Essence Reaver change is a nice start, but I think take out the Mana and put in Brawlers Glove and lower the combine cost by 50g to keep it the same 3k gold cost, I think this will de-incentivize Renektons/Rivens/Jaxes from picking it up and going nuts which lets be real they don't need the help. Also please don't just shoehorn stopwatch into everything that has some lifesaving passive/active on it you're going to create a sceniario where people have to go inspiration every game for the free stopwatch because anything else would be putting yourself behind in gold. I am not sure on IE but I would just revert it at this point maybe nerf its stats by a bit so it can be cheaper so adcs can actually hit a power spike before inhibs are down.

That's putting the horse before the carriage, repealing it wouldn't do anything and allow for more corporate influence in government as they can control ALL the information at that point. I do get your point about it not being ideal the way it is now, but understand that asking to just get rid of the federal oversight and protections of something just to want it replaced by MORE federal oversight and protection is redundant, waste of time, and would really accomplish nothing in the long run.

At risk of being down voted, I don't think anything is final, and its only the second day of the new system. Are we allowed to cut riot some slack so they can get things figured out in a live setting, which they can't get done on a PBE setting.
