The question is so incredibly generalized though.
Cuz I mean, I can say the support is usually the weakest in damage, top being the least impactful on average due to lack of map presence, jungle being the weakest in lane presence, ADCs weakest in facetanking damage..

This is why I like to play LeBlanc, if you outplay someone you actually feel like you put effort into it. On the receiving end, you can no longer be anywhere near as salty if you do get killed by one.

Thus it is the 'worst' elo.
Just like the lowest bracket of anything will contain the worst of anything.

High playrate is what gives a champion a lower winrate. Lee Sin's almost never had a winrate too close to 50% and if it was close it was always under. But he never needed buffs/nerfs (at least not anything drastic) but he always had a high play rate.
High playrate = Higher chance of people screwing up on them.

This, it's like, the theorycrafting makes sense, based on the amount of knowledge they have currently. It's like how having played LoL, you can kinda theorycraft for Dota2 or even something as far as Paladins or Overwatch, everything makes sense in the theorycrafting, but only based on how much someone actually knows. In theory, this, this and that should makes sense and work, unless there are any specific exceptions that the player has yet to learn etc.
It's like how someone could definitely assume:
1 - Most ADCs scale well from attack speed
2 - Jhin is an ADC
3 - Thus Jhin most likely scales well with attack speed
It makes sense and the logic is sound, but of course is an exception.
That's why I forgive new players let's say buying items with a bit of mana on Vladimir or Mordekaiser, or in the example's case, getting a tad attack speed on Jhin etc
Of course that's just examples, Jhin's builds can still be diverse but I hope that gets my point across

I can definitely relate, it's like how I feel dirty for abusing Fizz, Zed, Katarina, Darius etc during their periods of OPness throughout LoL history.

Thus shields on those low HP champs help counter assassins.
So you're proposing that we remove the counterplay initially put in specifically to counter assassins?
Cuz if we do have "shield penetration", how are squishies supposed to survive what would quickly be the assassin meta?
And don't say lifesteal, think of the supports, oh I guess we better insert "heal penetration" for them too since they counter assassins, hell why not just remove counterplay to assassins

Some time ago (like more than half a year ago) I started a new account, while I was doing my first like, I dunno 10 games or so? It doesn't let you PvP yet so I was doing bots...
I had this guy on my team who started the game off and went to lane without any items so naturally I assumed it was either a real starter to LoL or a scripted bot. I asked him about it and uhh...
...he responded with "I'm saving up the 500G for better items later on"...
made me chuckle :P

As for potions? I'd like to think I get 'enough' of them only if I have gold left over from the 'bigger' purchases...
As for boots? Well that's inconsistent for me :P

He requires too much of a combination of mechanical finesse and team coordination.
Thus he's "bad" in almost all solo queue but is such a key pick in LCS (and perhaps higher elo flexes)

It's funny cuz, on one hand being able to ping passives would be hella useful for a large percentage of champions, but on the other hand you happen to use a really bad example. The entire purpose of the bar under her HP bar is to show her passive, alike Jhin's ammo count.
And besides, being able to ping passive stuffs is so important that I'm more than sure that Riot's currently implementing it as we type.

I (really easily) dug out quite a bit of the splash arts and they're mostly 1920x1200 (I think). Otherwise from the League of Legends Asset Kit online you can get around 20% of all splash arts not at "full" resolution, but "original" resolution.
I have a feeling that this will never be a thing though, Riot doesn't like to give us original resolution artworks for some reason, some time ago I've asked for them before.
