Cho has always had an execute indicator tho. Its part of his kit. But they updated it to look like pyke's when pyke was released instead of a circle around enemies

: It's only a buff to the empowered Ult which is only in effect after you fall below 30% hp. I've missed tons of kills ulting them when they are below the hp threshold yet they still survive which is silly considering its an execution ability overall not that big a buff she still has to full combo an individual to get you to 30% hp to then ult you which is the entire design of her kit. On top of this the ult is the only significant aoe ability she has so unless your whole team is low enough to clean up she's only going to get 1 or 2 of you anyway.

I love that chat is now disabled by default. Now I dont have to remember to "/fullmute all" every game, or wait until I'm tilted to turn off chat. I think that is a fantastic change that will give players more options to counter toxicity, because now you have to physically turn it on and say "yes, I want to be subjected to what people might say to me."

And every other player who doesn't look at the champion because every part of the champion in its current state is unappealing to them. Old Poppy was an auto-attacking champion who didn't actually have the scaling or mobility to be a hypercarry. She was essentially a worse Tryndamere. The only thing different about her ult is that if the enemies had a mage support, you could die to them, unlike Tryndamere. She was as generic as generic gets, and wasn't even good at it. The one thing that was unique to Poppy, Heroic Charge, they kept. And the new kit they gave her is fantastic. You wanna rag on her for being generic despite the facts that she has the _only_ dash interrupt in the game, one of only _two_ ranged attacks that act entirely like a melee attack, and the _COOLEST_ ultimate in the game? Nice try. I played old Poppy too, but the new one is so much better I can't even begin to miss her old, ugly version. **** I can level with you on them adding in mechanics that are similar to existing ones, but better, though. But Mord's ult is definitely not akin to Poppy's old one. Hers was most often used on a person she _didn't_ plan on going after, and killing their ally while invincible. Plus, at the time of Poppy's rework they didn't have the means to make an ult like Mord's. If you watched the Sylas video, they actually learned quite a lot about interactions while coding him that they never knew before. And I'm sure that helped with programming Mord's ultimate. Rather than old Poppy, though, it's more like his new ult is the apex of Camille's and Xin's. But it wouldn't very well fit thematically for either of them. For actually taking another player to another plain of existence, it'd have to be a ghost, demon, or cosmic character.

Why dont you just change how crit chance works. 30% crit chance should be 30% (or whatever crit chance you have, capped at 100%) of the damage a normal crit attack does instead of randomly dealing 200% damage.

I actually dont think this will be as good as people think on yasuo. Yas already has true damage with Conqueror, so IE wont benefit him as much. But what this does mean is that armor is basically useless now

I get the time and effort it takes and I'm taking into account how many different scenarios can occur, but if Zoe is a champion that needed extra treatment to work through to make sure its perfect in game when that RGM is live, and a bug occurs that wasn't originally seen and that champ become unplayable for most of the time of the event, doesn't that kind of taint the game mode a bit? Another question, how would keeping the same game mode live not keep from people not playing it? Im not disagreeing that you can't just turn a game mode on, because I understand it's not that easy but when new game modes went from patch to patch, even with bugs it kept the game fresh. Every week I'd play a brand new game mode and when I would take tough losses in ranked and be bored of ARAM it offered less stagnation. I'm personally not a fan of Blood Moon Hunt, but because it offers a different take on the game I dont mind playing it a bit here and there. If this game mode stayed live a whole patch though I know I wouldn't play it after a good week. Even URF I would get bored of after like 2 weeks and I absolutely love URF. I know I dont speak for everyone and I'm only a minor percentage of the whole, but how would keeping the same random game live for that long not become boring after a certain amount of time. Is there anyway to ensure the longevity of people playing that game mode for a long time? I'm just curious on how other people feel about this.
I love HotBM because its brainless killing so it fits my playstyle well

Ok but thats if you have someone guiding you through it. League's tutorial covers none of the macro game elements, so its up to the player to learn everything themselves. But when everything is locked it leaves no room for experimentation and learning.

yes but locking content from new people doesnt help them learn. In fact, I'd say it does the opposite. For instance if you were a new player overwhelmed by all the the different options, champions, runes, and items, i understand how you would want to ease them in. But locking people out isnt the answer when they should be experimenting and figuring it out how things work. Its like saying that "only people above level 15 can buy items above 3000 gold because they arent sure what items are good because they are new." It makes no sense. Im fine with forcing or recommending presets pre level 10 but locking klepto and secondary runes until level 20 is dumb and doesnt promote learning. New players are just going to get used to ignoring runes and not reading what everything does due to the system babying them, and then suddenly kicks them out on their own at level 20.

I hate this new system. The fact that we no longer get BE after games and that getting BE is now completely RNG based makes playing feel so unrewarding. I just leveled up and got Nunu, Siver, and Amumu. So I got a grand total of 270 BE for all the games I played to level up. Are you joking? And then because champion mastery is also still on BE it just means that we are getting less in-game currency and have more to spend it on. Its honestly sickening.

: The thing is that an ADC, most likely the person using Precision, not all ADC's should use it because Lethal Tempo is better for some but many ADC's would find Press The Attack to be infinitely more helpful than Fervor of battle. The rune isn't bad at all, i don't understand why people say it's garbage, not to mention that most ADC's don't have to worry about Front Loaded damage, or initial damage when entering a fight, they already take Fervor so they shouldn't be worried about lacking upfront damage since they didn't worry about it before, they just have to proc it with Auto's and they'll be fine, it'll be better than Fervor on Them. Some people that i think could REALLY benifit from Press The Attack are as follows. {{champion:236}} (Already proven to be broken with it.) {{champion:498}} She can use her W attack seed steroid to proc it then get 12% increased damage on her E afterwards, making it perfect for her. These are the two that I"V tested on the PBE, cause guess what, i have plenty of experience myself. The rune isn't bad, many ADC's should take this over Lethal Tempo because it's just downright better for them.
Tristana too. You need 4 attacks to proc your e anyway. But Letal Tempo would still probably be better
