There is an opportunity here to add some skill expression to the kit. Something like: Passive, Blitzcrank builds a lightning charge, up to 2 maximum. Blitzcrank can expend a charge to shock a nearby enemy with his auto attack, dealing x bonus damage (plus his auto attack damage) and slowing the enemy by 20% for .25s Put a little indicator circle around him when he has a charge available that he and enemies can see. Have the attack extension range be something very short, say 350. This should give him some poke capability and an additional cc vector to set up a grab, which would help him be less one-dimensional, balanced by (a) very short range on the poke and (b) removal of the mana barrier passive.

Just because his winrate goes down in higher ELO doesn't mean his design is acceptable. As pointed out here, he checks MOST of your trouble checkboxes and you said more than 1-2 is an issue. Also his ability to delete most non-tanks midgame with only a completed zeal item + pickaxe or BF + tornado into ult sounds like "burst" to me.

Very surprised to see no mention of {{champion:62}} . His passive doesn't match his playstyle, his Q is just a filler. {{champion:154}} please revert Zac's ultimate. He used to be super fun and effective. I haven't really touched him since the rework.

: We actually want to test this in one region and see how it feels for players. Generally we agree where there's some games where you just want to get the fuck out, and the current surrender system keeps you stuck longer than you want. This is especially true when you have a toxic flamer on your team who will refuse to surrender just to spite you, but also applies to highly snowballed games. No idea yet if it's something we'll end up turning on everywhere, or that we'll just test and then revert, but it would definitely help in some cases.
This is a situation where ranked vs. norms makes a difference. If it is norms, 4-man surrender @ 15 is okay. If it is ranked, you need a 5-man surrender at 15.

: Mac Problems
Can confirm I'm having similar problems with Mac as of this 7.10. In 7.9, any map would be 80FPS dipping down to 75FPS. For whatever reason, Rift seems a little worse (80FPS dipping down to 60ish), but ARAM is atrociously bad (30FPS dipping down to 15ish FPS). This is with graphics settings turned all the way down (I messed with it in a custom, couldn't get FPS in ARAM to go up regardless)

Oh, I run into this one all the time due to my key mappings. On my mac, option-M toggles between being able and unable to click-scroll on the minimap. It's probably alt-M on windows. BTW Targon/Riot, if you can make this key mapping changeable that would be most excellent.

I've run into this problem as well. Looks like when you create a custom item set, it adds it to config/itemsets.json, but does NOT add it to config/champions/{champ}/recommended/ The solution that works for me is to create/modify the item set, then play a game with that champ _using the legacy client_. It looks like the legacy client knows to read out itemsets.json into the recommended folder, but the new client does not. Rito if you can fix this, that would great. Or, you know, maybe just add item set creation/modification into the new client. Thanks.

I hope they do implement it. There's only maybe 15-25 (end) items that make sense for a given champ and the first 3-4 items for a given build rarely change. Having to search the list every time or mouse around your bought items to see the upgrades (lower-lefthand corner of the shop all the way up to the top-righthand corner) will take more time. Not being able to lay out a "shopping list" item page ahead of time will cause newbs to make more bad item choices ("what was that item called again?")

I politely disagree. Whether 1 (you), 7, or 9 people hit accept doesn't really matter. It's extraneous information. The 10 seconds or so that you get to accept isn't really time to do anything else other than wait. If it was 30 seconds I'd agree with you; you could get a drink for example. (This is not me advocating for a 30 second accept!)

: I personally think it would be fair to give Zyra a passive that also affected her gameplay when she's alive. Something like increased cast range when she stands still for a while (rooting herself and making a garden around her or something cool). But I guess she's too oppressive if she was given more power to her already powerful kit. I wouldn't mind tho if some of her power was sacrificed so that she would get a more interesting passive.
A passive where she gets a bonus for standing still for a while would thematically fit her. I don't think longer range is the right bonus (steps on xerath), but maybe generates new seeds faster, or her plants last a little longer (they are an extension of her and she is feeding them underground)

You choose and lock the landing spot of W when you cast it, enemy doesn't know spot but knows there is one in progress (Veigar's wand is glowing, sound effect, maybe both). Any time after 1.5 seconds you can press W again and boom. If Veigar gets hard cc'ed, boom. If 4 seconds pass, boom. Cooldown begins after boom. This gives Veigar some threat deterrence (force the enemy to ask, is the spot immediately in front of him because he's expecting my dash? where I'm standing? on the minions?) with counterplay (approach Veigar a different angle, back up for a couple seconds, etc.)

Treeline as well. I've seen this on a bunch of different AI champs. I've noticed it seems to happen when ABC, where A is the AI champ, B is you (allied champ), and C is where they want to go. For example, if Miss Fortune AI is closer to your tower than you are, you're immediately adjacent to her stabbing her, and she wants to run away, but to do so the shortest path would be *through* you. They stop moving and attacking entirely, you stand there and finish them. The next time it happens I'll see if I can get them to start again by moving away.
