I completely understand where you're coming from. There is an extremely high abundance of similar posts like this and honestly, looking back, my post is extremely melodramatic. I just feel frustrated at the placid state that League of Legends is in and I'd appreciate if Riot was able to do more for League, considering that I appreciate League of Legends.

Point taken with the pirate map being live. I don't really get what the argument with "nexus blitz is not SR" or an "event related to SR" is about, considering I praise events that try to derail from SR such as Project: OVERCHARGE, Odyssey and Dark Star Singularity, but the events this year were half baked compared to last year when Riot practically made a new game mode for nearly each significant skin line they enhanced, or compensated by giving a casual game mode to play rather than focus on SR with their missions. I want to highlight the more recent events specifically, 'Arcade Event' and 'Project Event' which didn't really contribute anything other than the unnecessary expansion of an already existing skin line. I hope Worlds provides something more to League in a casual manner.

: 99% of your complaints they have already stated they would be improving and some are not even issues. Not sure what you're on about. In the patch notes they tell you exactly why they are nerfing / buffing a champion and a detailed description of what they're doing. Rotating game modes is being addressed. Events are being addressed. If these are your complaints might want to just take a break while they sort it out. {{sticker:zombie-brand-clap}}

As to nerfing and buffing champions, Riot is very avid and clear in their patch notes about their buffs and nerfs to their champions, I agree on that. It's more so the removal of some mechanics on characters, like again, Aurelion Sol, with their change to his W, or Aatrox with his lack of a revive when it used to be the sort of key foundations that kept their identity and made them unique. I don't play at a high competitive level so I am unaware as to whether these mechanical changes are more welcome higher up. But yeah, your advice on taking a break is greatly appreciated and that's what I'm going to do.

: Is picking X champion in X role considered "Toxic" and/or "Troll"
There is generally a lot of dispute involving this, and with videos such as Disco Heat's "League of Children" montages controversially play around this question. I personally think that it's fine to play whatever you want as long as you're not intentionally **losing the game.** Riot also agrees with this through their website: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752884-Reporting-a-Player Where it is accepted to go an unconventional "X" champion in a non meta lane. It literally states under Acceptable Behavior: > **5) DO NOT REPORT A SUMMONER FOR NOT STICKING TO THE METAGAME** So overall I don't think that toxic behavior is justified against this. And anyway, stuff like {{champion:25}} jungle was considered meta at a time so I don't see why something like Ezreal support should be seen as wrong.
: Patch 8.11 Early Look
>**UNIQUE Passive:** After casting your ultimate, your next basic attack grants bonus attack speed for a moderate duration. During that time, basic attacks refund a portion of your non-ultimate cooldowns. I feel like I'll see {{champion:42}} a lot more at least.
: UPDATE: Play games that matter with /remake
I feel like this could be a great type of system, but it's frustrating if someone with connection problems gets placed in a lower priority queue because their internet is too slow. (Such as me.) I wish that Riot would make a system to show that a person who had disconnected (because of bad internet) is trying to reconnect to the game to the other players, and if they attempt to connect, the punishment isn't as severe. This problem would probably be worse in ranked, but I haven't reached ranked level yet.
