It's Riot trying to counter the fact that they made a free stat-stick healbot. That, and she's simple enough that people can play her simultaneously alongside playing an ADC. Like, 1 person 2 champions. Yuumi is fun an all, but if she is made any bit strong, she'll be abused. It's one of those cases of programmers so far up their own asses that they don't seem to realize implications when they put potentially no-skill champions in the game

You didn't solo every lane at once, you didn't gank the lanes you weren't in, and you didn't take every tower in the game. You didn't place enough wards, you didn't secure enough scuttlers, you didn't take all the neutral objectives solo, you didn't buy enough pinks. Died to a champ that did your entire health bar in ~30-40 ms? It's your fault for even being an average human with a reaction time between 70-200 ms. Don't know how every champion works down to the number? It's your fault you don't know the champion. "Good champion design" is forcing you to study exactly how the work through threat of losing against them if you don't. Didn't think about every possible scenario about champion interactions with each other, despite it being virtually impossible for the average human being? It's your fault, you're just not smart enough to play the game. It's YOUR FAULT. Trust me Riot told me so, as well as baking it into the game as well as their corporate mantras. You thought this was a team game? Ha, good joke. If you aren't literally doing the job of everyone on your team simultaneously, you might as well not even play anymore, you're not who the game is made for.

Item bought by Mages, Marksmen, Assassins -20% Damage Taken -20% Damage Dealt -20% Healing Done) There are items to AURA ITEMS ARE IN EQUIVALENTS OF Thornmail - Doesn't slow attacks Spell shield item - Gives dual resist and health, not DAMAGE STATS Abyssal Scepter - Gives health, also MR and AP There's also items with stats and passives that make more sense All Boots - provide non-resist stats, such as AD, AP, Mana, regen, or tenacity on more than one boot type Guinsoo's - Is not a HYBRID item, gives AD, AS, MS Phage - Gives AD, AS, MS, and MS/ghost on hit. Is not a health item, because champs that would build health should probably look into other forms of MS Wit's End - Has an AD/AR equivalent BOTRK - doesn't provide lifesteal, and has different scalings above and below a certain level of health. Makes it useful against tanks, less useful against non-tanks, making it an anti-tank item instead of an all-purpose core item

Second wind would be one I find a bit more situational. Font and Shield Bash are pretty outclassed by Demolish.. Grasp is definitely more situational but matchups/champion shine with it. {{champion:57}} {{champion:78}} Get a lot of free stats out of it in several matchups.

Remove "Minigames" They removed it for {{champion:86}} It's tolerable on {{champion:432}} {{champion:119}} {{champion:134}} {{champion:517}} It's a pain in the ass on a lot of others {{champion:72}} - You get to go jungle, or you get no passive {{champion:142}} - What makes super long range poke more fun to deal with? She gets item passives and summoners for free {{champion:82}} - Shadow Realm gets to take someone out of the fight every 2 minutes {{champion:203}} - Your jungler isn't ganking your lane unless they targeted one of the laners, which is usually a sign for them to ward and back off. Great design. {{champion:268}} - Theoretically good, especially pre-nerf. Was good once, but Riot forgot you have to program a game if you want more complex characters {{champion:235}} - GETS THE MOST FREE STATS IN THE GAME FOR PLAYING They don't add depth, they add "complexity". As to say, if you don't know how they work, you are directly countering yourself. 2. Fix Pathing/Models and hitboxes/minimap control What's worse than your champ having to try to walk around minions and their hitboxes? Randomly getting stuck in them. Or on terrain. Or champion-made terrain, even from allies. Minion hitboxes are larger than most of the popular ADCs or mages, which had to happen because scummy strategies involving abusing spaghetticode was encouraged by pro-play There's no option to make it so the minimap doesn't move the camera, so it can dart your camera halfway across the map, and make it so your champion attempts to follow the mouse at the new camera location. Which happens to run you straight into enemies. 3. Fix your matchmaking If someone was Platinum last season, they don't magically become iron this season. You'll just ruin about 20 iron-gold games that way. If someone was DIAMOND last season, the same rule applies People generally don't get noticeably massive changes in tiers by season. Just let Rank MMR roll over. If you're doing it because of stolen accounts, you're kinda doing it the wrong way. Why ruin the games from iron-gold, that is NINETY+ PERCENT of the playerbase. If one person on your team is worse at the game than their opponents, you'll likely lose If you have a bronze on your team in your silver game, it is still likely to have a gold on the enemy team. And it is possible to have to fight a plat in that game too. If you lose first inhib, you have about a 9% chance to win It's about 20% if you don't get first baron It's about 30% if you lose first tower Comebacks are getting harder, but toxic positivity must prevail, and it is always YOUR fault if you hit any of these conditions, even though this is a team game, and the competitive allows groups of 2 to compete against teams of single players. Not to mention that there are hundreds if not thousands of players in much MUCH higher tiers that go smurfing through the lower tiered games. (Before you give Riot a free pass on this, there are OFFICIAL RIOT GAMES/LEAGUE OF LEGENDS PARTNERS that STREAM themselves doing it. It IS officially approved of, if they're willing to give their endorsement to the channels.)

The most popular top laner in normal play does 40% (FOURTY PERCENT) of your max health as his ult at RANK ONE Other than that most AD champs up there build {{item:3071}} {{item:3026}} {{item:3053}} and will kick your teeth in sideways if you try going in Most every tank jungler is at bottom tier Not including champs that were recently (compared to their compatriots) buffed (ex. {{champion:32}} does % max damage dealt to champ as true, {{champion:33}} does more bonus damage on hit with armor, now scales off of semi-hybrid resistance, {{champion:102}} was gutted and turned into an AP burst mage-assassin) Tank supports that do not directly counter Riot's ideal botlaners ( {{champion:21}} {{champion:81}} {{champion:51}} {{champion:236}} {{champion:202}} ) are kept pretty weak (Worst normal tank supports are {{champion:223}} - killed because was played top {{champion:201}} - killed because LCS {{champion:12}} - killed because assassins couldn't do it) Mid lane and ADC tanks are either tanky because of the champ not the items ({{champion:3}} {{champion:245}} {{champion:157}} ) or tanky because of the damage items giving health ( {{champion:8}} {{champion:34}} {{champion:62}} ) Unless it's {{champion:50}}, he's both

Still have no idea what the visual team is on At least make it so that there's a mode that changes ally particles to blue, and enemy to red It's confusing as all hell when the UI itself has red for enemies, and then your blood moon ally comes in against things like Pulsefires/Spirit Fire Brand/some Project and Star guardians If they can't agree to that at least let us change the GREEN on RED that you have going on too often, most monitors won't let you change the tint I don't care if you added more brown to make it more clear, it's STILL GREEN

Only way to climb is literally to take a champion that can take every objective while also being able to kill people If you aren't solo taking every tower and objective, it IS your fault you lost If you aren't helping to kill every laner in every lane (including jungle), you lost the game by not doing enough You need to be placing every ward available exactly when it's available. Of course that includes buying pinks. At least 300 gold worth per match. Who else would provide vision if not for you? Other laners? You're just shifting the blame, friend You need to be doing everything in the game all at once, solo. If you can't 1v5, it IS your fault you're losing. You disagree with any of this? Clearly you're just bad, and you don't get how the game works. Trust me, Riot has been telling us to tell each other this for years.
