I disagree, unlike Zyra his turrets are stationnary and can last a long, long time. Rilai is fine and even recommended vs melee but if we add liandry to it, it will simply become absolutely broken.
: Other bugs in a post I just made 1.) Turrets no longer proc Aery, Dark Harvest, or Rylais. 2.) RQ turrets cannon attack (AA) don't scale with AP. This means at rank 1 it will only do 40 damage per hit. Tested this in practice tool with 1022 AP Rank 3 Q does 159 damage while RQ rank 1 only does 40 per auto. Makes RQ even more of a joke to use. 3.) Only the first rocket hit can proc Dark Harvest. This means if someone is at 59% HP and each does 10% HP Damage it doesn't matter if the other 4 hit as it simply will not proc.

: I do believe it's intentional. The same happens with Shen's W and with Zyra's plants. The attacks aside from the beams are coded as auto attacks and can be blocked by Spirit's Refuge and Counterstrike.
I see, so they did make it count as basic attacks then. Makes sense I didn't really think about that. Bummer :(

I think {{champion:74}} could become one of your best friends against Pantheon. Good pressure, relatively easy to farm with, very versatile and can be built in a shit ton of ways. I have rarely lost any matchup with Heimer against Pantheon. It i important to predict his W. For that, the moment you see him going for it, plop your E right on yourself to stun him. If you have turrets placed nearby, beams will attack him. It delays his burst and allows you to do good damage to him before being able to walk away. He is kind of hard to master, but once you do you can win matchups even against your biggest counters (which, tbh, are mostly midlaners as well as Irelia and Galio. A good Darius, Yasuo and sometimes even Riven can also really mess up with you, but that is only if you are too careless really. Anyway. For pantheon, he is kinda good. I suggest you try him out.

I think making Heimer even less effective against melee and downpowering his ultimate is not the way to go at all. In fact, the only reason he destroys low elo so much is because players do not understand how he works. There is no point in reworking a champion just because he smashes through low elo and is less viable in high elo. He is a hard champion, lower elo players simply don't know how to work around him and that is their fault. If we apply this logic, basically all low elo snowballers should get reworked for being overpowered in low elo and underperforming in high elo (Master Yi, Xin Zhao, Volibear, etc).
