: While I think a few of your ideas are pretty bad I can agree with the general sentiment that penalties are too light. I think riot puts way to much focus on banning people who used pc trigger words, rather than banning people who actively ruined games with griefing. When a simple mute counters a toxic talker, there's nothing you can do against a griefer but sit through 20 minutes of hell. The penalties should reflect this.

Ya, I don't understand why we have a better chance of getting punished for leaving a game in which someone is throwing on purpose vs the person who is throwing the game.

: Speaking as a support main around your level: all you can do is become so fking scary that no one on the other team wants to be near you. Bot lane's main concern is farm, securing kills when possible, and avoiding enemy ganks. Mid can roam and top can TP; you're the one least expected to make moves into other lanes (even your support should generally be looking to do that more than you). There's a quote from someone at Riot that says, essentially, if you always play your lane evenly, you shouldn't expect a great win rate because you're not doing enough to make up for the games where your teammates play poorly. You can't stop teammates from dying unless you're there to protect them, and you're in the role least expected to provide pressure and protection until later in the game. So, as Arlene says, you can switch positions, or you can learn to be a better ADC than your opponent frequently enough that you can make up for teammates failing in a sufficient number of games to rise in rank. Looking at your op.gg, though, it seems like you're finding success on Sej. She's damn strong in general, and at low elo in particular, so you might just keep abusing her.

Many times my teammates just straight up try to take a 1v3 when im there, I know there is no way we can win because im 1-1, my teammate is 1-9, and the three of them combined are 22-3. should i die with my teammate or run because he was stupid enough to engage on them?

i had only 2 runepages. straight ap and straight ad. I was an early game monster. I got like 28 ad and 36 ap from the start. I was bronze (and i still am) but it was so much fun
