: this ban system is a failure at reforming toxic people
Just an opinion but giving power to these same toxic children is a joke. They flame you all match long, then report you just cause you muted or didn't reply. I literally matched up with the same toxic duo 3 games in one long evening. Pretty sure they reported me each time for whatever silly thing they could come up with. I simply told them they should find a way to be nicer to folks as being rude for no reason isn't "cool" ... Muted them each game there after when I saw them ... Got a 10 game comm ban later that evening and the only game that came up was the one I simply told them they weren't being cool ... Literally all I said that could have been neg or even considered "toxic" .. Though Rito has no idea what toxicity truly is .. Although, they do seem to respond to every report I've made about someone telling another player to off themselves etc ...
: If you want to use a mmr based matchmaking
Let's face it .. At the end of the day Riot can care less about anyone outside of the top of the ladder. Once you hit D2+ things do even out a lot more as far as matches go. Still, you'll have some players that are on their one trick who will stomp someone of equal rank based on kit alone. Then some folks get the hero complex and somehow brute forced their way to their rank... Follow that with the players who randomly just enjoy trolling for no apparent reason but never get punished because 95% of the time they play normal. You just happen to be that one person they admit they're trolling to and have to suffer as they do it in your game :-P

You can give someone a little playful banter and next thing you're bombarded with reports for saying something as simple as "THX!" every time you kill them. From there you have to defend yourself with text that's 100% out of context which ALWAYS makes it look worse regardless of what is said. "We're discussing YOUR behavior" .. Why don't we discuss everything? If someone is being toxic on the other team and you playfully reply you should NEVER be comm banned or anything. Now, if you go on and on and on and on and on OR become super toxic, then I get it .. Today's gamers seem a bit sad, soft, protected, or whatever clever clean word you want to use .... I've got a nice p word for them tho ;-) Nope. The softest community on earth is still SSB. Think this community is bad, try a community where people can't even last through a maybe 10 minute best of 3 without forgetting that the goal is to smash your opponent's character instead of your remote. As far as gaming goes, LoL is still 2nd place.

SSB? Super Smash Bros? I mean, I can see that being toxic if you're cheesing certain picks and kids are getting upset, lol. I still think this is the softest and Rito supports them by letting their Ai comm ban and 14 day ban people for the lightest of offenses period. Yet, as stated on of their tool-tips is pretty much entrapment? LOL

They clearly put it there and still ban us via their r%%%%%ed Ai system which simply bans based on words and phrases. It's not even true Ai that can decipher text and meaning etc ... The Ai is the autobanning that it does and that's it ... So they're lazy, can care less even when their system screws up, and still continue to dump MTX on us while their game needs A LOT of reworkings/bug fixing/more people to handle tickets perhaps/Maybe a legit system for MM/many many many other things .... > > We're all the silly people who continue to play and spend endless $$ so why would they ever change a thing. Let alone the Asian market runs this game. We just get their leftovers .... I'm not talking about the flawed AI system. I'm talking about the misleading tips. And also I learned while talking to the riot admin that if you are reported over a span of games a few times, you will get banned. Regardless of what you said.

It's all a huge part of the problem. Not simply just their misleading tool-tips tbh ... Heck, tbh, based on that tool-tip being there alone I should have every single bit of honor restored and if a ban exists on one of the many accounts i tested stuff on they should be reverted as well. I've never said a word that is truly toxic to anyone. Only ever given advice, joked a bit with enemy team, and that was about it .. They really should put a level cap on smashing the report button .. If you can't hit ranked, then you should only get lets say 1-3 reports you can use in the meantime
: Riot had the perfect opportunity to give Xerath a skin next patch, but nope, not even after 4 years
TBH there are so many more bugs needing to be fixed that anything going on other than rectifying the existing issues with gameplay = useless ... "Here, we give you cool looking things but you can't enjoy them since half our game is filled with glitches"
: Misleading in-game tips regarding toxicity
Hell, I just had a match where two players admitted to purchasing accounts, being perm banned 20+ times and yet they still are allowed to make accounts and play? No email bans, ip bans, or anything of that sort even though they're cancer to our community. Hell, they let Tyler back in for Christ's sake :-P ... Proof they no longer care LOL

Yeah, so Rito is 100% known to be the softest community on earth. : Promos are the most disgusting thing in this game
One of these days we'll all wake-up and stop playing. Riot clearly can care less about the state of matchmaking period. Their system isn't a true elo/mmr one even though I believe I've read that they claim it is. If so, then we'd never have the issues that we do when going into promos or a ranked game period. We'd all be paired with somewhat like skilled players on our team as well as who we're against. This is one thing other MOBAs beat them at hands down .. Not too sure today but when I played DoTa I never ran into such lopsided bs EVERY match

: Is this luck or fate?
