bot is the safest lane and has the more important objective near it. so you take hard scalers and their suppourts thier. mid is the shortest lane meaning its easier to run, so you take champions that can kill quick and fast, also since its in the middle roamers that can't jungle also go their too. top lane is like bot, but less important. their is no goal top lane so you take champions that the team either needs for later like tanks or people that out survive eachother top. jungle is jungle

A niche this champion could fill 2. Any sort of theming around an idea 3. MY reccomendation for his passive is to have it just be on at all times. but its on a static cool down like galio's fist. every few seconds he readies a quick draw with his off hand, enemies that enter into his range get shot. this add some nice counter play by forcing thing like lower range adc's like vayne needing to eaither eat a crit to engage or force her suppourt to eat it for her, but longer ranged adc's can freely stay out and harass him while he tries to close the gap. as for q i would make it a skillshot. make it scatter as he fires, as to make it different from taliyah's q. so he has to decide to get up close and get off the entire skill, but in return he is now in melee range or stay faraway and use it to poke. he probably needs either a self peel or a steroid in his kit. if you notice all adc's have this. Jinx has her q and passive. Varus his w and passive. kogmaw his w and lucian his e. this is so you can't fall off or get focused to easily. this is also the reason why quinn is the objective worst adc in the adc role, her dash is ass and her steroid isn't that good. so i would make w a dash or a steroid of some sort E has a cool idea, but you need to think of how it works and what it is for. yasuo's windwall is so he can avoid harass and braum shield is so he can protect his teamates by tanking it for them. my recommendation would be to actually make it an offensive tool. like you walk into dueling range turn it on slow your for a very small amount of time so you can shoot down abilities for a very short amount of time. but i don't think this would work as a basic ability, i think it needs to be his ult. he turns his ult on and become the unduable monster that is very easy to kite. as for his ult, throw it out, its too similiar to kat's and lucian's to be special

: You can never achieve a situation where you balance 100+ separate complex characters equally for all skill levels. It's just not faesible. There are too many interactions. Riot are people, not gods. And I'm pretty sure even gods would struggle to achieve perfect balance at all skill levels. The GAME can still be compelling even if a few characters aren't viable in certain skill brackets. Also Braum is strong everywhere. He simply offers so much, regardless of skill bracket. Engage, protection, cc, durability, etc. He offers even MORE at high level, but he's not weak even in gold. I always loathe when the enemy team picks Braum.
as an example. pokemon is balanced around exclusively low level play. the disparity between individuals is so large that tournaments have to create tiers of play just so that thinks like ariados see any play ever. and this existed all the way back in gen 1 and 2.
: Before the boards go full circle jerk mode, Morello good Meddler bad. Morello made horrendous mistakes, nerfing champs and the forgetting about them thus leaving them in the gutter was a major problem. But like so many others have said, he did know what was bad for the game and tried his best to keep those aspects tightly controlled (hyper mobility and true damage to name a few).

: I agree with the enchants the reason they got removed was because the majority got homeguards now that homeguards are global the enchants became OP especially the summoner cd one was busted That doesn't mean that they weren't fun tho i liked the enchants on the rest of your argument i don't agree Boots decide the pace of the game and there is plenty of options between the boots to give you a choice nearly all of the champions can benefit from at least 3 boot items some don't require boots some rush boots so i don't see your problem with it because the same argument can be given about any base build item, IE, Triforce for few examples
but like triforce users and and say a hydra builder get very different kinds of spikes, and even then you can always choose to not rush your usual core, but everyone at some point before their second item gets boots.

(usually sorcs) I think my main problem is that the two damage boots are really dull. like tabi's and mercs are too but atleast its funny to theory craft things like full no damaage from auto sej or max tenacity mundo. but sorcs and zerkers give flat bonus that increase your damage by a noticeable but at the same time bland way. rabadons got that holy shit look how much ap i just got factor, ludens is obvious bork and hex blade or even a sheen feel like bonus's that increase play options. zerkers and sorcs just give damage

play annie{{champion:1}}. No meme, she's the easiest charecter to learn with, she has mana managment she has a last hit skill her skill shot is easier to land than "something easy to land" her passive requires you to think forward, but is so eay that you don't have to think that forward. she teaches you everything you need to know about the basics, after that you need to decide how much you want to get good at the game. alos if you jsut suck balls at last hitting play suppourt or jungle
