: I just wrote a ticket, will they be able to transfer manually for us or will we have to wait till the account transfers are back up in store? I tried transferring but it just loaded for a long time and then it disappeared. Thank you {{sticker:sg-soraka}}

Hang in there for an update, and make sure to contact PS after the team gets it fixed for your free transfer.

: I have issues with my connection going out temporarily, but visibly. It's not bad ping, packet loss, or jitter, it just drops completely but for usually short periods of time like 5-30 seconds. Often it will happen 2-3 times within a single minute, stop for a little bit, then go through the same cycle. Some days it happens a lot, others it doesn't happen at all. It happens to all computers in the house simultaneously, wireless or not. Will this show up in the lag report? Comcast is known for having this issue (around the nation, not just in my area) but it's so intermittent that it's hard to measure or test in a meaningful way and makes it nearly impossible for their techs to see happen live. It averages out to a relatively small amount of down time in total, but can have a large impact if it happens during a game of League. I've had 4 techs come out over the years to try to deal with it, most have made things temporarily far worse and none have even remotely seen it let alone fixed it.
Ugh, that's frustrating. Try writing us a support ticket and see if we can help get to the bottom of it, we're happy to help and our tech agents have seen all kinds of messed-up connection problems.

The reason I ask is because we've been encouraging players to swap to ethernet if possible, but obviously there are circumstances where it's just not an option and I'd love to know more about as many as I can so we're not just yelling "ONLY SINNERS USE WIFI" at you guys. I remember living in a house in college with seven other dudes and we all used WiFi because of the, uh, old-ass layout of the building, for lack of a better term. I played a lot of WoW and always had connection issues with WiFi, especially when Skype was running. At one point I tried to thread a long ethernet cable through the TV/living room but it got destroyed in a house party, so I'd love to hear your own war stories as well as what you have instead. Sometimes it's just not feasible to go hardwired.
