: Just because riot hasn't replied to a post doesn't mean it's not noted. I'm sure that riot takes bugs very seriously. Sometimes it's hard to comment on a bug-post because riot might not even know what the problem really is, let alone how to fix it. Remember that time they shut down ranked for a day or two because of a bug? If you don't, just google "ranked shut down 24 hours for bug," I'm sure you'll see it. Remember how riot released a statement talking about all the work they went through to fix the issue? I think this fiasco showed how seriously riot takes bugs because, frankly, bugs are expensive. It's important to report bugs because each and every report will add up to make this game better.

I enjoy my R passive, and R because him dashing to enemies and setting up a wave of people being pushed backed seems awesome, and also only the target (adc caitlyn for example) will get full damage, while other enemy team only gets fragments of the damage, but the stun still applies for half a second.

: The passive would GREATLY push heimer towards support heimer (yes it works). Seriously a charge beam every 2 hits is just too much given how strong that beam is. GW kinda feels out of place too. Adding a slow to the beam would completely destroy most melee champions early game, given a slow would also help make it easier to land E, which in return grants another beam with another slow. And letting his ulti upgrade all nearby turrets would be really REALLY OP. Imagine 4 upgraded turrets shooting their beams endlessly. Sure they die faster but if they upgrade their health pretty much doubles so it wont make a difference. Absolute nightmare Those micro-rockets are too similar too the old ones, creating the same problem: they are too uninteractive. Just walk up W and walk away. Mind me i had fun playing with old heimer, but in a melee matchup it was completely one-sided. And 1% true damage is like completely redundant, not to mention out of place. Even old Corki had like 10% on his basic attack.
very good points, I forgot to clarify that the only 1 turret not all on map can be activate, and it only last 10 seconds, and to re-balance he has to be in minion wave, AND he can not place any new turrets during the duration of the enchanced ally tower. also i want to change it to 2.5% true damage per hit for max of 3 hits of rocket (total 7.5% true damage) and they have a .5 sec delay before going through minions doing 400% more damage, and prioritizing enemy champions, but if none are available going straight. alsoI feel strongly they should be allowed to do reduced structure damage, and 400% more damage to epic monsters, and neutral monsters. all opinion though.

I would like to suggest some key upgrade suggestions from my previously deleted thread > Passive: whenever is near an ally turret that turret charges it's attack on enemy minions by 10% and enemy champions by 50% to decharge it's flux capacitors into a venmous hyper beam that does grievious wounds + slow of 25% for 1.5 seconds when Ult's and chooses Turret upgrade version, it immediately turns it's ally turret into the upgrade version as well for remaining duration of ult. Upgraded Ally turret takes 100% increased damage when activates ult and is away. -Notes- Strengths: Good ally-follow up to allow team to come back and defend turret from invading enemys great way to recall safely if enemies come to invade an un-defended mid, or bot support lane weakness: takes 100% more damage from enemy attacks while is away when ult is activated. > Hextech Micro-Rockets RANGE: 1325 COST: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 MANA COOLDOWN: 11 Hextech Micro-Rockets ACTIVE: Heimerdinger unleashes a wave of 5 homing- rockets slowly reach the target is basic attacking to the target location and fan beyond it up to a maximum range, with each rocket dealing magic damage to the first targeted enemy it hits doing 1% true damage for first 3 rockets.

That would be because different mods saw it, it was reported in both places, and it's in a murky zone of 'does it belong here or here'. Which generally should mean it's fine in either place, but again, Boards is really, **really** dysfunctional in actually letting moderators collaborate and do their job well. If possible just repost it and make a small message at the top or bottom explaining what happened.

: Deep Terror Nami is not a Moderator but an Arbiter. Large difference there. For your problem, because the Moderators literally cannot move posts. The Boards are not set up to allow that, and the people in charge of the Boards never bothered to put that in. The best they can do is provide a link to your discussion, tell you the proper place to put it, and remove it from the improper place.

: legacy client is completely separate from the ingame client. They are two separate things so legacy client vs new client should be irrelevant.

Illaoi Slam had reduce enemy champion past first , yet it was not in tool tip till after a moth, mistakes are easy to miss and make.

: It's got nothing to do with tooltips or the legacy client. Just report the bug and what was happening when the bug appeared, and move on. Don't speculate wildly.

: Well I tried reproducing the bug in Practice Tool, according to your theory. None of the axes dissappeared. I could farm 10+ minions without dropping an axe or reactivating Q and never did I lose an axe. I also threw in some champion hits, and that didn't change anything. Conclusion: It's not an undocumented feature. It's a rare bug.
**Edit: THIS WAS ALL DONE IN OLD LEGACY CLIENT!!!!** which brings my point that the occurences are random, as if they are struggling to have a set mark to re-produce. his Q functions as intended, even a previous Riot Red Fist stated that. they just need to implement a concrete tooltip on it. I strongly feel it was never designed to stay infinite. I do disagree it is a rare bug, just undocumented, but i respect you're response on the situation, hopefully one way or another it can be resolved. In mean time I hope all Draven mains read this, and refrain from making any more bug reports on the situation or rants. hard enough as it is to keep a positive light on this game.
