: {{champion:61}} definitely, when I decided to start playing ranked seriously I analyzed all champions in the game and decided that newly released Ori was the most well designed balanced champion, thus it's best to 1 trick her and honestly I was right, she is always viable, rarely overpowered and thus rarely nerfed or banned. It does give W an additional utility ...... but ONLY IF YOU USED IT WHILE DISGUISED. 10 Second tradeoff for 20% Mag Pen? It's a tossup. W: This is a direct buff, but not really a strong one. She's been struggling to hit ults or lane combos because enemies can outrun her move speed scaling, and loses a lot of opportunities others wouldn't. _**E: HUGE double nerf. Nerfed both the Ratio AND the base damage. AND the root duration.**_ R: Much more of a nerf than a buff. 30 sec more CD in exchange for an AP ratio to the shield per opponent nearby. The shield doesn't do near as much for her as the 90 Second cooldown does. NERF. Imo, this is a wash or at best a slight buff. Hardly something to throw a tantrum about.

Do i have to say more? **JUNGLE** {{champion:77}}. We've seen many good udyrs lately (Im eune plat) but that does not mean he is good. Damage only done by the Q buff they did to him. His gank potential? what makes a champion good at jungling???? He runs at ya...... just that.....runs at ya.... And he cant take any damage at all. Why not play {{champion:86}} jungle instead? {{champion:121}}. He wasn't always so broken but yeah.... every players knows what I mean. 1 shooting with the ad jungle item. Need more? **MID** {{champion:136}}. The first in this list who actually got some nice lore! Nice concept, nice lore but.... yeah.... bad time for this champ to exsist. He takes time and items to do damage and when the enemy midlaner not only will have less mana consumption but will also have either a dash or a stun burst combo. {{champion:7}}. Dash, double dash, 900 range root, another dash, a q and the most balanced part of her is her ult which allows her to cast a ability again (if i remember right) This in theory sounds just like a a more complex assassin which you need to learn in order to play. Yeah....right...... She would actually be that but her high damage scaling allows her to 1 shot even early in the game. **ADC** {{champion:96}}. Don't get me wrong, he used to be very good but after they nerfed his range and his ability to have attack speed over 2.50 which was not so bad since true damage did not exsist and all he did was mixed damage. Thornmail and spirit visage and you were kinda ok. Of course right now he is by far the worst adc. {{champion:119}}. Some might think that {{champion:145}} is worse but let me explain. Kaisa does damage, she can't get so easily fed if you know how to play against her (aka, play defensively, let your support poke and for gods sake, ward the river) but at late she will burst your more than anyone. Draven on the other hand, is one, if not the only one, that can play with conqueror at as ranged champion, can 1 shot adc and support with stormrazor (don't get me started on that item) and overall easier to get kills and he does the damage so early he can easily dominate every matchup. And last but not least **SUPPORT** {{champion:555}}. The worst "support" **BY FAR**. Is he a support? no! He can hook a enemy on with a very solid combo but most of the time he will take all kills and he will actually become the adc. So...no.. and riot knew that this would happen if they released such a champion. This is a tough decision since many supports are good with certain combos but for me, the best support will always be {{champion:267}}. Want poke? you got it. Want heal? you got it. Want knockup? you got it. The perfect support. Just please, at the healing ability she has make it so that if he pokes you and then heal herself, the heal to be reduced since she poked but if she only uses it to heal herself to have a bigger mana cost. That would make her perfect. What ya guys think?

You list Neeko's Q damage and fail to mention that it triggers 2 times after the initial cast so the only way to get full damage is if your target is CCed or they are standing still(aka terrible) If Neeko Q + Rs a non CCed target shes actually doing LESS damage than a fucking Morgana. Squishy no mobility mage with a short range ultimate that deals a lot of damage clearly busted.

Yet here we are today, getting one shot by literally everyone still. Where a Janna W does 25% of your health. Give me one instance where they actually listened to player feedback. The only one I can bring up, is when they wanted to make Yasuos R do stupid high damage, but everyone complained so they reverted it. What the community mostly asked for: * Damage Nerfs * Less Snowballing * Akali Shroud Nerfs * Runes Reforged Nerfs * Bringing back old Runes * Nerfing Conqueor * Nerfing Yasuo/Zed/Jax/Irelia * Nerfing Junglers so they dont gank 24/7 * Reverting Ignite * Reverting Teleport * A New Sorcery Keystone for actual mages to use * Nerf Duskblade * Nerf/Remove StormRazor * Nerf Lethality * Less coin flip games * Better matchmaking system * Removal of Autofill * Removal of Duo queue, making it only solo queue And a lot more was asked for from the community. Not that I 100% agree with all these things, but these were the biggest ones that stuck out from what I saw everyday. But I still have yet to see Riot address anything mentioned here, so I dont get where youre getting this " Whatever Riot does to make you fuckers happy, you get mad." stuff. No wonder the community gets mad, Riot hasnt done anything they asked.
Irelia and Akali Shroud got nerfed. Remove those. Runes Reforged got nerfed some patches ago, remove that as well (also goes with damage needs).

: Despite the nerfs, Nami is still super oppressive and remains a 52% winrate (at time of writing). This winrate is stable across all MMRs. She’s in the top 5 across all MMRs so it makes sense to give her some follow-up nerfs. I propose the following: Nami is supposed to be super squishy but she doesn’t give much room to punish her for that. This also shows in her super low average deaths per game. Only Janna and Taric have less average deaths as data showed. Reduce her durability especially against physical damage so marksmen can punish trade back to her W a bit better. Proposed change: Armor per level down from 4 to 3.5~3.7 Nami can still too reliably heal up herself or her adc with her initial W - Ebb and Flow (without bounces). She should be forced to play more around getting her bounces of and give opponents more opportunities to retaliate or gank her in the process. Atm she can pretty much outsustain any all-in that did not kill her in the first place. Proposed change: Initial heal down from 60/85/110/135/160 to 50/75/100/125/130 Bounce base ratio up from 85% to 90% Nami has a far too easy time landing important Qs - Aqua Prison on opponents if she can prepare them with R - Tidal Wave especially in close range. Her ultimate is too effective in setting up a Q if the opponent is in short range. Changes should reward her for landing long range ultimates and give her opponents better chances of dodging her close range combo. Proposed change: Knockup duration from flat 0.5 seconds to 0.25-0.75 seconds depending on distance traveled. Slow down from 50/60/70% to 30/50/70% (data from leagueofgraphs.com; champion.gg)
