You speak too truly, and indeed one the best perks of Homeopathy when it was introduced was the “no damage” piece of it. So, in honor of homeopathy, Ornn doing no damage on that skin would be very in line with the new theme.

: Hey Repertoir. I'm liking the changes so far to Shaco. It looks like you guys put a little bit of thought into how you were going to approach this and I seriously appreciate that, because you're right. Shaco is so reliant on Duskblade (as he has almost no good base ratios and scales entirely off of items) that if he doesn't get it fast, he's incredibly weak. He's a feast-or-famine champion with no easy way to feast, as it were, which was really frustrating to play as. The 3 second flat stealth is a buff early-game, but a clear nerf late-game, which is fine, because Shaco still gets what he needs to reach his target, but the enemy team can see the poofs of smoke happening closer to them. Shaco already builds lots of movespeed items as is. It's just too bad that it doesn't out-time certain shields anymore. My primary concern is that Q is going to feel very bad to level up now, since you can dump one point into it for the 3 second stealth and then if you're playing AD Shaco, neither boxes nor Q is a good choice for the secondary skill to level up. Do you have anything in the works if Shaco feels too weak after the Duskblade changes? Perhaps adding a base damage ratio to his Q, or changing his spells around a bit so that he has a little more base damage and a little less scaling damage so that he becomes a little less item reliant, like other assassins? Perhaps allowing level-ups in W to reduce the time it takes to arm the trap so that they're useful to drop in team fights?
I feel like a way to make his invis still strong early game and still viable late game is to make his leveling similar to yorick’s W. 3/3/3.75/3.75/4.5 That way, they won’t reall feel like leveling it past lvl 1 until lvl 14+ which is like mid-late game.

: We really did do our best. Aside from all the engagement we did on the boards/other communities about it we published it in three separate places in the lead-up to preseason: in the original announcement article, in the preseason FAQ, and as a message in the client for two whole weeks. That being said, I don't wanna just dismiss your feedback. Maybe we do have a bigger problem where we really just can't reach all the right people even if we put stuff in the client. In that case in the future we might wanna think about doing things like sending out automated emails to people who'll be affected. It's worth thinking about on our end, because we do wanna give fair warning to people when we make big changes.
I somehow missed OE nerf announcement, because I only thought BE was getting changed and such. When I saw notifications in League that I should disenchant/reroll champion shards, butI did not this for Skin shards. I feel like OE changes should've had as much visibility as BE changes did, e.g. The Preseason video and more.

The ult mark indicator is kinda meh, and sound needs to be updated to even attempt to match the visuals. Just not a complete package, so in its current state. I'd say 750 in worth, and 975 if they clean up visuals. If they overhaul VO and SFX atleast 1350.

The Janna notes should be updated. They're not very clear. Bonus magic damage: X% movement speed. Is she getting bonus movement speed or bonus mag damage based on a percentage of her bonus % movement speed. Very confusing.

Might be good to have a minimum cooldown in which you can use this rune for an ability. Such as, "After an ability has been cast, you must wait 6 seconds before using this rune." Or something like that to make it less attractive for burst champions and more attractive to utility/stun/heal/shield abilities.

: We've been doing some investigation into tower and minion tuning for pre-season, we're not sure if/what we're going to ship, but the demolish rune would definitely be tuned around whatever state turrets end up in. Anecdotally it feels like it's in a pretty decent spot right now. Pretty sure I've only ever seen it on tops and supports and not marksman in our playtests, though I'm certain it can be a viable strat that players opt into. The idea being that there's a lot more opportunity cost in the new runes than the old system means that a marksman should be giving up something substantial to go resolve over another secondary path. TL;DR - we're looking at some stuff with turrets for pre-season, we might not ship anything, and I haven't seen a demolish abuse case yet internally. Hope that helps!
What about the out of meta 5 team running this rune and all attack the same turret at the same time. Shouldn't something like that be prevented or is that quality gameplay?

Darius has counterplay for champions who want to get in his face. As soon as he Q's, I would jump into melee range. So you gotta time it right. Also, you can counterpick him with Jax. But don't really go into melee range until lvl 6. Save Q for jumping out of sticky situations early on. Jax isn't always a good choice in the top lane, but I love picking him against Darius.

: The problem you're trying to solve here is a real one. Unfortunately, I don't think a rune is the best place to solve it. Ward slot restriction is a systemic pain that should be solved globally for all champions, rather than on an opt-in basis through a rune.
@Riot Statshu, I see many players bring this up, and I for one just found this post. I and (I believe) many other would find this post (hopefully more to come) very helpful in how riot sees this as a "systemic pain." So please either pin this, redo this post and make it more public, or ask riot, and even the plans for future posts.

In gold+ I think this would be absolutely mandatory, but would also make supports end game feel better. So I'm not sure what's healthier for the game. Be forced every game that reaches late to get control wards or 6th item

The new over leveling system will have a similar impact to veterans that champion mastery had to certain champ mains. Played said champion for 5 years then one day you're same mastery level as someone who's only play them for 5 months. You could have 5million worth mastery, but will never show. Same thing going to happen with the new level system. Not saying that there is a fair way, but people will nevertheless feel the way they do and many will feel in this manner as did I. Also, it's awkward to be mastery 7 with a champion that was recently reworked. What are the team's thought on that?

I feel like there should be two more items added to that list. A Non-damaging/ non-damage amp tank class Item e.g (Randuins, Warmogs, Spirit Visage, or Frozen Heart) and an Assassin non-crit item e.g. (Youmuu's, duskblade, or edge of night) I'm sure the team has thought about having an array of items suitable for every class, but had a reason not to go through with it. My guess is that you didn't want to have too many viable picks with Ornn. What I'm curious to know is what the actually reasoning is. Hyped for Ornn all the same! P.s. I particularly resonate with blacksmith type characters as that has been a childhood passion of mine. So instant Ornn Main!!

: I don't think most people want Thornmail to be a huge damage item. I think that the majority of players would just like to see it be a viable choice. Originally Thornmail was an item that was just too powerful and simplistic. You could brainlessly walk into a fight and provide enough feedback damage that you simply killed the ADC. This was back before there was so much armor pen/lethality and lifesteal was a bit less prevalent. Thornmail used to be too good for what it was. The last two changes to Thornmail in recent seasons have made the item subpar and then a pitiful shadow of it's former self respectively. People just want Thornmail to be viable, provide some return damage without having to stack four other armor items to make it worth while and maybe have it be useful on champions that aren't named Malphite. Hell, even Malphite doesn't get quite the mileage out of it that he used to.
I think if they made the damage scaling portion of thornmail into a stages. This would be similar to Warmogs. Like 100- gets 1.0 dmg scaling and 100+ armor gets 1.15 dmg scale and 200+ armor gets 1.25 and then 300+ armor gets a whopping 1.5 dmg. Would make it viable if you really need to stack armor against an all AD comp.

Also, different stuns will block more dashes, such as veigar stopping most.

The #1 thing that I often see Jax players do that keep them from climbing is how they play their position as Jax. I think you should put some details about what the goal is for Jax top lane. E.G. Your build includes why he's built this way, so is his main focus Objectives/Skirmishing/Cs'ing? Or are priorities switched in some areas? If this is just to show a build, then you won't need details and probably won't help players get past bronze if they are new and not talented. Also, a quote from you: "If you liked this guide leave a positive comment" You probably would get better feedback if you said instead to leave a question, suggestions, or constructive feedback. Finally, you also mentioned "this guide" so don't call it that unless you're actually going to be guiding the audience that you're trying to cater to. Otherwise, great enthusiasm! And GL with build/guide!

I mean ya, sure, the system feels for more rewarding now when honored. The thing is though, the system is rewarding fewer players after a game, so maybe 1 or 2 people will reap benifits from their efforts. While 3-4 other people will go on to their next game feeling uncompensated for their efforts. With this, many things will start to happen. Players will act sycophantly to one another, and create fake interactions for the sake of being "the one." Honestly, my ideal system would be one that gives equal opportunity to everyone in a game to give according to their judgement of who deserves an honor and who deserves a report. That way there is no competing for good attention and people can focus on their game.

Yes, the purpose of the system is to incentivize positive arttitude in a game. I guarantee 99%+ of the time, if you're toxic in a game, you're more likely to get reports than honors.

: I think worse than only being able to honor one person is the fact you can just skip honoring people completely. People have little patience, are bitter/lazy/whatever plethora of different reasons and I think probably just skip the honor screen just to make things quick or simple. At least it seems like it to me so far. I've played a handful of games where I mostly carried, had a positive attitude, yet only got honored one time out of the like...20+ people I played with? It sounds bad to say, and its not like I expect to get honored just because I carried, but cmon. .you'd think it would happen more than once out of all the people I played with. So far this system has just been discouraging to me, maybe the multiple honor thing would help that, but definitely shouldn't be allowed more than two honor or it kind of ruins the whole point of the system. Honestly I was into it at first and honoring people every game that stood out the most, but why bother if you can just skip it and that ends up being what most people do? Unless someone has really been able to "wow" me I just skip now too. Make it mandatory to honor.

: It's good because it really incentives people to earn it for one, and prevents people from abusing it for free rewards in the future. After all, those who don't receive a reward are no worse or better than someone who did receive one in the old honor system. Therefore, it is a net gain for the people who do receive it.
I mean, isn't the point of the system to remove toxicity? most players don't honor toxic people, and if someone didn't say anything during the game or didn't communicate then they're probably not going to get an honor.
