Yeh when this was in worlds G2 Vs SKT the game i saw G2 WIn ...i literally felt so bad for SKT they couldnt stop a ryze from splitting... an AP mage splitting .... it took more than 1 person to deal with him due to damage and some tankiness on top of his ult and TP its easy to get baited by it as if you go to rotate to him he TPs or ults .... just pure broken this guy should be an AP mage in team fights repositioning and not splitting .... SKT had a good early lead but couldnt do anything due to how much pressure this one single champ can do ..... the champion choice won the game and thats not right

Honestly - its not specifically the champion .... its the elements around him Assasins in general are very strong ... there used to be a time having more than 1 assasin in game was risky now assasins are very common in a lot of games due to runes and items specifically lethality ... I believe what gave shaco his increase in win rate was the need to not need to be rushing tiamat since his W now has an AOE clear Imo the lethaility items need to be looked at which they are in next season so when they get changes we then need to judge them

i understand the pain I used to be an Azir main ... whilst most may say but hes the same he is not He has had his range reduced and his entire existence is to exist around the shurima shuffle ... he plays like a battle mage going in due to how awkward his range is .... When they changed him they asked remove mobility in favour of keeping range or remove range in favour of mobility .... community from posts i saw mainly wanted mobility removed ... yet the opposite happened ... he was nerfed again back to the point before his mini rework so he is now at square one again with a range nerf and miniscule damage due to how strong shuffle is Azir doesnt feel like an emperor anymore... he lost that magical essence .... i would like him to be reworked around the removal of mobility but i really cant see it happening at all ....

Can i just say though ..... it spawns late into a game and before it was strong because obviously increased the power of dragons you already had as well as provide TRUE damage so that true damage stacking with dragons was strong i think people forget how much damage elder could provide - the elder change is roughly the same except its more consistent I like this change because although its very powerful its late game and has the chance to bring back losing teams into the game... Fed enemy team havebaron control? no problem we can trade for elder instead as theres no way of contestong and elder gives us a fighting chance Fed enemy going for elder? damage charts arent accurate tbh lets say you have a karthus ult that does 500 magic damage with his ult alone and you have a malzhar which does 500 magic damage to a single target The karthus would do more damage... why ? because it hits more than 1 target so if it hits all 5 targets karthus ult did 2500 for the damage charts compared to malz who did 500 With yuumi its similar with her ult being really hard to avoid - dont forget they are building AP as well so it should be high

What they should have done to made blitz the ultimate hooker is just rather than buff range ... nerf pyke and naut who are already too strong ... The good balance team in the past would have done this as they barely buffed and just focused on nerfing to bring champs down in a line ... its clearly obvious these champs are too strong yet no nerf just buff blitz.... hence the power creep of today... the balance team seem to not know what champions should do what IMO Squishy carries should be high damage but easy to kill Tanks should be hard to kill with low damage absorbing damage for the team Bruisers/fighters should be the inbetween... they can get in there deal good damage not high but good but also survive quite a bit by sustaining through or just some tankiness (this class offers the defence of a tank and the damage of a carry which is why this class is broken af)

Mainly Q because its all round good Poke damage slow and pick potentional which works well with ganks You dont really need to max heal as youre able to win trades with Q max damage as well as the passive shiled which you should be abusing as much as possible Heal is only good in one situation of just literally healing any damage taken but with teh shiled passive preventing this and your Q poking them down you should be the threat not them but dont forget that because of teh free point in W youre able to get an early second point in heal anyway and with it being a % missing HP heal its already strong

The reasoning for his buff was for him to be THE hook champ not naut or pyke etc This is where the problem is ... In the past the champions doing too well would have been nerfed such as damage but instead of this they keep these champions too strong and add another to the list Even vanguards designed to do well vs them and disengage well dont seem to be doing well at all

: getting to 40%(45%) cdr isnt the issue. in previous seasons before runes reforged alot of people took flat cdr runes for +7.5% cdr at lvl 1 and got to 40% cdr no problem. if you take cosmic insight for the +5% cdr at lvl 1 and to extend the cap to 45% and if you take cdr per lvl in the flex runes you only start out at 6% at lvl 1. if you take transcendence it dont give any cdr til lvl 10 so if you take all 3 at lvl 10 you will have 18-19% cdr with no items the issue lies is where you arent handicapped by maxing or over buying cdr like in times past. by taking transcendence you get adaptive damage for having over 40% cdr. this is the issue i feel. hell i take it on maokai going primary resolve tree with 2ndary transcendence and max out cdr and get free ap for doing so. i typically in a 30 min game end up with about 102 ap with out buying ap items. (transcendence and gathering storm ) and get to have tons of cdr and be tanky so either transcendence needs to be have the 10% cdr at lvl 10 taken away or have the adaptive force gain nerfed.

With that understanding then, although I don't agree with it, I can still say you should've expected it as its nothing new. Not sure how fed the syndra was, but I'm sure if the roles were reversed, brand would 1 shot syndra as well.

i did make a post about this a couple of months ago but i was told no shes fine I still honestly believe she isnt ... the damage is slightly high but my main concern is that when she charms you.. youdont know which direction to run ... you cant build vs her due to charm acting like a void staff and her E applying on hits with % damage and lich bane However my main problem isnt the damage its counterplay... riot have nerfed vision which people have forgot about and what annoys me even more the the Q proccing charm.. even if you dodge the Q the auto targetting Qs still proc charm which i dont believe they should ...

Im seeing a lot of comments saying you should play zoe and youll understand weakness or she cant burst in this situation and more the simple fact is Zoe has a kit of play safer bigger reward ie low risk high reward - it should always be high risk high reward nothing else she plays further back or hiding behind walls out of sight to get long range E Q comboes off which chunks so much health and the worth part is that these are basc abilities On top the the broken mechanic of playing safer to get big reward she has the ability to take summoner spells for extra utility and damage .... Her R is also slightly problematic as yes its used to get furtehr Qs off but the diving closer is the riskiest thing she has to do but then it sends her back to the start so if she gets caught in CC shes back to where she started ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Zoe has a kit that cannot be defending ... its not a case of you should play her or she cant burst in this situation the fact is damage aint the issue its how shes dealing this damage thats an issue no number balancing will fix her ... she needs a fat rework or deleting

Just a thought FOr the past however long i can remember, damage has been high... tanks are failing to tank even malphite lately.... he should scale well with armour but im seeing many AP builds instead... I feel like also divers should dive in and survive with good defence and offence options but they seem to dive and easily kill such as jarvan and jax.... kinda feels like theyre assasins without escapes... Onto the subject of assasins it used to be at least 1 would be viable and to have more would be very risky.... however multiple assasins are existing almost every game building the same build and with a couple of kills they snowball easily and thanks to high damage little counterplay... For example with blue kayn many times have players experienced this guy running at high speeds through walls and quickly dealing massive damage with W Q and an R to finish... what could be the counterplay to that? especially if youre an immobile champion which is hard to dodge his W... We might be able to say dodge W but considering CDs its not really a viable option.. Same with Zed.. he gets a couple of kills and can easily kill with a W E Q W auto ignite electrocute... The ult is mainly used as a dodging tool such as to dodge malph ult or fiora W... its second tool is as a second gap closer.. I kidna feel like assasins should feel strong and able to kill but to do it so easily and without ults feels too much (but these are just a couple of examples) .... an ult should be their main killing tool A standard tank build is inferior to a diver with Steraks cleaver hydra maw etc ( these HP items with damage) the shields they get on top of the HP and maybe a standard tank item makes them much more tankier and with damage than a normal tank.... The only tanks who feel viable are the ones that deal good damage simply because when theyre in the fight theyre not tanking damage theyre killing to lower the damage they take... Finally CD ... CD is too common and should be lowered ...... maybe remove CD from some damage items and give them to tank items i do not know But i do know one thing ... damage is just too high, mobility is everywhere and a small champion pool being viable isnt good either... Any light on changing this?

I get that when tehyre meta theyre disgusting to deal with hence conqueror and making divers viable so why not reduce their damage and actually make them damage absroebrs? that would make their laning horrible and slow ... so if theres a way for damage to be good early enough to lane but then fall off in favour of defence... it should happen .... Items would be perfect for this like stoneplate ... you deal less damage for the tradeoff of being tanky ... Id love to see negative stats ... like this item grants +100 armour , 3-00 HP and -15% Damage as an example problem is atm as well the items that actually make you survive long enough are teh ones which come with damage ... steraks, maw, GA and cleaver ... these items give you the ability to survive burst but give you damage as well to enable you to kill before dying ...

Considering the high mobility around and the fact malz has none ... its a good anti mobility ult .... keep it as it is
