I'm not a personal fan of it, this may just be me being a low tier idiot, but I don't see the appeal of me having to channel my boots for 1.5 seconds only to have it immediately end as soon as my poison touches someone. I also can't use it while my poison is on someone due to that counting as being in combat and I must be out of combat. It's a great keystone for getting in there, not so much getting away. While yes I can take this to activate it before running into the enemy team and flinging the ADC into my team, I'm usually split pushing so I'm not often in the team fights and even if I was, that means that I can't activate my poison until after I fling them unless I want to lose the buff before then (unless they are bad positioning and in the front, but then I don't really need the speed buff) Not to mention that, as I said, I'm not sure of all the specifics of all of these, If someone is poisoned and then I activate it, does it immediately end and deal them the extra damage? If my poison is toggled on and then I activate it, does it count on my currently toggled on poison or is it not active on that poison trail since it started before I activated the buff and I can use it on my fling? I don't know specifics. My main point is that I'm almost always counted as in combat so the speed buff will rarely be active, unless I'm running away without my poison on (but then I'm kinda defeating the purpose of being singed).

: New Champion Idea: Glitch
I just want to say that I love the main concept of this, the idea of a sentient character that is quite literally a glitch sounds like fun, these are some of my ideas on a couple of ways to change it to where you still have the randomness while giving it some reliability Passive- While I love the idea of a constantly changing passive, I feel having it based on all of the champions passives is a bit to much, some passive have the whole kit built around them (for example Rumble and Kalista), instead, I feel that he should have a pool of passives, they could be a mix of champions passive, or you could have them all be unique passives that may just add to his randomness (you could get simple ones that increases his Q's Range or makes his allies move faster through it like Orianna's W, or you could get more complex ones that could have him mark enemies and do bonuses to them with his abilities, having a vast range of simplicity and complexity). This way you still have randomness idea and you will possibly want to reroll to get something else, but they are made for Glitch specifically. Basically, you still have the randomness aspect, but you have less weirdness or interactions that make no sense (rumble and kalista). Q- love this ability, nothing I would change W- This one is weird, while I love the name and the idea of it, you will really only want it up for a second at most. It takes you out of the fight and you still be taking damage on top of already draining your health. I'd almost say that it would be better similar to anivia's wall with a poppy W on it, where you can place it and take out a part of the game no one can move into it or use a mobility ability to go through it, only option is to flash through it. It could even have the yorick W's bonus effect of your allies walking through it to stop trolling (unless you want that). E- This one is probably my least favorite part of this kit. It just seems to be something that doesn't very fun to use. I just see it as you will be constantly rerolling it until you get a keystone. Since you already have to be rerolling the passive and the ultimate, I feel that this should be a unique ability on it's own, probably like the W or Q. I don't have any strong idea's on what it could be though. Maybe giving all allies or enemies in a certain area a random buff/debuff. (one press could be him giving all allies 30% attack speed, while another would give all opponents a 20% slow, or maybe make them nearsighted for 0.5 seconds). That's just a really rough basic idea though. R- This I would make similar to the passive, have a random list of ultimates that are all related to Glitch, one could be he scambles all the abilities of the enemy team (for example, their R could be put to their W key) for a couple of seconds. He could jump into and infect an enemy and turn on friendly fire for them (make the Brand, Vel'koz, and amumu actually think about ulting for a change, hit everyone in an area and cause differences in the screen (make cracks appear in the screen, random 0's and 1's appear all over), this is another where you still have the randomness, but they are in tune with what the character is. It could even be that certain ones work better on certain characters, so he will have to think on who he will be ulting. I'd say maybe around 15-20 different passives, around the same for the E, and 5-10 different ultimates. Also I'd really love for them to have special interactions with mordekaiser and azir, something similar to "oh, have they STILL not fixed all the bugs I gave you?" Again, just my ideas, take them as you will, one of my main points is that I still want to keep somewhat of the theme of randomness. As you said, once you get a passive and E you want you don't have to reroll them, While this lets you keep the passive that you want, the E and R still keep the randomness. hopefully this can give you some inspiration for something or you could completely ignore it. Thank you for reading and sorry it's so long or if you hate it and it's too far from what you envisioned.
: Why is Evelyn losing her AD scalings?
By god do I love playing AD Evelynn, It's where I get most of my wins with her and she's honestly my main AD jungler.... I'm keeping my fingers crossed on that leak not being 100% accurate. I know she wasn't originally designed for it (the whole recommended item section and all) but that was number 3 on things I wanted her to keep. (number 1 was the stealth and number 2 was the Q)
: If you could delete one thing
unbalance or toxicity
: Champion Concept: Vera
Just me going off the top of my head so stats and cooldowns are more just me saying if they should be up quick, moderate, or very long and such, not exactly what they should be. Hopefully this gives you some inspiration or something, sorry if this seems like a grab bag of other abilities, just me giving some ideas. Also I'm terrible with coming up with names of abilities Passive- Every 40-20 seconds Vera's next 2 auto attacks (one for each crossbow assuming she has one on her other hand) gains bonus magic damage and applies Soul Shatter to enemies hit for a period of time. Whenever Vera hit's with an ability or auto attack, the cooldown of this goes down by a couple of seconds. Q- Vera fires a piercing bolt in a direction, going through minions (medium distance, little longer then auto attack range), if an enemy champion is hit, they are slowed for a short while and the bolt sticks in them for a period of time, as long as the enemy struck is in a certain distance (think like a leblanc or karma chain, maybe not the same distance, but the idea of an area around you), your passive recharges faster, if your passive activated while the bolt is still in the enemy, they immediately are soul shattered and take damage. W- Passive- Soul Shattered enemies are revealed on the map. Active- Vera gains increased attack speed for a moderate amount of time, Soul Shattered enemies hit during this period takes bonus damage, (don't know if it would be %max or a flat amount) E- Vera jumps a short distance in a direction and fires two bolts, one at the start of the movement and one at the end of the movement. These bolts apply on hit effects. Soul Shattered enemies are slowed by X% for a couple of seconds. (you could also do something like, the first hit slows, if they are hit by the second they are stunned or something similar) R- Vera's either throws a magical circle (size of around a max range Fizz ult) or summons one a small to medium direction away, after 2-4 seconds, the circle erupts and damages all enemies inside, Soul Shattered enemies nearby the circle are pulled towards it. The main idea is working around your passive, in which you are stronger against enemies that are affected by it, while you can somewhat control it with your abilities shortening it for you, there will be windows where it just went down for counterplay, while also making Vera scary to fight if you are affected by the debuff. The Q and W help you get your passive up while your E is your main mobility. Again, just some ideas. Hope this helps you in someway and thank you for reading.
: Riot give singed a buff/change?
Please understand that this is just my opinion, I've only done 4 placement games (won 3) so I'm probably bronze 3-2 so I understand that my opinion means very little, this is my view on singed (I only have rank mastery 5 on him, trying to get 6 and 7, wish me luck!) Here's the TL:DR Pros Pretty good at splitpushing decent farming under-tower meaning that his tower can usually stay for a long time Fling is a very good ability Poison Trail, just Poison Trail, mind games, deceptive damage, and punishment Ultimate, definitely could use work, but raw stats are powerful (granted not really engaging and all that stuff) Cons Passive, I'll get to this in a second He loses lane against, I'd say at least 90% of top laners (not that he gets crushed, but he just won't be dominating or getting a bunch of kills, it's hard for to go even, much less get ahead) His adhesive just feels like a worthless ability, I understand the combo with the fling, but since slow doesn't feel impactful, he has to stop for a moment to use it, and his damage is from his poison trail and not from auto attacks so he can't use it to catch up and wallop on them, just lead them. Now I guess I'll just talk through my opinion on everything (sorry if this makes little sense/has no flow/doesn't help you in the slightest) Part of me wants them to not change Singed, I like playing him and knowing that very few other people play him decently well, adding to the "how do I play against this guy?" factor to the opponent. Changing him would be bringing him to people's attentions, for better or worse, and will make him more frequent. However, I don't believe that a champion should buy 3 dark seals and have that be the "viable" build for early game. I understand why and it's synergy, but I feel that it's wrong/weird that a champ buys 3 of a starting item so that they do better. (again, I understand the reason and everything, just something that doesn't sit right with me). Here are what I believe is the main problem with singed. Hidden Power We have quite a few champs around now that have very visible and defining things, we know that some abilities and passive are shown to be either deadly or powerful as well as being a defining feature that we notice when we think of that champion (Fizz's Playful/Trickster, Jhin's 4th shot, Yasuo's double crit and dash). With Singed, you think of his poison trail and fling. Which, while those are what should be his defining characteristics, but they are backed up by his passive and ultimate so well (and even his W although it pains me to say that). his passive is one of the worst passives in the game, but it helps him so much. Free stats are annoying and usually unnoticeable, which he 25% mana to health is definitely unnoticeable, but it gives him so much extra bulk. While you can balance him to give him that as just his base health, when you buy a righteous glory or for those who but rod of ages (I don't but some people might), that's free health. I feel that the passive definitely needs a change, but don't think that it's worthless. Next is his ult, this ultimate is extremely powerful, but it has the same faults as his passive, it's free stats and not really noticeable (granted the cracking of glass/snow machine + the movement speed helps a tiny bit, but they don't show the stat buff). It can save his skin in so many circumstances, but it doesn't look the part of an ultimate at all. I honestly don't have any real ideas on changes, if you give him a game-changing passive or ult they may have to change his whole kit, which I don't want. His Q and E are his defining abilities, they don't need many changes, they would need to find a passive and an ultimate with equal power to what he has. Sorry if this didn't do much, just me trying to explain why he's a bit tricky to balance. Granted I could be entirely wrong and not know a thing.

: Brand Support. (advice please :])
I've never faced a Sion support so I can't help you with that, sorry. I do play Brand sup and have faced it a couple of times and here's my advice on it (please note that 1. I'm an unranked lvl 30 and 2. I'm not very good at the game) Positioning/Mobility are brands main weaknesses. Brand's main harass tool is W, while it is fairly quick it does have a delay and he always does the same animation as well as a noise (as do most abilities but you know what I mean). If you can try to figure out those it can help you with realizing whats happening and may help your reactions. The big thing is that it has a delay, dodge the W, you dodge a decent chunk of damage. It does have a decent range and he'll usually do it when you want to CS if you are an ADC. You don't want to be someone with low mobility or has a delay on abilities (Jhin's W and Thresh's Q) since he can just full combo you. His E is point in click but has a somewhat small range, if he starts walking towards you more then usual it means he's probably going to use it. His Q can be deadly or worthless. If he lands the stun, you're usually hurting, but if you dodge it, then that's another ability that's worthless. This is another one that I usually try to use point blank. The next big positioning thing is that Brand loves it when the ADC and Sup stay next to each other. You generally want to stay a decent way away from each other, enough to where you can help each other, but further enough to where if things get bad and his passive activates or he R's, you can not kill each other. (yes that is a very fine line between being too close and too far, just comes with practice and which champions). The big thing is just having to dodge the Q and the W. I know that he can be frustrating but it's just having to adapt, if you want try Soraka against him, then it comes down to if Soraka can hit more Q's then Brand can hit W's. Supports that give there ADC no health or large shields also don't do well against him. Those are just my main points, hope this helped a little and sorry if some information is completely worthless, thank you for reading.
: Does anyone have that one champion they never tilt when playing?
Singed is the one I never tilt on weirdly. I've had to face Azir, Gnar, and almost any time I pick him I face Teemo. Yet I'm always having a fun or relaxed time with him.

Range is your friend against him. > > Annie- I can agree that she is aggravating to face, but I wouldn't say she's OP, her main weakness is either having more range then her (Azir), or having a lot of escapes or dodging abilities (Zed), If she has 3 to 4 on her utility bar, be careful due to her being able to "surprise you" by quickly hitting abilities to get to Surprise Stun Tibbers! > > Brand- I personally play Brand support so while I can't speak for the mid players of him, I can give a rough estimate, brand needs to hit all 3 of his abilities (or a complete ult) on someone to get his passive to kick off. The most difficult ability to hit with him is usually the Q if the opponent plays smart. Brand has 2 skill shots, one a linear single target, the other a giant AOE with a slight delay, try to bait the W before going in to cs due to that being the time that he will try to use it on you. If he misses one of the skill shots, his damage just decreased quite a lot, I'd say people like Katarina or Talon, who can jump on him to dodge skill shots, would work great against him, but again, I haven't played him mid. > > Darius- Range Range Range Range Range, I cannot express this enough (disengage works to). If you can bait Darius's grab, he can't engage on you until it's back. So if you are ranged, that's the time to strike, you will have to play around his cooldowns and you definitely don't want to play passive champions (Nasus) against him if you don't have the range to do it. If he does land the pull, make sure to stick next to him, around 80% of the time Darius players will instantly Q because they think you will be running away so they can hit you with the most damage. People like Vayne and Quinn can do pretty good if you can dodge the pull. > > Ekko- You need to have awareness to do better against Ekko. Make sure to keep an eye on him due to the fact that he loves to walk away, W and then walk back in. His Q has a low cooldown so I'd say try to stay away from your minions so he has to choose between harass or cs. Make sure to also keep an eye on his clone as that does a giant amount of damage and try to do trades where he can only hit you 2 times (around the time directly after his Q). > > Fiora- A big part of Fiora's damage comes from the vitals and her ult. If you have a vital in an unwanted/easy to hit location, back off, and have it reappear on the opposite side/someone where it's harder to hit. If you have any disengage I'd suggest using it as soon as she ults you and not bothering to trade unless you are 100% sure you can kill her before she can hit all the vitals. > > Fizz- I can agree wholeheartedly that Fizz is beyond annoying and can be seen as OP, the main thing you have to do is play passive, if a jungler tries to gank him for you, try to have whichever one of you has the weaker CC first, so you increase the chance of hitting the followup stronger CC. Also try to work around his cooldowns, Once Fizz does him combo, he doesn't have much left other then his W (I think it's his W that does the %missing health damage). Wager if it's worth the fight and then follow up on it. > > Garen- I've been hurt by this champ so many times on my way to level 30, here is how I deal with Garen, (sorry, this one will be longer then the others) > > 1. If you have a slow, use it as soon as he Q's, his Q is his only real engage so if you stop that, you get to choose when the fight happens. > > 2. If you are the villain, don't trade, just poke or do light skirmishes. The damage the villain bonus does slowly acts up, the less he can do to you while it's up, the better. > > 3. While very hard to pull off, Garen's ult does have a slight start up time (you see him pick up his sword and kinda talk a kneel) if your reactions are good, you can flash away or use something (Kayle Ult, Kindred Ult, Zhoyna, ect...) to make it useless (granted I think flashing away doesn't put it on cooldown). > > 4. Poke Poke Poke Poke Poke, I can not stress this enough, his passive only turns on if he hasn't taken damage in awhile, so if you keep giving him some damage as often as you can, he can't get it to turn on. > > I'd say champs like Kayle, Singed, Gnar, and to some extent Mundo can do decent against him. (Kayle can turn range mode, can Q him and W herself if he uses his Q, and can ult herself if he's about to ult.) (Singed can turn on most of his abilties before the silence from Garen's Q hits him, and if you click E and him while he's charging at you, you will take the damage and be silenced, but you will still fling him behind you, making him lose the initiate and possibly putting him in a bad spot.) (Gnar takes away Garen's advantage of only having cooldowns and no source bar and also has a good poke (Gnar's Q) to keep Garen's passive down, Gnar's W speed up and Q slow will help get away from Garen's engage, and mega gnar can give so much CC fast that he can use it and get out before Garen can do anything about it, Mundo has his Q to stop Garen's Q, and overall better regen and more health then Garen) > > So that's my advice for Garen. (again, sorry that it was so long) > > > Illaoi- I've yet to figure out a way to deal with her other then dodge the E and don't fight near tentacles. Always make sure that you are as far away from her and her nearest tentacle so she can't E then W. If she waits to long to R, it can be made worthless so that's something, but yeah, I don't have much on her yet. > > Irelia- Play passive, her built in tenacity is annoying but can be worked around. Don't do skirmishes, if she has lower health then you then she will usually jump right back in with the stun, her ult doesn't do a whole lot of damage usually so while it's worry some, it isn't as big as some other champion's ults. > > Malzahar- (I wonder if you could take cleanse and buy a quicksilver sash on him and see if you could get other people to ragequit...) (also didn't he just get nerfed?) POKE, from what I know of Malzahar, he usually does well against melee characters, So ranged characters like Lux and Syndra who can constantly put down poke on him until they can just burst him with everything else. You don't want to be to close to him due to him being primarily mid ranged so Azir will probably be able to farm from a good distance if you want to be passive. Also, slight thing, BUY A QUICKSILVER SASH TO STOP HIS ULT. Yes, you will still take damage as long as you stand on the circle, but you won't be locked down. > > Riven- You need to make her go negative in lane, there are a couple of ways to do that, play passive until the jungler ganks her repetatly and you kill her until she rage quits. Or you somehow out damage her early game/mid game with enough sustain or raw damage to kill her, this is risky because you do give the chance to snowball her but it is a possibility. > > Swain- Morellonomicon and Mortal Reminder, Morellonomicon and Mortal Reminder, Morellonomicon and Mortal Reminder, hey, have I mentioned Morellonomicon and Mortal Reminder yet? Besides the obvious items that hurt his sustain, Swain is primarily a mid ranged poke mage (like Mazahar), Keep the range and stay out of his Q and W circle and you should do decent. > > Veigar- Wait, this guy's broken? Guess I've been playing him wrong... Jokes about how bad I am at Veigar aside, Veigar is like a more squishy, versatile Nasus, he will primarily focus on farming but will try to hit with his W to get stacks, if you see him use his E, try to stay closer to a corner, usually a veigar will try to drop the W directly on you so you can walk to the other end and dodge it, if he drops it in the center, then you have a chance of just dodging it. If you dodge the W he does lose a big amount of damage. If you can invade his space (Zed and Fizz) without getting hit by the stun, he can't do much. Also, the E has a decently long cooldown so you can work around that. > > Zed- Don't have a lot to say on this guy either, play safe, dodge the Q's, and if you have a stun or disengage, the time to use it is when you know for certain where he's going to be. Now you may ask, "how do I know where he's going to be? He always seems to have a shadow?" The only time I know for certain where he's going to be is when he ults, when he does it I believe he always spawns right behind you, if you have a point and click stun use it then. You will lower his damage output significantly. Buying a zhonya's doesn't hurt either. > > Zyra- Have never faced a Zyra so I have no info on her sorry. > > > Those are my tips, again, they are tips from an unranked 30, but I feel like they are just general things, other things to look at are figuring out patterns in the opponents strategy, (such as Darius always using Q after his pull), and work around them to make them falter. If you read through this entire thing then thank you for reading my opinion and for donating your time to read this. Cleanse doesn't work on suppressions (malzahar's ult), but you're right, he just got nerfed and is sitting at a 50% win rate mid, and a 46% win rate top even though he has a ban rate of 60%.

Didn't mean take it against him, just meant that as malzahar, take cleanse and buy a quicksliver's sash, you basically get 3 free anti-cc, thought it may be fun to try, but would probably only be good in certain situations.
: List of broken champs
This is my opinion on why some of these aren't OP, please note that I'm a level 30 unranked so that should say what my skill level is. Alistar- Personally never had much of a problem with him (unless he was with Vayne, then he more annoying), After his combo he can't do much on the offense for awhile, try to keep the bushes warded so he can't surprise you from them. Wager if it's worth the fight and then follow up on it. Garen- I've been hurt by this champ so many times on my way to level 30, here is how I deal with Garen, (sorry, this one will be longer then the others) 1. (Kayle can turn range mode, can Q him and W herself if he uses his Q, and can ult herself if he's about to ult.) (Singed can turn on most of his abilties before the silence from Garen's Q hits him, and if you click E and him while he's charging at you, you will take the damage and be silenced, but you will still fling him behind you, making him lose the initiate and possibly putting him in a bad spot.) (again, sorry that it was so long) Illaoi- I've yet to figure out a way to deal with her other then dodge the E and don't fight near tentacles.
