She balled up a fist, half expecting to have to unleash some light magic right then and there. > > "So, you aided the mageseekers, and you're here to tell us about it?" Lux asked carefully. "Well, I appreciate your honesty, but I think you can imagine that the bunch of us here aren't really eager to have you find us right now." > > Well, they were found anyway, so it didn't matter. With a deep breath, Lux slowly stepped out of her hiding place. None of the other mages nearby followed suit. In fact, most weren't even close enough to see this meeting. They hid deeper in the cave. > > "So... hello." Lux said tentatively. "you're here to... make friends? Why?" "Well .. let's say .. help me help you ." Serilda said to her as she smiled softly at the sight of the Light of Demacia. "You were born and raised inside of the walls of Demacia .. you've gotta at least miss some aspects of your old life right ..?" Serilda flicked a strand of her over her shoulder, "OR .. you want to keep tabs on Demacia's progress to aid whatever it is you plan to do now ?" She suggested, placing a hand on her hip with the same gentle smile as she faced the Lady of Luminosity. "I won't be too long if my presence makes you uncomfortable .. my plan wasn't necessarily to 'tell you about it'. I just wanted to assure you that I'm not walking around with that same mentality any longer." "And besides .. even with you fleeing Demacia, you're still a member of the Crownguard Family which I've taken an oath and swore my loyalty to. With that being said, my loyalty to the kingdom is just as strong as my loyalty to you .. no matter how the king or whoever else decides to view the situation." Serilda removed one of her swords from it's sheath before cutting along the top of her wrist, blood dripping down the outer line of the bottom of her palm and the beginning of her wrist. She would then turn her wrist to the side as she held it out beside her, the blood dripping down and soaking into the dirt. "I swear my loyalty to you .. you have my word ." Re-assuring her again as she looked into the Lady of Luminosity's eyes, her own full of genuity and sincerity. The blood still dripping to the ground, of course the injury was nothing life threatening .. just a symbol of oath.

Lux gritted her teeth, and finally answered. > > "Yes, it's me, I'm Luxanna Crownguard." Lux admitted carefully. "So... now that you know that, what do you want from me?" Serilda's eyes widened once the voice confirmed themself to be Luxanna, The Lady of Luminosity. A light sparking inside of her as she felt a sudden relief off of her shoulders, all this searching was worth it and she felt that it paid off. "At last .." Serilda muttered before slowly making her way closer to the cave entrance, not wanting to intimidate anyone or come off as a threat. "I'm here in search for you .. and the other mages, but before you say anything." Serilda took a deep breath before she continued. "I know .. I did assist the mageseekers in their onslaught on all the mages in hiding inside of the kingdom's walls but .. that's **not** what I'm here for today." She placed a hand over her heart, her eyes rather watery. "I came here in hope of making a few friends .. forming some sort of an alliance." She would flip her hair out of the way, revealing her Crownguard Crest. "As I told you .. I come here bearing the Crownguard's name. Being here today isn't shattering my loyalty to Demacia or it's laws .. but I do not believe that all of our customs are the fairest .. or right at all ." She gulped, not necessarily knowing what to expect from Lux or the mages that she knew were hiding out in the cave somewhere. "You know, It'd be great if I could see you and not just a frame of crumbled rock & darkness."

She frowned, trying to remember if she had heard the name Serilda before. She couldn't think of any time that she did. > > "So, you've come here representing the Crownguards, and the King?" Lux asked tentatively, trying to sound like some kind of voice of authority. "Because you know, impersonating the Nobility isn't looked upon too kindly in Demacia. Who are you, really?" "I've already told you .." She said in response to the voice, "I am not of direct bloodline to the crownguard siblings, I've simply taken an oath to the Crownguard House and therefore I've also inherited the name." A rather annoyed tone of voice as she answered, looking around as she found where the source of the voice was coming from. "I've introduced myself .. and gave more information than I normally would have to a mere stranger." She said, not still not being able to see who it was even though she discovered where the person was. "Now are you going to tell me who you are or will I remain speaking to a stranger..?" She said, a brow raising with a rather curious expression. She was almost certain that the voice was that of Lux, The Lady of Luminosity. However, she would wait for the voice to confirm their identity before she would reveal her intentions of coming to seek out the mages that fled Demacia during the search and raiding of homes led by the mageseekers.

Her limbs trembling as she could feel a sense of fear pulsating through her veins and alerting her brain to get away. Slowly pushing up off of the ground, she leaned back against the hill as she gave herself a second to fully awaken .. blinking her eyes frequently, rubbing them with her hands. > > Suddenly, her body jerked once more upon the sound of his voice breaking the silence & fear, shaking her to the core. _**He was near .**_ Esteliasa gathered her satchel as she rested it at her hip, draped over her shoulder. Fluffing her hair as she ran her fingers through it, hand brushing it as it looked like a mess after resting her head on the ground for about an hour and a half. Attempting to stand, her body reminded her that she was still injured as a jolt of pain shot into her side. > > "Nngh .." Esteliasa muttered before holding her side and limping at the quickest pace she possibly could. Immediately stopping in her tracks, she remembered the motion-sensor bombs she had set and began to walk directly in front of her. She would create some distance between the two of them before he even made it to the motion-sensor bomb and the motion-sensor would delay him enough to give her time to put together a plan. > > However, something kept racing to her head. > > _My .. attempt?_ Esteliasa thought to herself, _What did I attempt ..?_ She thought to herself unsure why this demon figure seemed to have a vendetta against her .. as if she tried something against him. And also .. he referred to as an .. 'assassin'. 'Harvest her soul' .. that didn't sit well with her at all. > > Needless to say, he would show her no mercy and she'd be a fool to try to negotiate with such an insane being that has obviously been through hell and back. So, she continued on her way .. developing a plan as she went, fighting through the pain that had slightly eased since she used the ointment but was still weighing down on her. Aatrox stomped through the area, blade dragging against the ground and leaving a trail of withered plantlife behind him. As he stomped around, head swilling in each direction he froze suddenly, head cocking to the side as if listening. Slowly, a dark grin split across his face as he made a slow rotary turn and faced the direction that she was fleeing in, and he would call out to her. "You think you can hide? My ears are far superior to that of a mortals, and beyond that of even my ascended brothers. I am the bat, blessed with flight and hearing beyond that of any. **YOU CANNOT FLEE FROM ME MORTAL*** He began to stomp forward, not as a swift sprint but the pace of a predator whom knew their prey had been cornered. His mind entirely fixated on the kill, obsessed with punishing the mortal whom dared attempt to slay him. Had he been calmer, had he put more thought to it, perhaps he would have hesitated on moving forward. Perhaps he would have thought about the fact that it had been nearly an hour since he had last seen her, and perhaps he would have thought to check for traps. Instead, as fury coursed through his veins the only thing he could think of was the satisfaction of removing yet another blip of life, of ending the thing that mocked him and his corruption. As he took a step forward, his form froze as he heard the rapid beeping of the motion-sensor bombs activating. There was enough time for his gaze to flick down, seeing the traps at his feet. There was a brief moment there, a moment where his face showed clarity. An understanding of his mistake and an iota of shame within his eyes as he allowed himself to fall for such an easy trap. A moment of shame, where he realized Esteliasa had managed to best him, perhaps not in direct combat but in battle as a whole. The bombs would detonate with force, a strangely quiet boom as Aatrox did not roar in pain. One bomb set off the other, and once the cacophonous explosions had finished, and the smoke cleared, there was a new clearing within the forest. Aatrox's lower half was obliterated from the waist down, both of his banners destroyed, and his left arm pock-marked and deformed. Part of the crest atop his had had shattered, and his right arm was riddled with holes, barely recognizable as an arm. The blade however, so low to the ground it should have been obliterated, remained fully intact and untouched by the explosion. No black marks from the explosion, no slight warpage, instead only a dull red glow as the false heart above the hilt of the blade beat away. The blade was healing him, any onlooker would be able to tell. It was slow going, and it would take a few minutes to repair such extensive damage, and Aatrox was in no condition to actively swing such a heavy blade. A dark chuckle left his throat as he gazed upwards at the sky. "And so... I find myself bested by mine own hubris. Truly, I have fallen from what I once was."

A dark chuckle left his throat as he gazed upwards at the sky. > > "And so... I find myself bested by mine own hubris. Truly, I have fallen from what I once was." The demon creature's words filled Esteliasa's soul with fear .. a fear of being slaughtered .. a fear of this journey being her last .. a feeling of despair that crept through her bones. Her blood was boiling as she continued to run, not daring to look back. These feelings .. this fear, this despair. It all faded away at the sound of a bang .. a strangely quiet bang however, as if something contained it but it was still a bang. The bang that would signal to her that her trap had been set off. Esteliasa wasn't sure what this meant, if Aatrox was hurt by the bomb or if the bomb was triggered by something else. There was no roar, no scream, not even a shout. Nonetheless, Esteliasa would keep running until she came upon a river .. a constant stream which flowed along the river's current. Exhaustion finally settled in as Esteliasa felt herself unable to push forward, and on top of it all .. she was lost .. no idea how deep she was or how she would manage to get out. Pummeling to the ground as she rolled towards the river, her body aching as she was laying on the last piece of land before she would find herself flowing with the current. This wouldn't be good for her, as she lacked physical strength and wouldn't stand much chance against a river's current no less. She was able to push herself far enough away that she wouldn't be in danger of falling into the river, coughing as she looked up at the sky .. tears rolling down her cheeks. She had pushed her body past it's limit and she was at her breaking point, yet if those bombs actually did anything then she should have enough time to get herself together before she has to worry about Aatrox showing up. Looking out into the more congested portion of the woods that she had just ran from, making sure she didn't see any huge wings or demonic helmets sprouting out from the trees. Fortunately, she didn't .. so she laid there. She continued looking up into the sky, clenching her fists together as the only thing she had left to do was hope. She didn't have time to sulk in despair, she had done enough of that in her lifetime. Her parents were gone .. **He** was nowhere near and there's no way he would even be aware of the fact she was in danger. The Piltover Cops hadn't been on her side since she rebelled against the region and even if they were, they weren't here either . As time went by, she could finally feel her body at ease as she rested and gave herself time to recover from the physical strain she had put her body through while she was fleeing the demonic being that was chasing her down. Her eyes slowly blinking before eventually closing, her limps slowly losing functionality as she drifted to sleep. Her soft, healthy brown hair was spread across the ground as dirt & other forms of nature were tangled within it.

"Yeah, that sounds great ..!" She said as she walked over to Ahri, standing at her side and looking over at her. ((According to Ahri's K/DA Profile Description of her Height and Kamilah's Height listed on her character sheet.)) They stood at about the same height, so they met eye-to-eye as Kamilah began to answer Ahri's questions. > > "Well .. you're an inspiration to me because, we're both Vastaya and you, specifically, are a powerful Vastaya, well-known all throughout Ionia and .. to make a long story short. You're a woman, that's why I find inspiration in you." Kamilah said to her as she tilted her head a bit, smiling at her as the feathers in her hair swayed with her chestnut-brown hair. "As for the stories .. I once heard that you fought alongside Ionia .. can't exactly remember the details but .. I'm pretty sure the battle was with Noxus. Although, everyone has different stories about you in that battle .. "Oh, I heard that you were .. on the search for others .. 'like you'." Kamilah said as her eyebrows raised slightly, "Did you mean other Vastaya ..? Or .. Vastayas that resemble your .. characteristics ..? Nine-Tailed Foxes ..?" Kamilah asked she wore a rather curious expression. "Do you consider me to be .. like you ..?" Kamilah quested Ahri, nervously as her lips & arms quivered a bit. (( I've always imagined 5'3ish, being a fox in the wilds, small and nimble, KDA is alternate universe after all! )) There was almost something unnatural with how upbeat and happy Kamilah seemed. Was it perhaps an act? That thought crossed Ahri's mind, before she pushed it aside for now. She was more interested in how she answered her question. "A powerful Vastaya well known all throughout Ionia." She repeated, with a rather dry tone, her amber gaze meeting Kamilah's, with a piercing intensity. "Well known for what, exactly?" There was that one specific run-in with Noxus she'd had, but she hadn't told anyone it was her who killed those men. She'd fled the scene before any of the other Ionians arrived. Her words were followed by a slight twitch in her ears, fluttering a top her head. "We're all related in some way, but there's different 'tribes', like an avian tribe. They all share some characteristics with one another, something that connects them. Perhaps they all have a wing, or feathers in similar fashion. A family, somewhere to call home. I'm not sure if others consider you to be well-known but I on the other hand hold you atop of a high pedestal because you're a beautiful vastayan woman. And not only are you beautiful but you're powerful, and any young vastayan girl would look for something like that to look up to." She said before smiling at Ahri, her chestnut-brown hair flowing with the breeze as her feathers danced along with it. "I was wondering though .. is there anything else about you that you'd feel comfortable sharing with me ..?" She asked rather nervously as she twiddled her fingers together, walking in a criss-cross pattern as she kicked rocks along the path. Looking over at the nine-tailed Vastaya, she felt a bit sorry for her. Kamilah had a family which she could learn about her origin from, and a family that gave her a place to call home. Ahri didn't have that .. you couldn't but sympathize with someone who appears so alone in this world.

Days passed quickly when the mages were setting this place up, but now that the caves and sewers were more or less established and livable, there was very little to actually do. They'd talk and strategize about their plans moving forward regarding the Demacian government, but aside from that... reading, practicing magic, maybe hunting something. Not much else to do. And even hunting didn't take all that much time when you could just throw a lightning bolt at the animal. > > At this point, Lux was casually reading. She sat on an old, rickety chair that the mages had found in the woods - perhaps it fell off a merchant's wagon - beside a small bookshelf stuffed with books. Naturally, wherever each mage fled from, they all made sure to grab as many of their books as they could. A blue rug was placed on the ground, and blue tapestry secured to the walls, to make the area look hospitable. It did the job well enough. > > Then, someone called her name. Someone new. > > Lux gasped, and sprang to her feet. She knew the voices of every mage currently hiding here, and that voice wasn't one of them. > > The plan that the mages had settled on, in case someone found this hideout, was to hide and wait for the intruders to step into view. So that's what Lux did. Rather than answer, Lux crept towards the source of the voice, gently taking each step through the hallway towards the entrance of the hideout. There wouldn't be much place to hide here, so Lux was sure she'd have the upper hand. > > Rather than reveal herself, Lux stopped around the closest corner to the source of the voice. Since it was only one voice, and she didn't hear a dozen sets of footsteps, Lux decided it was safe enough to acknowledge the person. > > "Who's there?" Lux called. Serilda stopped dead in her tracks, her eyes scanning the area as she looked around rather frantically. Her heart fell into her gut as she wasn't sure where the voice came from . However, she took a deep breath and calmed herself before coming to the realization that the voice sounded as that of the Lady of Luminosity. She couldn't see Lux .. but she was almost positive that that was her voice whom had erupted from the shadows. Her hair flowing with the wind as she gained enough composure to speak, catching her breath as she panted and gasped for air. She had worn herself out, her body was tired. "Serilda .. Serilda Crownguard ." She answered with a rather shaky tone having had been walking for hours, exhaling & inhaling deeply as her heart raced. "I assume you are .. Lux Crownguard ..? The lady of luminosity ..?" She asked, not sure if this was one of the patrol mages, a simple hitchhiker or if it indeed was the aspect of light herself.

Only varying degrees of villain. This was something Lux never wanted to believe, but it was something that Sylas himself had all but proven. Escaping his own execution or not, Sylas had killed a dozen innocent Demacians. He didn't need to do that, he chose to do it. And what ate at Lux more than anything was that it was basically all her fault. Even she wasn't a hero in this story. Only a lesser villain. > > Sylas was nowhere to be found, but several other mages had hideouts near Demacia. Near enough that they should have been found by now, were it not for the magical wards that gently convinced passing Demacian soldiers to wander elsewhere. Lux's current abode, at least until she figured out how to show her face in Demacia again, was in a small cave system near a river. The entrance was in the side of a cliff, and small enough to avoid being found, while the moving water masked any noises the mages made. This was a step down from the mansion that Lux was used to living in, but the eight other mages had managed to turn the inside of the cave into something of a basement. The walls and ceilings were magically shaped flat, and furniture and lighting were brought in. > > It occurred to Lux that she could just travel to a city where magic was more accepted. Piltover would be happy to have her... and even if they weren't, the district of Zaun would be happy to take literally anyone. But Demacia was still Lux's home, and she had no desire to leave. > > The man nodded, and continued patiently waiting for them to finish speaking. > Serilda started to feel a bit .. uneasy as she continued her search for Lux trying to pick up her trail. Looking around, she checked behind every bush, and ever other potential hiding place that she stumbled upon. She honestly was starting to lose hope after a few hours passed by, even though she didn't expect it to be easy. She was still in deep thought about the fact she had abandoned her duties to go on the search for a group of mages. Her long brown hair flowing in the wind, she flipped one of her ponytail over her shoulder. Strands of hair dangling in her face as she blew them to the side, flicking a few with her pointer finger. Then, Serilda turned a corner to be greeted from a river stream .. a cave-like structure that seemed to have broken down with something. An entrance opened up at the top, big enough for someone to enter and exit through. _Could this be ..? No .... would they really be here ..?_ This sewer leads back to Demacia, Serilda tabbed her pointer finger against her chin as thoughts raced through her mind. They would be at risk by hiding out here .. but then again, would the guards really take the time to search the sewers? As Serilda climbed the rock, she peeked inside as she was of course, greeted by nothing. She hopped down from the rock wall, the water splattering beneath her feet. She continued her search as she was desperate at this point, so she started to call out to her as she walked. "Lux ..?" She cupped her hands around her mouth to project her voice. "Lady of Luminosity ..?!" She searched further and further, "Luuux ..?!?!" Her voice now sounding as that of a wounded animal as she grew tired and exhausted. She didn't really know where to search and at this point, she could accidentally pass up something .. she wasn't exactly in the best state to concentrate or focus.

She saw the sharp object as it was flying towards her face but she pulled her leg up as she kicked it away. As she tumbled down the end of the hill and slammed into the ground, the sharp object was lying there as well. Her entire body felt numb and her head was ringing extremely loudly as her vision was a total blur. Tears began to fall down her checks as she desperately tried to move. Her vision came back to her first, slowly as she was able to make out what the sharp object was .. it was her dagger that she had dropped when she tripped earlier. > > Following her vision, the ringing in her head began to wind down as she let out a minor sigh of relief. After about 2 and 1/2 minutes, she gained movement back in her legs as she began to wiggle them trying to wake up the rest of her limbs. Slowly, she gained movement in her arms and in her neck. She began to wiggle her toes and fingers. However, when she wiggled her toes she felt a pain in her pinkie toe. For now, she couldn't do anything about it and she had to move quickly. > > So, she reached her arm out to the hill and grabbed onto a chunk of grass and dirt as she pulled herself over to the hill. Leaning her back against the hill, she squinted as the cuts, scratches, and bruises covering her body were beginning to hurt as the dirt got into them. She tried to dust off all the dirt but tiny specs of dirt were still on her body, she began to desperately dig through her satchel to find something that could help her. She found this healing ointment that was given to her by one of the caregivers at the orphanage in Piltover. She had fallen and busted her knee and they said this would help .. the memory of the places sickened her but she didn't have time to think about that. All that mattered was she had it and she needed it. She dug her finger into the ointment as she spread it across all the open wounds. After she was finished, she checked to see how much was left. It was about enough to use one more time, so she twisted the top back on and returned it to her satchel. > > She was exhausted, she continued digging into her satchel. As she felt something heavy, she pulled it out of her satchel and noticed that it was a bomb. Specifically, a motion-sensor bomb .. she reached into her satchel and found one more. She activated the motion sensor on one and quickly through it out to the left side of the forest, as she did the same thing with the other but to the right side of the forest. That way .. no matter how Aatrox got to her, he'd have to get through those bombs first and it would alert her of his presence. > > She didn't know where he was or how long it would take him to get here so .. in order for her to feel safe enough to rest she needed security, and now she had it .. so, she yawned as she curled up in the grass and rested there for a couple minutes .. eventually she drifted to sleep with her satchel draped over her, as a .. semi-blanket. It would be roughly an hour before Esteliasa would be awoken by the ground shaking. The wrongness filling the air poured into her unconscious form and awoke her, much as a squirrel in the presence of wolf. Aatrox marched through the woods nearby, glancing about as if desperately searching, however he was much smaller. His wings had been reduced to tiny banners on his back and his sword had lost some of it's glow. His head seemed to lift and turn in separate directions before a deep inhalation and slow release occurred. "I know you are near, assassin. You may be able to hide from lesser creatures, but I was once the Ascendant of the Bat. I WILL find you, and i will harvest your soul for your attempt." It twould seem that for now he had yet to find her, but it was also clear he had no intention of leaving without finding her. Although it seemed he held a grudge against her for something she hadn't actually done, having merely stumbled upon him wrong place wrong time. {Sorry i lost my rights to aatrox for a bit, so i waited the required time and reclaimed him}

Just glad that you got around to responding because I was actually excited about this RP.)) Esteliasa's body jerked as she was awakened from her slumber, an unsettling feeling resting in her gut as she could feel the ground rumbling beneath her. >"i will harvest your soul for your attempt." _My .. attempt?_ Esteliasa thought to herself, _What did I attempt ..?_ She thought to herself unsure why this demon figure seemed to have a vendetta against her .. as if she tried something against him. And also .. he referred to as an ..

Kamilah folded and sealed the letter before making her way out of the door to deliver the letter to the mailbox, now she would be looking forward to a letter back from Kai'Sa and was even more motivated to have the recording ready before Kai'Sa's next letter arrived to her so that she'd be ready to send it right away.

: Rogue rolled his eyes dramatically, having heard each of their "plans." He could feel the presence outside growing and their aura radiated hate and contempt. He knew the bluff their master spoke of for what it was. A gathering of this nature would not end well for the gathered parties. Anybody here, invested in this meeting under this roof, would be buried in some cell for the remainder of their days. The only true card Rogue had up his sleeve was that the Demacian authority had never seen him. His face, or otherwise. Simply walking out the door would make that advantage moot, however, and thus he had chosen this location because there were alternate ways out of the city. But he had business here in Demacia, yet. He could not leave the Capital without talking to one of the shadows lurking within these walls. And to do that he would require the knowledge and expertise of others. As powerful as Rogue had become, he was not invincible. Not in the ways that mattered. His Curse protected him to a degree, but it also made him massively vulnerable. Realizing that some were ready to engage the Demacian army for his promised reward, was one thing, of course, but allowing it was another. Already some of them questioned the legitimacy of his offer, as well as his motives and intent. Rogue could not afford to alienate his new employees. One wrong turn could unravel a lifetime of work. With a deep sigh Rogue raised his hands and patted the air in a placating gesture. "Be calm, please. I do not mean to speak in circles. I only mean that simply being here has assured me of your good will towards me, as Demacia will not look kindly on any of you for being here in secret. My invitation was double-edged sword. You would help me whether you liked it or not, and if caught or having betrayed me regardless, Demacia would not trust you and might likely treat you with as much hostility as they would me." He could feel the tension rising outside. Their leader was making this very public on purpose, despite the potential risks to the public. Regardless though, whoever he was he was well-protected. Rogue could hardly read either their leader or the mageseekers because each was garbed in negatron. It would damped his abilities, whether indirect or not. These were no common magic hunters, but warriors as well. They would not be easily dispatched. But that was why Reignier was here. "Listen, we will not be engaging the soldiers. There are far too many of them, and I am not a man to harm the innocent. Yes, I lured you here to serve me, but it was not a lie. There is a..." He paused and it seemed, at a glance, that some of the light faded from his dark eyes, "...situation, that I need remedied. You will be taken care of. Of that, I promise you. Already I have arranged that those here will have something of value sent to them. And yes, before you ask, I have ways of learning more about you. I know where you hail, or at least someone you are affiliated with." There was an underlying meaning to Rogue's words then, less than subtle, but clear. Despite the threat of Demacia at hand, Rogue would suffer no betrayal. Downstairs the twins would certainly feel the presence of Rogue and of Reignier. The blood of Rogue was old, his life force potent and filled with varying types of magic. But hidden beneath the surface was an obvious taint. Darkness that held his body and mind in check. The origin or function of this darkness was not clear, and depending on the power of the twins gifts, neither was any of this clear to Rogue either. He held that secret very close to his chest and it would take a true force of will to pry it from his mind, or blood. Reignier on the other hand, had similarities to Rogue. Both had very old blood. The difference however was that Reignier's was at rest. Stagnant even. His condition was more obvious. Undeath. "Now, listen. You are all welcome to leave this place at your leisure. But at least, if you wish to remain safe and healthy, wait until we are all gone from the alternate route. I would not have you suffer at the hands of these Demacians. Their hospitality toward mages is legend." He suppressed a shudder, having experienced it firsthand. "I have spelled the cellar of this place with an exit. It will lead us to a different part of Demacia. One where we must go to continue the endeavor. Before that pursuit I will explain to you precisely what you are getting yourselves into." More shouts came from outside and Rogue whirled around suddenly, placing both hands on the window frame. He appeared to be bracing himself for impact when an ear wrenching scream tore at the air around them. Shadows above drowned out the mixed light of the flare and the torchlight. Rogue turned back to them, his shoulders tensed. "Raptors. They will rip this building to pieces to get me. If we are to go, we must do so now. Reignier..." Rogue waved a dismissive hand at the giant warrior, who simply nodded and took his leave. In his descent Reignier pulled his helmet on. It matched his black iron armor and equally shrouded his features entirely, giving his eyes an almost radiant blue glow. A line of short spikes started at his brow and crept to the back of his neck, the face resembling something out of a nightmare. Upon reaching the first floor landing Reignier paused, seeing the Twin girls. He cocked his head to the side, still rubbing his thumb over the pommel of his greatsword. "Demacians come." Was all the dark giant said, not knowing if they were friends or not. Then he jabbed a finger at a door within the floorboards next to some barrels behind the counter. "If you wish to leave. Go." As if on que, the door to the Wayward Shepard exploded inward as three white silhouettes entered. Fully garbed Demacian Elite's in white steel and petricite.

I do not mean to speak in circles. I only mean that simply being here has assured me of your good will towards me, as Demacia will not look kindly on any of you for being here in secret. My invitation was double-edged sword. You would help me whether you liked it or not, and if caught or having betrayed me regardless, Demacia would not trust you and might likely treat you with as much hostility as they would me." Rogue had a point, and even though Kamilah never intended to betray him. The fact he stated, "You would help me whether you liked it or not," left her a bit on edge. Kamilah was still standing with a hand on her hip as she watched Rogue as he seemed like he was about to say something else, standing in front of everybody after what seemed to be a brief moment of over-thinking in his mind. He finally started to speak to everyone in the room as he instructed everyone of what action we were going to take. >"Listen, we will not be engaging the soldiers. There are far too many of them, and I am not a man to harm the innocent. Yes, I lured you here to serve me, but it was not a lie. There is a..." Rogue's sudden retreat left Kamilah a bit stunned as he informed him that they would be evacuating instead of engaging the mob. Although she didn't expect it, it was ultimately the smartest move to make. They were significantly outnumbered and Kamilah hadn't been in many battles anyway. However, as she took second to focus on her surroundings, shaking her thoughts from her mind. She noticed that Rogue had paused in the middle of him speaking. Just as she realized it, he began to speak again. >"...situation, that I need remedied. You will be taken care of. Of that, I promise you. Already I have arranged that those here will have something of value sent to them. And yes, before you ask, I have ways of learning more about you. I know where you hail, or at least someone you are affiliated with." As he finished talking, Kamilah's skin warmed up a bit as she felt a sudden sense of security. Although she knew not to be incredibly naive and gullible enough to believe that no harm could come to her, she genuinely do feel that she was protected. Even so, Rogue's remarks about knowing things about us left her feeling a bit uneasy. She didn't whether to feel violated or creeped out or what ..? Swiping a strand of hair behind her ear, she stayed silent as she awaited further instruction. Only a few moments passed as Rogue seemed to be deep into his thoughts before he started to speak to them again in a broad, clear tone of voice that traveled across the room with ease. >"Now, listen. You are all welcome to leave this place at your leisure. But at least, if you wish to remain safe and healthy, wait until we are all gone from the alternate route. I would not have you suffer at the hands of these Demacians. Their hospitality toward mages is legend." Kamilah obviously was going to travel to the alternate route, there was no way she was going to just walk away from the group alone. She knew better than that and if Leofric was wise, he would stick with them as well because even being a Demacian. He would be treated just as an outsider would for meeting with a mage in a secret setting. Kamilah began to feel an even stronger sense of security as Rogue expressed that to them that he did not wish to see any harm come to them and that he wanted to keep them away from the hospitality of Demacia. However, a sudden frown appeared on Kamilah's face as she realized that Rogue had been treated with this hospitality he was speaking about. >"I have spelled the cellar of this place with an exit. It will lead us to a different part of Demacia. One where we must go to continue the endeavor. Before that pursuit I will explain to you precisely what you are getting yourselves into." Kamilah readied herself as she was fully prepared to evacuate the building, watching as Rogue placed his palms against the window. She noticed that he seemed to be bracing himself but she could have never expected the ear-wrenching sound that erupted from whatever it was that he had summoned. As she covered her ears, gritting her teeth together as she tried her hardest to block out the sound. The sound ceased not to long after it began and her head was left ringing for a brief moment as she quickly made her way towards Rogue as he informed that they needed to move now. She noticed Reignier exiting the room as she looked over to him for a brief moment and then looking back at Rogue. She made her way towards the window, standing alongside Rogue. She was waiting for him to tell her what else to do before she heard a loud explosion erupt from downstairs. It seemed as if the mob had forced their way through the door, this meant they needed to move and they needed to move ***now.*** They didn't have anymore time left to slack off and drag around.

She asked the man as she looked at him, shifting her body to face him. "I didn't really hear you." Kamilah's words were full of purity and innocence and the grace that followed her words was seemingly that of an angel. Her eyes were dead set on the man as she waited for him to respond to her. Turning he seemed hesitant to repeat his previous statement, mayhaps he was afraid of some curse in response that would turn him inside out or worse. But what discipline remained from his combat years did not translate diplomatically. It seemed though, that his mask, mouthless and without slits for the nose, narrowed around the eyes as Rogue surveyed the warrior. "You do not appreciate the implications, Sir Leofric?" A small chuckle escaped Rogue's lips. Simultaneously the man called Reignier returned to the room, this time garbed in plain, unadorned black iron armor. "Now as I was saying. Your safety may not be in question. I am a cursed man, and that fact alone is enough to bring the wrath of Demacia on my head. And yours, as it were. You should return to your own lands N'wah" These words left Kamilah feeling a bit unsettled and offended, however she simply ignored Leofric's statements prior to her approaching Rogue with the idea. As the Demacians grew closer to the WayWard Inn, attention was re-directed from Rogue onto Leofric. He was causing a ruckus over by the window as he slammed his fist down against the window frame. >"you've not played your entire hand, I will see this through. As long as you are out of Demacia your fate matters not to me, but spill blood of innocents on the way I swear by the twin sisters above I will deliver your head to the Vanguard myself." Those were the words he spoke .. Kamilah was unimpressed by Leofric's outburst, rolling her eyes as Leofric preached to them and made meaningless threats towards Rogue. She flipped her hair to the side before continuing to pitch the plan to Rogue. Upon finishing, they were approached by Leofric once more as he was seemingly coming at them with even more aggression than before. >"Both of you listen to me, we are not going out there and murdering good men and women simply for doing their duty. I will aid our escape, but those men are not to be touched unless you wish to provoke the entire might of Demacia against you." Kamilah chucked softly as she covered her mouth with a hand before lowering the hand and beginning to speak. As she started to speak, there was a slight pause as she gulped. Butterflies began to fill her stomach as she got goosebumps all over her body. _Was she really about to speak up against a man of such status ..? A man of such confidence ..?_ Kamilah took a deep breath as she closed her eyes for a brief moment before opening them and this time the eyes that were revealed from beneath her eyelids, were those of a strong, confident, fearless woman. "I never had the intention of murdering anyone inside these walls .. not one word that came out of my mouth just now involved murdering ***anyone***. I, however do not have any problem with inflicting necessary harm upon those that wish harm upon me. The part that sickens me is the fact that you have the audacity to open your filthy mouth to speak about murdering good men and women ..? For doing their "duty" ..? How about the ***great*** men and women who your men and women have exiled, slaughtered, & imprisoned .. simply for being born with a gift. A gift they didn't choose to be born with, you people took it upon yourself to label them as deviant .. unnatural .. unworthy. You and many others are exactly what's wrong with Demacia, the same with that wretched ass man sitting on that throne that you call your 'King.' His son will be the exact same as him when he takes his turn as king. I do understand when someone uses their gift to inflict harm upon the innocence, but those who haven't done anything except .. exist. It's inhuman .. it's disgusting. The decisions made by Demacia's government is what has lead Rogue and many others to pursue the actions that they're taking. Me, personally, I've only ever wanted to be accepted for who I am and the things that I have no control over. Which is why I have avoided Demacia all these years, and have refused to step foot on these soils. Until now, I was offered to come assist this man." Kamilah said before looking beside her, facing Rogue. "I decided not to cower in fear about the thought of having to enter these gates. I just decided to do what I was born to do, and that's offer my assistance where assistance is needed. If you don't want to partake in our endeavors, you can join the mob that has gathered outside this inn. I'm sure nobody standing in this room would be sad to see you go." She re-directed her vision onto Leofric as she shot him a cold stare, that shy, timid girl was gone at this moment and what laid behind those eyes was a ruthless warrior. Furrowing her brows, she re-placed her hand on her hip as she fluffed her feathers along with her hair. A smirk now plastered across her face.

: **The Wayward Shepard Inn, Master's Suite** Rogue bowed deeply as his guests did or did not introduce themselves to him. The lighting did not change in the room and the atmosphere still felt oppressive. It was obvious to even the most untalented of magic users that he was surrounded by power. When he stood erect once more he took each of them in in turn, a nod as he reached the knight. His entire body was covered the dark plate with short and longer spikes to arm him further. At his side a long black scabbard trimmed with gold and crimson hung from his sword belt. He rested a hand on the pommel, a gold piece resembling a screeching gargoyle with ruby eyes. Rogue did not look at him. Continuing to speak to Leofric: "Are we not in Demacia? You are mistaken. The implications were made the moment you entered this inn." Behind Rogue the giant window was suddenly illuminated as a burst of violent light filled the darkening sky. The light grew brighter and brighter and made no sign of dispersing. Shouts followed soon, and that was when Reignier spoke in his deep rasp. "Mageseekers and Praetorian guard. Demacia comes." With his message delivered Reignier turned on his heel and stomped his way out of the room. "You are all entertaining a known magic user in secret within Demacian city-limits. Though it could not be seen it felt as if Rogue was smiling as he swept away an errant hair from his face. It looked like a white fissure in a sea of blood. "We can do that here and now, if you like? I can ask Reignier to let the guard and Seekers inside. Each of you are welcome to try and explain the situation. I am sure that they will listen with open hearts and total earnest." Orange and red slowly crept into the violet light outside, and with it, shouts from the locals. It seemed some sort of mob was forming. A ring of soldiers with petricite tower shields had formed with men and women cloaked in purple shadows. Beyond them were the townsfolk with torches and weapons. At their head was a tall man nearly as broad as Reignier with white scaled plate, and a gold hauberk pulled up over his hair. A blue cape with some House coat-of-arms draped around his shoulders. Two guards in equally lavish armor stood to either side of him. "We have come for the peace breaker. Release him to us and the rest of you can leave this place, never to return to our city again." The leader boomed, his gauntlets resting on the pommel of his sword, thrust downward into the soil before him. "The Wayward is an unlawful place and now houses a dangerous fugitive. This is your only warning. Exit and surrender or we will enter with all the force Demacia can muster." Rogue cocked his head to the smile, an amused glimmer in his dark eyes. "So much fun."

Kamilah looked away from 'Leofric' as she focused on what laid in front of them, outside of the window. An unsettling feeling began to develop inside of her as she wondered what she was supposed to do. She had never really been in this predicament before, and it was one of the things she feared most about being on Demacian soil. She listened closely to Rogue's words as he stated the those who were loyal in this endeavor would receive a reward. Although she didn't see this as 'so much fun' like Rogue proclaimed it to be, she wasn't going to back away. She had to plan this out wisely, this wasn't the time to be making mistakes or second guessing herself. It was time to take action and she was going to make sure that she did her part. Kamilah thought of an idea as her instinct was the introduce the idea to Rogue to see if she could follow through with it or not. Approaching Rogue, she placed a hand on his shoulder. "I don't think it'd be wise for all of us to take them head on, I can fly around and get behind them so that once we engage I can flank from behind. Perhaps one other person could tag along with me, so that we'd apply more pressure to the back-line." A focused expression was displayed on Kamilah's face as she moved her hand off of his shoulder, placing it on her hip. Licking her lips, she watched as the crowd outside got closer and closer, getting louder and louder, demanding Rogue to be surrendered to them. She closed up her satchel as she made sure it wouldn't come open during flight, it wasn't very heavy so it wouldn't slow her down much. Besides, she didn't know if they'd sweep this place or if she'd ever get a chance to come back. Nonetheless, she didn't want to lose her satchel so she was making sure that she kept it with her at all times and she refused to let it out of her sight. It held some of her MiMa's belongings and she held it all dear to her, she'd die before she let any harm come to it.

As the insult fell upon Kamilah's ears, Kamilah looked over to face the man that uttered the insult. _Is he a knight ...?_ She said to herself as her eyes widened a bit, seemingly afraid but she quickly shook the fear off as she built up enough composure to speak. "Excuse me?" She asked the man as she looked at him, shifting her body to face him. "I didn't really hear you." Kamilah's words were full of purity and innocence and the grace that followed her words was seemingly that of an angel. Her eyes were dead set on the man as she waited for him to respond to her.

((Re-posting this here, I originally submitted it on the sign-up thread but I assumed this thread was more appropriate for it.)) As Kamilah followed the man to the third floor, her eyes began to wander towards her surroundings. The dark, empty corridor sent chills down her spine as she the darkness, and silence gave her a rather eerie feeling. When they made it in the room, Kamilah examined the two people who were walking with her as they followed the innkeeper. She didn't speak to them, she continued to do as she was instructed. As they entered the room, she began to look around the room before her attention was quickly re-directed by the soft-intimidating voice of a man. She examined him as she looked him up and down, she assumed this was the "Rogue" that sent out the letters. However, his words left her a bit baffled as she wasn't really sure what he meant by, >"To whom do I owe the pleasure" Kamilah went off of her gut instinct and assumed he was asking of their names so she made herself the first to answer by stating, "My Name is Kamilah ." She said before removing the hood of her cloak revealing the feathers that flowed with her chestnut-brown hair and her facial features were now fully revealed. A triangular lace ran down the right-upper area of the top as it draped over her shoulder. The bracelet that was located on her left wrist was revealed as her lower attire began to be uncovered as the cloak dropped to the ground, revealing the half skirt she was wearing that flowed down her right leg as upper-thigh length shorts were equipped on her left leg that gave off a bandage type texture. Her shiny legs were revealed as the melanin in her legs popped out, showing off the length of her legs defining her average height. Her laced-up, strapped boots came up to her calf as she stood with a reserved posture before bending her knees to drop down to ground level so she could pick up her MiMa's cloak, folding it and dropping it into her bag that was draped over her shoulder. She raised her hand as she flicked her hair behind her and fluffed it a bit before dropping her arm at her side, waiting for the rest of them to make their introductions.

Kamilah was sitting down in front of the mailbox as she nervously bit her nails, desperately awaiting feedback from Kaisa about her recording. _Does she like it ..? Does she not ..? Do I sound horrid? Do I sound horrific?_ Kamilah stressed herself out as her brain began to feel like it was being clenched tightly. Suddenly .. _**Thadump !**_ A letter arrived in the mail as Kamilah **lunged** herself into the mailbox as she reached deep inside to fish out the letter, pulling it open before ripping it open on the spot. Shrieking loudly, Kamilah raised up off the floor before bumrushing into the front door of her home. She ran into her room as she leaped into the air, spreading out across her bed. She was so happy .. Kaisa told her she was truly gifted. I guess this meant Kamilah couldn't give up, Kaisa sees something her apparently. She grabbed some pen and paper and began to write a letter back to Kaisa as her cheeks were still as red as ever, >Dear Kaisa, >Thank you so much for those kind words, they mean a lot to me. I'm really glad that you think highly of my singing voice, I promise I'll keep practicing. I won't give up . I'll have another recording for you sometime soon, I promise ! I'm going to start making another one right after I finish writing this. >Thank you a lot Kaisa, you've given me a lot of advice and insight in this short period of time that we've been talking to each other. I adore you and **your** talents even if you're not the best singer, there's no way I could ever top your insane dancing skills or your ridiculous amounts of bravery, being able to go out and perform those stunts like that day after day. >Well, I know you have a busy schedule so I'll go ahead and end this here, my next letter would have another recording attached to it. Don't stop being amazing. Lots of love, xoxo. >Love, >Kamilah ♥ . She folded the letter, putting it in the envelope before licking the seal and sealing it close. Then, running out of her room to run outside and drop it into the mailbox. Flipping her hair to the side, she looked up at the sky with a big smile displayed across her face.

: The Wayward Shepard above all eelse was quite normal. Normal and uninteresting to the point of seeming spelled in its simplicity. Entering Demacia for each of the individuals would not have been such a concern as much of the guard held the task of keeping people in, rather than out, and if not that, then searching for the one called Rogue. Squads of armed soldiers patrolled the streets, highly vigilant to the point of being aggressive and confrontational. The unnaturally overbearing heat from the sun did nothing to help the tempers of the already irritable soldiers, so they would provide little in the ways of assistance. The Wayward appeared unremarkable from the outside. A simple inn within the city limits, a garden outs eastern side with a odd and rather eery looking scarecrow taking up residence. Despite it though a small murder screeched and cawed overhead, seeming to never fly far from the property. Outside, on the wraparound porch, a inn maid was sweeping away dirt and dust, but more unusually, a dead crow. Upon the arrival of Sister Costanza, a second plummeted soundlessly to bounce from the Inn's roof and rebound to the ground below. The maid simply sighed as Costanza and entered, continuing her work. The interior of the Wayward was nothing special. Remarkably clean for an inn. Bright, almost shiny. Nobody to be seen except a tall, well-built man with long black hair standing vigilant behind the counter. An open book of plain paper lay in front of him upon the podium and occasionally his eyes flickered in its direction. It was the guest list, and reservations. The pages were clean with the exception of a giant X scrawled through each day. The face of Reignier was sharply angled and plain of facial hair, eyes a striking blue. His right cheek looked to have been burned badly at one point and had left a scar that started below his eyes and descended to the collar of his spotless tunic. The man was built like a man bred for war, not one who scrawled notes in books or ushered guests to rooms. The other attendants of the inn sat casually at tables, drinking or eating, not working because there were no guests and thus no work to be done. "Double and half the quarter rate," Each, the Sister, Knight, and Healer, told the innkeeper, Reignier. Reignier said nothing to any of them and gave none a second glance as he rolled his massive shoulders and retrieved a red feathered quill from the ink jar upon his podium. He wrote each of the names on the page of today and replaced the quill. The man, standing well above each of them, and most others, would then lead them up winding stairs with no railing to the third floor. The stairwell was very wide though and could accommodate two abreast, or some going up and others down. Again, the inn appeared in immaculate condition. The sleeves of Reignier's tunic were rolled up to his elbows, and as he walked with his hands folded behind his broad back, numerous scars, burns and tattoos were evident upon his person. At the third floor landing he led them each in turn to the third door, plain, dark, and the corridor before it dark, as the lights were out. He turned the latch, a curved piece of brass acting as the doorknob, and ushered them in with a small wave of his hand, grunting as they entered. Inside was a marvelous suite and the sound of music, slow and soothing. The floor was carpeted with rich crimson, and overhead an immaculately decorated chandelier wielding blue flames illuminated the room. And though the window at the far end of the room was quite large, resembling a doorway itself, and the curtains open, no other light entered the area. And in turn, I hope that you will help me. To whom do I owe the pleasure?" The hopes of Leofric would fall upon deaf, godless ears. Rogue was indeed a mage and his aura was evident, as the shadow of another falling bird darkened the window behind him.

Her bright-blue eyes glistened as her arched-defined eyebrows brought out the details in her eye-region and her eyelashes fluttered beautifully. The melanin in her skin popped out as soft, round-defined chin brought out the structure in her face. "I am a Vastaya of the Avian Tribe, who's residency is mostly located in Ionia." Removing her cloak the rest of the way, she uncovered her body as her skin began to show as her shoulders were revealed. As she pulled the cloak off, her upper attire was displayed to those who were currently in the room as the feathers on her left arm flowed from her top and her stomach was being shown from the cropped top she had on. Her laced-up, strapped boots came up to her thigh as she stood with a reserved posture before bending her knees to drop down to ground level so she could pick up her MiMa's cloak, folding it and dropping it into her bag that was draped over her shoulder. She raised her hand as she flicked her hair behind her and fluffed it a bit before dropping her arm at her side, waiting for the rest of them to make their introductions.

If people are interested, and more wish to join, the thread is still open. I will post very soon and am not closing it as yet to new applicants. I am so very sorry for the delay, and thank you for those who are here with me thus far! I genuinely look forward to interacting with each of you.

"**KAMILAH !!**" She yelled as Kamilah jumped out of her skin, falling over onto the floor. "MiMa, WHY ARE YOU YELLING ?!" She exclaimed as her heart rate fastened, as she was worried something bad was happening. However, she took a deep sigh of relief when MiMa revealed to her that it was just a letter. She explained that it was a recruitment letter, looking for men and women of intelligence. Kamilah was immediately intrigued by this, as she had been trying to get out of Ionia and do something adventurous or heroic. She grabbed the letter from her as she began to examine it. Her excited expression seemed to fade away when she saw that he was located in Demacia. Kamilah wasn't very comfortable with going to Demacia, as they were completely against magic and she could find herself in a dungeon or executed even by stepping foot beyond their gates. She asked her MiMa to borrow one of her cloaks as she wrapped it around her body, concealing her feathers that were attached to her body and her clothing. Kamilah packed a small bag oof simple things that she imagined she would need such as, a dagger, rags, medicine, a second outfit, Her MiMa's Garnet, money, and a Vastayian History Book. As she draped the strap of the bag over her shoulder, she closed the bag up in the cloak, concealing it. She made her way to the front door as she started to make her departure, her MiMa ran up to her and gave her a big tight hug as she kissed her on the cheek and told her goodbye and that she loved her. Kamilah responded, "I love you too, MiMa. Don't worry yourself, I'll be fine." She said before walking out of the door and walking through the village with the cloak closed up over her but the hood down so her face was uncovered. She didn't need to conceal the feathers in her hair until she made it to the Demacian Gates. She said her peace to her friends & family that resided in the village, Xayah & Rakan gave her some helpful advice that she'll keep in mind throughout her journey. She left the village as she made her way down a path, through brushes and trees and other elements of nature such as dirt, insects, and animals. She got tired of walking and began to soar through the air as she enhanced her feathers giving her the ability to fly. Eventually, she made it to the Guardian's Sea. She was nervous about crossing, as there wasn't a single boat or ship in sight. Kamilah enhanced her feathers once more as she floated about 30 feet in the air, as she began to fly across the sea. She prayed that her feathers would hold up long enough for her to make it across the sea. About 1 1/2 hours went by before she finally made her way across the Guardian's Sea. Pummeling down into the ground, exhausted she took a deep breath. She picked herself up out of the dirt as she looked up to wait laid in front of her. She didn't really know where she was so she began to walk, it was more trees, grass, and nature so she made her day the path that followed. About 25-30 minutes passed before she began to see building and town-life in the distance. She wondered if it was Demacia but .. as she got closer and closer she began to realize this wasn't Demacia .. it was Noxus. Kamilah ducked down quickly as she began to crawl away as she made her way around the area she was in. She began to run around the outside of the region, it took her about 40 minutes before she finally made her way around the outer walls of Noxus and another 35-45 minutes before she made her way out of Noxus. She made a pit stop and rested up against a tree for about 3 hours before waking up, it seemed to be evening time as the sky was beginning to dim and it seemed as if the sun was about to set. She stood up and began to walk some more as she came upon another construction but it was too small to be Demacia and it didn't have any guards. It began to get dark, so she stopped and began to rest before drifting to sleep again. She woke up around 9 hours later it was pretty early, the sun had barely begun to rise. She got up and took advantage of this to have more day time as she traveled. About 5-6 hours later she comes upon a huge mountain, with a huge barrier surrounding it. She obviously couldn't go this way say she turned to the right and continued. About a day's time passed and she made it onto Demacian Soil, she was so relieved that she had finally made it. She flipped her hood up concealing the feathers in her hair and made sure the cloak was closed around her clothing. She then realized she wouldn't even have to go into the gates of Demacia, she just had to find the WayWard Shephard. Kamilah searched for about 15 minutes before she saw a big sign on the outside of an average-sized building, that read "WayWard Shephard." Pushing the door open, Kamilah walked inside as all eyes were on her. She ignored it and approached the innkeep as she remained with her cloak on. She looked at her as her face was revealed but her hair was concealed, "I assume you're "Reignier"? She said before asking him what the letter instructed, "I need a room, I'll give you double and half the quarter rate for friends." She said to him, assuming he'd know what to do next.

My Apologies.))**** Kamilah laid in bed, lazily .. she took full advantage of this free time to listen to her thoughts and rest. She was still awaiting a response from Kaisa but she stopped thinking about it as she rolled over and shifting her body trying to get comfortable. Just as she found a comfortable spot. she heard a knock at the door followed by it being slowly, gently pushed open. As Kamilah looked up at the door, a figure walked out from behind the door. "You've got mail dear .." The figure said sweetly and in a soft tone. Kamilah smiled at her gently, "Thank you for getting it MiMa but you know I could've gotten it myself .." The figure was Kamilah's grandmother or .. as Kamilah refers to her, Her "MiMa". "Oh, girl this old here back of mine has a few more years before it gives out on me .. stop worrying so much." She said in a re-assuring tone as she walked over to Kamilah at a rather slow pace keeping her balance. Kamilah swept her legs out from under the covers as she reached her arm out to grab the letter, saving MiMa a few steps. "Alright now .. I'm going." MiMa said as she put her hand up, saying goodbye. She closed the door behind her as she exited the room. "Okay .." Kamilah sighed as she read the envelope, and as she expected it was a response back from Kaisa. Immediately tearing the envelope open .. Kamilah began to read. > "Kamilah, > "If I'm being honest, it's nothing that either one of us can change. I have no idea why, but I get the feeling that she just out-and-out hates me for whatever reason. It's fine though, considering how I've spent literal years of training and breaking myself in messups during stunt training. "I even got second degree burns once because the crew didn't hear me yelling 'hot hot hot' over the blanks being fired off two studios down. Which... by the time they stopped firing, it wasn't yelling anymore. "And yes, I still have scars from it - aftereffects is quite a powerful piece of software. Hell, I have three titanium plates in my right wrist, one in my right shin, and another set in my back." Kamilah couldn't help but notice the fact that the handwriting that she just read slightly differentiated from the hand writing that followed in Kaisa's letter, suggesting that maybe she took a break and when she came back and was more drowsy or perhaps she took a nap and came back with more energy but it doesn't matter and Kamilah didn't really even know why she was pointing this out so she continued to read. > "This isn't me asking for sympathy, though. In fact, a lot of those severe injuries prove that I've practiced - now, granted, practiced badly - for hours and weeks on end." "A great deal of those injuries did heal up a good number of years ago. There was a pen sitting on top of it as Kamilah reached over, grabbing it. She then got off of her bed as she went down on her hands and knees. She reached under the bed as she looked at a pile of plain paper, grabbing a sheet. She then grabbed a hard cover book that was lying on the floor next to her bed as she pulled herself up on her bed and laid down across the mattress, swinging her legs back and forth. She laid the book down on the bed as she placed the paper down on top of it, then she grabbed the pen and began to write as she pressed down onto the book. > Dear Kaisa, > Well .. I guess there **is** nothing we can do about it if your label won't take any legal action but .. enough of that topic. Your words of advice motivated me, I actually recorded something that I want you to hear and give me your HONEST opinion. I recorded it on this tape thingy, I'll attach it to the letter when I mail this to you. ((Since it's a hand letter and not an email, Kamilah can't send it electronically but I can. So, here it is: [Kamilah's Recording](https://www.reverbnation.com/kamilah2/song/31116063-league-legends-popstars-kda-english) also, no it isn't me singing .. I got it off of youtube it's only for RP purposes.)) > It'd be nice if one day you could like perform a stunt for me in-person and we could like tour your office and you could tell me all about your stuff and we could do fun stuff and dance on the set of the POP/STARS music video and all types of stuff. I understand that you're reeaaallyy booked and busy but it'd be so amazing if you could arrange something like that one day .. but for now, just don't forget to listen to the tape. It will be tape to the outside of this envelope and it will be labelled "Kamilah's Recording" but I will also put "Read Letter First" under it so you don't play the tape before you read the letter. xoxo. Hope you like it. > Love, > Kamilah. Kamilah wiped her forehead, as she flicked a gland of sweat away. "Phew ..!" She folded the letter, horizontally as she placed it inside the envelope. She then licked the seal of the envelope, sealing it shut as she picked up the tape. She wrote the labels and placed them onto the tape as she taped the tape onto the envelope. She smiled as she admired her work. Getting up out of bed, she walked out of her room and out into the living room as she pushed the front door open walking out to the mailbox and dropping the envelope inside. She then turned around and walked back into her home, gently shutting the door behind her before walking into her room and cracking her bedroom door as she plopped down into her bed. Just as she plopped down into bed, she heard a voice. "Kamilah ..! You've got 15 minutes to get up ..! You gotta make it to the training site on time !!" Kamilah slammed her face into the pillow as she groaned loudly, exhausted. "Ugh .." .

Kamilah visited the mailbox everyday checking for another letter from Kaisa .. she had began to lose hop but as she was getting the ready one morning .. she walked out to check the mailbox. Pulling it open, she looked down into the mailbox and saw a piece of mail for her. She was so excited that she ripped the mail open immediately, pulling it out of the envelope. It was a letter .. from kaisa. Kamilah leaped in excitement, enhancing her feathers allowing her to fly up on top of her home. She sat on top of the roof as she began to read the letter. >"Kamilah, >* "It's not something of an issue that you're sending physical paper letters. Just a shame that people stop themselves short, say they can't when in all reality they very easily could." Kamilah skimmed through the last part of the letter, as she was interested in reading but was growing bored of reading this long paragraph. >"Do feel free to quote me on this - and use this as evidence before you do so - that if and when someone states, hey, no you can't. It's why I've been a stunt coordinator on a few different flicks, and also the assistant stunt coordinator on the video itself." >K/DA LLC, Kai/Sa Although it was long, Kaisa's words inspired Kamilah and gave her a whole new outlook on Kaisa and her possible influence on youth. With this .. it made her feel a sense of disgust towards Evelynn. Angrily, she flew down from the roof as she stomped into her house, shutting the door aggressively as a picture hanging on the wall began to shake. Walking to her bedroom, she slammed that door behind her and locked it. She collected pen and paper as she began to write another letter, her bold writing clearly showing that she was upset. >Dear Kaisa, >Kaisa .. you are an inspiration and plenty of young girls see you as a role model. Sure, you didn't have as big of a role as the other girls in the music video or the project all together but you stuck to what you know and what aspire at and you **KILLLED** it .. you killed it . Quite frankly .. it rubs me the wrong way when I think about .. think about the fact that .. _that_ .. **that** _demonic_ .. _evil_ .. _hateful_ .. _**BITCH !!**_ tried to end your life .. your aspirations .. your legacy .. your desires .. she makes me _**sick**_. How did none of your team members notice the fact that she nearly killed you ..? If it weren't for your extraordinary void abilities and your skillfulness as a stunt woman you would've went **splat !**. But .. let me stop talking about that for now. Thank you for your motivational words .. just keep striving Kaisa, don't give up your name will be remembered .. no matter if it's Kaisa, Kai'Sa or Kai/Sa. Love you always. xoxoxo .💋❤️ >Love, >Kamilah 💞💓 A tear rolled down Kamilah's cheek as she folded the letter and put it into the envelope. Kaisa was being completely discredited and it was bullshit. She marked the letter with her initials as she flicked the tear from her cheek and walked out of her room. She exited her home as she walked over to the mailbox and slipped the envelope in. Kamilah was very timid and very empathetic, also sympathetic. She empathized with Kaisa's situation and it broke her heart to know someone she looked up to was so traumatized and hurt and vulnerable. Kamilah exhaled deeply as she entered her home, once more. "Now I wait .."

: Huntress in the Dark - Ask Kai'Sa / Kaisa
[Kamilah](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iVmzM98TEoCm__IwJ3I2MAEaT87vLcggJK7QlI6A19A/mobilebasic) as well as many others, was fascinated by the new hit single dropped by female K-Pop Group "K/Da". It's called "POP/STARS", Kamilah could recite almost every lyric in the song .. and she memorized the dance steps and choreography. However, she was quite disappointed by the fact Kai'sa didn't have much camera time nor did she have a verse .. she simply danced and posed on the screen. Kamilah was a bigger fan of Ahri, however .. Kai'sa was her second favorite and she idolized her as well. Kamilah decided to try to reach out to the girl group .. she wasn't sure if she would get a response or if anyone would even read it. Specifically, she wanted Kai'sa to read it . She took a deep breath, as she set herself up at a table inside her home in Ionia as she began to write her letter. >Dear Kai'sa >Hi Kai'sa .. I heard the new single your group released and watched the music video .. but I couldn't help but notice the fact that you didn't have a single verse throughout the entire song .. and you barely had any screen time other than when the whole group was on screen or when the song was transitioning into a new verse. I understand that you're the dancer of the group but you could've at least had your own short little segment to drop a few bars .. or show off your vocal ability .. I don't know if you can sing or not so .. but, yeah. Hopefully, you get this letter .. bye bye for now . ❤️💓 >Love, >Kamilah Folding the letter and placing into an envelope, Kamilah licked the seal of envelope as she closed it up, sealing the envelope. Walking outside, she walked over to the mailbox which was located in the middle of the area where the Lhotlan Tribe resided .. placing the envelope which held the letter inside of the mailbox.
