Im saying the issues are related in that the leadership of Riot Games is mislead and it both affects the HR department, and the development team.

Losing 4% of a company's employees is a HUGE loss in any capacity. It also reflects the irresponsibility of the company in both its inability to deal with the allegations, and to keep its employees. Like I said, I have a BIT of ground to stand on. I have like, one toe of solid knowledge to stand on but the point is is that the basics shine through all masterworks.

: Anyone miss the old original kit on some champions?
The only two champions I felt that did not need to be reworked purely because the skill and type of playstyle with them was more of a neech role. The two being Galio and Vladamir. The main reason Vlad got reworked was because of riot streamlining the items and removing spellvamp. Galio got gutted due to low playrqte and einrate but people didn't understand that maxing his old e was stupid free damage and mobility that made him a real antimage rather than a tank with an overstacked kit. I also miss old morde and gp, but their kits were kind of like a coinflip depending on circumstance. Play old gp right you win by gold advantage no question.

: I miss how strategic this game used to be
The game is about what Riot wants you to play, and if your not playing that you may as well kys and assume the role of an afk cadaver because the next 20-45 minutes will be the same experience weather you win or lose your lane, you inevitably lose.

: I miss how strategic this game used to be
The day Riot decided to start designing what should be meta and what is strongest (IE juggernaut meta>tank meta>all the other shit after that) is the day League started to become a not fun game. Taking the power of how a person should play their videogame also removes the ability for the person to have fun in the way they want to. You simply cannot have fun, win a game, and play something not meta into something meta if you are the strongest person on your team.

: I miss how strategic this game used to be
The game is more reliant on who you pick, rather than how well you can play them. So long as you can play well enough to not int and just use your abilities you will win if you have the right champion.

: Riot Games, Tencent, the future of League, and Mobile Chinese games: IMPORTANT PLEASE READ(RITOLORE)
Who needs to destroy it? I think they are just getting ready to make a league version for mobile by either bending riots arm or slowing turning league simpler and more mobile like. I doubt they will canabalize league as a PC game because it's good as that, I don't doubt that they would tear league down a few notches to get them to expand in a direction they want.
: Given how easily Heal is countered by Ignite, Barrier should reduce all incoming damage for 4 seconds on top of the original 2 seconds of shield (sorta like how Cleanse grants 65% tenacity for a few seconds after activation).

Thats where I think it might get too strong on tanks. 4 seconds can be a long time, imagine barrier on a full tank Sion, that boi would be unstoppable lol. Thats why I think the reduction should only be applied to the shield, it also kinda rings true to the idea of a barrier which is cool.

: Has tencent asked riot to kill its own game for its own future ?
To shed some light on this interesting subject, Riot and Tencent have a bad blood relationship together despite what the news and things may say for one big reason, when Tencent aquired League's majority sharehold in 2011 by 70%, they wanted to turn league of legends into a mobile game and market it into the chinese market, water down the games mechanics and playability so that children could play it and add ingame currency all that stuff. Riot fought back against this and eventually Tencent had to abandon the intellectual properties of League for their mobile game and made their own under the name of "Honor of Kings", the issue was that Tencent kept all of the mechanics, champion syles, gameplay elements, and designs for the game directly from League. In the end Riot filed a lawsuit against the majority shareholder of their company for stealing intellectual property from Riot. It makes a lot of sense why Tencent may be sending League of Legends to a grave after digging deeper on this, I think they want to burn League as a PC game, and then convert it to mobile so they can market it. We have all seen all of the other failing MOBA games for mobile around made from China, they are already trying to get the idea they just dont have the name.

: I am now a Forumer, NOT a Summoner
Id happily return to the days where games took 35-40 minutes, lots of things were fun, and usually the last teamfight determined the game. Id rather a single good player be able to win the game for his team, than a single bad player be able to lose the game for his team by the simple fact of the bad player being a bad player, the hell are they going to do about it that game? It has become too easy to cheese and abuse the damage.

: Yasuo Players are Actually Good!
League is a basic formula of how good your basic mechanics are factored by what champion you are playing. The multiplier is your skill, the static equation is your champion, your skill always determines how good you will play and your champion pick will be what determines the rest for the most part.
: Riot should be held to a much harsher requirement to balance the game
It feels like the game is at a point where it cannot decide if it wants to be a fun game or an esport. I think they should go back to being a balanced and simple moba game because thats what made them the number 1 multiplayer game in the world above convoluted crap like dota 2 where you can get 1 shot from a screen away and everything is super difficult to grasp because the mechanics of the game are all over the place. But now I feel like league is looking more and more like dota 2 with too much damage, too many things to follow, and too little independence in the game.
: I think it's just a less interesting spell than heal. You shouldn't be rewarded for positioning poorly to be honest. What might be more interesting is if barrier boosted your damage by a %, so that champions that are meant to jump into the middle of a fight can do more, eg. Fiddlesticks

Fiddlesticks I guess that would be interesting but the point of barrier, or what the point use to be is that it is like heal but a bit stronger defensively; in other words, a shield. Atm, its a bad karma shield lol
