenty of space before he realized her presence. Soraka blushed now that she was 'closer' to him, but she wasn't even in arm's length to him. She bowed her head to hide her blushed face, her arms extending out with the box of food in her hands. Her voice sounding stuttered and shaky with her head down, "Um, excuse me sir...I- I really hope you don't mind. I noticed you looked hungry and I t- thought you might need this...Is this enough for you? And your appetite?" Miss Fortune in the distance watching Soraka's movements and vaguely hearing what she said, Miss smacked her head. _This kid is hopeless,_ Miss thought while peeking through her fingers at Soraka.

The few people standing nearby all had seemed to be in non-featival clothing, all wearing simple garbs of sandals, pants, and what seemed to be a half-torn shirt that only hung on by one shoulder, covering most of their chests. "I think she is offering you food Ji-Woo." With a sigh the man whispered back but not actually very loudly, his long and braided ponytail seeming to have moved a bit from the Vastaya putting a hand on his shoulder.

The plea for life... Radesh closed his eyes and soon found himself standing in front of Emna's tomb. Sweat poured down the sides of his forehead with tears accompanying them. Though likely it would be only Edward or Lisra wold notice this, having been the only two to spend long enough with her to learn her extremely controlled body language. She smiled at the ruler "Thank you for your most courteous welcome." She shook her head quietly at his questions "I am the High Priestess of my cause first, and a noblewoman second. My only true passion is helping others in need with the gifts I've been given." She noted the look in Lisra's eyes. This was dangerous and she didn't wish to get caught up in anything. She knew this aura of warmth and friendliness, she had felt it before from her mentor many years ago and some of her followers had commented she sometimes gave off the same feeling. In this case though it was above all, dangerous to trust such a feeling.

Men of action do not like ceremonies, I have dealt with enough knights to know that." She then continued to watcht he grandiose display. Lovely, though perhaps this effort of protection was required with how he treated his populace. Such were the ways of dictatorships though of course, she had also seen this on her visits to Noxus. She watched carefully through the rush of actions that happened inside the courtroom. Having originally gone towards to help Lisra, she briefly caught a glimpse of Edward going past her and attacking, then the grenade and smoke, then King. Understandably, Elena looked baffled at the scene before her that just occurred. Quite the introduction to his court she guessed, but judging by his attitude this wasn't uncommon. Elena smiled and curtsied to King "Lady Elena Holywell, High Priestess of Mer and formerly known as Lady Ylyssa of House Belvier. It is an honor to meet you, and I must thank you for your soldiers saving me from the man attacking me. I'm not quite capable of protecting myself from attacks." She said, rising a bit but still remaining in a more proper position as she waited to be told to be at ease, as was normal in a monarchy for those of much higher rank than her.

Quite the extensive security... hopefully she'd be allowed to take a longer walk than normal so she could return to Radesh later. She could explain to Lisra why she did what she did later. She sighed as she stared at Lisra "You're trying to force it around too much. Remember, that magic is not your own it is a gift. You can't simply will it around like an arcane mage or a creature like me. Try more to just... suggest it disperse itself more evenly. It will listen if you do it correctly." The thousands of soldiers before him violently took wounds that were not present before and each fell down in violent ways all too familiar to what he remembered. Are you ready to go?"

While we ride, try dispersing your magic out evenly in your body so it stops just radiating violently at least. I have faith that with a few hours you can figure out how to do that." She said patting Lisra twice. She did wonder what she would do after the meeting with King though. As they rode, Elena would stay mostly silent, sitting on the horse with her legs off to one side seemingly deep in though as she watched the surrounding carefully. Though at one point she would say "Edward, you know you could benefit from being a bit less coarse to everyone. You're charming and nice enough without it to make people like you, and allies are never a bad thing to make."

She raised an eyebrow "I am not versed in weapons but I'm sure I can find others who know more, but I will help her cultivate her powers. Though I am a bit unused to getting spells from a book I have taught others in that way before so I can still help. Also though I do miss Snow, I don't believe I should have a horse." She commented before the wings seemed to fold back up and go under her robe again. "Please do have her meet me outside once she is ready to go. I may be less willing to bide my time than you, but do not think me an idiot Franez." She said before sighing, and quickly shifting out of her more emotional state and back to a happier face as Lisra entered. Keeping someone who can't stand sitting around anymore builds contempt and frustration, I'll teach her to hide her magic from prying eyes and do more work than healing those who can make it to the church." Elena paced a bit a way "I may not have the offensive prowess but there are many more ways to tackle problems than just fighting through after all."

That is a shame Franez, I am sad to say I don't believe I will be joining you in this church then. Regardless of decree I won't resign myself to inaction and simply waiting for my death or salvation to come." She said pacing away a bit. The very thought of staying still and doing nothing made her upset, the priestess speaking much less calculated and with great passion now. She turned around, the fires in her eyes very much lit "And I hope you will know that Blackeye is dead. Edward and some others showed up while I was speaking to him, and defeated him. Which while I was fine, I do have to thank you Edward as him being gone saves more than just me." She sighed trying to calm down finally. I apologize about that, my efforts and plans have been taking up much of my mental space, it becomes harder to recall things from long ago." She would walk towards the fountain, but chose to stand for now, though asserting "Just because I enjoy standing and such, also I have a tendency to pace a bit while talking." She sighed and frowned at Lisra "It is a curse as much as a blessing, most of those whom I knew as a child and teen have grown old and gone on now, and I remain an old woman seen by the world as a fresh adult. Also I'm afraid Franez, this is because of some magical birth of mine that seemed to be dictated by Mer, though I assume holy magic could still do part of what has happened to me." Practically ignoring Edward's entrance, looking over and smiling but nothing else, she continued to talk to Franez without interruption "Of course, and you may ask anything of me. Though I do ask to leave the crusading bit in the past. I was a foolish young girl back then, thinking releasing and recovering the Isles would be an easy task. An error i seek to rectify in the far future. Though I must ask, I can sense tremendous energy from you. What are you doing cooped up in the church, rather than out helping. Action over prayer Brother."

A final door opened by hand which lead to the thousands of tombstones lined up with the tomb of Emna resting at the very back. A long salute came from Radesh, tears forming in his eyes as one by one the dead faded into view. Each one wore a smile as he passed by them and gave their shouts accordingly. Believe in what you think is right. Do it so that this will never happen again." _Emna would salute with that familiar smile, the wrinkles from stress showing in her wide welcoming. Radesh followed suit, a more serious expression as he looked her in the eyes and felt weak from the stress that was building up from within. Are you ready to go?"

The faint glow around her would reappear and slowly grow through the walk. She could feel her magic somewhat returning, which was a good sign for her since that's something she needed to help her situation at all. Though as they passed it, she would stare at the ship "That is quite a marvel of a vessel, doubt there's much out there if anything to challenge it." She commented. As she waited politely for the two to finish greeting each other, she blinked as the man seemed to recognize her. She almost awkwardly laughed "Please, do not call me crusader. It has been decades since that time, I am smarter than I was then. Though to answer the question, yes I am High Priestess Ylyssa, though I go by Elena now. Complications and all back home have caused me to change it is all. Though to recognize me for those deeds so long ago, you must have been here for quite some time." She said with a smile Bowing once she put a hand out "Though I am afraid I can't quite remember you, I apologize, my memory of those days tends to be a bit foggy as I often have much work that has replaced them. Might I ask your name? It may just help me a bit to remember you." She said, awaiting a handshake "And, to reiterate, I would prefer you call me Elena or Ms. Holywell now."

I have proven very well who I am, and my standing at birth means nothing to me and it shouldn't mean anything to anyone. Apparently it does though, so though it grates me to do so, it is likely needed I must ask permission to go." She said crossing her arms in a seeming dislike of that situation before standing up "And so, I shall go do that." With that Elena walked back up the stairs, going back to where Edward had sat down "I know we have a schedule and such, but I would like to go with Sister Lisra to the church. Can I assume I am permitted, and you will simply retrieve me when you have to move me along?" She said, her previous cold and stern gaze back as she talked to the man. Unlike the lower floors, she knew the people up here could not be trusted and that they likely do not like her based on her views.

So it seemed as though this country was turning to war machine, which made her seemed concerned to say the least. Being from Demacia, this was starting to remind her a bit too much of Noxus and it's sudden aggressiveness and constant warring. That was an exact antithesis to what she stood for. As time froze, Elena tense and looked on guard suddenly. She was not stranger to magic but this was something concerning. The look stayed through the rest of the time Sister Lisra spoke before Elena spoke up "...I would not do that." She said frowning. If they were being watched she couldn't quite tell her what just happened. She sighed and looked Lisra with a more serious look and no smile "Allow me to cast a spell on you, I must explain better." If she was allowed, she'd put a hand on Lisra's head, focusing as she set up a short-term mental link between them for communication. With a sigh she spoke in the other cleric's head "I have set up a way to communicate mentally between us. I will show you why." With that, she sent the memory of the scene that just happened to Lisra before sending afterwords "It seems she knows of your plan and is watching you, I believe that means when you try it will be your end as she will be expecting you and know what your plan is."

I am Elena Holywell, High Priestess of Mer. I was... well I ended up here after a very peculiar set of events, still trying to wrap my head around it all to be honest. Now I am here brought by... some people I'd likely rather not deal with due to disagreements in how they do things." She said, shooting another glance up towards Edward with a slight disdain in her eyes but quickly turning back to Lisra "But that is not why I asked for you Sister, I have... questions about this place and I know I can trust you." The priestess leaned in, her eyes focused directly on Lisra's, seeming to attempt to trace any of her intentions out just with a look "I heard in your speech, they use slavery and dark arts here? Along with the seeming amount of prisoners, overworking of the lower class, and the amount of executions I've seen in the past few hours I feel a tad worried." The area around her seemed to glow more with joy, once again revealing a bit of her more magical nature, as she saw Lisra still helping people despite it all. Similarly, her hand would reach out and grab someone seeming have either work injuries, or one seeming to be passing out from the over-labor and alcohol. The hand would lightly glow once, as she casted some more minor magic to help alleviate whatever pain or headache or stressed muscles seemed to plague them.

After a moment staring at the man in chains she sighed before giving Edward a look that finally seemed to break the hard shell she had been building this whole time to stay safe, though less of her usual caring but instead showing her seeming extreme disappointment "You know, the amount of people I've seen in chains over the past hour or two does worry me, and I'm not quite sure I'm okay with it." After saying that, not waiting for a response, the priestess briskly turned around and began walking back down towards the bottom floor. She had seen enough of the top floor of this bar and how they thought about it, perhaps she should learn from those lower in the food chain. As she passed Lisra, she put a hand on her shoulder "Young one, I would ask you come down to the lower floor and speak with me, from one priestess to another." Then continued walking and moved down the stairs. If this one could be trusted, she would follow. Walking down, and looking amongst the more common people, Elena suddenly seemed to brighten and smile, her usual expression returning. A moment, if even brief, from these intrigue games and focus on lineage. While down there she'd provide herself with the same quality of food as the poorer workers, striking up what seemed to be quiet small talk as she waited to see if Lisra followed her. She also hoped, in this brief time, to glean a little bit of the working man's opinion of King as that would be more honest than the soldier.

"Why yes I am, so thank you for noticing." He says in an upbeat tone, he says stretching his arms and rolling his shoulders as he examined her himself. Interesting she was, dressed in a foreign look but holding a name of someone from here. Perhaps she was a performer of some form or another then, that would a be conversation. "Lovely name." He responds taking her hand and shaking it, his hands were a strange feel, a product of his origins, you could simply tell from the get go that he was a man not quite usual. "Call me Evan." He adds, "and I would appreciate being shown to this festival."

She said walking off down the main road of the city, hoping Evan would follow her. The harpist would not move too quickly, walking a casual speed throughout the town. Eventually she'd lead the man over the large stone bridge of Kovai's passage, before continuing up the hill to some observation posts along the way to the temple. The bridges after the large one were mostly wood and rope, but sturdy all the same Continuing up for maybe six minutes, Sun Ying eventually led Evan up to the fair grounds where the blossoms were slowly drifting from the trees down to the fairgrounds, populated by people and the scent of food and drink "Here we are Mister Evan, the fairground. If you'll excuse me, I need to go now though. My turn to provide music to the fair is almost here and I need to warm up a bit."
: “Well isn’t this just a beauty.” A traveller stated as he walked into the town, his head zipping back and fourth as he took in the scenery. His body and attire rather akin to Matt Smith at the moment, his clothing even looked quite Piltovian. This place was remarkable to put it lightly, but that really was Ionia, come war or peace the land was wonderous and odd. “It’s almost a shame Light couldn’t be here... haven’t seen him in quite a while, I hope he’s getting along alright.” The man continued to no one in particular. Really he was talking to himself. “What to do first though?” Vacation, a long time ago he despised the thought, but now, https://docs.google.com/document/d/13YXKicwn4Bt2gluPlDrGhw8d_gA5YoZJbRRtDoGNGHg was really beginning to enjoy these things, he’d even been able to help people along the way. At this point the man stopped in the middle of the road pondering, he needed to find people, quality people, crazy people! Just not homicidal ones, or the wrong type of people. What a confusing thing people were, this vacation had really shown him how out of touch he was with humanity.

"Are you lost sir? Most of the other travelers and townsfolk are up at the festival already." upon turning around he would see a shorter woman with a lithe form standing there staring at him. Seeming to be from the town herself by skin tone and such, and with long black hair stretching down a bit past her shoulders. She wore a red dress seeming to be of foreign make, perhaps Demacian, and carried a small celtic harp in her hands "I can show you the way up the mountain to the actual event if you'd like, my name is Sun Ying." She said still quietly extending a hand. Her hands seemed soft and unused to labor, except her fingetips which bore the small cuts and callouses of playing the stringed instrument she held.

Still, she did her best to ignore it since it seemed the floors weren't going to be having burn marks on them, or any smoke either. "Well, I do believe that we may have some material on that on the fifth floor, but let me just check right quick." She said, turning her back to Yuuna as she went to the catalogs behind her. In less than a minute, she found the book she needed and brought it out to skim through until her finger finally stopped on the page she was looking for. "Indeed, we do have happen to have some collected books on the subject right on the fifth floor of the library." The librarian stated, smiling as she did so.

Were it not for necessity to keep herself alive, she would've tried to intervene She looked up to Edward "While possessiveness over things like that is a common problem amongst humans, it does not mean they can't atone for their actions. One must simply show them the error of their ways in the correct way and they will understand where they went wrong." She said with a slightly stern voice. She said, the wings suddenly reappearing with a small flash of light, before retracting back and underneath her dress "There, actually hidden and not just invisible and still outstretched." She said with a smile. She sighed. She really, really wanted to go catch up with Radesh but... she had a feeling doing anything these folk didn't want would be quite the problem "Um... Yes okay then. And thank you for the kindness of taking me there." She said, daintily taking his arm. "Since I believe I can trust you, I must say my actual name is Ylyssa Belvier, a noble in Demacia... and still the other two things, as I doubt any form of blood lineage from a faraway nation quite matters here."

[Yuuna](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-pWh7X3Fl4oyqF8cAcVHBv07Nf5JRWj34GiOeow40yA/edit) quietly entered the library. To the Ionian, the city of minor magic and massive amounts of technology was... foreign to say the least. Still looking a bit overwhelmed, and still in her full armor, she entered the library.
