Just got this bug again (it recurs often I'm just annoyed by it right now). Riot seriously how are you this bad at UI? This is a critical bug that should be easy to solve, if you press the Accept button, the "Accept" prompt needs to go away. Add a loop to check if its done, this isn't rocket surgery.

Regarding the Aftershock change, would you consider buffing Lissandra with the Aftershock nerf? While Aftershock makes her a bit too tanky during all-ins, she's too squishy for a ~melee range mage without it. IMO, lean more into her being a mage by either increasing her movement speed or Q/auto range, so she can farm a bit safer, while still encouraging her to all-in for the juicy (recently buffed) W AOE damage. Or alternately, keep MS & range the same as it is now, but give her a short duration shield or something similar when she uses her E to dive. Also, completely different topic - but I think you need to address the biggest item choice you seemed to miss. The prevalence of stopwatches on all 10 players in every pro match (and high ELO game). At 600g it's too cheap of a standalone item. Perhaps if it was a new ex. 1200g component item toward Zhonyas & GA, with a cooldown, not a consumable - so it only makes sense to buy it if you plan on completing the item.

Regarding Yi, he has a few issues which are very difficult to respond to in low ELO: Mobility - He has the highest base movement speeds, gains more during his ult, has a dash with Q, and cannot be stopped with his ult. This is a pretty obnoxious number of things to deal with. Survivability - His Q allows him to dodge a LOT of damage, particularly in a teamfight where he can get multiple Q's off, he's nearly invulnerable if not focused at the start of a fight. When he's not in Q, he's W's, which is not only an obnoxious amount of damage reduction %, but it heals him like crazy too. Then slap on that he can easily build some healing runes or items, and his potential tankiness is on par with a late game Rhaast/Riven/Sion. All from his kit/runes, not items. Damage - His burst damage is significant. He's functionally an assassin of squishies, but because his damage is largely on-hit true damage, he's also got the sustained % health (ex. BotRK) & true damage to shred tanks, while also having some of the highest sustained damage in the game, for extended fights and objectives. His weakness is from coordinated high ELO team who have hard CC and can position correctly to avoid fights until they catch out the Yi and kill him first with coordinated burst. Expecting that from anyone but very high ELO is unrealistic. He needs counterplay on an individual level, his kit just feels really overloaded. It's got weaknesses but they're not the sort of thing low ELO players are used to dealing with from any other champion. Fighting a late game Yi is like fighting someone who is invisible, 3-shots you, and anytime he's not invisible he's got 70% damage reduction and is full healing himself, while recharging his abilities.

Any plans to keep the current Phantom Dancer or create a new Lifeline Crit item instead of replacing PD? With the proposed changes to Vi, and allowing her to Crit, the first item I thought of was PD. I doubt she'd ever become a Shyv/ER/IE type girl. On the one hand you're adding crit to her to allow her to use PD (to fix her poor mobility), on the other hand you are getting rid of PD. She'll never want new PD because she already gets Lifeline from Sterak's Gage.

Just happened to me too. Counterganked bot for a triple kill, enemy mid and top tried to retaliate all-in our team and both lost, so my team has 5 kills at 3 minutes and looking great, suddenly all 5 enemies, all with CS, all who had died, surrendered. Remake - we get no LP. Since when is a bad start still a remake?

Woo! Sorry I should clarify, the Passive still exists on every 3rd hit, it just can also be triggered immediately with an active on like say a 20 second cooldown.

She'd need a new model/texture for Heartseeker Valor, but the files for Val's animations are still in the game, as are - I assume - Valor's textures and models for all her other skins.

: Does Swain actually like Draven and Darius?
Swain wants Noxus to be strong, as a result, I think he respects all the other Noxian champions because they all collectively represent the might of Noxus. Draven's a drunken idiot half the time. He's also one of the most dangerous killers in the city if you put him in a gladiatorial arena. Swain might not approve of his character and personality - but it's hard not to respect the guy who juggles axes and kills other gifted killers, with ease, all while showboating. Darius and Swain I think are ideologically aligned and similar personalities - if Swain has anyone in Noxus he trusts - it's probably Darius or someone like him. Inasmuch as Swain is capable of trust. Darius is a skilled commander, a skilled warrior, a skilled leader, he's grim and stern and focused. He lacks Swain's intellect, but he's also naturally stronger than Swain ever was. LeBlanc and Swain are of course at odds, but fundamentally they both want to see and keep Noxus strong. They're both brilliant, both driven, both superhuman, both vicious. LeBlanc dislikes seceding power to anyone - including Swain - and one way to potentially take back her full power would be to kill Swain. For most people, that LeBlanc is potentially willing and capable of killing Swain would make them enemies - but Swain is on his guard - and if LeBlanc is good enough to kill him - I think Swain (being Noxian) would actually respect that, and assume his death was for the betterment of Noxus: if he has a weakness and she exposes it, someone else - not wanting the best for Noxus - also could have exploited it to Noxus's downfall. Better it be her than Ionia, or Demacia, or some young upstart. If Swain has a hesitation or distrust with LeBlanc, it's actually not because she potentially wants him dead - I don't think - it's because Swain collects information on _**everyone and everything**_. He knows the truth behind Ashe, her bow, Lissandra, etc - those are ancient secrets. He holds demonic secrets on Evelynn and Tahm Kench. He knows perhaps more about the Darkin than anyone alive - sparing the weapons themselves (certainly more than that idiot Kayn). Information is Swain's greatest weapon - not his brilliance, not Noxus's armies or wealth, not his own demonic powers: Information is how Swain controls the empire and influences the world. And that is why LeBlanc is perhaps terrifying to Swain - because who the hell the Black Rose truly are - and who and exactly how old LeBlanc actually is - are still shrouded in mystery, lies, and overt misinformation. He is the most overtly powerful person in all of Noxus, where the Black Rose call home - and yet he seemingly knows nothing, or trusts nothing that he knows - about them. How can he feel truly in power, when in his court stands a woman who is clearly beating him at his own (information) game? For a man like Swain, not his death or even his failure - nothing would be more terrifying - more worthy of distrust and fear, than something he cannot comprehend: that is LeBlanc. They almost certainly respect each other - but if anything keeps Swain up at night, it's those nagging questions, "Who is LeBlanc? What is the Black Rose? What do they truly want?" Meanwhile - when dealing with someone like LeBlanc - it's probably not lost on Swain that if the overt message has been that she is likely plotting his death - the opposite is almost certainly truer (even if nothing about her is ever 'true') - that she wants to keep him in power. But why? If that is the case, is he somehow her pawn? What game is she truly playing, and against what foe if not himself? He rules the most powerful nation in the world, and with just the slightest smirk of bemusement - she unravels his confidence without speaking a word - she makes him feel not in control - or worse - as though he doesn't even understand the game and the players. How can that be?

: Quick Gameplay Thoughts: February 14
Thoughts on Quinn: P - the bonus damage portion is great, but the passive from W should be rolled in here, and the vision on Harrier'd targets should be removed. Vision on hit is redundant with the W active effect and makes this ability too complicated. Add W passive effects (AS & MS), remove vision on hit. Q - Remove the Nearsight and AP scaling, she throws a bird at people, it does damage and applies Harrier, that's good enough for me. W - Change to be "Bird's Eye View": Passive - Quinn's vision radius ignores obstacles (Valor can see over them/into bushes). Active - same as Live, bonus vision range for 2 seconds, bonus levels reduce the cooldown and mana cost. E - same as Live (untouched) R - Huntress - basically Predator (Domination Keystone) - no Channel time, Valor flies ahead to hunt for prey and spot for Quinn (also works as a Prelude that she's inbound and direction), Quinn runs superfast out of combat through the jungler & river (not back to lane though, counterplay is ward the jungles around her), bounding over walls (Talon leaping over walls), and her next auto-attack applies Kill! Kill! - Valor swoops down and assaults her target's face for a short time, all allied attacks for 3/4/5 seconds proc Harrier (Quinn passive). Results: Her kit is more streamlined, some of the weirdest bits are removed (AP scaling, nearsight, vision on-hit). Her W is both more useful to her as a Scout and Top Laner, and as a mid/late teamfighter (ex. if she's sieging mid, she can see into the Chicken bush/over the mid walls, so her team can't get flanked very easily). Her R is both weaker as an oppressive splitpusher (doesn't gain her movement speed in lanes so she can't just back/buy/split/fly/split in seconds), but kind of better as a mid-game roaming assassin (Kill! toward Bot Lane would be terrifying with ADC & Support also proccing Harrier for even just a couple seconds), and as a late-game teamfighter (Kill! into a diver/assassin/overextended tank would ruin them even if she R's point-blank). So she's not nearly as fast as current Quinn's roams, her roams have multiple means of counterplay, but when she lands Kill!, someone's probably dead if her team is following up. Thematically, Bird's Eye View makes Valor's role more impactful all game, and Huntress makes it clear Valor is a tag-team predator, smacking Quinn's prey anytime anyone attacks them. She's a stronger splitpusher in lane (more vision and more threat with new R), but she's too easily bullied to become Bot Lane meta. She's thematically a true "Scout" (vision power), and assassin (new Huntress/Kill!).
: Could you also implement an option to have champion portraits on the rune collection rather than the generic image of your primary path? I find it more intuitive to associate rune pages with the champion I made them for rather than having 3 precision rune images and have to read the title
^ This. Detect champion names in rune pages and attach their portraits instead. My rune pages are designed for specific champions: Violet Wand Evelynn Mischievous Morgana Violator Vi Ravenous Warwick I don't look at some dumb rock sculpture and think, "oh, that means this champion and ability sets". Or even allow us to set certain rune pages as the default for certain champions upon selection? Like could I open my Violet Wand Evelynn page and add Evelynn to default to this rune set? Then I wouldn't even have to play the face-matching game, or ponder what sort of rock/rune formation best matches Evelynn - it would just swap the rune page to Violet Wand Evelynn when I lock her in, and I'd only have to verify the name next to my summoner spells and etc.

This actually happened to me a couple months back and worked out really well accidentally. Was Elise, forgot smite (took Exhaust because the icons look too similar QQ!). Went top with a Frost Queen's and just zoned their Nasus off the waves. When he finally did try to come into XP range I'd cocoon or trade with him. Darius was pretty pissed at first, but when he was L5 vs L2 and 2:0 in lane his mood changed. I think Nasus got a grand total of like 3 CS all with his Spirit Fire thing before I left top lane. Key was just wave management - freezing well back until we could poke out Nasus and force him to back, then double pushing the wave under tower to reset as soon as he backed. It still got pretty ugly as the game went on, but we won (would have been nicer if I wasn't on an early game jungler to boot).

But all in all, in total honesty, why jump through hoops, when you can just walk directly to the problem? That's just my question. Perhaps there is something I'm missing here, but this seems really cut and dry.
I guess it feels like such an obvious solution that because they haven't done it, it must be a deliberate attempt to make her viable without giving her a dash.

Ah I see. Wouldn't a better solution be to reduce the base true damage on Noxian Guillotine, but make it scale more off total AD? This would be a nerf to Full Tank Darius, but a buff to glass cannon / high AD build Dariuses, and neutral impact to a standard build. Example: Current R1 (@ level 6): Deals 100 (+ 75% bonus AD) true damage Proposed R1 (@ level 6): Deals 40 (+ 75% Attack Damage) true damage At level 6 with Black Cleaver he would have 81 base AD + 50 AD (from BC) = 131 AD. Current R1 deals 100+37.5 = 137.5 damage Proposed R1 deals 40+98.25 = 138.25 damage At level 6 with Sterak's Gage (instead of Black Cleaver) he would have 81 base AD + 40.5 added base AD (from SG) = 121.5 AD. Current R1 deals 100+0 = 100 damage Proposed R1 deals 40+91.125 = 131.125 damage At level 18 with BC+SG+TH for damage he would have 141 base AD + 50 (BC) + 70.5 (SG) + 35 (TH) = 296.5 AD Current R3 (@ L18) deals 300 + 75% bonus AD (63.75 from BC+TH) = 363.75 damage Proposed R3 (@ L18) would deal 140 + 75% AD (222 from BC+SG+TH+base AD) = 362.4 damage. So if instead you proposed that R should scale off total attack damage rather than bonus, then you would nerf the base damage from 100/200/300, down to 40/90/140, and SG wouldn't be a DPS loss on Darius's R anymore, but everything else would remain the same with a standard build. Of course as mentioned, that would mean a Full Tank Darius build would deal less R damage, and a high AD build would deal more R damage - but I think that makes him better designed and more gear-flexible.
: Darius and Sterak's Gage
The components give 40 AD (25+15). Darius has 56 base AD +5 per level. So at level 6 he has 81 AD. Completing Sterak's Gage gives you 50% bonus base AD, but removes the 40 AD you got from the components. So at level 6, 50% of 81 AD is 40.5 AD, which is greater than the 40 AD you get from the components. That means so long as you don't complete Sterak's Gage below level 6, your AD increases by completing the item (for Darius).

If the laner loses lane, it's the laner's fault. But if anything goes wrong in the game, it's the jungler's fault. So they are both to blame.

I had a proposal for a redesign I really liked that removed the sprint and dash off her E, but gave her a sprint when W completes to help her get on her target, to encourage her to use Allure to warn her prey. : Is There Any Plans to Look At Illaoi?
If you dodge Illaoi's tentacles she's basically useless - which means it's skill based - and unfortunately for her - even Gold players can reliably dodge her tentacles most of the time. Faster tentacles would make that much harder to do, that alone would be a significant buff. The other key issue she faces is her tentacles don't defend themselves, are too easily killed, provide gold, and grow back too slowly. This makes Illaoi's advance very slow and predictable - and that just doesn't fly well in high ELO: especcially when it doesn't grant her any guarenteed win condition - lots of top laners can beat her even with her tentacles present. The solution I think is she needs more persistent tentacles, dormant tentacles should never die. The key changes Illaoi needs are: - Tentacles attack 30% faster outside of Leap of Faith (way too easy to dodge for competent players), during Leap of Faith they attack 20% faster (down from 50%, so the same as live during her ult, so it's not also a buff to her ult) - Dormant tentacles last forever and cannot be attacked while dormant (so she can slowly fill the map with them, and enemies can only clear them out when she's near) Illaoi's whole game is zone control, much like a Heimerdinger or Teemo, but unlike those champions, she doesn't get to choose where or when to place them, and they don't defend themselves. In effect, this makes Illaoi's tentacles significantly weaker than Heimer turrets or Teemo Mushrooms for zone control. The change to permanent dormant tentacles means that Illaoi slowly spreads her tentacley corruption all over the map: so she can ~always fall back into a tentacley area to fight with her tentacles. The counterplay is you need to oppose her splitpush constantly, you need to face her in battle. If you ignore her, the power of her elder god will seep into the rift.

An Assassin has the option of bailing with a focus break or pressing the attack with a follow-up. But unlike real Assassins Eve HAS no follow-up. She isn't an Assassin at all. She's a Burst Mage with the misfortune of being melee.

Woooo! I know right? I'm definitely interested in seeing her with the new changes. I still think she's going to have awkward problems with not actually being able to assassinate fully, and not getting onto her target - that will make things weird. But they are hitting some of the things I recommended :)

I feel like they are just trying to check a box to say, "Illaoi got another skin after 2 years" - but didn't take any of the community proposals into consideration (did no research), and just scribbled up the first 3 ideas that popped into their heads and asked us to vote. Where is Pool Party Illaoi? Dunkmistress Illaoi? Program Illaoi? I would have voted for any of those over the 3 options presented.

Ya it's super awkward when you blow all your spells and then can't finish your prey because you have to just auto them for like 50 damage per attack. For a mage that's fine because they aren't putting themselves in harms way to do that, but for an assassin it's just awkward. If I'm putting myself at the risk of being a glass cannon assassin and running into melee with no way out except my long ultimate cooldown, I should be a big threat when I am in melee range: but she's not.
: I absolutely love your change list. I'd be super happy with that kit even with the lost ad ratios over a silly charm. I think her q should be able to cast while she is moving also instead of stunning her for .3 seconds every time she uses it.. #MakeEveFastAgain
Oh great point, I completely forgot that - it's one of the things I miss most about her original kit - adding that to the original post! It's like 99% a quality of life improvement.

Or what about: R - Twin Spirits - Wolf marks a target for death, a portion of attacks made against Lamb during this time instead affect Wolf's target. If the target dies, Kindred is healed and gains 2 stacks of Mark of the Kindred. If the target survives, they are healed instead. So you use it to duel people who think they have the upper hand, wait till you are both low, then Twin Spirits your prey - now they will partially kill themselves, you will take reduced damage (a portion being split to them), and you will still be attacking them: a very lopsided fight against death itself. If they die you gain a heal - so in a teamfight this helps Kindred call out a target, leap into the middle of the enemy team, and use their damage swapping onto Them to instead help Them kill Their prey: if the target dies Kindred gets a heal to help Them get out. If however, They marks a target and the target runs away, or They dives in and the enemy team CCs Kindred instead of blowing Them up, or the enemies shield Kindred's target and peel for the target's escape: then Their ineffective assassination is punished by healing the target instead. Shouldn't be a big heal either way, because that's not really the point of the ability - the point is the joining of Their spirit to another, and their ability to manipulate what that means to Their own benefit.

Yea imagine that shit, change Jannas shield to, "Janna targets an ally to potentially receive a shield, the nearest enemy player gets Windmarked, if they do not face the correct cardinal wind direction within 5 seconds, Jannas ally will receive her shield, if the Windmarked enemy correctly faces the cardinal direction Janna receives damage and Jannas ally does not receive her shield."
: She's an extremely effective Assassin when played correctly. As long as you don't pull a IWD, where Dom calls Eve bad after missing every single ability and going in against a fed TF while he has RoA and Banshee's Veil (aka is tanky and has MR). He doesn't wait for his charm, misses his Q, and just plays rather poorly (itemizing poorly as well), and then calls the champ bad. This is an extremely high rated, and usually competent player, who missed everything and still thought the champ was bad (and not that it was player error). So I can understand why you guys think the champion is bad, if a Pro Player who gets paid to stream the game can't figure out that you have to hit the Q, how to path properly, or what to build in the situation, I'm not surprised if a regular player will likewise struggle. Simply put, the best, most common and successful build will look something like, Blue smite or tracker's knife (blue smite doesn't trigger charm, so you can use it early to slow the target and make it easier to land your Q, only useful in niche and specific situations (i.e. vs fast champions, Udyr for example), tracker's knife on the other hand allows you to better scout out the enemy jungle while invading (which you should be doing constantly), and helps you and your team keep track of the enemy jungler as they move about. Progress this into a Runic Echoes, and then begin work on a Lichbane. After Lichbane you will want to progress typically into a Banshee's Veil, as this will absorb crucial cc (or a damage ability vs a burst mage). Banshee's gives reasonable damage, and allows you to play a bit more aggressive while being a bit more resistant to magic damage. Bootwise you will most likely want Ninja tabis if vs an AD jg (Lee Sin, Xin Zhao), are facing a fed or strong auto-reliant carry (or assassin). After Banshee's Veil you will head into Liandry's, it further increases her sustained DPS (especially with the follow up Q's) helping you to be more efficient vs tanks, and increasing your damage vs squishy targets as well (magic pen). Build after that as needed, typically a Rabbadon's is preferred, Voidstaff of course isn't bad either. Tank items are mostly wasted, and will severely reduce your potential damage. Early you want to start top rather than bot, getting a moderate leash from your toplaner so that you don't get invaded (Eve is rather weak pre-3 but has strong ganks if you position and gank properly). Example, Redbuff, Bluebuff, Gromp (level 3), walk into your botlane brush and lane gank the enemy botlane just as they hit 2 (works well for Thresh/Blitzcrank/Morgana support on your team). You want to secure your buffs, try to cheese gank botlane or grab scuttle, and then try a gank mid. If you can't gank a lane, and the enemy jg is not something you can beat, then proceed to invade or farm your jungle as the situation demands. This is not the most efficient clearing path, but it is relatively safe from enemy invades (of which will happen often as Evelynn), and can allow for some extremely early ganks into botlane or midlane, or even onto the enemy jungler (you have deceptively high damage and kiting potential, won't work vs Lee Sin or J4 quite as well as say Shyvana). You shouldn't be initiating fights, you are an Assassin (who also shreds tanks), focus first on having a teammate bait out the enemy, and then attempt to instantly burst out the ADC or APC as possible. If you are flanking an opponent and put a charm on them, they are more likely to run towards their Nexus, turret, and away from your team than any other direction (meaning you can easily use your charm to lure them into you unwittingly; happens a lot). Burst wise, your charm is important but if you are caught up in farm, exp, and are not behind (and not building like Dom), you should be able to burst the enemy squishy instantly, even without the MR shred. You want to max your R Q W E in that order, W is second and not E due to the increasing duration of the charm, range, and reduced cooldown. The burst of her E is nice, but as it's damage takes a bit to scale properly, it's not as needed as the charm itself is (the duration is doubled from rank 1 to 5, and the range increases by 400 units; which is significant). With your E you can blow up tanky targets, when you are taking a lot of AP, as it deals % max HP damage and scales with AP very, very hard. Using a maxed out Charm + E on a tank you can do massive damage. You should prioritize charming targets, in particular, charm a target, and then flash Q them instantly the moment it is ready (leaving them with almost no time to react). Early game her ultimate deals low damage (or feels like it), and is easily blocked by heal/barrier (they will take the target over the threshold or fully withstand the damage). Mind you, her ultimate CAN be flashed before the animation finishes, so it's not very reliable if you're using it to pick up a kill. If possible, it's better to kill the enemy in a guaranteed method rather than risk it to chance. Her ultimate can be used to dodge damage, or win close fights (facerolling a Fed Yi by using charm, proccing it, instantly bursting him to below the execute range before ulting him and not taking any retaliatory damage (other than 2 autos, which did about 2/3rds of my HP)). She's an Assassin, and has permanent stealth, it's not such a massive detection radius as people claim, I've managed to get around enemy teams that had two redwards, one on each side of the jungle entrance, and navigated the edges enough to circumvent them (and champions) to flank for an easy teamfight after they initiated on my team (I popped Charm on Twitch, he ran screaming for help towards his second tower in midlane, I was waiting for him, he said some mean things to me in all chat).
Alternately, Dom thinks Eve is bad because his ability to get into that TF in your example is too telegraphed, too gated by conditions, and requires walking into melee range with him.

Apparently Pool Party Illaoi is in the works, might not be out till pool season next year though. Personally I would like to see a Program Illaoi skin :)

It does a lot of damage unless the enemy player walks away before the damage hits like a second and a half after the animation goes out. It's basically a fully charged Nunu ult but about 1/10th the area with no slow or ability to detonate it early. But ya, if you are executing low health AFKs, Eve ult is amazing!
