: The thing with Ahri is that the overwhelming majority of her statistical success come from her mains. This is similar to how old Zyra's 52%+ winrate was attributed solely to the few people with 125+ games. Ahri is a champion with a high amount of avg games played on her, so most of her stats will be from people who play her a significant amount. I've been everywhere between silver 4 and D4, I can tell you from experience that most people go from playing Ahri to syndra, lux, oriana and katarina because they have significantly more reliable carry potential. Also a huge aspect of carrying in higher elos is a source of an aoe nuke. Ahri is more of a single target assassin due to her q being the only aoe source of damage in her kit, and even that is pretty unnoticeable in a teamfight. Ahri has pretty low base values, making her pretty item dependent. Other popular champions like syndra lux and katarina all have higher base values than normal champions, and they all scale really hard into the late game. Ahri tends to fall off once a mr item comes out from the other team. Ahri can only 100-0 another champion if she gets some good ap, it really seems like the people in this board are only talking about fed Ahri's when it comes to damage. Quit acting like Ahri is on the same tier as someone like vi, hecarim, kha, rengar, syndra, vayne or cait please, it is all too common for an Ahri to go something like 12-1 but not be able to win just because the other team picked better champions that Ahri cannot kill in 3 rotations of abilities.
lux ill agree is totally freaking busted. However ahri scales harder than kat and syndra simply because she can actually do something in teamfights (you can say syndra can instakill enemy adc but unless the adc is trash she isn't going to be able to get close enough.)

The fact that you used ghostblade in an example build for your "why draven shouldn't be buffed" post is proof you know absolutely nothing about draven's current state. ATM hes the 2nd worst adc next to kalista because he IS FORCED to build crit because they removed the AS on ghostblade which makes it useless on him. The ghostblade build was all his power, he cant build it so he is forced to build the standard adcs, except he cannot do anything with runans like all the good adc's. So he is forced to build the same items as other adc's that he does not scale as well off of. Also me a draven main and also CHALLENGER draven mains build the crit build every game, bc is unviable compared to it. TL;DR draven needs buffs because his itemization was completely gutted.

: Caitlyn is weak to burst and has high cooldowns on her abilities. Caitlyn is also weak to people with gap closers since her escape is a skillshot and can be missed. She suffers midgame but excels in zoning. Due to her midgame nature, games with Caitlyn usual end at 20-30 minutes with Cait losing or 30-40+ with Cait winning. Please understand the game before you complain.
What adc isn't weak to burst? Her cooldowns are average at best. Once again, every adc is weak to champs with gap closers but unlike somebody like {{champion:22}} {{champion:119}} {{champion:110}} {{champion:29}} she has a thing to GET AWAY from the champion with the gap closer. Yeah cait isn't very strong mid game but unlike before her rework she isn't WEAK mid game. Please understand listing general counters to adc's does not work when we are talking specifically about 1 adc before you use stupid logic to refute anything.
