: Asking for help is definitely a step in the right direction! Honestly, asking for help is the hardest step, and you'll feel relieved after you've actually gotten some help. This might be a good place to start. There are tons of people willing to help other players, and a lot of them are for free! (Don't ask for someone to look at your op.gg and tell you what to do better. It literally won't help anyone.) https://www.leaguecoaching.gg/ If your having trouble in laning phase, try these video's. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iko2tqmDpJQ As for getting out of bronze, The honest answer is; Farm Better. Die Less. This isn't a cut and dry response, but it's literally true. One level is worth about 700 gold in stats, on average. If you die, you are losing out on resources. You lose out on gold that minions would have given you. You lose out on experience, which your laners will have more of. You give your laners experience and gold when you die. You give your laners the opportunity to help another lane get ahead. If you don't die and just huddle under your tower.. You don't lose out on experience. You will miss out on some of the minion gold. Your laners won't get free experience and gold. Your laners will be forced to miss out on minion gold as well.. or expose themselves to an easy gank from your jungler. Sure, you might be behind after laning phase, but you won't be useless. Now for the actual last hitting on minions.. Take a look at this site. http://mullinator.com/tools/cscore If you are last hitting better then your opponent, you will get a huge advantage over them. Let's pretend you are the mid lane. Let's pretend neither of you kill each other. You have an amazing 90% cs score by 25 minutes. Your laner has a 70% cs score, and 2 kills from bot lane. He got first blood. (400 + 300) Who has more gold? You or him? Let's find out. You have around 9.5k gold, just from those farmed minions. Your laner has 8.1k gold from farmed minions, and an addition 700 gold from killing your bot lane. Your laner has around 8.8k gold.. and probably around the same experience as you. He gained some experience in bot lane, but lost experience from the missed minions. Now let's be real. If you adjust this same problem down to 15 minutes in the game, same ratio's. You will have about the same amount of gold as your laner. So sure, his bot lane gank put behind your bot lane, and is causing havoc down there because they are down in experience and gold. If you were of to matched your mid laners gank into bot lane "counter gank", in most cases you win. You have more farm then your opponent at that point, and you'll either exchange kills in the bot lane, or everyone will back up and nobody gains anything. Of course.. since your stronger then your mid lane due to your excellent farming, it's very possible that your counter gank will simply kill off their team down there. It all depends. League is about securing objectives. The more gold you have, the more chances you have to secure those objectives. The more objectives you get, the higher chance your team has to win. When you are ahead in gold/objectives, your main objective is to keep that lead and push it down the enemy team's throat and continue making your lead bigger and bigger off of their mistakes. Either they give their tower up and defend the next one, or they die and lose their tower. The tower is going down in both cases, there's no point in dying and giving up all those resources I explained earlier. Don't allow a coinflip chance to decide whether you are going to win a fight or take an objective. If you are not 75% sure or higher that you can take an objective, don't do it. If your 50/50 on it, don't go in. Wait a few minutes until you find something that is a sure thing. In all likelyhood your opponent will make a 50/50 call, and make a mistake. Well anyways.. that was a lot of information for someone who gave me no information to work on.. and just kind of turned into a rant. xD Good luck. (This info is coming from a Silver V) Cheers, Xikini

Granted I'm a bronze, but I tend to avoid small skirmishes, farm up, be there for team fights (I don't like leaving my team high and dry may pick up some assist gold to help me get back in the game), and help with towers and dragons (defending or taking them). If a lane is pushed in to a tower I try to go there and farm it, not just my lane any lane, after lane phase of course.
okay thank you for all the information, and tips. ill make great use of them.

Generally yes. When I support I throw a pink in river or drag pit entrance (and both are typically warded) and the tri bush on blue side, and one in the brush in a bush in lane (because supports like to hide in there and the gank from the lane happens) and one near the bot side red or blue (depending on side). warding those locations, I've already used my 4 wards. If a support doesn't have sight stone they don't have the ability to ward bot lane to be safe from ganks. But if you know where everyone else is on the other team with out the wards go ahead. Also, adcs should by a pink and/ or green wards if they have spare gold and item slots. This helps so much. If you upgrade the trinket to normal wards or the pink ward form this also helps your team (mostly jungler and support) if you have a shot caller they can make better calls because they can make more informed decisions.
so then i need more map awareness and if possible buy the green/pink ward to help ward the place to help from ganks. but if i dont have the money at the start then the trinket works just as fine as long as i upgrade it later in game. i have had a few games were i end up feeding is there a way that i can get back up from that?

If you have a good support that will help ward, peel, and initiate fights for you. If they buy a Doran's ring and no sight stone, bot lane is going to be ugly. For reference I'm a support main that's currently working on my adc game.
okay. so if my support does not get sight stone then should be more timid about my plays?
: In the lobby(where you pick your champs) You would say: "ADC pref" if you wanted to play ADC. I recommend at least learning two roles that you are extremely comfortable on, just in case someone else decides to take ADC. Some times you will be first pick(the top spot in the lobby, first pick is the one that gets to ban champions and pick who they want to play first.) and play what you want, and sometimes you will be last pick, and have to pick after all your other teammates, so it's nice to know more than one role. I hope this helps :)
okay thanks. that was a lot of help.

: You play 10 games in ranked. You will be placed in either bronze12345 silver12345 or gold5. When you become placed you will start at 0 LP, To move up a division one must gain 100lp by winning games. Losing too many games at 0LP will cause you to demoted to a lower tier. Upon reaching 100lp you will play a series where you must win 2 out of 3 games to go up a division. When reaching The first division you will qualify for your promotions to the next tier where you will have to play and win 3 out of 5 game.
so what if i wanna main adc? how would that work?
