: Mastery should be a judgement of you as an overall player with that champion, nit just for your tier. Else we'd have to have different mastery tokens for each individual rank relative to your MMR, which is silly. You should be able to look at a Shen with Mastery 7 and another with mastery 7 and say they are both very good, not very good for their respective Divisions.
Reading the full posting it talks about having different Mastery Token Boarders such as how we have Summoner Boarders for our rank. Also it isn't just Silver being compared to Silver, but the tier above and below them which is Bronze through Gold. Same for Gold being compared from Silver-Platinum ect.

You just claimed to be a Riven main, and tried to make a point of not being toxic because you haven't been chat banned since season 4, but you post this? This is toxic itself. Also Silver is not good, if you think you have room to act like this because you finally made silver you need to seriously look at how easy it is to make silver compared to anything above that. Even gold is not considered good when compared to high platinum and diamond players.

With one slight tweak. Somehow incorporating the banning system into team builder would make this perfect in my mind. I just hate going up against mirror matches mostly, but it would be nice to still be able to ban as well.

: first of all quinn and vayne are both adc. adc isnt the position on bot lane, but the designation "attack damage carry". in fact, theyre ranged adc as opposed to melee adc like yi, tryn, yasuo and fiora. and your team was confused, because quinn is usually a shitty bot lane adc who doesnt do well against most matchups against other adc/supports until midgame, where she starts playing like an assassin with valor. her default lane is top. you pick a champion who usually goes top lane, without telling them you want bot, you gonna get people confused.

Her default is not top. That is new "meta" and she still is RARELY played at all. I main Quinn with a mastery level of 7 and I earned that in bot lane as bot lane ADC. She counters almost all other marksmen in bot lane, anybody who says she sick bot lane just can't utilize her properly. I have been playing her near since release and done GREAT bot lane. It is annoying to be hearing this when I know it's not true. If you can't counter an enemy marksmen bot lane with Quinns ranged blind, her vision pulse, her passive, and her vault then I don't know what to tell you. She has great chase and her blind is PERFECT against enemy marksmen in bot laNE you just have to not suck at playing her and know when to engage and land your abilities. That is all.

Just to jump in here. You mention that Quinnipiac fails again't most matchallenging ups bot lane, but I man Quinnipiac bot lane and have achieved level 7 mastery. I hate playing her top, and I consider her blind to make her a very strong counter to almost all marksmen that go bot lane. If you can utilize her movement bursrt from her passive great for dodging skill shots, plus her vault is a slow, minor displacement that applies her mark. She is my bestime champ overall and my go to ADC in bot lane.
: Having performance categories for grades would be extremely helpful. Even showing averages for those categories would be more than fair, and would give a numerical and logical way for people to see what they need to improve on. "Oh, I got 150 CS this game but it says here the average on this champ for roughly this length game in this role is 200...that's probably why I didn't get an A" etc etc. These stats are already used to calculate grades, so why can't they just be displayed? Say you write a paper for school. You do your best on the paper, only to have it returned with a grade of B, and with no comments explaining what you did poorly enough to not get an A or what you did well enough to not get a C. That doesn't help you write a better essay next time. Feedback is key to improvement, and if the only feedback is "You played well enough to get this grade" then how is one supposed to improve and fix mistakes?

By no means is this accurate or anything but I would like to say if we could just get a system where it shows us something along the lines of "Rank B+" and then a grading chart that is color coordinated like "CS(Green) Kills(Green) Deaths(Red) Assists(Yellow) Gold(Green) with green meaning good red meaning bad and needs a lot of work and yellow meaning hey you were close but not giving any "specifics" like hey you needed to die exactly 4 less times and needed 2 more assists I think that would work so we can at least see and say "Oh ok so this is why I was given a B instead of *insert rank wanted here* so I just need to work on those areas until they are green and keep the others up, it would still promote players to get better, let them know where they did well and still make us want to win as well especially if winning factors into getting a good rank, though I don't believe it seems to as of right now.

: I personally thought URF Was tons of fun, although if they REALLY wanted to "Balance" it they'd have banned everyone except like, 3 champs. But I agree. I Personally would love to see a 3-player Co-op Campaign Level, which would let players Have a PLOT as well as a new Experience: A new map Specifically for a campaign. There'd be a Quest or 2, and a Boss at the end, Something Like Baron except Harder, and after that it's just taking a Nexus and it's GG MISSION COMPLETE
I don't really agree about the campaign idea. I am sorry, but to me a MOBA should only be multiplayer battle online since it is a Massive Online Battle Arena. That title to me just says that it is a player versus player environment as in you are on one side of the arena versus others. A campaign doesn't really fit into this type of game. That is more for games like Call of Duty, Halo, or other such games, but this game falls more along the lines of player versus player strategy. I don't really know of any other MOBA that does have a campaign, but I just don't see how it would fit. It isn't a MOBA style. Campaigns are more of real time strategy, first person & third person shooter, and puzzle games like Portal. Ultimately I don't see League as in need of a PLOT as you emphasized it, but that in a way of its own being a MOBA is the plot. You are a champion of the Rift defending your base against enemies while also trying to use random A.I. to get the advantage over those enemies.

How about instead of bringing back URF or bringing back something else that has already been done but slightly different like hexakill on twisted treeline we get a new fun gamemode again like when we first got URF or when we got Ascension. That would be nice. URF got old. It just took no skill. I am willing to bet that most of the people who are asking for URF back are probably the kind of people who like the senseless killing of a Call of Duty game. It just gets old but the players who enjoy it never see how dull it really is. Fun for a few games, but then you need something, anything with more substance to it. Something that is new and better, that takes more thought and is more strategic. Not just something requiring the intelligence of a chicken with its' head cut off. Just saying...
