How do you expect to get any better at the game if you just give up the minute challenge presents itself?

It's funny because this actually goes beyond league. Hell, it even goes beyond gaming (at least it seems like it). But I think it should be as bannable as griefing and/or negative attitude. I mean why would you not play a champion you kick as...phalt with?

I haven't been around since October, but I would suggest playing an ad tank buster or.an assassin jungle. Yi is good if you are low elo and need DPS, but I did best.with nocturne. Demand a leash, too. I remember one time my team refused to leash, moved up, and the other team saw. They killed me and took my buff, leaving me without it and with a tongue lashings by those two... (*Breathes heavily*) manchildren. Needless to say, the game went downhill for all of us from that point, and I reported both manchildren. I'm serious, threaten to not gank at all if that's what it takes to get them to leash.

While it isn't likely to happen by any means, sometimes players have ping spikes. I used to have them all the time (especially right before an enemy draws near). Lag sucks, but it isn't necessarily the fault of the player.

Death count alone isn't a reliable means to determine if a player is having a bad game or is actually griefing. It they end the game with a lot of death's but have also dished out a considerable amount of damage, have a good vision score, good crowd control score, and/or have healed a decent amount, they probably just had a bad game. : Why do people that do not want troll games get punished for dodging?
Because bots can actually detect dodging. They wouldn't know a troll if it had an arrow over its head.

: The first and only "warning" punishment for someone trolling is a 2 week ban, which is followed by a permanent ban.

There's a catch though: The thing with rules is that you need to actually enforce them for the penalties to happen. Riot is very strict when it comes to verbal abuse to the point that people just spam MIA pings anymore, and the only ones who get busted are the one time offenders. If you int, you won't get caught. The other players can send reports, tickets, or whatever else, and you will still be scott free. There simply is no way that anybody is looking at these matches and saying "Let's see, in the past eight games, he has died 31 times or more, dealt out about a hundred total damage each, has no items other than boots each time, and each game lasted twenty -five to thirty minutes. Bad luck each time. Carry on, summoner." The stats alone make it obvious, even without a replay, but riot is too gung-ho about using bots to run the justice system. Once again, they are strict as hell when it comes to harassment, but are easily defeated when it comes to griefing.
: Riot apologists need not apply
While I do agree that it is annoying to see so many riot games disciples running around the boards, they still have a say in our arguments. They may lay down their lives for the most ludicrous, asinine, bullshity things riot is infamous for, but if they want to defend them, they're more than entitled to doing so. What you're doing right now is making us critics look like close minded manchildren, and I can't say that I like it.

Not necessarily. If I enter a cooking competition and win, what good will it do me if I hate cooking? >You do gain benefit from it. You need to focus and train mentally as well as technically to climb to certain rank. Not necessarily. Each game of league is determined by who the weakest player is, and by how much. Before I quit, I would win lane, lead considerably over my lane opponent, and then just get bitch slapped to the fountain just because one of my allies was beyond dreadful and fed their opponent to no end. Time and time again. This game is more about luck than skill anymore. >Yhus it will also develop your self-control irl. Honestly, since so many people get pissed while they play, I think it robs people of self-control if anything
