In situations like this, we'll take a lot of the post at face value and determine whether it's a thread saying "Zed is OP because his winrate is 50.1%" or whether it's a thread saying "Zed is OP, and here's some math/history/recent&past changes/developer insight to support this statement". In summation, we can't actually tell if you put thought into your analysis; but if it looks like it's meaningful and doesn't simply use strawman, it should be good. This may not be the best answer, but I think the best way to explain it is "you'll know it when you see it." I, of course, defer to other volunteers to clarify what they believe this rule means to them.

Hey Wuks, it's always good to hear from a friend. To address your question, we have previously made QoL updates to Red Tracker; however, we couldn't sustain this effort as it required consistent upkeep and it didn't seem like the time and effort put into the project was necessarily the best use of those resources. : There is a soft reset at the start of each season. What a "soft" reset means is that there *is* a reset, however the new starting amount is based on a combo of your ending MMR last season + your promos. So usually each season your starting MMR ends up being a just a bit lower then last season's ending MMR. The reason for this is while they do want there to be kind of a fresh start, matching diamonds with bronzies doesn't help anyone. If they did a *total* reset then games would basically be random for awhile, because you might have something like 5 bronzies vs 4 bronzies + 1 challenger. That isn't healthy for anyone.

So when the OP says, "Well I hope you are happy", the answer is a resounding yes, at least from me. That's likely due to Amazon using a variety of hosts and hostnames to support their streaming services. You may need to add these domains as you see 'em, or use a wildcard if possible.

The most recent official statement was one month ago with this article: [/dev: The Future of Clash](https://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/2018/07/dev-the-future-of-clash/) To sum it up, fixing the problem is taking a long time, but they are still working hard to do so. They expect to at least get regional tests out by the end of the year. So in other words, clash is still coming eventually, but don't hold your breath. It is possible the actual clash won't be until some time in 2019.
