: > How is it that a service company that has 1.6 Billion in sales in 2016 doesn't have a phone system in place? Actually, having been to their office, I know the answer to that! The employees don't have cubicles or offices that they are at. Instead, each desk is on wheels, so if someone gets called to work on a certain project for a few days they unplug the power to their desktop, unlock the wheels on their desk, roll it over to the building next door, lock the wheels, plug in, and they're good to go. Phone systems are dumb by nature, assigning a number to the line rather than the phone. So when your Rioter moved their desk, their phone number would change. That'd be a nightmare to keep track of. Internal communication in the company doesn't really need phones, they can use Slack or Discord for most of it (if they really wanted to they could probably even use League's built in chat). Having a phone system for support would only reduce the number of tickets they could get through in a given time, and since 99% of issues are nearly identical to some other issue (if the Boards are anything to go off of) why would they invest in a phone system?
Please refer to above reply for answer as i just previously answered that question. As I said though do you believe it really costs a multi billion dollar company that much to implement wireless phones assigned to each rioter?
: to take in account veterans of the game **who** have been playing for years whether on and off throughout the year ''veterans of the game'' is the subject, 'whom' is used for the object (accusative/dative) or after prepositions. Don't add it randomly thinking it looks cool if you can't use it well. Sorry, I couldn't stop my inner grammar Nazi. As for your thread, I find it strange that they don't have a proper phone support. To me this means the people working at the company are still very young and are working in the same way most people treat their product: like a game.

Thank you for fine comb picking through my message, Ill remember that everyone on the internet has a doctorate in English.
: They don't have time to be taking angry calls about Yasuo all day, post your feedback on these boards (please follow the [Universal Rules](http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/4LgZ2EwM-universal-rules) and post on the correct board), and if you need to contact Riot directly for something you can submit a [Support Ticket](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), which you can find at any time on the top left dropdown in **Support**. Live Chat through the support page has been in testing too (doesn't look like it's done).
Unfortunately they do not allow us to post pictures directly on the boards, If you had seen some of the condescending messages i received you would notice that in these support tickets they continuously reiterate the same thing never coming to a solution or answer. Also, they have the ability to close or "resolve" your ticket without your consent which isn't really support as much as a I'll listen and then give a generic response until im tired of answering. You probably do not have much experience In the Customer Service aspect of a Multi-billion dollar business but the entire point of the system is to ensure that consumers expectations of a product are properly met. Needless to say there is a level of compassion that must follow to allow the brand to retain a positive image, Even the touch of a human voice changes your interaction with a brand.

: So... wait... so... Are you proposing that Riot not place you in Bronze just because you've been playing for a long time? That would be really unfair for the people in silver.

I cannot be representative of every single player but In Season 3 I was placed in Silver 4.... The next season i was placed in Bronze 4 because I only won 4 out of 10. Keep in mind all of the changes that Riot has made in 4 years, such as implementing better servers so you dont lag out of games and get an automatic loss(happened 2 times that series), Riot added the Remake option that enabled you to restart a game without being penalized for people who afk/leave a game.(couldn't count how often this used to happen). So i Quit playing ranked all together for a couple of seasons because it was a major waste of time due to a broken system. Then when i come back this summer I win 8 out of 10 promotionals and get placed in Bronze V just because the last time i placed was in bronze 3 years ago? What was the point of winning any of the games they couldnt possibly place me any lower.
