: We don't have any current balance plans for Shen. I'd agree he can be unsatisfying at times, we don't see him as weak though. Swain we just nerfed in 6.11. Suspect he's still too strong, we're going to be nerfing Catalyst in 6.12 though since a number of champions using it are out of line too. Will reassess where Swain's up to after that. Vlad's also likely too strong and we're exploring possible nerfs right now that might go into 6.13.
AFAIK the Catalyst nerf (50% effect on toggle spells) was reverted in 6.12 PBE cycle.

I agree on Shyvana buff, but not Ahri. Her scaling is not that bad. Q: 0.35 x 2 = 0.7 W: 0.4 + 0.12 + 0. 12 = 0.64 E: 0.5 R: 0.3 x 3 = 0.9 And her playrate and winrate are decent enough, so I don't think Ahri needs buff.

It's certainly not the all dominating balance wrecking item some were worried it would be, we have kept its power somewhat conservative though since adding a dash to any AP champ that wants it is still potentially pretty scary. Happy letting it sit as is for now and letting people explore it on different champs/builds. If making any changes most likely would be to increase the damage fall off for multi rocket hits and shift that power elsewhere (point blanking most of the rockets may be too optimal at present).
Yeah. I see some champions with dash ability (e.g: Ahri, LeBlanc, Fizz) use Protobelt as an item providing additional nuke on their kit (similar to Deathfire Grasp), because they can pop on opponent's face and get multi rocket hit so easily.

(I guess something went wrong after RiotRepertoir did some work on that due to QSS/Mercurial changes) And I want to hear your opinion on Veigar. Is he alright? Does he stack AP too fast?

: The current plan is to see the impact of the change and adjust on a champion by champion basis as necessary. It's not out of the question for that to change between now and the patch lock, however, as these things are in flux until that point. One thing we are currently looking at is an adjustment to GA to give players a bit more options against Zed. Likely more on that soon.
I guess, in case of Zed, if you just ship the QSS/MS changes to live without preemptive nerfs on him, the only result would be a nearly 100% banrate on him. I don't think that would be a worthful result to be observed. I think you can't get enough in-game information on him due to such high banrate. That just confirms you should nerf Zed with the QSS/MS change.

What about mobile mages with ranged attack? (such as {{champion:103}} {{champion:7}} ) I thought Burst Mage / Assassin hybrid, but it says 'Slayers are fragile but agile damage focused **_melee_** champions...'. So they are not assassins?
: It's better than mindless spamming and constantly running away like a frightened kitten. Mobility is a massive problem in League right now, and trimming away unnecessary speed to champions that don't need it (like her) is a great start to get League back on the right track. This fear of the amp coming back is also from people remembering that combined with DFG, and it appears it hasn't clicked that it hasn't been in the game since early season 5. There's no need to panic; she wouldn't be nearly as strong as she was back then.
I disagree. Charm amp made Ahri's skill combo very stiff. In that case, She MUST use charm FIRST in order to deal meaningful damage.

: Wasn't my change so might not be 100% accurate but the R changes are overall a significantly positive change for him. Early stats mean more, generally speaking. The previous scaling was non-linear and kind of funky so it creates a few HP off the top end. He's been underperforming for awhile. In particular, tanks survive against him and then outscale him pretty rapidly. Believe the goals were to pick him up a notch and give him new ways to think about his fury generation and use. The developer/Scar/Pwyff will give more context in the patch notes. :)
How about Singed's R? Its scaling is also non-linear. (35/50/80 AP, armor, MR, MS, health regen, and mana regen)

In developing stage, original name was 'Kumiho', but changed after a vote on Korean LoL website. Other candidate names were 'Danbi(단비)', 'Nabi(나비)', 'Ruri(루리)', Chorong(초롱)', and 'Dasom(다솜)'.

: It's a change that will be in the patch notes for 5.22. We haven't released any official notes yet and it's not the sort of change that's easily picked up by data mining PBE builds. This change also applies to Blinds, so Teemo will be able to negate CCs with Blinding Dart (though the timing on that's much harder than on Counterstrike of course). Similarly Panth's block also stops effects attached to the auto attack blocked. Additionally various attacks that previously hit through blind/dodge/block will now be negated as you'd expect. There are a couple of exceptions however, in cases where an ability that's more spell than auto attack (as opposed to auto attack with added effect) uses right click as a means of triggering (Volibear Q and Hecarim E being the only two from memory).
How about Garen's Q? Is it blocked by Counterstrike?

You're saying that the rank 1 damage stayed the same (no issues there), but the tooltip for rank 5 damage (200) was correctly updated, while the tooltip for ranks 2/3/4 were NOT updated to the new values! Seems like a valid bug, upvote this post. However, you should put [GAMEPLAY] in the name of this thread... I think Riot ignores any threads that don't have [GAMEPLAY], [CLIENT], or [CRASH] in their name...
