If you're talking about the gold champion Ashe chroma, you had to donate to charity and then win the chroma in an event. You basically got the icon and you got the chroma. Maybe you can get the icon randomly, but not sure about the chroma. You may have also had to pay for an event pass not sure.

Half heal half shield, it would make those single person global heals hurt less, especially if that person dies anyway in a close fight. I've considered that idea for awhile since most players expect it even when there's no team fight and heaven forbid the team fight experience never happens, you basically cannot save the ult if no one is grouping, but you still have to keep people from dying. As for complete ult alternatives. Maybe a mercy ult would be fun, where you have to channel for 3 seconds to revive someone with half health. Not the whole team, that would be broken.

Yeah, I don't recommend on hit Oriana, against an assassin with invulnerability. Maaaybe against someone like Morgana who has a spell shield. That was just a bad tactical choice and you can't do anything about it. As for Lee Sin... he has a ward hop ability meaning he's incentivized to ward constantly, I love having him on my team since he's always the superior choice in terms of junglers, with a few exceptions. I will say I'm surprised Jax lost to Pantheon, his dodge skill should give him sufficient edge in any duel and he's harder to itemize against on account of his hybrid build paths. On the upside Jax was not stupid since he got himself a tabi, leading me to believe he got camped as in a normal fight he should win. Botlane is just ok, but could be waaay better. Your team simply got outclassed and out picked. Karma has more answers even with weaker support shields overall.

I'm pretty sure it's just cause I can do math. 2250 gold {{item:3050}} at least 50 bonus magic damage by level 6 assuming you have at least 100 ad and most marksmen do. By endgame, this bonus can double or triple depending on your build 2300 gold {{item:3504}} 5-20 bonus on hit damage, plus 10%-20% attack speed I basically spend 4550 gold and give you between 4000 to 6000 extra gold worth of stats with a heal/sheild/ and a ultimate for 6 seconds. This doesn't even include the bonuses from the champions themselves. Supports make less money but get to give more efficient stats that are worth more than what they put in. If these numbers did not check out there would be no point whatsoever to having the support role you love to hate so much, there would only be botlane mages. This doesn't even cover the bonuses of the heals and shield items which give even more in terms of gold since there are more items devoted to healing than bonus damages.

I think the time is now to put a stun on an item. We have plenty of tenacity and frankly, the trade-off should be larger if that's done. Cost: 2800 gold Active: for .5 seconds the champion is stunned and afterwards slowed by 40% for 1 second. 100-second cooldown. Unique passive: Your mana regeneration is shared with allies in a 400 Aoe when Rylais is on cooldown. Stats: 25 AP 600 health and 25% mana regeneration This is an item that supports, tanks, mages and even assassins can use but with decent tradeoffs. Mages that have decent stuns in their kits won't favour the item since it requires a stark trade off. Assasins with enough scaling may make use of it, but only ap assassins. Supports may get this as their 3rd item since it provides support and gives a buff that synergizes with some of their items, but they still have to trade off some of the better items. This would be ideal on tanks that don't have alot of cc like rumble, but this would be a situational item used to supplement or fix the lack of cc.

Fortify or whatever it was called in Dominion was a spell that could be used either defensively or offensively, so I don't think adding it to the Summoner's Rift in its old form at least would solve any problem that the community would appreciate. It might even make the problem worse.

It might even make the problem worse. It used to be available on summoners rift. So then they buffed towers and then, we now have tissue paper. It might be that we simply have a lot of damage oriented items in the game for sieging, but still, having spells or active items to counter sieging would be pretty good.

Fortify is also still a thing, they fixed the balance of it by letting the team share the cooldown, instead of removing it from the game because of 5 fortifies on the same team. I didn't like it for a few reasons. 1- Not all the champions who are adc's were available. At least 3 were missing and a few possible outliers were left out. When it comes to Kindred it sort of made sense, but you could have just balanced her passive around the game mode like you balanced corki's. If the missing champions were too strong (or weak) in comparison, you could have reasonably nerfed them or compensated. 2- The runes were missing. Ya know that stuff that sort of makes the game fun. Entire classes have been nerfed and buffed around this stuff and we had to play without an entire tool set for no reason. If something was just too strong, replace it like you did in Ascension, it's not hard. 3- All armor was gone except for Zhonya's. For some reason. I get you don't want it to turn into a tickle fight, but you basically forced 3 people to fight 3 Overcharged champions against their will who could see where they are at all times. It was basically a snowball fight with no strategy at all. Whoever got overcharged the most won. Since overcharged characters were strong anyway, it would have negated most armor items in any case, but alot of slow items and speed boost items were left out too, removing over half the escape tools of the game just makes me think of the meme "Well, I guess I'll die then." You basically had to play hopscotch on the bombs in order to have a prayer and hope your teammates were smart enough to do the same. Overall I thought it was a great idea that was just poorly executed, I mean blood moon had better tools available for all sorts of different players than this game mode.

excessive synergy is the problem, if other items outside of support gave more of it to others it wouldn't be a problem. Imagine if there was a tank item that gave a mini frozen mallet to champions in an aoe. Oh, right aura items are too toxic for the game (for some reason). I'm still salty about aura items being gone since they solved some of the synergy issues of some teams. If your ADC and support weren't a good match an aura item gave a decent fix. Maybe we can just have more items that apply conditional marks on champions ala Braum.

The problem with the game is it doesn't deliver on the power fantasy of a full build. If it lasted longer or if more gold was in the game, it would be fine. Since stacks are more in the game now and some stacks fill up faster than 20 minutes, it's difficult to make a comeback.

They don't even have to buff towers directly, they just have to add passives to tank items that strengthen towers in some sort of way if you're near them. People have been wanting an item version of fortify for a looooong time. Not necessarily as strong as at first (all towers being invulnerable for a few seconds was a tad overdone) but on just one it would be fine.

Yeah, you need to rush rylais to make him viable as a tank since he doesn't have enough base cc to justify building tank, problem is that the power spike of tank Vlad misses the mark and by the time it's finished even if you do alright you won't make as large an impact as full ap Vlad. You have to crush your lane opponent to make it work.

Unless you build enough mana items tho, technically on most champions an {{item:3508}} is better. I think it's worth because I never like running out of mana in the first place, I like to spam. Late game that might not be an issue tho, so selling it would be worth sometimes.

Thing is Lulu is superior to Janna in almost every way too and is easier. Her passive gives more damage, her cc is instant, her ult can be used on anyone without issues at almost any time. Weird she would do so badly since they are so similar in build and feel tho. Serious tho, she builds the same items and gives twice the damage bonuses it's crazy she's not out spamming Janna.

Maybe next time they can add a feature for the more nuanced missions. You click on the mission and it asks you if you want to queue up for this mission's parameters. You say yes (or no) you get into a special matchmaker and boom. No more complaining. The best part is that the first and last day will always be packed, so there shouldn't be too long of wait times. A way to combat the lack of recidivism for those types of missions is to offer bonus rewards for helping OTHERS complete THEIR missions.

Virtually every other country in the Middle East is either at war, or hostile to the US where the company is based. Right now I don't think it's easy or very smart to put in a server there. Potentially when stuff calms down a bit we'll see you have your own server.

True there is some serious crime there, but I've never heard of a crippling terrorist attack happening and if someone is getting paid there ( a CEO of some sort) it will fly. Algeria is also relatively calm.
