Holy they are loterally ignoring us and just screwing with us. Holy fucking shit "GD Community has received many commitments" YOU ADMIT IT AND YOU DARE GIVE US EVEN MORE SHIT AND DELETE OUR FUCKING HOME? Fuck off you fucking prics, you're the sole reason why Tamat fucking left since you just became a fucking absent piece of shit for your players.

: Hey Daen, For context, we purposely went about trying to _aggressively_ imagine the minimum number of boards, again in the pursuit of making more stuff visible to more players and getting the Boards moving more fluidly. It's entirely possible we may have to add a couple more. Regarding the boards you listed: * **Boards Feedback** - A good point actually, this likely needs to be added as a non-contributing board. * **Esports** - All Chat, but the board is almost unpopulated so we don't envision much impact. * **Memes & Games** - All Chat. I'd argue that this actually the natural home for this kind of thing though. * **Miscellaneous** - All Chat, same reason. * **Maps & Modes** - More a mix of Level Up and Rito Plz! based on current topics. Also extremely underpopulated. * **Skins & Champion Concepts (the skins part)** - League Creations * **Story & Art** - League Creations * **Sound & Music** - League Creations * **Fantasy LCS** - Interesting one. Pretty underpopulated but does have fill a specific need (lolesports points to it). Might just need to become unlisted, or at least listed but non-contributing. * **General Discussion** - All Chat Not trying to rebut your points or minimize your valid concerns, just want to give you some more insight into our thinking. Thanks for the personal perspective!

Thanks for the personal perspective! We don't want our GD to be associated with this stupid concept of All Chat. We want our home, it has been our community for over 6 years. How the fuck can you even dare to say that you care about your playerbase when you don't even consider their opinion and values. You know what Riot? I'm gonna be straight and honest with you: Fuck. You.

Welp, Riot has done it. They will delete General Discussion. Please remind me why we had to come here at first? Because Tamar forced us to come on the Boards by promising us a new General Discussion where we could chat on the Boards and leave the Old Forums. Now, it's being deleted. Good one Riot. Since even the Boards are deleted, give us our old forums back or just don't fucking touch our GD.

: One moment. Edit:Major Features of the Face Sensory innervation for the skin of the face is provided by the 3 divisions of the trigeminal nerve (CNV) and cervical spinal nerves 2/3. Trigeminal nerve divisions • Opthalmic Division V1 -> innervates skin of the forehead, upper eyelids, and nose. This can be tested by touching the forehead. • Maxillary Division, V2 -> innervates the skin of the lower eyelid, cheek, and upper lip. This can be tested by touching the anterior cheek. • Mandibular Division, V3 -> innervates the lower face and part of the side of the head anterior to the ear. This can be tested by touching the anterior body of the mandible. Cervical Spinal Nerve Branches • Greater Occipital nerve -> innervates the skin of the back of the head up to the vertex. • Lesser Occipital Nerve -> innervates the skin behind the ear. • Great Auricular Nerve -> innervates the skin of the lower part of the ear, and over the angle of the mandle. The Facial Nerve is responsible for motor innervation to the muscles of the face, which control its movement and allows for expression. The skin of the face is thin, and only firmly attached to the nose and ears. It is mobile around other parts of the face, to allow for control of facial expression by the facial muscles. All of the facial muscles attach to the superficial fascia of the face, but this cannot be shown due to the dissection. Branches of the Facial Nerve • Posterior Auricular Branch -> passes posterior to the ear (not seen in this dissection) • Temporal Branch -> crosses the zygomatic arch • Zygomatic Branch -> crosses the zygomatic bone. • Buccal Branches (always comes in two!) -> crosses the masseter muscle superficially. • Mandibular branch -> moves along the inferior margin of the mandible • Cervical branch -> crosses angle of mandible and enters the neck. These branches originate from the Parotid Plexus, located within the Parotid Gland. The Parotid Plexus travels posteriorly to form the Facial Nerve, which can then be seen emerging from the stylomastoid foramen (opening between the styloid process and mastoid process of the skull). *****Because the Facial Nerve is so intimately associated with the Parotid Gland, damage to the gland in cases of surgery or swelling of the parotid gland can lead to damage of the Facial Nerve, which would inhibit facial expression. Thus, during Parotidectomy, the facial nerve must be carefully sparred. Parotid Glands Largest of the three pairs of salivary glands. Located anterior and below the lower half of the ear. They’ll cover the sternocleidomastoid muscle, and part of the masseter muscle. The Parotid Glands are covered within a tough parotid sheath, which is continuous with the investing fascia of the deep cervical fascia. The Parotid Duct is its prominent duct found crossing the lateral surface of the masseter muscle about 2cm inferior to the zygomatic arch. It then turns medially and pierces the buccinator muscle of the cheek to drain into the mouth. The Buccal Branches of the Facial Nerve will run along with the Parotid Duct. Facial Artery and Vein Facial Artery -> Branches from the exterior surface of the External Carotid Artery. It will pass through the deep structures of the neck, emerging at the lower border of the mandible. It then loops and bends up towards the angle of the mouth, passing superficially the buccinator muscle (not shown on our body). It will give off two branches, the superior and inferior labial branches, which supply the upper and lower lip, before terminating in the angular artery as it travels up the side of the nose. Facial Vein -> Receives tributaries of the same name as the Facial Artery. Its tributaries assume positions posterior to the facial artery, and drains into the Internal Jugular Vein. Muscles of the Face 1. Orbicularis Oculi Muscle -> surrounds the palpebral fissure (space between the eyelids). It’s function is to close the eyelids. It contains two parts • Orbital Part -> surrounds orbital margin and causes tight closure of the eyelids • Palpebral part -> thinner portion, responsible for blinking the eyelid. Medially, it attaches to the medial orbital margin, the medial palpebral ligament, and the lacrimal bone. Laterally, it attaches to the skin around the orbital margin. It is innervated by the temporal, and zygomatic branches of the facial nerve. 2. Levator Labii superioris muscle -> Raises the upper lip. Superiorly, it attaches to the maxilla. Inferiorly attaches to the upper lip. 3. Zygomaticus Major Muscle -> Draws the angle of the mouth upward, and posteriorly. Laterally, it attaches to the posterior, lateral surface of the zygomatic bone, and inserts at the angle of the mouth. 4. Orbicularis Oris Muscle -> Passes superior and inferior to the oral opening. Medially, it attaches to the maxilla, mandible, and skin in the median plane, and laterally attaches to the angle of the mouth. It acts as the sphincter of the mouth. 5. Buccinator Muscle -> Posteriorly, it attaches to the pterygomandibular raphe, and lateral surfaces of the alveolar processes of the maxilla and mandible. It anteriorly attaches to the angle of the mouth. It compresses the cheek against the teeth. Remember that the buccinator muscle will be pierced by the parotid duct. It will also be pierced by the Buccal Nerve, a sensory branch from the Trigeminal Nerve, V3, which is heading towards the skin of the cheek. Be careful not to confuse this with the buccal branches of the facial nerve, which will supply motor innervation to the buccinator muscle. 6. Depressor Anguli Oris muscle -> Depresses the angle of the mouth. Inferiorly attaches to the mandible, and superiorly to the angle of the mouth. Additional Muscles not discussed in lab 1. Mentalis Muscle (Mentum -> Chin) -> Will raise the upper lip and crinkle skin of the chin. Attaches to the mandible inferior to the teeth, and also skin of the chin. 2. Zygomaticus Minor -> draws the upper lip upward. Will attach medially to the anterior portion of the zygomatic bone, relative to the zygomaticus major, and inferiorly to the skin above the upper lip. 3. Depressor Labii inferioris -> Draws lower lip downward and laterally. Will attach to the anterior part of the mandible, and the lower lip at the midline. Sensory Nerves of the Face Remember sensory innervation is being provided by the Trigeminal Nerve. 1) V1, opthalmic division • Supraorbital nerve -> passes through the supraorbital foramen to reach the skin above the eye. (most important) • Supratrochlear nerve-> innervates upper eyelid/forehead • Infratrochlear -> medial half of the upper eyelid, skin of the nose, and skin of medial angle • Lacrimal -> lateral half of upper eyelid, and skin of lateral angle 2) V2, Maxillary Division • Infraorbital nerve -> passes through the I nfraorbital foramen of maxilla to supply sensory innervation to inferior eyelid, side of nose, and upper lip. Covered by levator labii superioris uscle. Infraorbital artery/vein will emerge with it. • Zygomaticotemporal and zygomaticofacial branch also innervates regions of the face. 3) V3, mandibular division • Mental Nerve -> supplies sensory innervation to lower lip/chin, emerges from the mental foramen. Will be located behind the depressor anguli oris. The mental artery/vein will also emerge with it. Parotid Region External Jugular Vein, superiorly is formed by the joining of the posterior auricular vein and the retromandibular vein. The retromandibular vein will be formed by the maxillary vein and the superficial temporal vein. External Carotid Artery -> superiorly will divide into the maxillary artery and the superifical temporal artery. The superficial temporal artery is the terminal branch that crosses the zygomatic process of the temporal bone and continues superiorly into the scalp. It supplies the lateral part of the scalp. Scalp The Scalp consists of 5 layers firmly bound together. S -> Skin C -> Connective tissue (dense, contains vessels/nerves of scalp A -> Aponeurosis, for the epicranial aponeurosis joining the frontalis and occipitalis muscles. L -> Loose Connective tissue, also termed the “dangerous area”, since if an infection occurs in the scalp, it can spread throughout this layer. The infection can enter the cranial cavity through emissary veins. P -> Pericranium. (Periosteum of the cranial bones.)

> Additional Muscles not discussed in lab > 1. > > Sensory Nerves of the Face > Remember sensory innervation is being provided by the Trigeminal Nerve. > 1) V1, opthalmic division > • Supraorbital nerve -> passes through the supraorbital foramen to reach the skin above the eye. (most important) > • Supratrochlear nerve-> innervates upper eyelid/forehead > • Infratrochlear -> medial half of the upper eyelid, skin of the nose, and skin of medial angle > • Lacrimal -> lateral half of upper eyelid, and skin of lateral angle > 2) V2, Maxillary Division > • Infraorbital nerve -> passes through the I nfraorbital foramen of maxilla to supply sensory innervation to inferior eyelid, side of nose, and upper lip. Covered by levator labii superioris uscle. Infraorbital artery/vein will emerge with it. > • Zygomaticotemporal and zygomaticofacial branch also innervates regions of the face. > 3) V3, mandibular division > • Mental Nerve -> supplies sensory innervation to lower lip/chin, emerges from the mental foramen. Will be located behind the depressor anguli oris. The mental artery/vein will also emerge with it. > > Parotid Region > External Jugular Vein, superiorly is formed by the joining of the posterior auricular vein and the retromandibular vein. > > Scalp > The Scalp consists of 5 layers firmly bound together. > S -> Skin > C -> Connective tissue (dense, contains vessels/nerves of scalp > A -> Aponeurosis, for the epicranial aponeurosis joining the frontalis and occipitalis muscles. > L -> Loose Connective tissue, also termed the “dangerous area”, since if an infection occurs in the scalp, it can spread throughout this layer. The infection can enter the cranial cavity through emissary veins. > P -> Pericranium. (Periosteum of the cranial bones.) inb4 deleted
