I'd like to revoke my right to RP Xayah here. Details are in my thread.

((I'm sorry but I'm going to relinquish control of Xayah. After some messages I got through the client and the downvotes, I don't feel welcome anymore and it removed my drive to rp here and I can't seem to get it back. Goodbye and sorry.))

What he did notice was that ever so peculiar word in the sentence, 'humans', and that put him on edge. Usually that meant one of two things, the person really had ego or was something else entirely, though this thought process was put aside as she continued to speak. **"Vasta-what?"** He asked confused, stopping his work to fully face the woman but before he could follow up, her form began to change which he merely stared in silence and curiosity. Well he was right partially that she most certainly something else with the talons and ears were a dead give away despite her mostly human appearance. **"Well that's something new."** He said nearly dumbstruck. **"Seen plenty of crazy critters beneath the waves but you're, I'll admit, is a first for me."** After the initial shock had passed, he turned back to his preparations, continuing as if nothing had changed. **"Still, if that's your reason for not liking me that's not a very good one."** He answered over the clanking of metal. **"Be like me saying I don't like you just because you have bird legs now, doesn't make much sense, aye?"** **"But let my put it this way, not everyone has the luxury of a paradise on this rock. Not everyone can afford to care about every living, breathing thing because some people live in a place where the majority of those things back home wants to kill you for one reason or another and that's even if they're alive at all and not some abomination of magic gone wrong."** He continued. **"Kindness is a luxury that rarely bares fruit back home and hesitation only gets more people hurt then if you had acted."** Sighing as he turned towards the sea. **"That creature out _clearly_ doesn't care about who it hurts or kills so why should I show it mercy it deprived others?"** He rebuked.

Hardly a paradise, an Order of shadow wielding assassins intent on gaining power by any means even destroying what makes this place special, Noxus on one side of the cold war, Ionia on the other. Ionians that don't want war and Ionians that want it arguing constantly." *Ugh, she working herself up again... Why couldn't they just open their eyes and see?!* "Whatever, I'm not letting you kill a creature that's not beyond saving just because of your petty small minded greed, alright? Just because it *can't* care, doesn't mean we should choose not to."

Even they tried to live in their version of "balance" with nature, as misguided it as it was, they'd normally go out of their way to avoid its territory.* "Those 'beings' are called Vastaya." *She mutters angrily, but loud enough that he'd be able to hear, she had had enough and this diguise wasn't working out how she had hoped. She always found it hard to get along with humans anyway,* "I don't care where you come from." *She closed her eyes, allowing the natural magic around them to flow through her form once more as she reshaped herself back into the form she felt most comfortable with. Her talons dug into the soft ground slight, her eyes shone golden beneath her hood while her large downy red ears appeared within the custom slits in her hood to protrude out, giving it away that she was most definitely no human,* "The reason I don't like you is because you *clearly* don't care about what you're killing or hurting." *She'd pause and gauge his reaction, she'd seen it all. Acceptance, awe, fear, loathing, curiosity. She wondered what this man from Bildgewater would do, she knew there were some vastaya that were pirates in that cesspool of a place.*

His radiant presence always somehow chased away the bad thoughts she had. If only they could stay together entwined forever and forget about everything else while he kissed the sadness away... Perhaps one day. But for now...* "Lets go." *She pulled away and continued in the direction of the small shrine some way away where the human had taken the artifact, she didn't need to look over her shoulder to see if he was following, he always did.*

I feel the need to state that I am not RPing with myself as Rakan. We're different people! He also spelt his own nickname wrong... Typical... He's not the smartest but I love him anyway. EDIT: Also... I didn't even see that Xayah made a claim on the previous page, ugh, damn... I only saw the new page with Aatrox's post.

Already she could tell she wouldn't like this one any more than the rest. But she forced herself to look impassive as the man turned to face her briefly and spoke,* "Not lost." *Her voice would sound, she kept it her usual almost bored tone as she continued to feign innocence,*"Curious as to why someone... Like yourself... Would be out here, you're not one of those Noxians are you?" *She reached out and gently touched the leaf he had sliced, giving part of herself to it in order to heal the wound he so callously inflicted on the spirits residing within. Realizing he was still watching, she folded her arms and simply glared at him.*

: To say Ionia and Bilgewater's relationship was strained would be an understatement, not that a haven for pirates and criminals really cared much about what other's thought. Still there are times, and usually under begrudging circumstances, that there is a need for skills that those drunken wretches have namely in the art of hunting sea monsters. Such was the case when a particularly bothersome beast had sunken three trade vessels within the strait near Navori and local attempts had yet to yield meaningful results or progress in killing the creature, hence for the hiring of a man like [Jason](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1s2BngQMSceFA60sNQQSj226nZm3G7ivit3zkmvjjCOs/edit). Who was, to say the least, not their first choice but also the first to not demand a small fortune for the task at hand either. _____ The man in question would be found on the beach and a forest to his back with a small row boat, packed with various bits of gear and equipment to a degree that its a miracle it didn't capsize before he managed to drag it partially onto the shore. The shore line was spotted with half a dozen thigh high wooden structures that each had a large barbed harpoon attached with spools of thick rope and metal peddle at the bottom. Jason could be seen, without his helmet on, sitting on a rock nearby humming silently to himself which could barely be heard over the rhythmic, loud scrapping sound of metal against stone. Only pausing occasionally to test the edges of the harpoon he was working on before resuming the process on another nearby.

She inhaled deeply and felt into the world around her, trying to gauge the man before her and recoiled slightly. His body reeked of Bilgewater, it seemed to cling to anyone that dwelt there too long as if it seeped deep into their skin and could never be scrubbed out.* *Curious as to what he was doing here, but not wanting to give herself away she decided to approach under the disguise of a fellow human. Reaching once more into the world around her, she allowed what magic there was to flow through her body silently causing her blatant vastaya features, the ears, the eyes and feet mainly, to reshape into that of a human. * *She dropped down from her perch in the forest with a barely audible crunch of the dead foliage beneath her and approached him, hood still drawn and bare pale feet somewhat awkwardly making her way toward him.* *How did they move with these weird stubby things? A single twitch of her eyebrow being raised while her gaze flickered to the flower,* "How romantic, killing a flower. Just for me." *Her voice was deadpan, but he'd no doubt be able to tell she was teasing the poor fool. Her poor fool. No one else would know what to do with him.* *She raised the small glowing emerald rock between his face and hers, blocking him from trying to steal a kiss if he dared to try,* "I'm not sure exactly. I just know that we need to take it back, the land where it was taken from is getting sick, the spirits are fading. These humans will take anything if it's shiny enough, damn the consequences." *Her voice as always dripping with loathing when discussing the humans.*
